Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the present application is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application. The term "and/or" as used herein includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
In this application, the terms "first," "second," and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number, order of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defining "a first" or "a second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more such feature. In the description of the present utility model, the meaning of "plurality" means at least two, for example, two, three, etc., unless specifically defined otherwise.
In this application, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements is not necessarily limited to those elements expressly listed but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such article or apparatus.
Referring to fig. 1-6, one embodiment of the present application provides a packaging tube having opposing top and bottom portions, including a storage element 100, a drive element 200, and a guide element 300.
Wherein the storage element 100 is used for storing pasty cosmetics such as lipstick, etc., and the driving element 200 has a spiral groove 210 cooperating with the storage element 100 for driving the storage element 100 to axially move; the guide member 300 serves to restrict the rotation of the storage member 100 and guide it to expand and contract in the package in the axial direction.
In general, the conventional packaging tube has a decorative member fixed to the outermost circumferences of the storage member 100, the driving member 200 and the guide member 300, and the decorative member has a relatively short axial length (the storage member 100 is completely hidden in the decorative member) so that the driving member 200 can rotate relative to the guide member 300, so that cosmetics can be used without using other components (e.g., a base), but the overall shape of the packaging tube is not beautiful.
To solve this problem, the packaging tube of the present application further comprises a first decorative element 400 and a second decorative element 500. The first decoration element 400 is sleeved on the guiding element 300, the second decoration element 500 is sleeved on the driving element 200, and the first decoration element 400 and the second decoration element 500 are close to each other and are in butt joint trend. When the cosmetics are needed, the storage element 100 can be moved axially by only relatively rotating the first decoration element 400 and the second decoration element 500 for use, and compared with the prior art, the whole shape is more attractive.
To make the packaging tube more integral, the first decorative element 400 and the second decorative element 500 are made of the same material (e.g., aluminum), and may be made by the same process. Of course, in order to meet the requirements of various shapes, the cross-sectional outer profiles of the first decorative element 400 and the second decorative element 500 are non-circular, for example, elliptical, rectangular, triangular, etc., and in this embodiment, the cross-sectional outer profiles used are specifically elliptical. Wherein the first decorative element 400 and the second decorative element 500 are surface flush in the initial state of the packaging tube. Specifically, in the initial state, when the storage element 100 is in the bottom limit position relative to the packing tube, the outer surfaces of the first decoration element 400 and the second decoration element 500 are matched and corresponding in the axial direction, and the surfaces are flush. Of course, in order to further enhance the aesthetic appearance of the packing tube in use, the first decorative element 400 and the second decorative element 500 are also in a surface flush state when the storage element 100 is in the top extreme position with respect to the packing tube.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the storage element 100 includes a coupling rod 110 rotatably coupled to the driving element 200 and a barrel 120 for containing cosmetics, wherein the coupling rod 110 has a hollow structure communicating with the bottom end of the barrel 120, and is integrally formed with an external thread at the bottom end, and the external thread is rotatably coupled to the spiral groove 210. The link 110 is substantially flat, the guide member 300 has a through hole 331 through which the link 110 passes, the through hole 331 being sized to fit the cross section of the link 110, and the link 110 further has a positioning portion 111 which is interference fit with the wall of the through hole 331 to be held at a specific position. The specific positions specifically include a limit position of the storage element 100 at the top of the driving element 200 and a limit position of the bottom, that is, two positioning portions 111 are respectively disposed at the top and the bottom of the linkage rod 110. The positioning portion 111 is specifically a boss structure, and when the storage element 100 rotates to the limit position, the positioning portion 111 and the guiding element 300 (the inner wall of the through hole 331) are in a slight interference state, so that the barrel 120 is in a centered state, and the problem of angular misalignment of cosmetics can be improved. Of course, in order to prevent the linkage rod 110 from being separated from the through hole 331, the positioning portion 111 is further provided with a protrusion 112.
In order to precisely locate the extreme position of the bottom, the bottom of the helical groove 210 is spaced from the bottom of the drive element 200 by a distance, in this case an integer multiple of the pitch of the storage element 100, which is capable of axial movement.
In one embodiment, the cross-sectional outer contour of the barrel 120 is non-circular, although in order to make the packaging tube generally elliptical, the barrel 120 is also elliptical in this embodiment.
Further, the guiding element 300 includes an upper section 310 and a lower section 320, the cylinder 120 is disposed in the upper section 310 and is in clearance fit with the upper section 310, the driving element 200 partially extends into the lower section 320 and is axially fixed with the lower section 320, the lower section 320 is disposed in a diameter-reduced manner relative to the upper section 310, in order to enhance structural strength, so as to avoid the problem that the second decoration element 500 deforms and is concave when force is applied by rotation, and a middle sleeve 600 is disposed between the second decoration element 500 and the lower section 320.
To facilitate the installation of other components, such as the base, the bottom of the second decorative element 500 is provided with an opening 510, and the bottom of the driving element 200 is provided with a limiting rib 220 for limiting the circumference of the base and an axially limiting annular groove 230.
In the specific assembly, the second decoration element 500 is first fixed by sleeving the second decoration element Zhou Majiao on the outer periphery of the driving element 200, then glue is applied to the middle sleeve 600, the middle sleeve 600 is required to be arranged at the top of the second decoration element 500 in a flush manner during the assembly, then the first decoration element 400 is required to be fixedly connected with the guiding element 300 in a glue application manner, the first decoration element 400 is required to be flush with the bottom of the upper section 310 during the assembly (the first decoration element 400 and the second decoration element 500 are more attractive in the non-flush state of the circumferential rotation surfaces), then the linkage rod 110 of the storage element 100 passes through the perforation 331, the linkage rod 110 is screwed into the spiral groove 210 of the guiding element 300, and finally the assembly of the packing tube is completed by pressing.
The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description. When technical features of different embodiments are embodied in the same drawing, the drawing can be regarded as a combination of the embodiments concerned also being disclosed at the same time.
The above examples only represent a few embodiments of the present application, which are described in more detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the claims. It should be noted that it would be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements could be made without departing from the spirit of the present application, which would be within the scope of the present application.
