The pitch of the first screw rod and the pitch of the second screw rod can be reasonably selected according to the actual lifting distance of the second shell and the air inlet cavity.
The utility model solves the second technical problem by adopting the technical proposal that: the utility model provides a range hood, includes first casing, the second casing of connecting on first casing with the mode that can reciprocate relative to first casing and the air inlet cavity of connecting on the second casing with the mode that can reciprocate relative to second casing, still includes foretell range hood is with elevating gear, and elevating gear's driving piece is located on the first casing, drive assembly's first power take off end with the second casing links to each other and drives this second casing and reciprocate relative to first casing, drive assembly's second power take off end with the air inlet cavity links to each other and drives this air inlet cavity and reciprocate relative to second casing.
In order to facilitate the telescopic lifting of the first shell, the second shell and the air inlet cavity of the range hood, and ensure that the volumes of the first shell, the second shell and the air inlet cavity are smaller and more compact under the shrinkage state, the top of the second shell is provided with a first opening for the first shell to enter and exit the second shell in the vertical direction, and the bottom of the second shell is provided with a second opening for the air inlet cavity to enter and exit the second shell in the vertical direction.
In order to enable the range hood to be integrally designed against a wall, excessive occupation of kitchen space is avoided, the second opening is formed in the rear side of the bottom of the second shell, and the rear side wall of the air inlet cavity and the rear side wall of the first shell are both close to the rear side wall of the second shell.
In order to reduce the problem of oil smoke escape, the size of at least the bottom area of the second shell in the front-rear direction is larger than that of the air inlet cavity in the front-rear direction, so that the part of the bottom of the second shell, which is positioned at the front part of the air inlet cavity, forms a smoke blocking part for collecting smoke.
In general, the air inlet may be disposed on the bottom wall of the air inlet cavity or on the bottom wall or the front side wall of the air inlet cavity at the same time, but for smooth fume exhaust, the front side wall of the air inlet cavity is provided with an air inlet, and the air inlet cavity has a closed state of moving upwards into the second housing to close the air inlet and an open state of moving downwards to expose out of the second housing to open at least a partial area of the air inlet.
In order to ensure the overall aesthetic property of the range hood in the contracted state, the bottom wall of the air inlet cavity is basically flush with the bottom wall of the second shell when the air inlet cavity is in the closed state. Above-mentioned structural design also makes second casing and air inlet cavity can rise in place simultaneously when rising, reaches the assigned position, reaches and beats the effect of inlaying with the cupboard, and when falling, relies on the big stroke of two-stage drive to make the air intake of air inlet cavity visit more down, promotes the oil smoke effect.
In order to avoid the contact between the lifting device and the oil fume as much as possible and improve the service life of the lifting device, a mounting groove which extends vertically and is independent of the inner cavity of the first shell is defined on the rear side wall of the first shell, and the driving piece is arranged on the top wall of the first shell and is connected with a transmission assembly positioned in the mounting groove.
In order to ensure the stability of up-and-down movement among the first shell, the second shell and the air inlet cavity, the first shell is in sliding connection with the second shell through a first guide rail pair, and the second shell is in sliding connection with the air inlet cavity through a second guide rail pair.
In order to make the up-and-down movement among the first shell, the second shell and the air inlet cavity more stable, as an improvement, the first guide rail pairs are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the lifting device, and the second guide rail pairs are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the lifting device.
As an improvement, the two sets of first guide rail pairs are respectively arranged at corner positions of the left side and the right side of the rear part of the first shell, and each set of first guide rail pairs comprises a first guide rail part connected with the rear side wall of the first shell and a second guide rail part connected with the left side wall or the right side wall of the first shell. The two groups of first guide rail pairs are of mutually perpendicular guide rail pair structures, so that shaking of the whole machine in the front-back direction and the left-right direction can be well limited, and the stability of the lifting process is further improved.
Compared with the prior art, the utility model has the advantages that: because two power output ends of the lifting device are respectively connected with the second shell and the air inlet cavity and are powered by the same driving piece, the second shell and the air inlet cavity can be driven to synchronously lift when the driving piece acts, the two-stage telescopic lifting driving mode of the body of the range hood is realized through one lifting device, the number of driving mechanisms is reduced, and the situation that the number of the driving mechanisms is too large to additionally occupy the inner space of the range hood is avoided. In the preferred scheme, leads of two-stage screw rods (a first screw rod and a second screw rod) of the lifting device can be reasonably designed according to the stroke and self-locking requirement of the whole machine, so that the stroke of two-stage movement runs according to a set proportion, and stable and reliable two-stage lifting movement of the whole machine is realized.

Because the disclosed embodiments of the utility model may be arranged in a variety of orientations, the directional terminology is used for purposes of illustration and is in no way limiting, such as "upper" and "lower" are not necessarily limited to being in a direction opposite or coincident with the direction of gravity.
Fig. 1 to 13 show a preferred embodiment of the range hood according to the present embodiment, which comprises a housing, a fan system 40 provided in the housing, and a lifting device.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the machine body includes a first housing 11, a second housing 12, and an air intake chamber 13. The inner cavity of the first shell 11, the inner cavity of the second shell 12 and the inner cavity of the air inlet cavity 13 are communicated. The first shell 11, the second shell 12 and the air inlet cavity 13 realize relative lifting movement through the lifting device, so that the air inlet cavity 13 can be ensured to be detected down to a position closer to a smoke source, and the smoke absorbing effect is improved. The first housing 11 is fixed relative to the wall surface, and the fan system 40 is arranged in the first housing 11 and is used for providing negative pressure for exhausting oil smoke. The first shell 11 and the second shell 12 are sleeved with each other in an up-down relative mode, and the air inlet cavity 13 and the second shell 12 are sleeved with each other in an up-down relative mode. The left-right dimension of the first housing 11 is smaller than the left-right dimension of the second housing 12, and the front-rear dimension of the first housing 11 substantially coincides with the front-rear dimension of the second housing 12 (specifically, the front-rear dimension of the first housing 11 is slightly smaller than the front-rear dimension of the second housing 12). The left-right dimension of the air intake cavity 13 is substantially identical to the left-right dimension of the second housing 12 (specifically, the left-right dimension of the air intake cavity 13 is slightly smaller than the left-right dimension of the second housing 12), and the front-rear dimension of the air intake cavity 13 is smaller than the front-rear dimension of the second housing 12, which is substantially about one third of the front-rear dimension of the second housing 12. More specifically, the top of the second housing 12 has a first opening 121 for the first housing 11 to enter and exit the second housing 12 in the up-down direction, and the shape and size of the first opening 121 substantially coincide with the shape and size of the cross section (cross section in the horizontal direction) of the first housing 11. The bottom of the second housing 12 has a second opening 122 through which the air intake chamber 13 passes in and out of the second housing 12 in the up-down direction. The shape and size of the second opening 122 are substantially identical to those of the cross section (cross section in the horizontal direction) of the air intake chamber 13. The second opening 122 is provided at the bottom rear side of the second housing 12, so that the air intake chamber 13 is also provided at a rear side with respect to the second housing 12, and thus a portion of the bottom region of the second housing 12 located at the air intake chamber 13 forms a smoke blocking portion 123 for collecting smoke. An air inlet 131 for external flue gas to enter is formed in the front side wall of the air inlet cavity 13, and specifically, the air inlet 131 extends in the left-right direction. The bottom of the air inlet cavity 13 is provided with an oil cup 132 extending leftwards and rightwards for containing the oil flowing down on the air inlet cavity 13.
As shown in fig. 7, in order to better attach to the wall and to ensure the overall fixing stability of the range hood, the rear side wall of the air intake cavity 13 and the rear side wall of the first housing 11 are both disposed close to the rear side wall of the second housing 12, that is, the rear side wall of the air intake cavity 13, the rear side wall of the first housing 11 and the rear side wall of the second housing 12 are substantially located in the same vertical extending direction.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, when the range hood is folded (typically, when the range hood is turned off), the air inlet cavity 13 moves from bottom to top, enters the inner cavity of the second housing 12 through the second opening 122 at the bottom of the second housing 12, and after moving in place, the air inlet 131 on the air inlet cavity 13 is covered by the second housing 12 to be closed, and the bottom of the air inlet cavity 13 (i.e., the bottom wall of the oil cup 132) is substantially flush with the bottom wall of the second housing 12. Similarly, during the upward movement of the second housing 12 relative to the first housing 11, the first housing 11 enters the inner cavity of the second housing 12 from the first opening 121 at the top of the second housing 12, and after the movement is in place, most (lower part) of the first housing 11 is accommodated in the second housing 12, and the upper part is exposed relative to the second housing 12, so that the fixing frame is hung on the wall surface. After the second shell 12 and the air inlet cavity 13 rise in place at the same time and reach the designated position, the effect of being embedded with the bottom surface of the cabinet can be achieved, namely, the whole cabinet can be hidden in the cabinet, and the whole aesthetic property is improved. When the range hood is unfolded, the second housing 12 and the air inlet cavity 13 arranged on the second housing 12 move downwards relative to the first housing 11, and simultaneously, the air inlet cavity 13 moves downwards relative to the second housing 12, exposing the bottom of the second housing 12 and exposing the air inlet 131. After the second housing 12 and the air inlet cavity 13 move in place, the height position of the second housing 12 is lower than that of the first housing 11, and the height position of the air inlet cavity 13 is lower than that of the second housing 12. The range hood can effectively improve the oil fume suction effect because the range hood depends on the large stroke of two-stage driving to enable the air inlet 131 of the air inlet cavity 13 to go down more.
Referring to fig. 8-12, the lifting device of the present embodiment includes a driving member 21 and a transmission assembly, the driving member 21 adopts a driving motor, the transmission assembly adopts a two-stage screw transmission assembly, and specifically, the transmission assembly includes a fixed arm 24, a movable arm 25, a first screw 22 and a second screw 23.
The driving member 21 of the present embodiment preferably employs a driving motor provided on the top plate of the first housing 11. The rear side wall of the first housing 11 has a mounting groove 110 recessed rearward and extending vertically, wherein the transmission assembly also extends vertically as a whole, is disposed in the mounting groove 110, and is opposite to the driving motor disposed on the top plate of the first housing 11 in the up-down direction. The transmission assembly is arranged in the mounting groove 110 of the first shell 11, which is recessed backwards, so that the rear part of the first shell 11 can be better abutted against the wall, and the mounting firmness of the range hood is ensured.
The fixed arm 24 is generally rod-shaped, defining a receiving chamber 241 therein. The fixed arm 24 is provided at an end adjacent to the driving member 21 with a first mounting opening 242 penetrating from outside to its receiving chamber 241, the first mounting opening 242 being provided with a first nut 243 fixed with respect to the fixed arm 24. The fixed arm 24 is provided with an opening at an end remote from the driving member 21, through which the movable arm 25 can enter and exit the accommodating chamber 241 of the fixed arm 24. The fixed arm 24 is further provided with a first coupling member 244 for coupling with the rear sidewall of the second housing 12 at an end position adjacent to the driving member 21, and the first coupling member 244 may be coupled with the second housing 12 using an existing buffer structure, thereby reducing vibration during lifting.
The upper end of the first screw rod 22 is in driving connection with the power output end of the driving motor, and the lower end of the first screw rod is in threaded connection with a first nut 243 at the end of the fixed arm 24. The first screw 22 can rotate around its own axis under the drive of the driving motor, wherein when the first screw 22 rotates around its own axis, the fixing arm 24 (and the second housing 12) can be driven to move linearly up and down relative to the first screw 22 due to the fixing of the fixing arm 24 relative to the second housing 12. During the upward movement of the fixed arm 24, the first screw 22 gradually protrudes into the accommodating chamber 241 of the fixed arm 24.
The second screw 23 is rotatably provided in the receiving chamber 241 of the fixing arm 24, and its axial length is substantially identical to the length of the fixing arm 24. Specifically, the second screw rod 23 is rotatably mounted adjacent to the upper end of the driving motor at the upper end position of the fixed arm 24 through a bearing 245, and the lower end of the second screw rod 23 remote from the driving motor is disposed in the relief chamber 251 of the movable arm 25 through a corresponding support sleeve 246. The supporting sleeve 246 can axially slide against the inner wall of the abdication cavity 251 of the movable arm 25, so that the stability of the rotation of the second screw rod 23 is ensured in the process of moving the movable arm 25 up and down relative to the fixed arm 24, and the shaking problem is avoided. The second screw rod 23 of the present embodiment is axially hollow to form a mounting passage 231 into which the first screw rod 22 is inserted. The mounting channel 231 of the second screw rod 23 is provided with a limiting groove 232 extending along the axial direction thereof, correspondingly, the first screw rod 22 is provided with a limiting part 221 at an end part (namely, a lower end part) far away from the driving motor, specifically, the lower end part of the first screw rod 22 is provided with a spline as the limiting part 221, and a spline part can be sleeved at the end part of the first screw rod 22 to limit through a corresponding screw and a limiting gasket. The mounting channel 231 of the second screw 23 has axially extending spline grooves as the above-mentioned limit grooves 232. When the first screw rod 22 rotates, the first screw rod 22 and the second screw rod 23 realize synchronous rotation and relative sliding in the axial direction of the first screw rod 22 and the second screw rod 23 through the matching of the spline and the spline groove,
the movable arm 25 of the present embodiment has a contracted state in which it is retracted into the accommodating chamber 241 of the fixed arm 24 below the extended state in which it is extended with respect to the fixed arm 24. The movable arm 25 is axially hollow to form a relief chamber 251 into which the second screw 23 extends. The movable arm 25 has a first end portion (i.e., an upper end portion) located in the receiving chamber 241 of the fixed arm 24 and a second end portion (i.e., a lower end portion) protruding outside the receiving chamber 241 of the fixed arm 24, wherein the second end portion of the movable arm 25 is provided with a second connection portion 253 for connection with the top of the rear side wall of the air intake chamber 13.
A second mounting opening penetrating the relief chamber 251 is formed in a first end portion (i.e., an upper end portion) of the movable arm 25, and a second nut 252 fixed to the movable arm 25 is provided in the second mounting opening. The second screw rod 23 is in threaded connection with a second nut 252 on the movable arm 25, and when the second screw rod 23 rotates, the movable arm 25 can be driven to move axially relative to the fixed arm 24, wherein when the movable arm 25 retracts into the accommodating chamber 241 of the fixed wall to reach the limit position, most of the second screw rod 23 also extends into the yielding chamber 251 of the movable arm 25, so that the volume of the screw rod transmission assembly is smaller and more compact. On the other hand, the fixed arm 24 and the movable arm 25 of the present embodiment are sleeve members with non-circular cross sections, specifically, the cross sections of the fixed arm 24 and the movable arm 25 are square, so that the movable arm 25 and the fixed arm 24 can realize limit in the circumferential direction, and when the second screw rod 23 rotates, the movable arm 25 can only slide linearly relative to the fixed arm 24, thereby ensuring the stability of the telescopic action of the movable arm 25.
The first screw 22 (the upper end portion thereof) constitutes the power input end of the transmission assembly of the present embodiment, while the upper end portion (connected to the second housing 12) of the fixed arm 24 constitutes the first power output end of the transmission assembly, and the second end portion (connected to the air intake chamber 13) of the movable arm 25 constitutes the second power output end of the transmission assembly.
Considering that in practical situations, the distance of the second housing 12 moving up and down relative to the first housing 11 is not consistent with the distance of the air inlet cavity 13 moving relative to the second housing 12, in order to realize that the second housing 12 and the air inlet cavity 13 can synchronously move in place when ascending or descending, the pitch of the first screw rod 22 of the embodiment is different from the pitch of the second screw rod 23, and the screw thread rotation direction of the first screw rod 22 is the same as the screw thread rotation direction of the second screw rod 23, so that when the driving motor rotates positively, the air inlet cavity 13 moves downwards relative to the second housing 12 simultaneously in the process of moving downwards relative to the first housing 11, and when the driving motor stops rotating, the two-stage lifting mode has a designable movement stroke ratio, can realize a larger movement stroke, and ensures that the lifting adjustment process of the range hood has higher efficiency. Specifically, the pitch of the first screw 22 and the pitch of the second screw 23 may be reasonably selected according to the actual lifting distance between the second housing 12 and the air inlet cavity 13. The embodiment can also be provided with a control sensor, so that the air inlet cavity 13 can hover at any position, and the requirements of more use scenes are met.
The first housing 11 and the second housing 12 of the present embodiment are further slidably connected through a first guide rail pair 31, where two sets of first guide rail pairs 31 are respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the lifting device, specifically, at the left and right corner positions of the rear portion of the first housing 11. Specifically, each group of the first rail pairs 31 extends vertically as a whole, and specifically includes a first rail portion 311 and a second rail portion 312 that are perpendicular to each other, the first rail portion 311 is connected to the rear side wall of the first housing 11, and the second rail portion 312 is connected to the left side wall or the right side wall of the first housing 11. Because the left and right first guide rail pairs 31 adopt mutually perpendicular guide rail pair structures, the shaking of the whole range hood in the front-back direction and the left-right direction can be well limited, and the stability of the lifting process of the range hood is further improved.
The second shell 12 is slidably connected with the air inlet cavity 13 through a second guide rail pair 32. The second guide rail pairs 32 in this embodiment also have two groups, and extend vertically, and the two groups of second guide rail pairs 32 are also disposed on the left and right sides of the lifting device, specifically, on the left and right side portions of the air inlet cavity 13.
The lifting process of the range hood of the embodiment is as follows:
the range hood is started, the driving motor acts, the first screw rod 22 and the second screw rod 23 (due to the fact that spline matching capable of sliding axially is adopted) rotate in the same direction and slide relatively in the axial direction, wherein the first screw rod 22 is in transmission fit with a first nut 243 of the fixed arm 24, the fixed arm 24 is driven to move downwards, namely the second shell 12 (and an air inlet cavity 13 arranged on the second shell 12) moves downwards relative to the first shell 11, meanwhile, due to the fact that the second screw rod 23 is in transmission fit with a second nut 252 on the movable arm 25, the movable arm 25 extends downwards relative to the fixed arm 24, namely the air inlet cavity 13 moves downwards relative to the second shell 12, the bottom of the second shell 12 is exposed, and an air inlet 131 on the front side wall of the second shell is exposed. When the range hood is folded (generally when the range hood is shut down), the driving motor rotates reversely, the air inlet cavity 13 moves from bottom to top to enter the inner cavity of the second shell 12 through the second opening 122 at the bottom of the second shell 12, and after moving in place, the air inlet 131 on the air inlet cavity 13 is shielded by the second shell 12 to be closed, and the bottom of the air inlet cavity 13 (namely, the bottom wall of the oil cup 132) is basically flush with the bottom wall of the second shell 12. In this process, the second housing 12 moves upward relative to the first housing 11, that is, the first housing 11 enters the inner cavity of the second housing 12 from the first opening 121 at the top of the second housing 12, and after moving into place, most (lower part) of the first housing 11 is accommodated in the second housing 12, and the upper part is exposed relative to the second housing 12, so that the fixing frame is hung on the wall surface. After the second shell 12 and the air inlet cavity 13 rise in place at the same time and reach the designated position, the effect of being embedded with the bottom surface of the cabinet can be achieved, namely, the whole cabinet can be hidden in the cabinet, and the whole aesthetic property is improved.
