Herein, "parallel", "perpendicular", etc. are not strictly mathematical and/or geometric limitations, but also include tolerances which may be understood and appreciated by those skilled in the art and which may be varied in making or using the same.
As shown in fig. 1, as one embodiment, the indoor heater of the present utility model includes: a heater housing 10, a mounting frame 20, a swing blade 30, a drive motor 40 and a linkage assembly 50. The mounting bracket 20 is attached to the interior cavity of the heater housing. The swing blade 30 includes a first connecting portion 31 and a second connecting portion 32. The first connecting portion 31 is located on the inner wall 301 of the swing arm 30 and is used for connecting to the mounting frame 20. The second connection portion 32 is disposed at the same side of the inner wall 301 and maintains a predetermined distance from the first connection portion 31. The driving motor 40 is connected to one side portion of the mounting frame 20.
As can be seen in connection with fig. 2 and 3, the linkage assembly 50 includes a first rocker 51 and a second rocker 52. One end of the first rocker 51 is fixed to an output shaft of the driving motor 40. One end of the second rocker 52 is connected to the other end of the first rocker 51, and the second end thereof is connected to the second connecting portion 32 of the swing blade. The driving motor 40 outputs driving force, and the swing blade 30 can be driven and rotated within a predetermined range by the cooperative transmission of the first rocker 51 and the second rocker 52.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the driving motor 40 is centrally disposed and mounted on the bottom of the mounting frame 20. Since the driving motor 40 is provided at the bottom of the mounting frame 20, it is ensured that the power transmission is more efficient and reliable. Meanwhile, the motion of the connecting rod assembly can be effectively avoided, and meanwhile, the installation position of the motor is not required to be reserved, so that the structure is simplified, and the peripheral baffle on the periphery of the swing blade is omitted.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present utility model, the vertical distance between the axis 41 of the output shaft of the driving motor 40 and the inner wall 301 of the swing blade 30 is approximately equal to the length of the first rocker 51, so that the movement track of the link assembly is more reliable, and the compactness of the product structure is ensured.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, it is preferable that the first connection portion 31 is a first link 31a vertically extending along the inner surface of the swing blade, and the second connection portion 32 is a second link 32a vertically extending along the inner surface of the swing blade 30, so as to better enhance the driving effect of the whole swing blade.
As an alternative embodiment, the end of the first link 31a is provided with a limiting hole 311, and one side of the mounting frame 20 is provided with a limiting shaft 201, so that the first link 31a is pivotally coupled to a predetermined position of the mounting frame 20.
In order to achieve compactness, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, a recess 202 is provided on a side of the mounting frame 20 for receiving at least a portion of the second link 32 a.
Further, in order to enhance the driving efficiency, the first link 31a and the second link 32a are disposed in parallel with each other, and the second link 32a has a length greater than that of the first link 31a.
It should be noted that the plane of the driving motor 40 and the rotation area of the link assembly 50 are different planes, so as to ensure no interference. Preferably, the predetermined rotatable range of the swing blade 30 is 0 to 90 degrees, and by increasing the rotation angle of the swing blade, the air outlet volume of the air outlet is effectively increased, and the use experience of the product is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the swing blade 30 of the present utility model adopts a one-piece integral structure, which not only effectively improves the integrity and aesthetic appearance of the product, but also simplifies the assembly process.
According to an embodiment of the indoor heater of the present utility model, taking the initial position shown in fig. 1 and 3 as an example, under the driving action of the driving motor 40, the first rocker 51 starts to act, then drives the second rocker 52 to rotate, and the second rocker 52 then drives the second link 32a to start rotating, and since one end of the first link 31a is fixed to the mounting frame, the swing blade 30 pivots about the limiting shaft 201 as a pivot under the driving action of the second link 32a, so as to realize the complete opening of the swing blade 30 as shown in fig. 2 and 4, and vice versa.
In summary, the indoor heater breaks through the conventional design of the swing blade enclosure in the prior art, and the movement track of the swing blade is arranged above the panel by adding the ingenious cooperation between the connecting rod assembly and the motor, so that the air output of the air outlet is effectively increased due to the larger rotation angle of the swing blade, and the use efficiency of the indoor heater product is effectively improved.
