Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a television according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a television base of the television shown in fig. 1. The embodiment of the application provides a television base, which comprises a connecting component 100 and a supporting component 200. The connection part 100 is used for being fixedly connected with a display screen 300 of a television. The support member 200 is connected to the connection member 100, and the support member 200 includes a housing 21 and a metal support 22. The housing 21 is provided with a mounting groove 211, and the metal support 22 is partially embedded in the mounting groove 211 and partially exposed to the outside of the housing 21.
It will be appreciated that since the metal support 22 has a higher strength than plastic, the support member 200 can be made thinner on the basis of ensuring sufficient strength after the metal support 22 is added. Further, exposing the metal support 22 partially outside the housing 21 may also be understood that the housing 21 only wraps a portion of the metal support 22, so that, on one hand, the consumable of the housing 21 may be reduced to reduce the cost and make the support member 200 thinner, and on the other hand, the metal support 22 and the housing 21 may also form a splice design to be more aesthetic. Therefore, the television base provided by the embodiment of the application has the advantages of thinness and attractive appearance on the basis of considering the actual production requirement of low cost.
With continued reference to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the television base shown in fig. 2. In some embodiments, the inner wall of the mounting groove 211 is provided with a first connection structure 212, and the portion of the metal support 22 located in the mounting groove 211 is provided with a second connection structure 221, and the first connection structure 212 and the second connection structure 221 are fixedly connected. In the first aspect, the connection between the metal support member 22 and the housing 21 can be made more stable and reliable by the cooperation of the first connection structure 212 and the second connection structure 221, thereby ensuring the strength of the television base. In the second aspect, the first connection structure 212 and the second connection structure 221 are hidden in the mounting groove 211, so that the connection formed by the first connection structure 212 and the second connection structure 221 can be effectively prevented from being damaged. In the third aspect, the first connection structure 212 and the second connection structure 221 are hidden in the mounting groove 211, so that the appearance surface of the support member 200 is more compact and beautiful.
The manner in which the first connection structure 212 and the second connection structure 221 are connected may be varied. For example, the first connection structure 212 and the second connection structure 221 may be a snap connection, a plug connection, a tension connection, a magnetic attachment, or the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Taking the example that the first connection structure 212 and the second connection structure 221 are snap-fit connections, the first connection structure 212 may include a protruding portion 2121. The second connection structure 221 may include a notch 2211, and the protruding portion 2121 is clamped in the notch 2211, so as to achieve connection and fixation between the housing 21 and the metal support 22.
With continued reference to fig. 4 and 5, fig. 4 is a partially enlarged view of a portion X in fig. 3, and fig. 5 is an exploded view of the television base shown in fig. 2. The notch 2211 may include a first notch 2211a. The first notch 2211a is located at a side of the end of the metal support member 22 facing away from the display screen 300. The protruding portion 2121 includes a first protruding portion 2121a, and the first protruding portion 2121a is clamped into the first notch 2211a.
It can be simply understood that the lower side of the end of the metal support member 22 is provided with the first notch 2211a, so that the first protruding portion 2121a in the mounting groove 211 can hook the first notch 2211a from bottom to top to limit the metal support member 22 from falling out of the mounting groove 211. It will be further appreciated that the connection between two objects is generally released from the corners, and that the end of the metal support member 22 is wrapped by the housing 21, so as to improve the stability of the connection between the end of the metal support member 22 and the housing 21.
The notch 2211 includes a second notch 2211b, and the second notch 2211b is located at a side of the middle portion of the metal support 22 facing the display screen 300. The protruding portion 2121 includes a second protruding portion 2121b, and the second protruding portion 2121b is clamped into the second notch 2211 b.
Then, the metal support 22 may be simply connected to form the second notch 2211b on the upper side of the middle part of the metal support 22, so that the second protruding portion 2121b in the mounting groove 211 is inserted into the second notch 2211b from top to bottom, so as to clamp and fix the metal support 22 and the housing 21, and meanwhile, the lower side of the middle part of the metal support 22 may be exposed to the outside of the housing 21 to form a spliced arrangement.
Specifically, the notch 2211 may include the first notch 2211a and not include the second notch 2211b, the notch 2211 may also include the second notch 2211b and not include the first notch 2211a, and the notch 2211 may also include the first notch 2211a and the second notch 2211b described above, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
It will be appreciated that when the notch 2211 includes both the first notch 2211a and the second notch 2211b, the first protruding portion 2121a hooks the two ends of the metal support member 22 from bottom to top, and the second protruding portion 2121b clamps the middle portion of the metal support member 22 from top to bottom, so that the upper and lower sides of the metal support member 22 and the respective portions along the length direction can form a stable connection with the housing 21.
With continued reference to fig. 5 and 6, fig. 6 is a partially enlarged view at Y in fig. 3. Continuing with the example of the first connection structure 212 and the second connection structure 221 being snap-fit connections, the first connection structure 212 includes a snap-fit 2122. The second connection structure 221 includes a clip hole 2212, and the clip 2122 is clipped to the clip hole 2212, so as to achieve connection fixation of the housing 21 and the metal support 22.
Specifically, the first connection structure 212 may include the above-mentioned protruding portion 2121 and not include the above-mentioned catch 2122, the first connection structure 212 may include the above-mentioned catch 2122 and not include the above-mentioned protruding portion 2121, and the first connection structure 212 may also include both the above-mentioned catch 2122 and protruding portion 2121, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Taking the metal support 22 including the first notch 2211a, the second notch 2211b and the clamping hole 2212 as an example, the clamping hole 2212 may be located at a middle part of the metal support 22 in a length direction, and a plurality of, for example, two, three, four or five second notches 2211b are arranged between the clamping hole 2212 and the first notch 2211a at each end of the metal support 22, so as to realize connection and fixation of the housing 21 and the metal support 22.
In some embodiments, the metal support 22 may be a sheet metal part.
Then, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating a discharging process of the metal support member in the television base shown in fig. 2 during blanking. When the second connecting structure 221 includes at least one of the notch 2211 and the fastening hole 2212, the metal support 22 may be further punched after the metal support intermediate is obtained from the metal plate through a blanking process to form the notch 2211 and/or the fastening hole 2212. Therefore, the metal support piece intermediate body on the metal plate can be arranged more tightly because the metal support piece intermediate body does not need to keep a convex structure, thereby improving the utilization rate of the metal plate and reducing the manufacturing cost of the television base.
With continued reference to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic view of another structure of the metal support in the television base shown in fig. 2. In some other embodiments, the second connection structure 221 may include a flange 2213. The flange 2213 is clamped to the first connection structure 212.
Specifically, the flange 2213 may include a first flange 2213a and a second flange 2213b, the first flange 2213a and the second flange 2213b being located at different sides of the metal support 22 in the thickness direction, respectively. Thus, both sides of the metal support 22 in the thickness direction can be respectively clamped on the first connecting structure 212 or hooked inside the mounting groove 211 through the first flange 2213a and the second flange 2213 b.
With continued reference to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic diagram illustrating another arrangement of metal support members in the television base shown in fig. 2 during blanking. Then, when the metal support intermediate is obtained from the metal sheet through a blanking process, some protruding structures need to be reserved at the edges of the metal support intermediate, so that the protruding structures can be processed to form the flange 2213. Of course, some of the raised structures reserved at the edges of the metal support intermediate may also be used for machining to form the connection member 100, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
With continued reference to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a side view of the television base of fig. 2. In some embodiments, the support member 200 further includes a spacer block 23. The spacer 23 is fixedly connected to the housing 21 and bears against the metal support 22. It is also understood that the housing 21 is hooked on the metal support member 22 by the pad 23, thereby further improving the strength of the connection between the housing 21 and the metal support member 22.
For example, the pad 23 is adhesively fixed to a side of the first protruding portion 2121a facing away from the display 300, and the pad 23 is partially embedded in the second notch 2211 b.
In some embodiments, the spacer 23 protrudes from a side of the housing 21 facing away from the display 300. So that the television base can be supported on a support plane such as a television cabinet by the cushion block 23.
In particular, the pad 23 may be of rubber material. Thereby increasing the friction force between the cushion block 23 and a supporting plane such as a television cabinet and the like and playing a certain role in buffering the television. Of course, the cushion block 23 may be made of a material such as silica gel, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
It is understood that the first connection structure 212 may be plural, and the plural first connection structures 212 are arranged along the length direction of the mounting groove 211. For example, first connection structure 212 may include first boss 2121a, second boss 2121b, and catch 2122 described above.
Alternatively, the number of the first connection structures 212 may be one, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, the inner wall of the mounting groove 211 and the metal support 22 may be bonded and fixed. Such as by AB glue (ABglue) between the inner walls of the mounting groove 211 and the metal support 22.
The distance between the shell 21 and the metal support member 22 in some connection modes in the embodiment of the present application is described above, and the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application will be further described below with reference to the shape of the shell 21.
In some embodiments, the housing 21 may include a first leg 213 and a second leg 214 connected. Thus, the housing 21 can be smoothly placed on the support plane by the first leg 213 and the second leg 214.
Specifically, the connection member 100 may be located at the junction of the first leg 213 and the second leg 214. Thus, after the display screen 300 is mounted to the connection member 100, the first leg 213 and the second leg 214 are positioned on the display surface of the display screen 300 and the non-display surface facing away from the display surface, or the first leg 213 and the second leg 214 are positioned on the front and the back of the display screen 300, respectively, to provide stable and reliable support for the display screen 300.
It is further understood that the first leg 213 and the second leg 214 may be co-linear, and the first leg 213 and the second leg 214 are bent and connected, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Illustratively, the housing 21 may include a first leg 213 and a second leg 214 that are bent to connect. The mounting groove 211 includes a first section and a second section that are joined by a bend, the first section being located at the first leg 213. The second section is located at the second leg 214. Wherein the metal support 22 is partially received in the first section and partially received in the second section.
Further, the housing 21 can be stably placed on the support plane by bending the connected first leg 213 and second leg 214. At this time, the first leg 213 and the second leg 214 serve as main bearing parts of the television base, and the metal support 22 is partially embedded in the first leg 213 and the second leg 214, so that the overall strength of the base is better.
Illustratively, the free end of the first leg 213 is disposed obliquely away from the display 300 and the free end of the second leg 214 is disposed obliquely away from the display 300. It is also simply understood that the ends of the first leg 213 and the second leg 214 are both disposed obliquely downward. Therefore, the television base can support the display screen 300 higher, and the strength of the television base can be ensured, so that the display screen 300 is installed more stably and reliably.
With continued reference to fig. 11 and 12, fig. 12 is a top view of the television base shown in fig. 2, and fig. 11 is a top view of another structure of the television base shown in fig. 2. Continuing with the example of the bent connection of the first leg 213 and the second leg 214, an angle α between the orthographic projection of the first leg 213 in the horizontal plane and the orthographic projection of the second leg 214 in the horizontal plane is greater than or equal to 135 ° and less than or equal to 180 °.
For example, the angle α between the orthographic projection of the first leg 213 and the orthographic projection of the second leg 214 in the horizontal plane may be 135 °, 139 °, 141.2 °, 146 °, 149.2 °, 153 °, 155 °, 158.3 °, 160 °, 163 °, 169.2 °, 171.1 °, 175 °, 177.7 °, 179.2 °, or 180 °, which is not limited by the embodiments of the present application.
Therefore, the whole television base is more attractive, the front-back span of the television base in the front-back direction of the display screen 300 is smaller, the placing space of the television base is saved, and the whole strength and reliability of the television base can be ensured.
Specifically, the television base may be such that only the ends of the first leg 213 and the second leg 214 are inclined in a direction away from the display screen 300 to form a bent-connected structure; the television base may also be a structure in which only the orthographic projection of the first leg 213 on the water surface forms an included angle with the orthographic projection of the second leg 214 on the horizontal plane to form a bent connection; the television base may also be that the end of the first leg 213 and the end of the second leg 214 are inclined in a direction away from the display screen 300, and the orthographic projection of the first leg 213 on the water surface and the orthographic projection of the second leg 214 on the water surface form an included angle, so that a structure that the first leg 213 and the second leg 214 are connected in a bending manner is formed.
In some embodiments, the notch of the mounting groove 211 faces away from the display screen 300, such that the metal support 22 is partially exposed on the side of the housing 21 facing away from the display screen 300.
It is then also to be understood simply that the metal support 22 is partly exposed to the underside of the housing 21. Therefore, the splicing effect can be formed by the exposed part of the metal support piece 22 and the shell 21, and meanwhile, the situation that a user bumps against the thin and hard metal support piece 22 can be avoided, or the user is prevented from being scratched by the thin and hard metal support piece 22, so that the mounting property of the base is improved.
In some embodiments, the housing 21 may be of plastic material. For example, the housing 21 may be of ABS material, or the housing 21 may include PC and fiberglass material, which is not limited in this embodiment. Therefore, the whole base is lighter and lower in cost, and obvious contrast can be generated between the shell 21 and the metal support piece 22 through different materials, so that the aesthetic degree of the splicing design between the shell 21 and the metal support piece 22 is improved.
In some embodiments, the wall thickness throughout the mounting slot 211 may be greater than or equal to 1 millimeter and less than or equal to 3 millimeters, thereby ensuring that the metal support 22 may also be thinner with sufficient support strength.
For example, the wall thickness of the mounting groove 211 may be 1 mm, 1.3 mm, 1.44 mm, 1.58 mm, 1.79 mm, 1.9 mm, 2 mm, 2.11 mm, 2.27 mm, 2.44 mm, 2.67 mm, 2.87 mm, 2.97 mm, or 3 mm throughout, which embodiments of the present application are not limited.
Alternatively, the housing 21 may be made of metal. The housing 21 can have a decorative effect to provide a metallic feeling and improve the strength of the entire base.
For example, the shell 21 may be made of iron materials such as stainless steel, cold-rolled sheet, etc., and the shell 21 may be made of aluminum alloy materials with the material marks of AL6061, AL3003 or AL1100, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.

In a first step, the housing 21 and the metal support 22 are manufactured separately.
In some embodiments, plastic material may be used for injection molding, so that the plastic housing 21 and the connecting member 100 are integrally formed. Then, the housing 21 is etched, sprayed, silk screened, or the like to form a decorative structure.
Alternatively, the metal shell 21 and the connecting member 100 may be integrally formed by a forging process using a forging machine, a forging die, or the like. Then, the outer shell 21 is subjected to sand blasting, wire drawing, anodic oxidation, spray coating, electrophoresis, color coating, vacuum plating, or the like to form a decorative structure.
In some embodiments, the metal connector may be manufactured using a sheet metal process. For example, the stainless steel coiled material is unreeled and then fed into a continuous die, so that the stainless steel coiled material sequentially completes sheet metal processes such as blanking, deburring and the like in the continuous die to obtain the metal connecting piece.
When the metal support 22 further includes a flange 2213, the continuous die may also be used to flange 2213 the stainless steel coil.
When the metal support 22 and the connection member 100 are integrally formed, the continuous die may also be used to bend the stainless steel coil to form the integrally formed metal support 22 and connection member 100.
The metal support 22 may then be sandblasted, wire drawn, anodized, spray coated, electrophoresed, color coated, or vacuum coated, etc., to form a decorative structure.
In a second step, the housing 21 is assembled with the metal support 22.
