The battery pack according to claim 1, wherein the edge of the first side plate is provided with a first water bar extending away from the second side plate, the first water bar enclosing to form a first installation space, and the first installation seat is located in the first installation space; the edge of the second side plate is provided with a second water bar which extends back to the first side plate, the second water bar is enclosed to form a second installation space, and the second installation seat is positioned in the second installation space; the surface of the first installation seat, which is away from the first side plate, is located in the first installation space, and the surface of the second installation seat, which is away from the second side plate, is located in the second installation space.
5. The battery pack of claim 4, wherein one of the top section and the bottom section of the first water bar is a folded and laminated flange, and the other is a hollow beam structure;
one of the top section and the bottom section of the second water bar is a folded and laminated flanging, and the other is a hollow beam structure.

The battery pack according to claim 4, wherein the opposite side sections of the first water bar in the length direction of the battery pack case are folded and laminated flanges; the two opposite side sections of the second water bar in the length direction of the battery pack shell are bent and laminated flanges.
7. The battery pack of claim 4, wherein the first water bar is disposed around an edge of the first side plate and the second water bar is disposed around an edge of the second side plate.
8. The battery pack of claim 4, further comprising a first stiffener secured to an outer surface of the first side plate and positioned within the first mounting space;
the battery pack further comprises a second reinforcing rib, wherein the second reinforcing rib is fixed on the outer surface of the second side plate and is positioned in the second installation space.
9. The battery pack of claim 8, wherein the first stiffener extends in a height direction of the battery pack housing and the second stiffener extends in a height direction of the battery pack housing;
the two ends of the first reinforcing rib are connected to the first water bar, and the two ends of the second reinforcing rib are connected to the second water bar.
10. The battery pack according to claim 1, wherein two first mounting seats and two second mounting seats are provided, and each first mounting seat is opposite to the corresponding second mounting seat;
the mounting frames are two, and each mounting frame is connected with the opposite first mounting seat and second mounting seat.
11. The battery pack of claim 1, wherein the battery pack housing comprises a bottom shell and a sealing cover, the sealing cover being sealingly connected to the bottom shell;
the bottom shell comprises a bottom plate, a first side plate and a second side plate, and the bottom plate is connected between the bottom of the first side plate and the bottom of the second side plate.

The battery pack according to claim 11, wherein the bottom case has a through-groove formed therein extending in a length direction thereof, the through-groove having a top opening, a first end opening, and a second end opening, the first end opening and the second end opening being located at opposite ends of the through-groove in the length direction;
the sealing cover comprises a top plate, a first end plate and a second end plate, wherein the top plate is connected between the top of the first end plate and the top of the second end plate, the first end plate and the second end plate are opposite in the length direction of the battery pack shell, the top plate is connected to the top of the bottom shell and covers the top opening, the first end plate is connected to one end of the bottom shell and covers the first end opening, and the second end plate is connected to the other end of the bottom shell and covers the second end opening.
13. The battery pack according to any one of claims 1 to 12, wherein the cell group includes a plurality of cells having a flat rectangular parallelepiped shape, the plurality of cells being stacked in a thickness direction thereof.
14. A vehicle comprising a battery pack according to any one of claims 1-13.
