Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a closing circuit monitoring loop adopting a circuit breaker mechanism to prevent tripping, belonging to the technical field of electrical equipment.
Background
In the design of a circuit breaker control loop of a transformer substation, the circuit breaker mechanism is required to be adopted preferentially to prevent tripping, and when the circuit breaker mechanism is adopted to prevent tripping, if the circuit breaker is in a closing position, the operation box is easy to close, and the opening lamp is lightened simultaneously.
The current measures are that a closing circuit monitoring loop is moved to a breaker mechanism box for monitoring, but the monitored part of the closing circuit is shortened, when the breaker is at a breaking position, if the shortened closing circuit is broken, the device cannot alarm a control loop breaking signal, an maintainer and an operator cannot find the breaking of the closing circuit at the first time, and only when the breaker is powered on, the breaker cannot be switched on, so that the power failure time and the power grid operation risk are increased.
As shown in FIG. 1, the anti-jump loop of the anti-jump relay of the operation box is adopted in the operation box of the protection device, when the operation box is adopted for anti-jump, the e-f connecting wire needs to be disconnected, because the e-f-g-n-o loop of the anti-jump loop of the mechanism box cannot be conducted, the monitoring loop is an a-b-c loop, and the a-b-c loop can monitor the c-d-e-i-j-k loop in the control loop. When the breaker is in the opening position and stores energy, namely, the breaker auxiliary contact DL1 is closed, the breaker auxiliary contact DL2 is closed, the breaker auxiliary contact DL3 is opened, the breaker auxiliary contact DL4 is opened, the breaker auxiliary contact DL5 is opened and the switch CK is closed, at the moment, the a-b-c-d-e-i-j-k loop is conducted, the tripping position relay TWJ is electrically excited, the tripping position indicator TWD is lighted, if any contact, equipment or terminal fault in the branch c-d-e-i-j-k loop is opened, the a-b-c-d-e-i-j-k loop is not conducted, the tripping position relay TWJ is electrically excited, the tripping position indicator TWD is extinguished, and the device alarms the control loop to remind a maintainer or an operator of the disconnection fault.
When the operating box is adopted to prevent tripping, on the premise that the circuit integrity of the tripping prevention circuit e-f-g-n-o of the mechanism box is ensured, when the circuit breaker is at a closing position, namely, the auxiliary circuit breaker contact DL1 is opened, the auxiliary circuit breaker contact DL2 is opened, the auxiliary circuit breaker contact DL3 is closed, the auxiliary circuit breaker contact DL4 is closed and the auxiliary circuit breaker contact DL5 is closed, the relay HWJ at the closing position is electrically excited, and the closing indicator HWD is lighted; because the a-b-c-d-e-f-g-m-n-o loop is conducted, the tripping position relay TWJ is electrically excited, the tripping position indicator lamp TWD is lighted, and the tripping and closing position indicator lamps of the circuit breaker are simultaneously lighted at the same time, so that a fault state is displayed.
At present, the improvement requires that the point c of the monitoring loop a-b-c is disconnected to the point p, at the moment, the monitoring loop is a-b-p-f-e, and because the auxiliary contact DL2 of the circuit breaker is disconnected, the tripping position relay TWJ is deenergized, the tripping position indicator lamp TWD is not lightened, and only the closing indicator lamp HWD is correctly lightened, so that the problem that the tripping position indicator lamp and the closing indicator lamp are lightened simultaneously when the circuit breaker is in the closing position can be solved.
However, the monitored part of the closing loop in the control loop of the method is shortened to be an e-i-j-k part, so that the C-d-e part can not be monitored any more, the reliable operation of the control loop is not facilitated, an outdoor cable is required for the long distance from the point C to the point P (from the main control room to the switching field), and the possibility of mistaken disconnection of the monitoring loop a-b-P-g-f-e-i-j-k is increased. When the breaker is at the opening position and the mechanism prevents tripping action, the monitoring loop is a-b-p-f-e, and the monitoring loop CJX2 is disconnected, TWJ is powered off, the tripping position indicator lamp TWD is not lighted, and the device reports that the control loop is disconnected. When the breaker is in the breaking position, namely DL1 closing, DL2 closing, DL3 opening, DL4 opening, DL5 opening and CK closing, and the mechanism anti-tripping actions, namely CJX1 closing, CJX2 opening and CJX3 opening, the monitoring loop is a-b-p-f-e, as the breaker mechanism box of the monitoring loop prevents the tripping relay CJX3 opening, the tripping position relay TWJ is powered off, the tripping position indicator lamp TWD is not on, and only can alarm and control the loop disconnection to remind a maintainer or an operator to handle the disconnection fault.
