4. A multifunctional street lamp according to claim 3, characterized in that the functional module securing part (43) comprises a thick part (411) on the inner side of the outer ring (41),

a fixing groove (412) formed in the thick portion (411),

and a fixing rod (413) for fixing the functional module (5) in the fixing groove (412).

5. A multifunctional street lamp according to claim 1, characterized in that the functional module (5) comprises at least a lighting module, a video module.

6. A multifunctional street lamp according to claim 3, characterized in that the functional module (5) can be fixed by at least two of the functional unit bases (4).
