Abstract

The application relates to a packaging box, comprising: box body, lid and adapting unit. The cover body comprises a first cover body opening and a second cover body opening which are communicated with each other, the cover body can be sleeved on the box body, and the first cover body opening is matched with the box body opening. One side of the connecting part is connected to one side of the box body with the opening of the box body, and the other side is connected to one side of the cover body with the opening of the second cover body. The connecting member is foldable. When the lid is moved towards the box, the connecting part can be folded to close the box opening, and when the lid is moved away from the box, the connecting part can be stretched to open the box opening. The packing carton of this application has realized the packing carton through the connected relation between adapting unit, lid and the box body that the mode of opening and shutting of pull and pressing, and this packing carton can realize that the packing carton is more stable and smooth opens and shuts.

The application relates to the technical field of packaging, in particular to a packaging box.

Background

The gift box is a practical gift package which is provided for the main purpose of giving away the presentation of the relatives and friends. The gift boxes are divided into the following parts according to the packaging materials: the gift box is made of paper, plastic, metal, bamboo and wood, glass container, composite material, etc. The paper packaging box with the traditional opening and closing structure is easy to cause the problem of unstable opening and closing caused by paper friction at the opening in the opening or closing process.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on this, it is necessary to provide a packing box capable of achieving more stable and smooth opening and closing of the packing box.

The application provides a packaging box, which comprises a box body, a cover body and a connecting part; the box body is provided with a box body opening; the cover body comprises a first cover body opening and a second cover body opening which are communicated with each other, the cover body can be sleeved on the box body, and the first cover body opening is matched with the box body opening; one side of the connecting part is connected to one side of the box body with the box body opening, and the other side of the connecting part is connected to one side of the cover body with the second cover body opening; the connecting part can be folded; the connecting member is foldable to close the box opening when the cover moves toward the box, and is extendable to open the box opening when the cover moves away from the box.

In some embodiments, the connection component comprises a first connection and a second connection; the first connecting piece is connected with the cover body, the second connecting piece is connected with the box body, and the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are connected and the connection positions of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece form a connection edge; the first and second connectors are foldable along the connecting edge.

In some embodiments, the number of the connection members is plural, and the plural connection members can collectively close the case opening when the cover moves toward the case.

In some embodiments, the first connecting member is tapered from a side connected to the cover to the connecting side.

In some embodiments, the second connecting member is gradually narrowed from a side connected to the case to the connecting side.

In some embodiments, when a plurality of the connection members are folded to collectively close the case opening, adjacent ones of the first connection members partially overlap.

In some embodiments, each of the first connectors covers a surface of a portion of the first connector adjacent thereto remote from the case.

The above-mentioned packing carton includes: the box body, lid and adapting unit, adapting unit's one side is connected in the box body and is had one side of box body opening, and the opposite side is connected in the lid and has one side of second lid opening. When the cover body moves towards the box body, the cover body is sleeved on one side of the box body with the box body opening, and the connecting part can be folded to close the box body opening to form a closed packing box. When the packing box needs to be opened, the cover body can be pulled, and when the cover body moves away from the box body, the connecting part can stretch to open the opening of the box body. This packing carton has realized the packing carton through the relation of connection between connecting component, lid and the box body mode of opening and shutting of pull and pressing, and this packing carton can realize that the packing carton is more stable and smooth opens and shuts.

Referring to fig. 1-2, the present application provides a packaging box, comprising: the case 10, the cover 20, and the connection member 220. The cover 20 includes a first cover opening and a second cover opening that are mutually communicated, and the cover 20 can be sleeved on the box 10 and the first cover opening is matched with the box opening. One side of the connection part 220 is connected to the side of the case 10 having the case opening, and the other side is connected to the side of the cover 20 having the second cover opening. The connection part 220 can be folded. The connection member 220 can be folded to close the case opening when the cover 20 moves toward the case 10, and the connection member 220 can be stretched to open the case opening when the cover 20 moves away from the case 10.

The above-mentioned packing carton includes: the box body 10, the cover body 20 and the connecting part 220, wherein one side of the connecting part 220 is connected to one side of the box body 10 with the box body opening, and the other side is connected to one side of the cover body 20 with the second cover body opening. When the cover 20 moves toward the case 10, the cover 20 is sleeved on the side of the case 10 having the case opening, and the connection part 220 can be folded to close the case opening, thereby forming a closed packing box. When the package is to be opened, the cover 20 may be pulled, and when the cover 20 moves away from the case 10, the connection member 220 may be extended to open the case opening. The packing box realizes the opening and closing mode of the packing box through drawing and pressing through the connection relation among the connecting part 220, the cover body 20 and the box body 10, and the packing box can realize the stable and smooth opening and closing of the packing box.

It is understood that the number of the connection members 220 may be one or more.

Illustratively, when the number of the connection members 220 is one, the shape of the portion of the connection member 220 adjacent to the second cover opening after folding is the same as the shape of the second cover opening to completely cover the second cover opening, alternatively, the connection member 220 may be rectangular or may be other shapes.

In some embodiments, the connection part 220 includes a first connection part 221 and a second connection part 222, the first connection part 221 is connected to the cover 20, the second connection part 222 is connected to the case 10, and the connection positions of the first connection part 221 and the second connection part 222 form a connection edge; the first and second connection pieces 221 and 222 can be folded along the connection edges.

When the cover 20 is closed to the case 10, the first connecting member 221 and the second connecting member 222 are folded along the connecting edge, and the first connecting member 221 shields the case opening, thereby completing the closing of the case 10 and the closing of the case opening. When the cover 20 is pulled away from the case 10, the first connecting piece 221 and the second connecting piece 222 are unfolded along the connecting edge, and the opening of the case is exposed, so that the opening and closing of the package are completed. The connecting part 220 with the structure can realize the opening and closing between the box body 10 and the cover body 20 more conveniently and stably.

In some embodiments, the number of connecting members 220 is plural, and the plurality of connecting members 220 are capable of collectively closing the cartridge opening when the cover is moved toward the cartridge 10.

It is understood that the plurality of connection members 220 may be connected to different sides of the case and the cover, respectively, or the plurality of connection members 220 may be connected to the same side of the cover. Illustratively, when the plurality of connection members 220 are connected to the same side, the shape formed by combining the plurality of first connection members 221 after folding is the same as the shape of the second cover opening, thereby completing the shielding of the second cover opening. It will be appreciated that the folded first connectors 221 may partially overlap or may just contact one another sequentially. When the plurality of connection members 220 are connected to different sides of the cover 20, that is, each of the first connection members 221 is connected to one side of the cover 20, referring to fig. 1, when the cover is folded, the shape formed by combining the plurality of first connection members 221 is the same as the shape of the opening of the second cover, so as to cover the opening of the second cover, and the folded plurality of first connection members 221 may be partially overlapped or just contact with each other in sequence.

In some embodiments, the first connection 221 is gradually narrowed from the side connected to the cover 20 to the connection side. This structure can better folding between first connecting piece 221 and second connecting piece 222 and better overlapping effect between first connecting piece 221, realizes more stable and smooth opening and shutting between box body 10 and lid 20.

In some embodiments, the second connecting member 222 is gradually narrowed from the side connected to the case 10 to the connecting side.

In some embodiments, when the plurality of connection members 220 are folded to collectively close the case opening, adjacent first connection members 221 partially overlap. When the adjacent first connectors 221 are partially overlapped, the first connector 210 has a better sealing effect on the second cover opening and the box opening.

In some embodiments, each first connector 221 covers a portion of the first connector 221 adjacent thereto away from the surface of the case 10. The plurality of first connecting pieces 221 cover the upper surfaces of the adjacent first connecting pieces 221, and are also covered by the other adjacent first connecting pieces 221, namely, the plurality of first connecting pieces 221 are in a spiral shape, so that the sealing effect on the opening of the box body is improved, and meanwhile, the visual aesthetic effect is also improved.

In some embodiments, the box 10 includes a plurality of first side plates 110, and the box 10 is enclosed by the plurality of first side plates 110.

In some embodiments, the junction of adjacent first side panels 110 has a notch 120 on the side of the box 10 adjacent the opening. When the cover 20 is sleeved on the side of the box 10 having the opening, the notch 120 at the connection portion of the adjacent first side plates 110 can enable the side of the first side plate 110 close to the opening of the box 10 to be pressed toward the inside of the box 10, so that the cover 20 is sleeved on the box 10 with better effect.

In some embodiments, the box 10 further includes a first adhesive member 130, where the first adhesive member 130 is connected to the first side plate 110 and is used for adhering the first side plate 110 after being enclosed. The first adhesive 130 can provide better assembly effect of the case 10.

In some embodiments, the cover 20 includes a plurality of second side plates 210, and the cover 20 is enclosed by the plurality of second side plates 210.

In some embodiments, the cover 20 further includes a second adhesive member 230, where the second adhesive member 230 is connected to the second side plate 210 and is used for adhering the second side plate 210 after being enclosed. The second adhesive 230 can provide a better effect when the cover 20 is assembled.

In some embodiments, the box 10 further includes a bottom plate 140, where the bottom plate 140 is connected to a side of the first side plate 110 away from the opening of the box 10, and when the first side plate 110 is enclosed, the bottom plate 140 can cover the side of the box 10 away from the opening to form a bottom surface of the box 10.

In some embodiments, the number of the bottom plates 140 is plural, and the plurality of bottom plates 140 are respectively connected to different first side plates 110.

In some embodiments, the base plate 140 has a third adhesive member attached to a side of the base plate 140. The effect of the box 10 when assembled can be better through the third adhesive piece.

Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the package is a single folded sheet of paperboard. Fig. 3 is an expanded view of the package, when the package is folded, the second side plate 210 is folded along the side edge connected to the first connecting piece 221, the first side plate 110 and the second side plate 210 are respectively enclosed to form a box body and a cover body, the first side plate 110 is bonded by the first bonding piece 130 and the second side plate 210 is bonded by the second bonding piece 230, the plurality of bottom plates 140 are folded along the side edge connected to the first side plate 110 and overlap to form the bottom of the box body 10, and the bottom plates 140 are bonded by the third bonding piece. Folding the first connecting piece 221 and the second connecting piece 222, and sleeving the cover body 20 obtained by surrounding on the box body 10, so that the folding of the packaging box can be completed.

It can be seen that the cover 20, which is folded reversely by folding a single paperboard, is connected to the packing box of the open side of the case 10 by the connection part 220, and is convenient to use.

In some embodiments, the package further comprises a stop 30; the limiting member 30 is connected to the case 10, and the limiting member 30 is used for limiting the relative position between the cover 20 and the case 10. When the cover body 20 is covered on the box body 10, the relative position between the cover body 20 and the box body 10 can be limited by the limiting piece 30, so that the covering effect is better.

In one embodiment, the limiting members 30 are a pair of straps respectively disposed on oppositely disposed outer surfaces of the case 10. When the cover 20 is covered on the case 10, the cover 20 can be covered on the upper side of the cover 20 by a pair of binding bands provided on the opposite outer surfaces of the case 10, that is, the upper surface of the first connecting member 221, and the relative position between the cover 20 and the case 10 is limited by the binding of the pair of binding bands, so that the covering effect is better. Meanwhile, better appearance effect can be achieved through tying of the binding bands.

In one embodiment, the strap is a silk strap.

Referring again to fig. 1-3, in one specific embodiment, the package comprises: one side is an open box body 10, a cover body 20 and a connecting part 220. The cover 20 can be sleeved on the case 10. One side of the connection part 220 is connected to the side of the case 10 having the case opening, and the other side is connected to the side of the cover 20 having the second cover opening. The connection part 220 includes a first connection member 221 and a second connection member 222, the first connection member 221 being connected to the cover 20, the second connection member 222 being connected to the case 10; the first and second connection pieces 221 and 222 can be folded along the connection edges. The length of the connection side is smaller than the length of the side where the first connection member 221 and the cover 20 are connected, and the length of the connection side is smaller than the length of the side where the second connection member 222 and the case 10 are connected. In this embodiment, the first connecting member 221 and the second connecting member 222 are trapezoidal members, and the shorter bottom edges of the first connecting member 221 and the second connecting member 222 are connected.

The box body 10 includes a plurality of first side plates 110, and the box body 10 is formed by enclosing the plurality of first side plates 110. In this embodiment, the number of the first side plates 110 is four, and each of them is rectangular. The connection between adjacent first side plates 110 has a notch 120 on one side near the opening of the case 10. The box body 10 further includes a first adhesive member 130, where the first adhesive member 130 is connected to the first side plate 110 and is used for adhering the first side plate 110 after being enclosed. The cover 20 includes a plurality of second side plates 210, and the cover 20 is enclosed by the plurality of second side plates 210. In the present embodiment, the number of the second side plates 210 is four, and each of them is rectangular. The cover 20 further includes a second adhesive member 230, where the second adhesive member 230 is connected to the second side plate 210 and is used for adhering the second side plate 210 after being enclosed. The box body 10 further includes a bottom plate 140, the bottom plate 140 is connected to one side of the first side plate 110 away from the opening of the box body 10, and when the first side plate 110 is enclosed, the bottom plate 140 can cover one side of the box body 10 away from the opening to form a bottom surface of the box body 10. The bottom plate 140 has a third adhesive member connected to a side of the bottom plate 140. The effect of the box 10 when assembled can be better through the third adhesive piece. The package further comprises a stop 30; the limiting member 30 is connected to the case 10, and the limiting member 30 is used for limiting the relative position between the cover 20 and the case 10. In this embodiment, the limiting members 30 are a pair of ribbons, and are respectively disposed on the opposite outer surfaces of the case 10.

The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (10)

1. The packing box is characterized by comprising a box body, a cover body and a connecting part;

the box body is provided with a box body opening;

the cover body comprises a first cover body opening and a second cover body opening which are communicated with each other, the cover body can be sleeved on the box body, and the first cover body opening is matched with the box body opening;

one side of the connecting part is connected to one side of the box body with the box body opening, and the other side of the connecting part is connected to one side of the cover body with the second cover body opening; the connecting part can be folded; the connecting member is foldable to close the box opening when the cover moves toward the box, and is extendable to open the box opening when the cover moves away from the box.

2. The package of claim 1, wherein the connecting member comprises a first connector and a second connector; the first connecting piece is connected with the cover body, the second connecting piece is connected with the box body, and the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are connected and the connection positions of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece form a connection edge; the first and second connectors are foldable along the connecting edge.

3. A pack as claimed in claim 2, wherein the number of said connecting members is plural, the plural connecting members being capable of commonly closing the box opening when the lid is moved toward the box.

4. A pack as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first connecting member tapers from the side to which the lid is connected to the connecting edge;

and/or the second connecting piece is gradually narrowed from one side connected with the box body to the connecting side.

5. A package according to claim 3, wherein adjacent ones of the first connectors overlap partially when a plurality of the connector members are folded to collectively close the box opening.

6. The package of claim 5, wherein each of the first connectors covers a portion of the surface of the first connector adjacent thereto remote from the case.

7. The packaging box according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the box body comprises a plurality of first side plates, and the box body is formed by enclosing a plurality of first side plates; the cover body comprises a plurality of second side plates, and the cover body is formed by encircling a plurality of second side plates.

8. The package of claim 7, wherein a connection adjacent the first side panel has a notch on a side thereof adjacent the opening of the case.

9. A package according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the package is a folded single sheet of cardboard.

10. The package according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a stopper; the limiting piece is connected to the box body and used for limiting the relative position between the cover body and the box body.
