Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a clothes dryer according to an embodiment of the present application. The embodiment of the present application provides a dryer 1, the dryer 1 may be a dryer having only a drying function, and the dryer 1 may be a washing and drying integrated machine having a washing function and a drying function, which is not particularly limited herein. The clothes dryer 1 is generally provided with a lint collecting assembly for collecting lint, etc. generated during a drying process, so as to reduce lint, etc. on clothes after drying is completed, and to improve a user experience. However, in the related art, the collection condition of the lint collecting assembly is generally unknown, and the problem of influencing the drying effect due to excessive lint amount is easily caused.
In order to reduce the occurrence of the above-described problems, the embodiment of the present application improves the dryer 1, and will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
For example, please refer to fig. 1 in combination with fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of part of a clothes dryer according to an embodiment of the present application. The dryer 1 includes a cabinet 10, a door 20, a drying duct 30, a lint collecting box 40, a filter screen 50, a differential pressure sensor 60, and a controller 70.
The cabinet 10 is an external structure of the dryer 1. The casing 10 has an accommodation space for accommodating components such as an inner tub, a drying duct 30, a lint collecting box 40, a filter screen 50, a differential pressure sensor 60, and a controller 70. The case 10 has a dispensing opening 11, and the dispensing opening 11 is used for dispensing and taking clothes. The housing 10 also has a mounting opening 12, the mounting opening 12 being for mounting and receiving the lint collecting box 40. The dispensing opening 11 and the mounting opening 12 may be located on the same side wall of the housing 10, such as the side wall of the housing 10 facing the user.
The door 20 is rotatably connected to the case 10 to close or expose the dispensing opening 11. The door 20 may be made of transparent material so that a user can observe the drying condition of laundry in the cabinet 10.
The drying air duct 30 is disposed in the case 10, and the drying air duct 30 is used for conveying, for example, hot air for drying circulation into the inner drum to perform heat exchange with the laundry in the inner drum, thereby continuously discharging moisture of the laundry. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the electric heating type drying principle is used for drying, that is, heated air is sent into the inner cylinder to exchange heat with clothes in the inner cylinder, the hot and humid air after heat exchange is condensed into water by condensed water and discharged out of the clothes dryer 1, and the rest of air enters the heating part to be heated, and the process is continuously circulated to dry the clothes. Accordingly, the drying duct 30 of the embodiment of the present application may be understood as a portion from the outlet of the inner tub to the heated air and a portion that delivers the heated air to the inner tub.
The lint collecting box 40 is used for collecting lint. The lint picker cartridge 40 is slidably coupled to the casing 10 to fill or expose the mounting port 12. It will be appreciated that the lint pickers 40 are in the form of drawers, and lint during drying can be collected by filling the lint pickers 40 into the mounting openings 12; by withdrawing the lint pickers 40 from the mounting openings 12, the lint pickers 40 may be inspected for lint pickers within the lint pickers 40 or the lint pickers 40 may be cleaned. In a state where the lint collecting box 40 is filled in the mounting opening 12, the lint collecting box 40 is penetrated through the drying duct 30, and the lint collecting box 40 is formed with a drying duct (not shown) together with the drying duct 30. It will be appreciated that pile collection box 40 is provided to extend through the drying tunnel, i.e., the air path, to collect floating pile to reduce the likelihood of pile entering the drum.
The filter screen 50 is located in the drying duct and is provided in the lint collecting box 40. The filter net 50 can intercept floating lint while passing through the wind, thereby achieving collection of lint.
The differential pressure sensor 60 is used for detecting pressure differences at two sides of the filter screen 50, the differential pressure sensor 60 is respectively connected with the drying air pipes 30 at two sides of the filter screen 50, that is, respectively detects pressures at two sides of the filter screen 50, that is, static pressure values, and the static pressure values are converged at the differential pressure sensor 60 to calculate the pressure differences at two sides of the filter screen 50, so as to judge the blocking condition of the filter screen 50 according to the pressure differences at two sides of the filter screen 50.
The controller 70 is a control center of the dryer 1, and the controller 70 is used to control each operation program of the dryer 1 so that the dryer 1 performs a set function. The controller 70 is electrically connected to the differential pressure sensor 60 to receive the pressure difference detected by the differential pressure sensor 60, and determine the blocking condition of the filter screen 50 according to the pressure difference. It will be appreciated that when the filter 50 is not blocked, the pressure values on both sides of the filter 50 are similar or equal, i.e. the pressure difference on both sides of the filter 50 is smaller; when the filter screen 50 is blocked by different conditions, the more serious the blocking is, the greater the pressure difference between the two sides of the filter screen 50 is, and after the filter screen 50 is blocked, only a small amount or no wind substantially penetrates through the filter screen 50, so that the pressure imbalance between the two sides of the filter screen 50 is caused, that is, the pressure difference is positively correlated with the blocking degree of the filter screen 50.
In the clothes dryer 1 provided by the embodiment of the application, because of the difference of the blocking condition of the filter screen 50, the pressure values corresponding to the two sides of the filter screen 50 are different, the pressure difference of the two sides of the filter screen 50 is detected by the pressure difference sensor 60, and the blocking condition of the filter screen can be judged according to the pressure difference, so that a user is reminded to clean in time when too much plush is accumulated at the filter screen 50, and the influence of the plush blocking on the drying speed and the drying effect is reduced.
It should be noted that the bernoulli theorem states that fluid flow velocity and pressure are inversely proportional, and that the flow velocity and flow rate in a conduit can be calculated by measuring the pressure differential across filter screen 50. Therefore, the flow difference between the inlet and the outlet of the two sides of the filter screen 50 is represented on the differential pressure sensor 60, the differential pressure signal is transmitted to an ADC (analog-digital converter) acquisition module of the controller 70, and the single-chip microcomputer of the controller 70 reads the differential pressure resin according to the ADC and performs threshold judgment. When the pile collection parameters accumulate to a certain threshold, the single chip will give a fault alarm, prompting the user to clear the pile collection box 40.
It should be noted that, the controller 70 may send the blocking condition of the filter screen 50 to the display screen of the clothes dryer 1 through a control signal, and the user may determine the blocking condition of the filter screen 50 by looking at the display of the set area on the display screen, so as to help the user to intuitively see the use condition of the filter screen 50.
Referring to fig. 3 in combination with fig. 1 and 2, fig. 3 is a block diagram of a clothes dryer according to an embodiment of the present application. Meanwhile, the clothes dryer 1 may further include an alarm 80, wherein the alarm 80 is electrically connected with the controller 70, and the alarm 80 is used for alarming when the controller 70 determines that the filter screen 50 is blocked, that is, alarming when the pressure difference across the filter screen 50 exceeds a threshold value, so as to remind a user of cleaning in time.
The alarm 80 may be an audible and visual alarm, that is, the alarm 80 may remind the user by sending out a prompt tone, and/or the alarm 80 may remind the user by emitting light, and the user may select an alarm form of the alarm 80 when receiving the product of the clothes dryer 1.
Illustratively, the alarm 80 is provided at a side of the lint pickcase 40 facing the outside of the dryer 1, and the alarm 80 protrudes from the lint pickcase 40 to serve as a handle of the lint pickcase 40, facilitating the user's manipulation of the lint pickcase 40. It can be appreciated that the alarm 80 is arranged at the lint collecting box 40, so that the space of the dryer 1 is not additionally occupied, and the aesthetic feeling of the dryer 1 is improved; and, multiplexing the alarm 80 as the handle of the lint collecting box 40, on the one hand, facilitates the user to operate the lint collecting box 40, and on the other hand, also can conceal the lint collecting box 40, further improving the aesthetic degree of the dryer 1.
Illustratively, the differential pressure sensor 60 may be mounted on the inner wall of the casing 10, or may be mounted on the outer wall of the outer tub inside the casing 10, and disposed close to the lint collecting box 40, to facilitate connection of the differential pressure sensor 60 with the lint collecting box 40.
Illustratively, the dryer 1 further includes a first detecting pipe 90a and a second detecting pipe 90b, the first detecting pipe 90a and the second detecting pipe 90b are respectively connected to the drying duct 30 at both sides of the filter screen 50, and the first detecting pipe 90a and the second detecting pipe 90b are respectively connected to the differential pressure sensor 60. In another aspect, two ends of the first detecting tube 90a are respectively connected with the drying air duct 30 and the differential pressure sensor 60, two ends of the second detecting tube 90b are respectively connected with the differential pressure sensor 60 of the drying air duct 30, and the first detecting tube 90a and the second detecting tube 90b are located at two sides of the filter screen 50 along the drying air duct, so that two sides of the filter screen 50 can be communicated with the differential pressure sensor 60, and the differential pressure sensor 60 can detect pressures at two sides of the filter screen 50.
Illustratively, the first and second sensing tubes 90a and 90b are flexible tubes to facilitate connection of the differential pressure sensor 60 to the drying duct 30. Wherein, in order to accommodate different installation conditions, at least one of the first detection tube 90a and the second detection tube 90b includes a corrugated section, so that the first detection tube 90a and the second detection tube 90b can accommodate different length requirements.
Illustratively, the drying duct 30 includes a duct wall 31, a first protruding tube 32 and a second protruding tube 33, where the first protruding tube 32 and the second protruding tube 33 are disposed at intervals and protrude from the duct wall 31, so as to facilitate installation of the first detecting tube 90a and the second detecting tube 90b. The first detecting tube 90a is sleeved on the first protruding tube 32, and the second detecting tube 90b is sleeved on the second protruding tube 33.
Referring to fig. 4 in conjunction with fig. 1 to 3, fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a drying duct and a lint collecting box in a clothes dryer according to an embodiment of the present application. Since the lint collecting box 40 can be pulled out from the drying duct 30, a sealing member may be provided between the lint collecting box 40 and the drying duct 30 in order to improve the sealing property therebetween.
