Embodiments of the present utility model are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A first embodiment of the utility model relates to a single fire wire switch 100. As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 3, the single-live switch 100 includes: control panel 1, keypad 2, light source 3 and printing opacity light homogenizing piece 4. The keypad 2 is arranged in front of the control board 1, i.e. the keypad 2 faces the user. The control board 1 is provided with a circuit board 11 and a key unit 12 electrically connected with the circuit board 11, the key board 2 covers the circuit board 11 and the key unit 12, and a user can control the corresponding household equipment to switch between two different states, such as normal opening and closing, by touching the key unit 12 through the key board 2.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 3, the key sheet 2 includes: the key sheet 21, the key sheet 21 has the light-transmitting indication area 20. The light-transmitting dodging member 4 is adjacent to a side of the key sheet 21 facing the key unit 12, and the light-transmitting dodging member 4 covers the light-transmitting indication area 20, the light-transmitting dodging member 4 having a first surface 41 facing the key sheet 21, a second surface 42 opposite to the first surface 41, and a side surface 43 surrounding the first surface 41 and the second surface 42. As shown in fig. 5, the light source 3 is disposed on a side surface 43 of the light-transmitting and light-homogenizing member 4, the light source 3 includes an LED lamp bead 31, and the LED lamp bead 31 is electrically connected with the circuit board 11, the LED lamp bead 31 is disposed on the side surface 43 of the light-transmitting and light-homogenizing member 4, the light-emitting side of the LED lamp bead 31 faces the side surface 43 of the light-transmitting and light-homogenizing member 4, and the light of the light-emitting side 311 of the LED lamp bead 31 is emitted into the light-transmitting and light-homogenizing member 4 from the side surface 43 of the light-transmitting and light-homogenizing member 4, wherein the light-emitting side 311 of the LED lamp bead 31 is a surface for generating light spots. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the light source 3 may comprise three or 2 LED beads 31. The smaller number of LED beads 31 can adapt to the current of the single live wire to ensure normal backlight display, and meanwhile, the light source 3 and the current are adapted to ensure that the light-transmitting indication area 20 maintains a normally-on state with enough brightness, namely, the LED beads are always in a bright state after the single live wire switch is connected to a power supply for use. The light transmissive indicator zone 20 may be a light transmissive font such as "living room", "bedroom", or "kitchen", etc. A transparent indication area 20 is provided with a plurality of fonts which are separated, the indication content can be visually seen through the normal-brightness state of the transparent light homogenizing part 4 and the LED lamp beads 31, meanwhile, the brightness displayed by each font is almost consistent or consistent, a user has better use experience sense, and guessing is not needed due to the unclear partial fonts.
In this embodiment, one light source includes an LED lamp bead, which is normally on when the single live wire switch is powered on, while in other embodiments, one light source includes a plurality of lamp bodies, the lamp bodies are not limited to the LED lamp beads, the control board 1 is operable to control at least one lamp body to be normally on, and is operable to control at least one lamp body to be off, and the light of the normally on lamp body is incident into the light-transmitting dodging member 4 and transmitted through the light-transmitting indication area 20.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the contextual light source 3 includes a light body, such as an LED light bead, and in other embodiments, the contextual light source 3 may include a luminescent plate, which emits light after being energized by a sheet. One light source 3 comprises at least one lamp body, which may also be other lamp beads. When one light source 2 comprises a plurality of light bodies, all the light bodies in one light source 3 can be always on when a single live wire switch is used, and can also be partially on, for example, 4 light bodies in one light source 3 are taken as an example, at the moment, one or two of the light bodies can be controlled to be on through a control board, the rest of the light bodies are not on, and when one of the light bodies on the other light bodies is bad, the rest of the light bodies are controlled to be on partially or completely on through the control board. The number of lamp bodies in one of the light sources 3 is not limited to 4, but may be other number. For example, in some single-live wire switches, 4 light bodies are arranged in one light source 3, one or two of the light bodies are controlled to be normally on by the control panel (the light bodies are always in a bright state after the single-live wire switch is connected to a power supply for use), the rest of the light bodies are not on, and the brightness of the light bodies which are not on can also be started in a key board area corresponding to a key unit when a user touches or presses the key unit. That is, in each different example, when at least one of the light sources 3 is required to be normally on during use, the rest of the light sources can be set according to actual situations, and the light sources which are not normally on can be turned on and off under the control of other keys.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, there are two key sheets 21, one key sheet 21 has four light-transmitting indication areas 20, and one light-transmitting indication area 20 corresponds to one light-transmitting light-homogenizing member 4, one light source 3 and one key unit 12. It can be understood that in other embodiments, only one light-transmitting indication area 20 or 2 light-transmitting indication areas 20 and other different numbers of light-transmitting indication areas 20 may be provided on one key sheet 21, and the light of the led lamp beads 31 is incident into the light-transmitting light-homogenizing member 4, so that the light emitted from the light-transmitting light-homogenizing member 4 is uniform, and the light with uniform brightness is displayed in the corresponding light-transmitting indication areas 20. That is, the light source 3, the transparent light homogenizing member 4, the key unit 12 and the transparent indication area 20 are all provided in plurality, the light source 3, the transparent light homogenizing member 4, the key unit 12 and the transparent indication area 20 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence, and each transparent light homogenizing member 4 covers the corresponding key unit 12. Specifically, the four light-transmitting indication areas 20 are located at four corners of the key sheet 21, and the light-transmitting light-homogenizing member 4 is mounted behind the corresponding light-transmitting indication areas 20, for example, the corresponding LED lamp beads 31 on the light-transmitting light-homogenizing member 4 on the left side in the figure are disposed on the right side 43 of the light-transmitting light-homogenizing member 4, and the corresponding LED lamp beads 31 on the light-transmitting light-homogenizing member 4 on the right side are disposed on the left side 43 of the light-transmitting light-homogenizing member 4. That is, in order to avoid the light channeling, the LED beads 31 of the light sources 3 corresponding to the key units 12 at both ends of the same key sheet 21 may be disposed at the sides of the LED substrates 32 away from each other.
In the embodiment, the LED beads 31 are located on the side surface 43 of the light-transmitting and light-homogenizing member 4, and in other embodiments, the LED beads 31 may be located at other positions, for example, on the control board 1, and the LED beads 31 are refracted into the light-transmitting and light-homogenizing member 4 by other light-converting sheets and the like. In addition, in fig. 5, one light-transmitting light-homogenizing member 4 corresponds to one light source 3, only one LED lamp bead 31 is provided in one light source 3, and the LED lamp bead 31 is always electrified to be in a normally-on state when the single-live wire switch is used, but when 2 or 3 LED lamp beads 31 are provided in one light source 3, the LED lamp beads 31 may be located on the same side 43 of the light-transmitting light-homogenizing member 4, or may be located on different sides 43 of the light-transmitting light-homogenizing member 4, for example, when 2 LED lamp beads 31 are provided in one light source 3, one LED lamp bead 31 is provided on one side 43 of two opposite sides 43 of the light-transmitting light-homogenizing member 4.
Preferably, one light source 3 includes less than or equal to three LED beads 31. Because the light source 3 includes less than or equal to three LED beads 31, one key unit 12 corresponds to one light source 3, and a small number of LED beads 31 are in the single live wire switch 100, the LED beads 31 can have enough brightness to pass through the light-transmitting light-homogenizing member 4, and the light-transmitting indication area 20 covered on the key sheet 21 on the first surface 41 of the light-transmitting light-homogenizing member 4 can have enough brightness to be transmitted, so that a user can intuitively see the mark of the light-transmitting indication area 20, and the function of the key unit 12 corresponding to the light-transmitting indication area 20 is correspondingly identified. Meanwhile, the LED lamp beads 31 are enabled to be shot into the light-transmitting and light-homogenizing member 4 from the side face 43 of the light-transmitting and light-homogenizing member 4, and the brightness of the LED lamp beads 31 is uniformly displayed through the light-transmitting and light-homogenizing member 4, so that the phenomenon of obvious bright spots on the light-transmitting and light-homogenizing member 4 or uneven display of partial area brightness and low brightness in most area is avoided. So that the light-transmitting indication area 20 covered on the light-transmitting dodging member 4 has enough brightness and uniform brightness, and does not have the phenomenon of darkness or local brightness.
In some embodiments, the number of the LED beads 31 in one light source 3 may not be limited to three, but may be greater than three, such as four or five, etc. According to the practical situation, when the single live wire switch is connected to a power supply for use, all the LED lamp beads 31 in one light source 3 are always on, and can also be partially always on. Further, the control board 1 also has a mounting frame 13 to which the circuit board 11 is mounted, and the key sheet 2 is hinge-connected to the mounting frame 13. The mounting frame 13 has a hollow area 130, and the key unit 12 is located in the hollow area 130.
In addition, as shown in fig. 2, the key board 2 further includes a key support 22, the light-transmitting light-homogenizing element 4 and the LED lamp are disposed in the key support 22, the key sheet 21 covers a side of the key support 22 facing away from the circuit board 11, and the key sheet 21 may be adhered to the key support 22. As shown in the figure, there may be two key holders 22, and one key sheet 21 is attached to each key holder 22. The key sheet 21 may be in a strip shape, and combined with the key support 22, may rotate relative to the mounting frame 13, the rotation shaft extends along the width direction of the key sheet 21, and the key unit 12 is a protruding key at least arranged at positions corresponding to two ends of the key sheet 21 in the length direction. The circuit board 11 is arranged on the back of the mounting plate 14, the key unit 12 is arranged on the front of the mounting plate 14, pins of the key unit 12 penetrate through the mounting plate 14 to be electrically connected with the circuit board 11, holes 140 are formed in the mounting plate 14, the LED lamp beads 31 are electrically connected to the circuit board through the holes 140, and the holes 140 and the key unit 12 are located in the hollowed-out areas 130. The key sheet 21 according to the present embodiment is rectangular, but may have other shapes in other embodiments, and the number of key holders 22 and key sheets 21 is not limited thereto, and may be 1 or more than 2.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the key sheet 2 is hinged to the hinge portion 131 in the middle region of the mounting frame 13, so that the corresponding key unit 12 can be activated by pressing the corner end region of the key sheet 2. In other embodiments, the key unit 12 may be triggered by other forms, for example, one key support 22 corresponds to one key unit 12, and the key support 22 and the mounting support may be connected by a spring to implement pressing the key board 2, so that the key unit 12 may be triggered. The flexibility or the flickability of the pressed area of the key sheet 2 may be such that the key units 12 are pressed, and the key sheet 2 is not limited to the plurality of key units 12.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the mounting area 220 is a mounting groove opening toward the key sheet 21, the light-transmitting dodging member 4 is fixed in the mounting groove, and the bottom of the mounting groove is provided with a wiring hole 221. Specifically, the bottom of the installation groove can be semi-closed, the light-transmitting and light-homogenizing piece 4 is supported by the bottom of the installation groove, the light-transmitting and light-homogenizing piece 4 is attached to the closed area of the bottom of the installation groove, and the light-transmitting and light-homogenizing piece 4 can be stably installed in the closed area of the bottom of the installation groove.
