Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种精密压力铸造工艺生产的自锁紧密封管件，它由管件体、背帽、自锁封垫等组成。管体有一开口头，与背帽和自锁封垫紧配合，与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有结构简单，密封性好，特别是安装、拆卸方便等优点，使用时无须在管道上攻丝或焊接法兰，可广泛应用于水、煤气管道系统。

Description

本实用新型属于一种管件接头装置，尤其是一种管件密封接头。
长期以来我国管道系统均采用镀锌焊接钢管，其缺点是污染水质，表面锈蚀，而且安装、维护不便，故目前已有厂家生产铝合金管道，但由于无适用的连接管件，而大大影响了铝合金管道的推广应用。
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种适合于铝合金、铜合金管道使用的密封管件接头，且使用、维修方便，以适用于水、煤气或其它无腐蚀性介质的输送管道的连接。
本实用新型的构成：由管件体（1）、背帽（2）、自锁封垫（3）组成，管件体（1）有一开口头（4），其外圆有螺纹，与背帽（2）的内圆螺纹连接，其内圆为一喇叭口形，与自锁封垫（3）外锥度圆楔入配合。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有结构简单，密封性好，特别是安装、折卸方便等优点，使用时无须在管道上攻丝或焊接法兰，任何一个接头都是活接，给使用维修带来极大方便，可广泛应用于水、煤气管道系统。
附图1是本实用新型结构原理图。
本实用新型的实施例：采用精密压力铸造工艺制得管件体（1）及背帽（2），自锁封垫（3）用塑料制成。使用时，先将自锁封垫（3）楔入管件体（1）的开口头（4）的喇叭口形内圆内，套上背帽（2），再将管道（5）插入开口头（4）的喇叭口内，拧紧背帽（2），使自锁封垫（3）楔紧管道（5）与开口头（4），这样就完成了本实用新型。

1、一种自锁紧密封管件，由管件体(1)、背帽(2)、自锁封垫(3)组成，其特征在于：管件体(1)有一开口头(4)，其外圆有螺纹，与背帽(2)的内圆螺纹连接，其内圆为一喇叭口形，与自锁封垫(3)外锥度圆楔入配合。
