Detailed Description
Various embodiments of the present utility model will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The same reference numbers will be used throughout the drawings to refer to the same or like parts. For clarity, the various features of the drawings are not drawn to scale.
The present utility model provides a liquid level indicator, see fig. 1 to 4, comprising: a fixed cover 1, a guide tube 2, an indicator plate 3, a slide bar 4 and a float 5. Wherein the fixed cover 1 is used for being mounted on the top wall of the container; the guide pipe 2 is of a hollow tubular structure, the guide pipe 2 is vertically and fixedly arranged at the top of the fixed cover 1, and the guide pipe 2 penetrates through the fixed cover 1; the indicating plate 3 is vertically fixed on the top of the fixed cover 1 and is positioned on one side of the guide pipe 2, and a scale area for indicating the liquid level is arranged on the indicating plate 3; the sliding rod 4 is arranged in the guide pipe 2 in a penetrating manner, the sliding rod 4 can slide along the axial direction of the guide pipe 2, the top end of the sliding rod 4 extends out of the top of the guide pipe, and the top end of the sliding rod 4 is used for indicating the liquid level; the floater 5 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the sliding rod 4.
Specifically, the outer circumference of the fixed cover 1 is provided with external threads, and the fixed cover 1 is used for being connected to the top wall of the container in a threaded manner. As shown in fig. 6, when the standard 200L oil drum 7 is used for collecting waste liquid, the external thread on the fixed cover 1 is matched with the internal thread at the exhaust hole of the oil drum 7, and the liquid level indicator can be fixed at the exhaust hole of the oil drum 7 through the threaded connection of the fixed cover 1, so that the liquid level of the waste liquid in the oil drum 7 can be conveniently indicated when the oil drum 7 collects the waste liquid. In specific implementation, the fixed cover 1 can also directly adopt a vent hole cover of the oil drum 7.
The guide pipe 2 can be made of round steel pipes, and the guide pipe 2 is connected to the fixed cover 1 in a welding mode. In the concrete implementation, a through hole matched with the outer diameter of the guide pipe 2 can be formed in the middle of the fixed cover 1, the lower end of the guide pipe 2 penetrates through the through hole in the fixed cover 1, and the connection part of the upper surface and the lower surface of the fixed cover 1 and the guide pipe 2 is welded and fixed. The indicating plate 3 is of a strip-shaped plate structure, and the lower end of the indicating plate 3 is connected to the fixed cover 1 in a welding mode. In this embodiment, the lower end of the indicator plate 3 is closely adjacent to the guide tube 2, and the lower end of the indicator plate 3 is fixedly welded to the fixed cover 1, and is fixedly connected to the guide tube 2 by a welding manner, so as to enhance the firmness of the connection of the indicator plate 3 to the fixed cover 1.
The scale area on the indication board 3 is divided into a low liquid level scale area 31, a medium liquid level scale area 32 and a high liquid level scale area 33 from bottom to top, and the low liquid level scale area 31, the medium liquid level scale area 32 and the high liquid level scale area 33 are respectively provided with a plurality of scale blocks 301 which are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the indication board 3. The scale blocks 301 of the low liquid level scale region 31, the medium liquid level scale region 32 and the high liquid level scale region 33 are respectively set to green, yellow and red to intuitively remind the liquid level condition in the container. For example: when the top end of the sliding rod 4 indicates to the green scale block 301, the liquid level in the container is lower, and the liquid can be continuously added into the cylinder; when the top end of the sliding rod 4 indicates the yellow scale block 301, the liquid level in the container is close to the high level, so that the liquid with larger capacity is prevented from being added into the container at one time, and overflow is avoided; when the top end of the sliding rod 4 indicates to the red scale block 301, the liquid level in the container approaches or reaches the highest level, so as to remind a person to prohibit adding liquid into the container again, and a new container needs to be replaced to contain the liquid.
In order to more accurately know the liquid level in the container, each scale block 301 is respectively provided with a scale value, and when the top end of the slide bar 4 indicates a certain scale value, the liquid level in the container is indicated as a numerical value indicated by the scale value. Further, the surface of the scale value is coated with fluorescent paint, so that the fluorescent paint is convenient to observe when the fluorescent paint is used in a dark environment. In this embodiment, the scale values on the scale blocks 301 are etched in a negative pattern, and the fluorescent paint is easier to be retained after being coated on the surfaces of the scale values.
The top end of the sliding rod 4 is also provided with a cross rod 6, and the length of the cross rod 6 is larger than the diameter of the guide tube 2. By arranging the cross bar 6 at the top end of the slide bar 4, the liquid level value can be indicated more accurately on the one hand, and the slide bar 4 can be kept in the guide tube 2 on the other hand, so that the slide bar 4 is prevented from being separated from the guide tube 2.
The float 5 is in a spherical structure or a cylindrical structure; the diameter of the float 5 is smaller than that of the fixed cover 1, so that the float 5 can be conveniently placed into the container from an opening at the joint of the fixed cover 1 and the top of the container. The float 5 may be a solid structure, and the material of the float 5 may be wood, foam plastic, or the like with a low density. As shown in fig. 4, the float 5 may be a solid structure made of a material having a relatively low density, and then connected to the slide rod 4 by means of a snap-fit, screw-fit or adhesive connection. Referring to fig. 5, the float 5 may also have a hollow cavity structure in the interior, for example, the float 5 may have a cylindrical cavity structure made of stainless steel, and the top is screw-coupled with the slide bar 4 and coated with sealant. The slide bar 4 can be made of a metal material or a nonmetal material with lighter mass. The slide bar 4 may be made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy material, for example.
When the liquid level indicator is installed on a container, when the liquid level in the container rises, the floater 5 pushes the sliding rod 4 to move upwards through the guide pipe 2 under the action of the floating force of the liquid in the container, and the liquid level in the container is confirmed by comparing the top end of the sliding rod 4 with the scale value of the scale block 301 on the indication plate 3.
The liquid level indicator is a mechanical structure type liquid level indicator, does not need to be connected with a power supply when in use, is more convenient and reliable, and avoids the safety risk caused by using an electronic liquid level meter with the property of the power supply.
In summary, the liquid level indicator provided by the utility model can be arranged at the top of a container through the fixed cover, when the liquid level in the container rises, the floater pushes the sliding rod to move upwards along the guide pipe under the action of liquid buoyancy, and the liquid level height in the container can be judged by observing the indication position of the top end of the sliding rod on the indication plate. The liquid level indicator has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use and accurate liquid level measurement.
