Detailed Description
Before the embodiments are explained in detail, it is to be understood that the utility model is not limited in its application to the details of construction and the arrangement of components set forth in the following description or illustrated in the drawings. The utility model is capable of other embodiments and of being practiced or of being carried out in various ways. Also, it is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology used herein is for the purpose of description and should not be regarded as limiting. The use of the terms "comprising," "including," "having," and the like are intended to encompass the items listed thereafter and equivalents thereof as well as additional items. In particular, when "a certain element" is described, the present utility model is not limited to the number of the element as one, but may include a plurality of the elements.
As shown in fig. 1, the head-mounted display device 1 provided by the application includes a protective sleeve body 10, the protective sleeve body 10 is in a curve structure, the curve structure means that the protective sleeve body 10 is formed by portions in a curve section shape, as can be seen from fig. 3, the protective sleeve body 10 is in a frame structure as a whole, an upper frame and a left frame and a right frame of the protective sleeve body 10 are in curve transition connection, and a lower frame is provided with a portion in a mountain shape protruding towards the upper frame. Therefore, compared with the frame of the existing mobile phone protective shell, the frame of the mobile phone protective shell is linear, and therefore the curve-shaped structure is a structure with different shapes corresponding to the existing linear structure.
Referring to fig. 2, the protective cover body 10 is further disposed in a through space 11, and the through space 11 is for allowing the head-mounted display device 2 to pass through so that the protective cover body 10 can be sleeved on a correct position of the head-mounted display device 2. For the front, the side of the head-mounted display device 2 is made of aluminum alloy, so that the head-mounted display device 2 is easy to scratch and break and deform, and therefore the head-mounted display device 2 is more convenient to mount and detach due to the arrangement of the penetrating space 11.
With further reference to fig. 3, the protective sheath body 10 includes a first protective sheath body 101 and a second protective sheath body 102 that are symmetrically disposed. The symmetrical arrangement means that the first and second protective cases 101 and 102 are substantially symmetrical in terms of overall shape, and the symmetrical arrangement is not limited to the case where the various relief holes provided in the first and second protective cases 101 and 102 are also required to be symmetrical in position or have a symmetrical shape. As can be seen from fig. 3, the first protective sleeve body 101 and the second protective sleeve body 102 together enclose a through space 11.
As shown in fig. 4, the protective case body 10 further includes a vent hole 20. Since the head-mounted display device 2 incorporates components having a large heat generation amount such as a chip, and the head-mounted display device is worn on the head of a human body, it is necessary to radiate heat from these components having a large heat generation amount. By arranging a cooling fan inside the head-mounted display device 2, a ventilation channel is arranged on the surface of the head-mounted display device 2, the ventilation channel can be used for air intake or air outlet, and the air intake channel and the air outlet channel are generally arranged separately. Based on this, in order to avoid the protection sleeve body from blocking the ventilation channel after being sleeved on the head-mounted display device 2, the ventilation hole 20 is provided on the protection sleeve body 10 to realize ventilation. The vent holes may be air inlet holes or air outlet holes, and in this application, the air outlet holes are described as an example. Wherein, the vent hole 20 may be separately provided on the first protective sheath body 101 or the second protective sheath body 102; two protective cover bodies 101 and 102 may be provided, one on each. Of course, in other possible embodiments, the vent 20 may be one, with a portion of the vent 20 located on the first protective sheath body 101 and another portion of the vent 20 located on the second protective sheath body 102.
Further, referring to fig. 4, since the vent hole 20 is provided on the protective cover body 10, dust is easily caused to enter between the protective cover body 10 and the head-mounted display device 2, or the dust enters the interior of the head-mounted display device 2 through the vent hole 20, thereby affecting the operation of the heat dissipation fan. Therefore, it is necessary to provide the dust-proof structure 12 at the vent hole 20. Referring to fig. 5, in this embodiment, the dustproof structure 12 is a dustproof protrusion disposed at an edge of the vent hole 20, and the dustproof protrusion surrounds a circle and protrudes in a direction away from the through space 11. The arrangement of the dust-proof protrusions can effectively prevent dust from entering between the protective sleeve body 10 and the head-mounted display device 2. Further, under the condition of setting up dustproof bulges, can also set up the dust screen in ventilation hole 20, prevent that the dust from entering into ventilation hole 20 in, the dust screen can select to be connected with ventilation hole 20's edge, also can select to be connected with dustproof bulges. The dustproof net can select different mesh apertures according to the requirement so as to achieve the optimal dustproof effect.
Referring to fig. 6, in other embodiments, the dust-proof structure 12 may include only a dust-proof net, and by disposing the dust-proof net in the vent hole 20, dust is prevented from entering the vent hole 20 and between the protective cover body 10 and the head-mounted display device 2. In a possible embodiment, the dust screen may be a separate structural member, and the dust screen is disposed in the vent hole 20 and fixedly connected with the edge of the vent hole, and the fixed connection manner may be adhesive, riveting, injection molding, etc.; the dust screen can also be detachably connected with the edge of the vent hole 20, and the detachable connection mode is, for example, magnetic attraction connection, buckle connection and the like, and when the dust screen is damaged or blocked, the new dust screen can be replaced, so that the influence on the functions of the head-mounted display device 2 is avoided.
In another embodiment, the dustproof net can be further integrated with the protective sleeve body 10 into an integrated structure, and the dustproof net-shaped hole structure is directly formed at the position of the vent hole 20, so that ventilation and dust prevention can be realized through the hole structure, and the integrated structure enables the protective sleeve body 10 to be stronger in integrity and firmer in structure.
In summary, the protective sleeve body of the head-mounted display device is set to be of a curved structure, so that the appearance of the protective sleeve of the head-mounted display device is matched with that of the head-mounted display device, and the stability of the protective sleeve and the head-mounted display device when the protective sleeve body are connected is guaranteed; meanwhile, a penetrating space is formed in the protective sleeve body, and the penetrating space can enable parts of the head-mounted display device to penetrate through, so that the protective sleeve body can be accurately sleeved at the positions where the head-mounted display device needs to be protected against scraping, falling, dust and the like.
