Abstract
本实用新型涉及到冰箱附件，具体说是冰箱抽屉
的一种导轨支撑装置。由抽屉1，蒸发器铝板2，导轨
3组成，其特征在于蒸发器铝板2上有导轨卡口5，导
轨3上带有导轨固定卡4，导轨3由导轨固定卡4通
过导轨卡口5与蒸发器铝板2相固定，抽屉1底部有
与导轨3相配合的导槽6。推拉抽屉时，抽屉1只与
导轨3接触，不与蒸发器摩擦，不仅有效地保护了蒸
发器铝板，而且开启抽屉滑动自如，省力方便。
Description
本实用新型涉及到冰箱附件，具体说是冰箱抽屉的一种导轨支撑装置。
现有的冰箱抽屉均是直接放置在蒸发器铝板上，这种结构的缺陷在于由于抽屉与铝板直接接触，抽屉长时间在蒸发器铝板上拖动，势必造成铝板与抽屉的磨损，严重时，还可能磨破蒸发器铝管，造成制冷剂泄漏；另外，对冷冻室而言，如果抽屉与蒸发器间有水滴，抽屉与蒸发器铝板还可能冻结在一起，使得抽屉推拉特别费劲。
本实用新型目的在于提供一种冰箱抽屉导轨支撑装置，减少抽屉与铝板间的磨损，且使抽屉推拉方便自如。
本实用新型是这样来实现设计目的的，一种冰箱抽屉导轨支撑装置，由抽屉1，蒸发器铝板2，导轨3组成，其特征在于蒸发器铝板2上有导轨卡口5，导轨3上带有导轨固定卡4，导轨3由导轨固定卡4通过导轨卡口5与蒸发器铝板2相固定，抽屉1底部有与导轨3相配合的导槽6。导轨3截面呈三角形或梯形。
本实用新型冰箱抽屉导轨支撑装置，由于在蒸发器铝板上有导轨与抽屉的导槽相配合，抽屉放入后就直接与导轨接触，不与蒸发器铝板相碰，既保护了蒸发器的铝板，又使得抽屉推拉滑动自如。

蒸发器铝板2装配在冰箱内胆的凹槽中固定，抽屉1置放在蒸发器铝板2上，在蒸发器铝板2上留有与导轨3相配合的导轨卡口5，导轨3截面呈梯形，通过导轨固定卡4装在导轨卡口5上，同蒸发器铝板2相固定，放上抽屉1，抽屉1上有两个导槽6，导槽6与抽屉1注塑加工一次成型，截面形状为梯形，具有很好的导向槽及良好的支撑效果，当存取物品时，抽屉1的导槽6沿蒸发器铝板2的导轨3滑动，使得推拉抽屉，省力、方便。

1、一种冰箱抽屉导轨支撑装置，由抽屉1，蒸发器铝板2，导轨3组成，抽屉1置于蒸发器铝板2上，其特征在于：蒸发器铝板2上有导轨卡口5，导轨3上带有导轨固定卡4，导轨3由导轨固定卡4通过导轨卡口5与蒸发器铝板2相固定，抽屉1底部有与导轨3截面形状相配合的导槽6。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种冰箱抽屉导轨支撑装置，其特征在于所说的导轨3截面呈三角形。
