Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the cover 21 is a complete whole, and is divided into an arc portion 211 having an arc shape and a straight portion 212 having a straight shape by bending at an obtuse angle at the headquarters. The arcuate shape of the arcuate portion 211 exactly matches the arcuate shape of the surface of the cleaning roller protected by the cleaning head housing 1 so that the arcuate portion 211 provides effective protection of the cleaning roller with minimal volume and space occupation. The straight part 212 just covers the opening at the upper end of the garbage box of the cleaning head shell 1, and the straight part 212 can cover the opening at the upper end of the garbage box of the cleaning head shell 1 more tightly, so that a brush component (not shown in the drawing) in the cleaning head shell 1 is prevented from throwing garbage out of a gap between the two covers and falling to the ground when brushing the viscous garbage of the solid garbage box.
In one or some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 3, 4, 7 and 8, the cover assembly 2 further includes at least two clamping pieces 2112 disposed at two ends of the arc portion 211, and the two clamping pieces 2112 are elastically abutted with two clamping plates 11 and 12 of the cleaning head housing 1 for clamping the cleaning roller, respectively. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, two clamping pieces 2112 extending towards the first accommodating cavity M are provided at two ends of the arc portion 211, and elastic protruding points (not shown in the drawing) protruding towards the outer sides of the two ends are provided on the two clamping pieces 2112 respectively, so that when the cover plate assembly 2 is mounted on the cleaning head housing 1 by a user, the two elastic protruding points can be matched with concave points on two clamping plates 11 and 12 for clamping the cleaning roller of the cleaning head housing 1, thereby preventing the cover plate assembly 2 from jumping up, down, left, right, front and back when the cleaning head receives impact in the process of high-speed dragging of the cleaning head, and reducing noise when the cleaning head works.
In one or some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the straight portion 212 forms a stepped end with the two sides of the base connection, the width of the base 22 exactly matches the width of the opening of the dustbin of the cleaning head housing, and the stepped end abuts against the inner side wall and the top wall of the clamping plates 11 and 12. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the design of the stepped end can more conveniently ensure that the base 22 of the cover plate assembly 2 is stably clamped into the opening at the upper end of the garbage box of the cleaning head shell 1, so that even if a user pulls the cleaning head at a faster speed, the cover plate assembly 2 cannot jump up, down, left, right, front and back when the cleaning head shell 1 is impacted, and the noise of the cleaning head during working is reduced.
In one or some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the cover 21 further includes a plurality of reinforcing ribs 2111, and the reinforcing ribs 2111 are spaced apart on the inner side wall of the arc portion 211. The reinforcing ribs 2111 provided at intervals on the inner side wall of the arc portion 211 help to improve the impact of the cover 21 against the cleaning head housing 1 approaching the cleaning roller area in all directions, can improve the impact resistance of the whole cover assembly 2, and can provide better protection for the cleaning roller.
In one or some alternative embodiments, each of the stiffening ribs 2111 is curved and resiliently abuts the surface of the scrub roller. The reinforcing ribs 2111 which are elastically abutted against the surface of the cleaning roller are arranged on the inner side wall of the arc-shaped part 211 at intervals, the surface of the cleaning roller is divided into various diversion areas which cannot be penetrated, the cleaning roller is used for winding garbage into the guide channel and brushing the garbage box by the brush assembly in high-speed rotation, when part of viscous garbage breaks through the obstruction of the brush, the water guide strip and the water squeezing strip in sequence, the cleaning roller continuously takes out of the cleaning tank and is wound to the bottom surface again, and at the moment, the viscous garbage which has the reinforcing rib 2111 with the separation function is wound into the guide channel from the ground again is not prone to moving in the axial direction of the cleaning roller, so that the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning roller is improved. The plurality of reinforcing ribs 2111 simultaneously support the arc-shaped portion 211 in the cover plate assembly 2, so that the arc-shaped portion 211 is stably assembled at the top end of the upper end opening of the dustbin of the cleaning head housing 1, and the stability of the arc-shaped portion 211 is further improved. Each reinforcing rib 2111 is spaced apart from the adjacent reinforcing rib 2111, for example, a distance between each reinforcing rib 2111 and the adjacent reinforcing rib 2111, not only reduces the space occupied by the first receiving cavity M, but also does not reduce the stability of the arc portion 211. At least two reinforcing ribs 2111 are provided, and the embodiment of the utility model is limited to four reinforcing ribs 2111, and the four reinforcing ribs 2111 are simultaneously supported on the support body inside the floor washing machine 2, so that the stability of the arc-shaped portion 211 is further improved.
In one or some alternative embodiments, the guide plate 23 includes a guide tip 231, a guide arc 233, and a straight extension 232 that are sequentially and smoothly connected, where the guide tip 231 is clamped to the front side plate 223, the straight extension 232 is clamped to the rear side plate 224, and the guide arc 233 is clamped to the left side plate 221 and the right side plate 222. The detachable guide plate 23 restricts solid garbage and viscous garbage which are rotationally carried out by the brush assembly through the enclosed second accommodating cavity N on one hand and are thrown into the garbage box along the cambered surface of the guide plate 23, and on the other hand, the guide tip 231 of the guide plate 23 can divide the solid garbage and the viscous garbage which are hoisted by the cleaning roller into two parts in advance, one part of the solid garbage and the viscous garbage continuously rotates upwards along with the cleaning roller to be scraped and extruded by the water supporting strip and the water extruding strip, and the other part of the solid garbage and the viscous garbage are directly brushed away along the cambered surface of the guide plate 23 by the brush. The removable guide plate 23 can be adapted to different brush assemblies and cleaning rollers etc. in order to allow the user to change different parts for different application scenarios to allow the floor scrubber to use more scenarios of deep surface cleaning.
In one or some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, a third accommodating cavity P defining the elastic expansion direction of the locking device 24 is defined between the cover 21 and the base 22. Just the base 22 would have been intended to extend towards the upper end opening of the waste bin of the cleaner head housing 1, and the space extending there would just be provided with a locking means 24 for further increasing the abutment stability between the base 22 and the two clamping plates 11, 12 of the cleaner head housing 1. Because the locking device 24 is often required to elastically stretch and retract the related locking bolt, and is enclosed in the third accommodating cavity P enclosed between the cover plate 21 and the base 22, the locking device 24 can be better made waterproof and dustproof, the service life of the locking device 24 capable of repeatedly operating is prolonged, so that the locking device 24 can be ensured to have flexible hand feeling every time a user presses the locking device 24, and the extension and contraction of the related locking bolt can be smoother.

The locking slider 241 capable of sliding along the axial direction of the elastic element 242 is convenient for further extending the width dimension required by the base 22, so that the lock tongue 241a of the locking slider 241 can reach a certain length to penetrate out of the two side plates 221 and 222 of the base 22, and is also convenient for further clamping the elastic key 243 on the locking slider 241, so that the elastic key 243 can conveniently penetrate out of the upper surface of the cover plate assembly 2, and a user can conveniently and directly key and press the elastic key 243 capable of driving the locking device 24 to be used by hand.
In one or some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, an abutment plate (not shown in the drawings) extends towards the third accommodating cavity P at the middle of the straight portion 212, and one end of the elastic member 242 abuts against the abutment plate; the middle part of the straight part 212 is concavely provided with a sliding groove 2121 on both sides of the abutting plate toward the direction of the third accommodating cavity P for sliding the elastic key 243 along the axial direction of the elastic member. The stroke required by the sliding groove 2121 is just the stroke that the elastic piece 242 can elastically deform, and the sliding groove 2121 is arranged according to the stroke required by the bolt 241a to extend and retract, so that the elastic key 243 can slide along the axial direction of the elastic piece. The sliding groove 2121 can enable the user to more conveniently key the elastic key 243 of the locking device 24, and simultaneously enable the right part of the whole locking device 24 to exceed the large plane of the straight part 212 of the whole gland assembly 2, so that the space of the whole base 22 is more effectively utilized, and the space utilization rate of the third accommodating cavity P is further improved.
In one or some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, 3, 4, 6 and 8, a lock tongue 241a that can extend out of the base side plate is disposed at an end of the lock slide 241 facing away from the elastic member 242, and in the locked state, the lock tongue 241a elastically abuts against the inner side walls of the two clamping plates 11 and 12 of the cleaning head housing 1. The lock tongue 241a can further promote the whole base 22 elasticity joint to the joint stability of the rubbish box upper end opening of cleaning head casing 1, even if the user pulls the cleaning head with the speed that is fast again, also be unlikely to let apron subassembly 2 beat about the upper and lower when cleaning head casing 1 receives the impact, reduced the noise of cleaning head during operation.
In one or some alternative embodiments, opposite sides of the base 22 are detachably connected to the upper end opening of the dustbin of the cleaner head housing 1 by means of a snap fit or a screw to facilitate removal of the entire cover assembly 1 without removing the entire mounting housing to remove the damaged cleaning assembly.
In addition, the opening at the upper end of the dustbin of the head cleaning housing 1 in the embodiment of the present utility model may be specifically a support body (not shown in the drawings) for supporting the entire cover plate assembly 1 at the top end of the floor cleaning machine 2, and the specific structural form of the support body may be flexibly set according to actual needs.
