For the purpose of illustrating the technical solutions described herein, the following detailed description is provided with reference to specific drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the present utility model provides a filter including:
a housing 100 formed with a chamber 101 capable of accommodating the filter resonance rod 2;
a cover plate 200, wherein the cover plate 200 is mounted on the housing 100 and covers the chamber 101, and a side surface of the cover plate 200 facing away from the chamber 101 is provided with a convex column part 201 and a groove 202 surrounding the convex column part 201;
the optional adjusting pad 300 disposed on the cover 200, where the adjusting pad 300 includes at least a first portion and a second portion, and when the adjusting pad 300 is assembled to the groove 202, the first portion is located outside the groove 202, and the second portion is located inside the groove 202, and since the material of the cover 200 is aluminum, which is commonly used at present, the material of the adjusting pad 300 is easy to deform after being stressed, and the rigidity of the material of the adjusting pad 300 should be stronger than the rigidity of the cover 200, such as stainless steel;
the adjusting actuator 1 is screwed to the boss portion 201, specifically, the adjusting actuator 1 may have a threaded hole, the boss portion 201 has an external thread, the adjusting actuator 1 is screwed to the boss portion 201 through the threaded hole and the external thread, and is located at a side of the adjusting pad 300 away from the cover plate 200, and the adjusting actuator 1 may rotate along the boss portion 201 and press the adjusting pad 300, so that the bottom of the groove 202 is deformed to adjust the distance between the cover plate 200 and the filter resonance rod 2.
It will be appreciated that the adjustment actuator 1 is located on a side of the adjustment pad 300 facing away from the cover plate 200, and the adjustment actuator 1 is screwed onto the boss portion 201 of the cover plate 200, so that the adjustment pad 300 is mounted and fixed to the cover plate 200 by the actuation of the adjustment actuator 1, and more specifically, the adjustment pad 300 is fitted at the recess 202 of the cover plate 200 by the actuation of the adjustment actuator 1.
In the filter provided by the embodiment of the utility model, the groove 202, the convex column part 201 with external threads, the adjusting pad 300 and the adjusting executing piece 1 are arranged at the cover plate 200, and the adjusting executing piece 1 can be operated to screw the adjusting executing piece 1 to press the adjusting pad 300, so that the purpose of deforming the bottom of the groove 202 to adjust the distance between the cover plate 200 and the filter resonance rod 2 is achieved, and the distance between the cover plate 200 and the filter resonance rod 2 can directly influence the frequency of a filter product.
According to one embodiment of the utility model, the conditioner mat 300 includes at least a first conditioner mat and a second conditioner mat, each of the first and second conditioner mats including a first portion and a second portion, the second portion of the first conditioner mat having a height that is less than the height of the second portion of the second conditioner mat.
When the first adjusting pad is assembled to the groove 202, the rotating adjusting actuator 1 can stop the adjusting actuator 1 on the first adjusting pad to drive the bottom of the groove 202 to deform upwards, and when the second adjusting pad is assembled to the groove 202, the rotating adjusting actuator 1 can press the adjusting actuator 1 on the second adjusting pad to deform the bottom of the groove 202 downwards, and the specific case of adjusting the rotating adjusting actuator 1 is as follows.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in a state where it is required to upwardly adjust the bottom of the groove 202, the first adjusting pad is assembled to the groove 202, the first portion of the first adjusting pad is supported on the surface of the cover plate 200 surrounding the groove 202, and a gap is provided between the second portion of the first adjusting pad and the bottom surface of the groove 202, and when the adjusting actuator 1 is screwed (locked), the adjusting actuator 1 applies an upward pulling force to the boss 201 on the cover plate 200 due to the stopping action of the first adjusting pad, so that the cover plate 200 is upwardly deformed, thereby increasing the distance between the cover plate 200 and the filter resonance rod 2, and achieving the purpose of adjusting the resonance frequency. By adopting the above scheme, because the first part of the first adjusting pad is supported on the surface of the cover plate 200 surrounding the groove 202, and a gap is formed between the second part of the first adjusting pad and the bottom surface of the groove 202, when the second part of the first adjusting pad is supported on the bottom surface of the groove 202 in the process of adjusting the deformation of the cover plate 200 by screwing the adjusting executing member 1, the upward deformation of the cover plate 200 reaches the maximum, and even if screwing the adjusting executing member 1 is continued at this time, the cover plate 200 can not be deformed continuously, based on the above, the deformation of the cover plate 200 can be controlled within a certain range, and the performance index adjustment of the filter is more controllable.
In a state that the bottom of the groove 202 needs to be adjusted downwards, the second adjusting pad is assembled at the groove 202, a gap is reserved between the first part of the second adjusting pad and the surface of the cover plate 200 surrounding the groove 202, the second part of the second adjusting pad is supported on the bottom surface of the groove 202, when the adjusting executing piece 1 is screwed (locked), the pressing action of the adjusting piece 1 on the second adjusting pad is executed, the second part of the second adjusting pad directly presses down the bottom of the groove 202 of the cover plate 200, the cover plate 200 is deformed downwards, and therefore the distance between the cover plate 200 and the filter resonance rod 2 is reduced, and the purpose of adjusting the resonance frequency is achieved. By adopting the above scheme, because the gap is formed between the first part of the second adjusting pad and the surface of the cover plate 200 surrounding the groove 202, the second part of the second adjusting pad is supported on the bottom surface of the groove 202, so that when the first part of the second adjusting pad is supported on the surface of the cover plate 200 surrounding the groove 202 in the process of adjusting the deformation of the cover plate 200 by screwing the adjusting actuator 1, the downward deformation of the cover plate 200 reaches the maximum, and even if screwing the adjusting actuator 1 is continued, the cover plate 200 can not continue to deform downwards, based on the gap, the deformation of the cover plate 200 can be controlled within a certain range, and the performance index adjustment of the filter is more controllable.
It should be noted that the bottom of the groove 202 needs to be adjusted upward or downward, not depending on the bottom state of the groove 202, but depending on the tuning frequency. For example, when the bottom of the groove 202 is deformed downward, it may be necessary to adjust upward, or it may be necessary to continue the downward adjustment; when the bottom of the groove 202 deforms upwards, the downward adjustment may be needed, or the upward adjustment may be needed to be continued; the bottom of the recess 202 may also need to be adjusted upward or downward when it is not deformed in the up-down direction. The second portions of the first and second adjusting pads have different heights, so that the requirement of adjusting the bottom of the groove 202 downward or upward can be satisfied.
Specifically, the height of the second portion of the first conditioner mat is less than the depth of the groove 202 and the height of the second portion of the second conditioner mat is greater than the depth of the groove 202.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, according to one embodiment of the present utility model, the first portion of the adjustment pad 300 is a ring-shaped support table 301, the ring-shaped support table 301 is disposed around the boss portion 201, the second portion is a support column 302 provided on a side of the ring-shaped support table 301 facing the groove 202, and the ring-shaped support table 301 covers an outer circumferential surface of the groove 202 when the adjustment pad 300 is fitted to the groove 202, and in a radial direction of the groove 202 (i.e., a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the filter resonance rod 2).
In some embodiments, the first and second adjustment pads are each a ring-shaped support 301 and each second adjustment pad is a support column 302, and the support columns 302 corresponding to the first and second adjustment pads are each of different lengths.
Of course, as other embodiments, the annular supporting table 301 may be replaced by a petal-like form in which a plurality of semicircular plates are arranged in a circle.
Referring to fig. 3, according to the preferred embodiment of the present utility model, the number of the support columns 302 is plural, the plurality of support columns 302 are disposed on the annular support table 301 at intervals along the circumferential direction of the annular support table 301, and the plurality of support columns 302 are designed so that when the adjustment actuator 1 is screwed (locked), more deformation adjustment points corresponding to the cover plate 200 exist around the boss 201, and thus local overall deformation of the cover plate 200 is adjusted.
Referring to fig. 3, more preferably, the number of the support columns 302 is at least 4, and at least 4 support columns 302 are disposed on the annular support table 301 at equal angular intervals along the circumferential direction of the annular support table 301, and it can be understood based on the above embodiment that more support columns 302 may be added with more deformation adjustment points of the cover plate 200.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, according to an embodiment of the present utility model, the cover plate 200 and the boss 201 are integrally formed, and the boss 201 may be a cylinder having external threads, similar to a threaded rod, a bolt structure.
According to another embodiment of the present utility model, the stud portion 201 is detachably mounted on the cover plate 200, and the stud portion 201 is a threaded rod or a bolt structure mounted on the cover plate 200, for example, may be press-riveted to the cover plate 200.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, according to one embodiment of the utility model, the adjustment actuator 1 is a nut, which is easy to screw with a wrench, or may be an alternative element to the nut.
According to an embodiment of the present utility model, the cover 200 is provided with a plurality of grooves 202, the grooves 202 are provided with corresponding convex column portions 201, adjusting pads 300 and adjusting executing pieces 1, so that when the cover 200 has more positions to adjust deformation, for example, 4 filter resonance rods 2 in a filter, 4 grooves 202 are provided at positions of the cover 200 corresponding to the 4 filter resonance rods 2, and of course, when other positions of the cover 200 not corresponding to the filter resonance rods 2 have the deformation requirement of the adjusting cover 200, the grooves 202 can be provided at the other positions of the cover 200, and then the corresponding convex column portions 201, the adjusting pads 300 and the adjusting executing pieces 1 are provided in a matching manner.
Of course, if the cover plate 200 is provided with a plurality of grooves 202, different grooves 202 may be deformed differently, for example, the bottom of some grooves 202 may be deformed upwardly and the bottom of some grooves 202 may be deformed downwardly, then the first or second adjusting pad may be assembled at the corresponding groove 202 with reference to the above scheme, that is, in this case, different adjusting pads 300 (first or second adjusting pad) may be simultaneously assembled on the cover plate 200.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments is merely exemplary in nature and is in no way intended to limit the utility model, since it is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and scope of the utility model.
