Fig. 1 is a block diagram of an invoice auditing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present specification.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present specification will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present specification, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present specification, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
In order to solve the technical problems, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an invoice auditing apparatus. As shown in fig. 1, the invoice checking apparatus 100 includes an invoice placing platform 110, a camera 120, a determiner 130, and an output device 140.
The invoice placement platform 110 is used to place invoices to be reviewed. Since an image corresponding to the ticket to be checked needs to be taken, it is necessary to ensure that the placement position of the ticket to be checked is within the field of view of the camera 120. By fixing the positional relationship between the camera 120 and the invoice placing platform 110, it can be ensured that a complete picture of the invoice can be taken by the camera 120.
The size of the invoice placing platform 110 may be set according to the size of a conventional invoice or bill, for example, the size of the invoice may be the same as that of the conventional invoice, so that the invoice can be effectively fixed after being placed on the invoice placing platform 110, and shooting in a subsequent process is facilitated. The invoice placement platform 110 may also be sized slightly larger than conventional invoices or documents to ensure that it is able to accommodate specific situations and to provide the relevant adjustment space for practical applications.
The shape and material of the invoice placing platform 110 may be adjusted according to the actual application requirements, which is not limited.
The camera 120 is a device for capturing an invoice image corresponding to a ticket to be checked. The camera 120 can perform image acquisition in view, and can also realize image data transmission through line connection with other devices. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the shooting angle of the camera 120 may be set based on the position of the invoice placing platform 110, so that the camera 120 can effectively shoot a corresponding image for the to-be-checked invoice.
In some embodiments, the camera 120 comprises a high-speed camera. The high-speed image shooting instrument has a convenient structure, can rapidly complete the scanning of related images, and rapidly transmits the scanned images to other devices, so that the invoice checking process is rapidly carried out. In some examples, invoice placement platform 110 may be part of one of the high-speed cameras, enabling the placement of an invoice to be reviewed directly on the high-speed camera's platform to enable review of the invoice.
The type and specific working manner of the camera 120 may be adjusted based on the actual application process, and are not limited to the above examples, and are not described herein.
The judging device 130 is used for realizing a specific invoice checking process, the judging device 130 can receive the invoice image shot by the camera 120, judge whether the invoice to be checked meets checking requirements according to the invoice image, and generate a final checking result signal according to the judging result.
The corresponding circuit logic may be pre-integrated in the arbiter 130. After the invoice image is acquired, a judging process can be executed for the invoice image according to corresponding circuit logic, and corresponding electric signals, namely audit result signals, are generated according to the final judging result. The audit result signal can be an audit passing signal and an audit failing signal, which are respectively used for indicating that the audit result of the invoice to be audited is passing and failing. The specific invoice checking process can be realized through the judging device 130, so that financial staff is effectively assisted to complete invoice checking work.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further comprises an OCR recognition module. OCR (optical character recognition ) technology is a technology means for acquiring information in an image by scanning the image and recognizing each character on the scanned image. Because the invoice auditing process mainly carries out recognition and auditing aiming at the information on the invoice, the OCR recognition module is arranged in the device, so that the invoice information can be effectively acquired, and the invoice auditing is finished according to the invoice information.
Specifically, the OCR recognition module may obtain the captured invoice image from the camera 120 and recognize invoice information in the invoice image by OCR technology. The OCR module may transmit the invoice information to the arbiter 130, enabling the arbiter 130 to audit according to the invoice information and generate a final invoice audit result signal. The specific process of completing image recognition based on the OCR technology may be set according to the actual application situation, which is not described herein.
The identified invoice information may be determined based on the specific format of the invoice and the audit requirements. In some examples, the invoice information may include content of a consumption category, a reimbursement amount, reimbursement personnel information, and the like. Different invoice information may have different audit logics, which may be respectively provided in the judger 130, so that the judger 130 can audit the invoice information by adopting corresponding audit logics. The specific invoice information type may be extended based on the actual application, and is not limited to the above example, and will not be described herein.
The OCR recognition module may be an independent module in the invoice checking device 100, or may be integrated in other modules, for example, the OCR recognition module may be a part of the camera 120, and the camera 120 directly performs OCR recognition after capturing an invoice image, and sends the invoice information in the invoice image to the determiner 130 together with the invoice image; the OCR recognition module may also be a part of the arbiter 130, after the arbiter 130 acquires the invoice image, the arbiter 130 performs image recognition through the OCR recognition module, and transmits the invoice information obtained by recognition to other logic judgment modules in the arbiter 130, so as to complete the final verification.
In practical application, the interaction mode between the OCR recognition module and other modules can be set according to the requirement, which is not limited to the above example, and will not be described herein.
In some implementations, auditing the invoice may be auditing the reimbursement amount for the invoice. In practical application, staff may have a certain reimbursement limit when reimbursement is performed by using the invoice, and when the reimbursement amount is too high to exceed the reimbursement limit, the current invoice has the problem of not meeting the reimbursement limit requirement, and the auditing result is failed.
In the traditional invoice checking process, financial staff counts various amounts in the invoice, and compares the accumulated amounts with reimbursement amounts of corresponding staff to judge whether the invoice can pass checking. In the present embodiment, the verification of the reimbursement amount may be achieved by the invoice verification apparatus 100.
Specifically, an amount summarizing module may be provided in the device. The sum summarizing module can acquire invoice information in the to-be-audited invoice, extract reimbursement information from the invoice information, and summarize the reimbursement information to obtain reimbursement total.
The invoice information may be obtained by the OCR recognition module. After the OCR module performs image recognition on the invoice image, the invoice information in the recognition result can be sent to the amount summarizing module, so that the amount summarizing module can perform the operation of reimbursement of the amount summarization by using the invoice information.
Before performing the summarizing operation, the amount summarizing module may extract corresponding reimbursement information from the invoice information. Since the invoice information may include various kinds of information, such as invoice heads, tax payer identification numbers, consumer information, consumption amounts, consumer signatures, etc., not all of the information is used to collect reimbursement amounts. Therefore, the sum summarizing module can be provided with corresponding identification logic for extracting reimbursement information from invoice information. Specifically, reimbursement information in the invoice information may be determined based on the format of the invoice information, or reimbursement information may be extracted from the invoice information based on meanings corresponding to analysis results after analysis is performed on the content of the invoice information. The specific manner of acquiring the reimbursement information can be set according to the actual application situation, and is not limited.
After the reimbursement amount is extracted from the invoice information, all the reimbursement amounts obtained can be summarized, and the final reimbursement total is obtained. The reimbursement total can be used for reflecting the sum of reimbursement amounts corresponding to the invoice, and further, the follow-up invoice auditing operation is executed based on the reimbursement total.
The sum total module may be a separate module in the device, and transmits the data of the reimbursement sum to the determiner 130 after the sum total is completed; or may be integrated in the arbiter 130, and after the sum is summarized, the arbiter 130 can directly transmit the data of the reimbursement total through an internal line. In practical application, the setting can be performed in a manner of connecting the sum summary module with other modules according to the requirement, and is not limited to the above examples, and will not be repeated here.
After the sum summary module obtains the reimbursement sum, the reimbursement sum signal may be sent to the determiner 130, where the reimbursement sum signal includes the calculated specific data of the reimbursement sum. The determiner 130 may compare the reimbursement total with the reimbursement amount after receiving the reimbursement total, and output an audit result signal according to the comparison result.
In practical applications, there may be a difference between reimbursement amounts of different persons, so that the reimbursement amount corresponding to the current person may be obtained before comparing the reimbursement total amount with the reimbursement amount.
Specifically, the identity information of the reimburser corresponding to the current invoice to be audited can be determined first. The identity information of the reimbursement personnel can be obtained from the to-be-checked ticket issuing, for example, the identity identification of the related reimbursement personnel can be directly recorded in the invoice information, for example, the identity identification of the reimbursement personnel can be uniquely positioned by the work number, the identity card number and the like of the reimbursement personnel; the identification information of the reimbursement personnel can be determined by identifying the signature in the invoice, for example, the name corresponding to the signature can be identified or the identity of the reimbursement personnel can be determined by comparing the signature with a pre-stored signature image. In practical application, the identity information of the reimbursement personnel can be determined by selecting a corresponding mode based on the requirement, and the method is not limited to the above example, and is not repeated here.
The audit result signals include reimbursement pass signals and hyperbranched signals. When the comparison result is that the reimbursement total is not greater than the reimbursement amount, the determiner 130 generates a reimbursement pass signal indicating that the amount audit is passed; when the comparison result is that the reimbursement sum is greater than the reimbursement sum, the judging device 130 generates a hyperbranched signal to indicate that the current reimbursement sum is hyperbranched and the verification of the reimbursement sum is not passed.
Based on the generated auditing result signal, whether the invoice to be audited meets the auditing requirement for the reimbursement amount can be determined, so that the workload of auditing personnel is reduced, and the invoice auditing process is facilitated.
In practical application, part of the invoices are provided with signatures of corresponding personnel, and when the invoices are checked, the signatures are checked to judge whether the signatures accord with the signature results of the practical personnel.
To obtain a signature on the invoice, in some embodiments, a first camera 120 and a second camera 120 may be provided on the invoice review device 100. The first camera 120 is used for shooting an invoice image corresponding to the whole to-be-checked ticket, so as to achieve the corresponding checking purpose; the second camera 120 is used for shooting a signature image of a signature area of the invoice to be checked. In practice, the signature is often performed on a specific area on the invoice when it is required. The field of view of the second camera 120 can be adjusted for the position of the signature area, ensuring that the signature image corresponding to the signature area can be directly captured, so that a subsequent signature verification process can be realized based on the signature image captured by the second camera 120.
In some embodiments, the invoice review apparatus 100 may further include an image slicing module. The image slicing module is used for acquiring an invoice image and cutting out a signature image corresponding to the signature area from the invoice image. The image slicing module can be preset with position parameters corresponding to the signature area, so that the signature image can be cut directly according to the position parameters, or the invoice image can be identified, the position of the signature area is determined according to the identification result, and the signature image is cut. In practical application, the slicing logic of the image slicing module can be set according to specific situations, and the slicing logic is not limited.
In practical application, the mode of acquiring the signature image may be selected according to the requirement, or the signature image may be determined by combining multiple modes, which is not limited to the above example and will not be repeated here.
For the obtained signature image, a signature recognition module is disposed in the invoice checking apparatus 100. The signature recognition module is configured to output a signature verification signal according to the signature image, and transmit the signature verification signal to the determiner 130.
The signature verification signal is used for describing whether the signature in the signature image is matched with the actual signature of the signer, and if the signature is determined to be matched with the actual signature of the signer based on the matching of the signature recognition module, the output signature verification signal can be a signature verification passing signal; if it is determined that the signature does not match the actual signature of the signer based on the matching of the signature recognition module, the output signature verification signal may be a signature verification failed signal.
After receiving the corresponding signature verification signal, the judger 130 can integrate the signature verification signal and other verification contents to determine whether the invoice to be verified passes verification, thereby determining a final verification result signal.
In some embodiments, the specific recognition mode of the signature recognition module for the signature picture may be that a specific name corresponding to the signature image is read first, and then the reserved signature picture is called from the signature library according to the specific name. And comparing the signature image with the reserved signature image, and outputting a signature auditing signal according to a comparison result. The comparison process may be to determine the similarity between the images, or may be to extract corresponding signature features from the signature image and the reserved signature image, and determine whether the signatures match based on the comparison of the signature features. Specific comparison methods can be set according to the actual application requirements, and are not described herein.
In some embodiments, the signature recognition module may further determine a signature pen type in advance according to the signature image, and obtain a corresponding reserved signature picture according to a difference of the signature pen types. The pen type for signature comprises one of pen type, neutral pen type, writing brush type, pencil type and electronic pen type. Because different signature effects are provided when different sign users are used for signing, the accuracy of signature recognition can be further improved by classifying and recognizing based on the sign pen type.
After the determiner 130 generates the audit result signal, the audit result signal may be sent to the output device 140. The output device 140 may be a device for directly presenting the related information, or may be a device for forwarding the related information to output the information to other devices. Based on the different types of output devices 140, the output devices 140 may be used to present audit results and/or forward audit result signals.
In some implementations, the output device 140 includes a display. The display may directly display the audit result, for example, whether the current pending ticket audit passes or fails, so that the financial staff can directly utilize the corresponding audit result information.
In some embodiments, the output device 140 may send an audit result signal to the target server to cause the target server to aggregate invoice audit results. When the number of the invoices to be checked is excessive, the invoices can be summarized first, and then the summarized results are uniformly sent to related personnel for processing. Correspondingly, the target server also needs to record the invoice auditing result. Therefore, the output device 140 may send the audit result signal to the target server, so that the target server effectively records and summarizes the audit result of the current invoice to be audited, thereby facilitating the subsequent utilization of the audit result of the invoice.
In some embodiments, the invoice auditing apparatus 100 may further include a prompt module. In some cases, when the result of the audit for the invoice is failed, it may be due to a mismatch between the signature on the invoice and the actual signature. The prompting device can simultaneously receive the auditing result signals and send out signature supplementing signals when the auditing result is an auditing failed signal. The signature supplementing signal is used for prompting a user to supplement the corresponding signature picture to the signature library, so that the supplemented signature picture can be effectively utilized for correct identification in the subsequent signature identification process.
The prompting device can be specifically a display, and prompts through displaying corresponding text or picture information; the prompting device can also be a loudspeaker, and prompts through corresponding voice information. In practical application, the specific type and prompting mode of the prompting device can be set according to the requirements, and the prompting device is not limited.
By introducing the above embodiment, it can be seen that, after the invoice image is shot by the invoice checking device using the camera, the invoice image is checked by the judger, and a corresponding checking result signal is generated. After the auditing result signals are sent to the output equipment, the output equipment displays the corresponding auditing result or forwards the auditing result signals to other equipment, so that the invoice auditing process is completed through the invoice auditing device. Through the device, the process of auditing the invoice by using the corresponding device is effectively realized, the workload of personally auditing the invoice by financial staff is reduced, the accuracy of the invoice auditing result can be ensured, the effective proceeding of the follow-up reimbursement flow is facilitated, and the practical application effect of the device is further ensured.
It should be noted that the invoice checking device may be applied to the technical field of intelligent devices, or may be applied to other technical fields except the technical field of intelligent devices, which is not limited.
In addition, the operations of acquiring, processing, storing, forwarding and the like of the data in the invoice checking device accord with the relevant regulations of national laws and regulations.
