Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present application provides a remote control device 100 for controlling a phototherapy apparatus. The remote control device 100 comprises a display module 1 and a rear seat 2 which are assembled and fixed front and back, the display module 1 is approximately rectangular flat plate-shaped, the rear seat 2 is in a front wide and rear narrow block shape, the display module 1 is attached to the front side of the rear seat 2 and is arranged on the front side of the rear seat 2 in a mode of sequentially inclining backwards from bottom to top, and a user can observe the display content of the display screen 13 conveniently.
Referring to fig. 4 to 7, the display module 1 includes a panel 11, a front case 12, a display 13, a screen bracket 14, a key sheet 15, and a circuit board 16, the front case 12 is provided with a main body wall 121 and a side wall 122 surrounding the main body wall 121, the main body wall 121 is rectangular sheet-shaped facing forward and backward, and the side wall 122 and the main body wall 121 together form a front cavity 123 located at the front side of the main body wall 121 and a rear cavity 124 located at the rear side of the main body wall 121. The panel 11 is fixed in the front cavity 123, and has a display area 111 on an upper side and a control area 112 on a lower side. The upper side of the main body wall 121 is provided with a window 125 corresponding to the display area 111, and the lower side of the main body wall 121 is provided with a key hole 126 corresponding to the control area 112. The display 13, the screen bracket 14, the key pad 15 and the circuit board 16 are fixed in the rear cavity 124. The display 13 is a liquid crystal display, and the display 13 is fixed to the screen bracket 14 and then assembled into the window 125. The key sheet 15 is made of silica gel, and is provided with a plurality of keys 151 which can pass through corresponding key holes 126. The circuit board 16 is fixed to the rear cavity 124 after the display 13, the screen bracket 14, and the key sheet 15 are assembled, and the circuit board 16 and the main body wall 121 clamp and fix the screen bracket 14 and the key sheet 15. The circuit board 16 is electrically connected with the display screen 13 to control the display of the display screen 13, and a switch (not shown) driven by the key 151 is further arranged on the circuit board 16 to receive the operation control of the control area 112 on the key 151.
The rear seat 2 includes a rear case 21, a plurality of batteries 22, a battery cover 23, and a plurality of battery springs 24. The rear case 21 includes a rear wall 211, a bottom wall 212, and two extension walls 213, wherein one extension wall 213 connects the left edge of the rear wall 211 with the left edge of the bottom wall 212, and the other extension wall 213 connects the right edge of the rear wall 211 with the right edge of the bottom wall 212. The extension wall 213 has a rear end (not numbered) distant from the display module 1 and a front end (not numbered) close to the display module 1, and the extension wall 213 is extended outwardly from the rear end (not numbered) to the front end (not numbered) thereof in a manner such that the rear seat 2 is provided in a wide front and narrow rear. The rear wall 211, the bottom wall 212 and the two extension walls 213 together form a receiving cavity 214 in which the battery compartment 216 is disposed. Two foot pads 215 are mounted on the bottom surface of the bottom wall 212 to smoothly support the remote control device 100 on a table top. The upper portion 211A of the rear wall 211 is disposed in such a manner as to be inclined backward in the height direction from higher to lower, the lower portion 211B of the rear wall 211 is disposed vertically, and the battery cover 23 is mounted to the lower portion 211B of the rear wall. The front side of the extension wall 213 is a slanted side, and the display module 1 is assembled to form a module and then abuts against the front side of the extension wall 213, thereby forming a slanted state. Fasteners (not shown), such as screws, are secured to the body wall 121 of the front housing 12 through the rear housing 21, the circuit board 16, and securely connect the display module 1 with the rear chassis 2.
As shown in connection with fig. 8, the rear wall 211 is further frontward and is formed with an upper end wall 2162, a lower end wall 2163, several inner walls 2164 between the upper and lower end walls 2162, 2163, and lateral walls 2167 between the upper and lower end walls 2162, 2163 in a direction toward the display module 1. The lower end wall 2163 is for carrying the battery 22 and is disposed obliquely downward in the height direction from top to bottom. The upper end wall 2162 is disposed opposite the lower end wall 2163 with a number of inner walls 2164 located between the lower and upper end walls 2163, 2162. The upper end wall 2162, lower end wall 2163, inner wall 2164, and lateral wall 2167 collectively define the battery compartment 216 described above. The battery compartment 216 is located substantially within the receiving cavity 214. An inlet 2161 of the battery compartment 216 is provided on the lower portion 211B of the rear wall 211. The battery 22 is assembled into the battery compartment 216 from the inlet 2161, and the battery cover 23 is secured to the rear side of the rear wall 211 and covers the inlet 2161 of the battery compartment 216, securing the battery 22 within the battery compartment 216.
The battery compartment 216 is provided on the rear seat 2 in such a manner as to be inclined forward in order from the bottom to the top. Wherein the lower end wall 2163 serves to carry the battery 22. The lower end wall 2163 is provided with a downward inclination in sequence from high to low in the rearward and height direction, as indicated by the respective arrows. The display screen 13 is disposed in a sequentially forward tilting manner from top to bottom along with the display module 1 in the height direction, and as indicated by the corresponding arrows, the bottom end to top of the display screen 13 is in a sequentially backward tilting state, so that the display module 1 has a tendency to tilt backward, and the lower end wall 2163 located below the battery compartment 216 is in a sequentially downward and backward extending state from top to bottom, so that the battery compartment 216 has a tendency to support forward. The display module 1 and the battery compartment 216 are arranged in an opposite inclined mode, so that the display module 1 and the rear seat 2 are mutually supported, the overall balance and stability of the remote control device 100 are better, and the remote control device 100 can be prevented from toppling over.
The inner wall 2164 opposite to the inlet 2161 is provided with a plurality of supporting ribs 2165 (refer to fig. 6) extending toward the display module 1, the supporting ribs 2165 vertically support the circuit board 16 of the display module 1, and the gravity of the battery 22 is partially applied to the supporting ribs 2165, so that the effective support for the circuit board 16 and the display module 1 can be enhanced, and the problem of backward tilting of the display module 1 due to the arrangement of an excessive tilting angle for the convenience of the user can be prevented. Preferably, the supporting ribs 2165 are designed into a plurality of different lengths according to the inclination angle and the arrangement mode of the battery compartment 216, and are used for matching with the inclination of the display module 1 to ensure the supporting effect.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7 in combination with fig. 9, a plurality of battery reeds 24 are used to connect a plurality of batteries 22 in series with the circuit board 16, including a positive and negative electrode tab 241 at one end of the battery compartment 216 and a positive and negative electrode tab 242 and 243 at the other end of the battery compartment 216. In the present embodiment, the remote control device 100 is provided with two No. 5 batteries 22, and the positive and negative electrode tabs 241, 242, and 243 are standard components. The positive electrode tab 242 and the negative electrode tab 243 are each independently provided, and are each provided with a welding pin 244 for leading out a positive electrode lead (not shown) and a negative electrode lead (not shown), and the positive electrode lead (not shown) and the negative electrode lead (not shown) pass through the battery compartment 216 and are electrically connected to an interface (not shown) of the circuit board 16, so that the battery 22 supplies power to the circuit board 16. By adopting the lead wire mode, the convenience of assembly and subsequent maintenance in the production process can be met, the operation efficiency is improved, and the quality and the cost are controllable by adopting the standard component. As a simple modification, the soldering pins 244 of the positive electrode tab 242 and the negative electrode tab 243 may be connected to the circuit board 16 by soldering after extending the soldering pins 244 instead of using a standard component.
Each battery reed 24 is provided with a fixing portion 245 and a contact portion 246, the fixing portion 245 is assembled on the lateral wall 2167 of the rear wall 211, and the contact portion 246 is located on the inner side surface of the fixing portion 245 facing the battery 22 for abutting against the battery 22. The solder pins 244 of the positive and negative electrode tabs 242, 243 extend forward from their respective securing portions 245 toward the circuit board 16. The positive and negative electrode connecting piece 241 has no welding pin, only has a fixing portion 245 and two contact portions 246, and the contact portions 246 are respectively abutted against and electrically connected with the two batteries 22.
The lateral walls 2167 on both sides are further provided with a plurality of slots 2166 for inserting the fixing portions 245, the fixing portions 245 are inserted into the slots 2166 from back to front, the upper edges and the lower edges of the fixing portions 245 are restrained and fixed by the slots 2166, and the middle portions of the contact portions 246 are exposed out of the slots 2166 to be abutted against the battery 22. The positive electrode tab 242 and the negative electrode tab 243 are independently disposed, so that the lateral wall 2167 on one side of the battery compartment 216 is provided with two slots 2166, and the lateral wall 2167 on the other side of the battery compartment 216 is provided with one slot 2166 corresponding to the positive electrode tab 241. The pattern of the slot 2166 need not be based on the top and bottom slopes of the battery reed 24, but can be based on the pattern of the battery compartment 216.
The battery cover 23 is mounted on the lower portion 211B of the rear wall 211, a pair of hooks 231 are provided on the upper side of the battery cover 23, and a pair of engaging holes 217 corresponding to the hooks 231 are provided on the rear wall 211. The battery cover 23 is provided at its underside with a U-shaped spring arm 232 and the rear wall 211 is provided with a fitting groove 218 for fitting the spring arm 232. When the battery cover 23 is assembled, the buckle 231 at the upper end of the battery cover 23 is obliquely inserted into the clamping hole 217 of the rear wall 211, and then the battery cover 23 is rotated, so that the buckle 231 is buckled with the clamping hole 217, the elastic arm 232 at the lower end of the battery cover 23 enters the matching groove 218 of the rear wall 211 of the rear seat and downwards abuts against the groove bottom of the matching groove 218, and the battery cover 23 is reliably fixed on the rear wall 211. The rear wall 211 has a recessed stage 219 formed in a recessed manner in a region accommodating the battery cover 23. The rear face of the assembled battery cover 23 is substantially coplanar with the rear wall 211.

1.
