Optionally, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the ticket separating apparatus further includes at least one roller assembly 8, the roller assembly 8 is disposed upstream of the conveying assembly 2 along the direction of the ticket, the roller assembly 8 includes a first roller 81 and a second roller 82 disposed on the frame 1, and the first roller 81 and the second roller 82 are used for driving the ticket to move to the conveying assembly 2. This arrangement ensures the reliability of the movement of the sheets within the transport path 13. Specifically, the first roller 81 is mounted on a side of the first passage plate 11 facing away from the conveying passage 13 and protrudes into the conveying passage 13 through an opening in the first passage plate 11, the second roller 82 is mounted on a side of the second passage plate 12 facing away from the conveying passage 13, and the second roller 82 protrudes into the conveying passage 13 through an opening in the second passage plate 12 and cooperates with the first roller 81 in the conveying passage 13 to convey a sheet of paper for movement. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the sheet separating apparatus includes two roller assemblies 8, the two roller assemblies 8 are disposed at intervals, and both the roller assemblies 8 are disposed upstream of the conveying assembly 2 in the advancing direction of the sheet.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 3 to 5, the supporting member 4 is pivotally connected to the frame 1 through a pivot shaft 7, and the supporting member 4 can rotate relative to the frame 1 about an axis of the pivot shaft 7 between a supporting position and a separating position; the ticket pressing piece 5 is pivoted with the frame 1 through a rotating shaft 10, the rotating shaft 10 is parallel to the pivot shaft 7 and is arranged at intervals, the ticket paper separating device further comprises a motor (not shown in the drawing) arranged on the frame 1, the motor is in transmission connection with the ticket pressing piece 5, a loosening and withdrawing position is further arranged when the ticket pressing piece 5 rotates relative to the frame 1, and ticket paper can be guided to advance when the ticket pressing piece is positioned at the loosening and withdrawing position; the motor is used for driving the ticket pressing piece 5 to rotate to a ticket pressing position, and the supporting piece 4 can be driven to rotate to a separating position when the ticket pressing piece 5 rotates to the ticket pressing position; and/or the motor is used for driving the ticket pressing piece 5 to rotate to the loosening and withdrawing position, and the supporting piece 4 can be driven to rotate to the supporting position when the ticket pressing piece 5 rotates to the loosening and withdrawing position. The elastic member 43 is preferably a torsion spring, the torsion spring is sleeved on the pivot shaft 7, and two torsion arms of the torsion spring are respectively abutted against the support member 4 and the frame 1. Of course, the elastic member 43 may be replaced by a tension spring or a compression spring as needed. In other embodiments, the motor may be further configured to drive the ticket pressing member 5 to rotate to the releasing position, and the rotation of the ticket pressing member 5 to the releasing position may drive the supporting member 4 to rotate to the supporting position, the elastic member 43 is connected between the supporting member 4 and the frame 1, and the elastic member 43 is configured to make the supporting member 4 always have a tendency to rotate to the separating position; or, the ticket paper separating device further comprises a linkage piece, the linkage piece is connected with the ticket pressing piece 5 and the supporting piece 4, when the motor drives the ticket pressing piece 5 to rotate towards the ticket pressing position, the ticket pressing piece 5 synchronously rotates to the separating position through the linkage piece driving the supporting piece 4, and when the motor drives the ticket pressing piece 5 to rotate towards the loosening position, the ticket pressing piece 5 synchronously drives the supporting piece 4 to rotate to the supporting position.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 5 to 9, the support 4 includes a driving shaft 44, the driving shaft 44 is parallel to and spaced from the pivot shaft 7, the ticket pressing member 5 includes a driving plane 521, and when the ticket pressing member 5 rotates from the releasing position to the pressing position, the driving plane 521 can abut against the driving shaft 44 and drive the support 4 to rotate to the separating position. This arrangement improves the smoothness with which the ticket pressing member 5 drives the support member 4 to rotate. Preferably, the frame 1 is provided with an arc groove 171 concentric with the pivoting shaft 7, the driving shaft 44 is inserted into the arc groove 171, and the driving shaft 44 slides along the arc groove 171 when the supporting member 4 rotates between the supporting position and the separating position, and the arc groove 171 is used to limit the rotation angle of the supporting member 4. Further preferably, the frame 1 comprises a first side plate 17 and a second side plate 18 which are opposite and spaced apart, the support 4 is mounted between the first side plate 17 and the second side plate 18, an arc-shaped groove 171 is provided in the first side plate 17, and the drive shaft 44 extends through the arc-shaped groove 171 to a side of the first side plate 17 facing away from the second side plate 18; the ticket pressing piece 5 comprises a pressing plate 51 and a driving part 52 connected with the pressing plate 51, the pressing plate 51 is located between the first side plate 17 and the second side plate 18 and is used for pressing ticket paper so that the ticket paper is in contact with the cutting edge 32, the driving part 52 is arranged on one side of the pressing plate 51 along the axial direction of the pivot shaft 7 and is located on one side of the first side plate 17, which is away from the second side plate 18, and the driving plane 521 is arranged on the driving part 52, so that the installation space of the rack 1 is reasonably utilized, and the ticket pressing piece 5 does not interfere with the movement of the ticket paper between the first side plate 17 and the second side plate 18 when driving the supporting piece 4. Further preferably, the ticket pressing piece 5 further comprises a connecting part 53, two ends of the connecting part 53 are respectively pivoted with the first side plate 17 and the second side plate 18 through the rotating shaft 10, and the pressing plate 51 and the driving part 52 are connected with the connecting part 53. Further preferably, when the supporting member 4 rotates to the supporting position under the driving of the elastic member 43, the driving shaft 44 abuts against the groove wall of the arc-shaped groove 171, and the driving shaft 44 is disposed at a distance from the driving plane 521, so that no interaction force exists between the supporting member 4 and the ticket pressing member 5 when the ticket separating apparatus is in the standby state, and the service lives of the supporting member 4 and the ticket pressing member 5 are improved.
In other embodiments, an elongated slot may be further disposed on the ticket pressing member 5, where the elongated slot has a first slot wall and a second slot wall opposite to each other, and is sleeved with the support member 4, and when the ticket pressing member 5 rotates around the axial direction of the rotating shaft 10 to the releasing position, the first slot wall drives the support member 4 to move to the supporting position, and when the ticket pressing member 5 rotates around the axial direction of the rotating shaft 10 to the ticket pressing position, the second slot wall drives the support member 4 to move to the separating position.

Claims (10)

1. A ticket separator, comprising:
a frame (1) provided with a conveying passage (13) for conveying the ticket paper;
the conveying assembly (2) is arranged on the frame (1) and is used for driving the ticket paper to advance or retreat;
a blade (3) arranged on the frame (1) and positioned at the downstream of the conveying assembly (2) along the forward direction of the ticket paper, wherein the blade (32) of the blade (3) is positioned at the downstream of the conveying assembly;
a support (4) movably connected to the frame (1), wherein the support (4) is movable relative to the frame (1) to have a supporting position and a separating position, when the support (4) is located at the supporting position, the support (4) extends into the conveying channel (13), and the support (4) is capable of supporting a sheet of paper to block the sheet of paper from contacting the blade (32), when the support (4) is located at the separating position, the support (4) is withdrawn from the conveying channel (13);
the ticket pressing piece (5) is movably connected with the frame (1), the ticket pressing piece (5) is located at the downstream of the blade (3) along the forward direction of ticket paper, the ticket pressing piece (5) can move relative to the frame (1) and has a ticket pressing position, and when the ticket pressing piece (5) is located at the ticket pressing position and the supporting piece (4) is located at the separating position, the ticket pressing piece (5) can press the ticket paper so as to enable the ticket paper to be in contact with the cutting edge (32).
2. A ticket separator according to claim 1, wherein the support member (4) extends beyond the blade (32) in the orientation of the blade (32) when the support member (4) is in the support position.
3. A ticket separator according to claim 2, wherein the support (4) comprises a support frame (41) and a roller (42), the first end of the support frame (41) being pivotally connected to the frame (1) by a pivot (7), the support frame (41) being rotatable about the axis of the pivot (7) to rotate the support (4) between the support position and the separator position;
the roller (42) is rotatably arranged at the second end part of the supporting frame (41), when the supporting piece (4) is positioned at the supporting position, the roller (42) extends out of the cutting edge (32) along the direction of the cutting edge (32), and the roller (42) can support the ticket to block the ticket from contacting with the cutting edge (32).
4. A ticket separator according to claim 3, characterised in that the transport assembly (2) comprises a transport roller (21) rotatably arranged to the frame (1), the transport roller (21) being arranged to drive the movement of the ticket, the roller (42) being arranged to cooperate with the transport roller (21) when the support (4) is in the support position, and the roller (42) being arranged to co-grip the ticket with the transport roller (21), the roller (42) being arranged to separate from the transport roller (21) when the support (4) is in the separation position.

A ticket separator according to claim 2, wherein the blade (3) has a supporting surface (31) for forming the transport channel (13), the blade (32) being located at an end of the supporting surface (31), the blade (32) comprising a first blade (321) and a second blade (322) connected at an angle, the junction of the first blade (321) and the second blade (322) forming a nose (323);
the support (4) comprises two support parts, when the support (4) is located at the support position, the two support parts extend out of the knife tip (323) along the forward direction of the ticket paper, the two support parts are adjacent to the first knife edge (321) and the second knife edge (322) respectively, and the two support parts can support the ticket paper so as to block the ticket paper from contacting the first knife edge (321) and the second knife edge (322).
6. A ticket separator according to claim 5, characterized in that the transport assembly (2) comprises a transport roller (21) rotatably arranged to the frame (1), the transport roller (21) being adapted to drive the movement of the ticket;
the blade (3) is provided with an opening (324) penetrating the supporting surface (31), the opening (324) is arranged adjacent to the knife tip (323), the ticket separating device further comprises a ticket pressing wheel (9), and the ticket pressing wheel (9) penetrates through the opening (324) and is matched with the conveying roller (21);
the supporting parts are rollers (42), when the supporting piece (4) is located at the supporting position, the two rollers (42) are matched with the conveying roller (21), and the two rollers (42) are located at the downstream of the ticket pressing wheel (9) along the advancing direction of ticket paper.

The ticket and paper separating device according to claim 6, characterized in that the frame (1) comprises a supporting seat (16), the ticket pressing wheel (9) is rotatably arranged on the supporting seat (16), the ticket and paper separating device further comprises a pivot shaft (7) rotatably inserted into the supporting seat (16), and the pivot shaft (7) is arranged in parallel and at intervals with the ticket pressing wheel (9); the support piece (4) further comprises two support frames (41), a first end of each support frame (41) is fixedly connected with the pivot shaft (7), and two rollers (42) are respectively rotatably arranged at second ends of the two support frames (41).

A ticket separator according to claim 1, wherein the support member (4) is pivotally connected to the frame (1) by a pivot shaft (7), and wherein the support member (4) is rotatable relative to the frame (1) about the axis of the pivot shaft (7) between the support position and the separator position;
the ticket pressing piece (5) is pivoted with the frame (1), the ticket paper separating device further comprises a motor arranged on the frame (1), the motor is in transmission connection with the ticket pressing piece (5), the ticket pressing piece (5) is further provided with a loosening position when rotating relative to the frame (1), and ticket paper can be guided to advance when the ticket pressing piece is positioned at the loosening position;
the motor is used for driving the ticket pressing piece (5) to rotate to the ticket pressing position, and the supporting piece (4) can be driven to rotate to the separating position when the ticket pressing piece (5) rotates to the ticket pressing position; and/or the motor is used for driving the ticket pressing piece (5) to rotate to the loosening position, and the supporting piece (4) can be driven to rotate to the supporting position when the ticket pressing piece (5) rotates to the loosening position.
9. A ticket separator according to claim 8, wherein the motor is adapted to drive the ticket ejector (5) into rotation to the ticket ejector position, and rotation of the ticket ejector (5) into the ticket ejector position drives the support (4) into rotation to the separator position;
the ticket separating device further comprises an elastic piece (43), wherein the elastic piece (43) is connected between the supporting piece (4) and the frame (1), and the elastic piece (43) is used for enabling the supporting piece (4) to always rotate towards the supporting position.

A ticket separator according to claim 9, wherein the support member (4) comprises a drive shaft (44), the drive shaft (44) being arranged parallel to and spaced from the pivot shaft (7), the ticket pressing member (5) comprising a drive plane (521), the drive plane (521) being adapted to abut the drive shaft (44) and drive the support member (4) to rotate to the separator position when the ticket pressing member (5) is rotated from the release position to the ticket pressing position.
