Description

Convenient to use's hand tool
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of hand auxiliary tools, in particular to a hand tool convenient to use.
Background
In the manual operation, auxiliary operation is needed to be realized through a manual tool, and the conventional manual tool generally fixes a handle and a tool head into an integral structure through injection molding. Such as chinese utility model patent No. ZL201180069514.7 (grant publication No. CN 103442857B), chinese utility model patent No. ZL200880024319.0 (grant publication No. CN 101743101B), etc. The mode of adopting the integral structure can enable the tool head to be firmly connected with the handle, but can lead to the problem that the tool head and the handle cannot be assembled and matched at will. Thus, the molds are required to be manufactured separately for each tool head, the manufacturing cost of the molds is high, meanwhile, because the production needs to have the least production quantity (expressed as a subscription quantity in sales) to ensure the economical efficiency of the cost, and the single-class products (namely, each tool head) are often ordered in a small quantity at one time, and meanwhile, the variety is various, so that a lot of stock materials and funds occupy pressure in the production, and meanwhile, the warehouse management cost is increased.
In order to solve the problems, the tool head and the handle are designed to be detachable, the production cost is reduced by sharing the handle, and different tools can be used for replacing corresponding tool heads. For example, chinese patent No. ZL201921300608.0 (grant notice No. CN 211136948U), patent No. ZL202120928057.3 (grant notice No. CN 216883710U), and the like. However, the following problems are easily caused while achieving tool head replacement: (1) inconvenient replacement of different tool heads; (2) the tool head is not firmly connected with the handle, so that the use is affected.

Furthermore, features defining "first", "second" may include one or more such features, either explicitly or implicitly.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1 to 5, a handtool convenient to use comprises a handle 1, a tool head 2, a mounting member 3 and a locking member 4. Wherein, the outer shape of the mounting member 3 is columnar, and a first end (specifically, a rear end in the present embodiment) thereof is detachably connected to the handle 1, and a second end (specifically, a front end in the present embodiment) thereof is used for detachably mounting the tool head 2.
Further, the fixing member 3 is detachably connected to the above-mentioned fixing member 3, and both are relatively movable in the longitudinal direction of the fixing member 3. In the process that the first end of the mounting member 3 is connected with the handle 1, the locking member 4 and the mounting member 3 relatively move towards the first direction, and the locking member 4 locks the mounting member 3 and the tool head 2; and the locking member 4 and the mounting member 3 relatively move in the second direction during the process of detaching the first end of the mounting member 3 from the handle 1, and the locking member 4 unlocks the mounting member 3 and the tool bit 2.
In the utility model, the mounting piece 3 is arranged on the handle 1, and the tool head 2 can be detachably mounted on the second end of the mounting piece 3, so that the tool head 2 can be replaced, different tool heads 2 are mounted on the same handle 1, and the tool head 2 is only required to be detached from the mounting piece 3 during replacement, so that the tool head 2 is convenient to replace. In addition, can lock instrument head 2 and installed part 3 through locking piece 4 to guarantee hand tool's normal use, and, the first end of installed part 3 can be dismantled with handle 1 and be connected, and can realize locking piece 4 to instrument head 2 and the locking of installed part 3 and unblock through the dismouting of installed part 3 and handle 1, so not only make things convenient for the dismouting of installed part 3 and handle 1, be convenient for realize locking and unblock operation to instrument head 2 moreover, convenient operation promotes user's user experience greatly.
Further, in this embodiment, the outer shape of the mounting member 3 is cylindrical, and the second end thereof is provided with a slot 30 along the length direction into which the connection end of the tool bit 2 is inserted. In this way, the tool head 2 and the mounting piece 3 can be detachably mounted through the insertion of the tool head 2 and the slot 30. Specifically, the locking member 4 is a sleeve sleeved on the mounting member 3 and matched with the second end of the mounting member 3 in size, and in a state that the first end of the mounting member 3 is connected with the handle 1 in place, the locking member 4 is stopped relatively to the mounting member 3, and the locking member 4 tightly fits the tool head 2 with the slot 30 of the mounting member 3, that is, the locking member 4 locks the tool head 2 and the mounting member 3.
Preferably, the volume of the slot 30 is variable, and the slot 30 is pushed out by the tool bit 2 during the insertion of the tool bit 2 to increase the volume, and the slot 30 is pushed in by the locking member 4 to decrease the volume during the relative movement of the locking member 4 and the mounting member 3 in the first direction. The volume of the slot 30 is variable, so that the hand tool can be matched with more different tool heads 2, the tight fit of the tool heads 2 and the slot 30 can be realized by reducing the volume of the slot 30 through internal pressure, and further, the locking of the tool heads 2 and the mounting piece 3 is realized, and the locking mode is simple and reliable.
In this embodiment, in order to form the slot 30 structure on the mounting member 3, the second end of the mounting member 3 is divided into at least two blocks 31, each block 31 extends along the length direction of the mounting member 3, and gaps are formed between adjacent blocks 31 to form the slot 30, so that the present utility model is particularly suitable for the tool head 2 with a flat plate-shaped connecting end. When the tool bit 2 is inserted into the slot 30 and the volume of the connecting end of the tool bit 2 is larger than the corresponding position of the slot 30, the blocks 31 of the slot 30 are synchronously unfolded from inside to outside, so that the volume of the slot 30 is increased and the size of the slot is suitable for the insertion of the tool bit 2 with corresponding specification, and the blocks 31 of the slot 30 are synchronously assembled from outside to inside in the process of relatively moving the locking piece 4 and the mounting piece 3 towards the first direction, so that the tool bit 2 is tightly matched with the slot 30, the locking of the tool bit 2 is realized, and the tool bit 2 is prevented from falling off from the slot 30. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the second end of the mounting member 3 is divided into four blocks, that is, four blocks 31, and the cross section of the slot 30 is cross-shaped. Of course, the hand tool of the present utility model is also applicable to the tool head 2 having the connecting end as the column member, except for the tool head 2 having the plate member, and the connecting end of the tool head 2 may be inserted into the center of the slot 30.
Preferably, in the locked state of the tool bit 2 and the mounting member 3, the end portion of the second end of the mounting member 3 protrudes out of the locking member 4, and the volume of the portion of the slot 30 corresponding to the protruding portion is larger than that of the other portion of the slot 30. This makes it possible to apply the present utility model to a tool head 2 having a flat plate-like shape with a wide connecting end. Further, the outer diameter of the second end of the mounting member 3 increases from back to front, while the inner diameter of the front end of the locking member 4 increases from back to front, and the two are matched. It can be seen that, in the present utility model, when the mounting member 3 is fixedly disposed along the axial direction and the locking member 4 moves toward the second end of the mounting member 3, or the locking member 4 is fixedly disposed along the axial direction and the mounting member 3 moves toward the rear end of the locking member 4, the two cooperate to press each block 31 of the slot 30 inwards, so that the tight fit between the connection end of the tool bit 2 and the slot 30 is better achieved, so that the tool bit 2 is locked, and conversely, the tool bit 2 is unlocked.
Further, in this embodiment, the outer shape of the handle 1 is cylindrical, the first end of the mounting member 3 and the corresponding end of the handle 1 are screwed with each other with the straight line of the central axes of the two as the center, and the locking member 4 and the handle 1 are axially limited (in this embodiment, axial limitation is achieved by a snap-in manner, as shown in fig. 2). It can be seen that in this embodiment, the locking member 4 is axially fixed relative to the mounting member, and the mounting member can be axially moved relative to the locking member 4 by being screwed with the handle 1, so that the locking member 4 can unlock and lock the tool bit 2. Specifically, when the mount 3 moves in the rear end direction of the lock 4 (i.e., the first direction in the present embodiment), the lock 4 locks the mount 3 with the tool bit; and when the mount 3 moves in the front end direction of the lock 4 (i.e., the second direction in the present embodiment), the lock 4 unlocks the mount 3 from the tool head 2.
There are various specific ways of screwing the first end of the mounting member 3 to the handle 1, for example, a connecting groove extending along the length direction of the handle 1 is formed by a hollow and open end of the handle 1, and a screw thread for screwing the mounting member 3 is provided on the inner surface of the connecting groove. In this embodiment, the handle 1 preferably includes a tube 11 for holding by a hand, and a first end of the tube 11 is inserted into and screwed with a first end of the mounting member 3, so that the handle 1 is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture. Further, a connecting member for screw-coupling with the first end of the mounting member 3 is installed in the first end of the pipe body 11. In this embodiment, the connecting member is specifically a connecting rod 5 inserted into the first end of the pipe body 11 along the length direction, one end surface of the connecting rod 5 is concaved inward along the length direction and is provided with a second internal thread 51 on the inner surface of the concave portion, and the outer surface of the first end of the mounting member 3 is provided with an external thread 33 capable of forming a threaded connection with the second internal thread 51, as shown in fig. 5. Thus, the threaded connection of the mounting piece 3 and the handle 1 can be realized through the threaded connection of the connecting rod 5 and the mounting piece 3.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5, a tail plug 12 is enclosed in the pipe orifice at the other end of the pipe body 11, the tail plug 12 is in the shape of a cap opening inward, and the other end of the connecting rod 5 is inserted into the tail plug 12. On the one hand, the internal structure of the handle 1 can be firm, foreign matters can be prevented from entering the handle 1, and on the other hand, the connecting rod 5 can be stably installed in the pipe body 11. A protective cover 6 is attached to the free end of the attachment 3, and the tool bit 2 is covered by the protective cover 6. The tool head 2 can be protected on the one hand, and the user can be prevented from being injured by the tool head 2 on the other hand, especially for the cutter type tool head 2.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 6 to 11, unlike the embodiment 1, in the present embodiment, the connecting member is a connecting sleeve 7 fitted into a first end of the pipe body 11 in a longitudinal direction, a first female screw 71 is provided on an inner surface of the connecting sleeve 7, and the male screw 33 capable of forming a screw connection with the first female screw 71 is provided on an outer surface of the first end of the mounting member 3, so that the screw connection of the mounting member 3 and the handle 1 can be achieved by screw connection of the connecting sleeve 7 and the mounting member 3, as shown in fig. 7. In order to more firmly install the connecting sleeve 7 in the pipe body 11, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, a limiting convex ring 72 is protruding on the outer circumferential surface of the front end of the connecting sleeve 7 along the circumferential direction, and a limiting ring groove 111 for the limiting convex ring 72 to be clamped in is recessed on the inner circumferential surface of the first end of the pipe body 11. Simultaneously, the outer peripheral surface of the connecting sleeve 7 is convexly provided with limiting ribs 73 extending axially along the circumferential direction at intervals, the inner peripheral surface of the first end of the pipe body 11 is concavely provided with limiting grooves 113 which are in one-to-one correspondence with the limiting ribs 73, and each limiting groove 113 extends along the axial direction of the pipe body 11 and is used for clamping the corresponding limiting rib 73.
Further, in this embodiment, in the state where the locking member 4 is sleeved with the mounting member 3, both are radially limited by the limiting assembly 8. The locking piece 4 is sleeved outside the mounting piece 3, so that the mounting piece 3 and the handle 1 can be dismounted by rotating the locking piece 4 by radially limiting the mounting piece and the handle, and the use is more convenient.
Further, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the above-mentioned limit assembly 8 includes a limit slide groove 81 provided on one of the inner peripheral surface of the locking member 4 and the outer peripheral surface of the mounting member 3, and a limit slide bar 82 provided on the other, the limit slide bar 82 extending axially and the limit slide groove 81 penetrating axially, and the limit slide bar 82 being fitted in the limit slide groove 81 and being capable of sliding back and forth along the limit slide groove 81 in a state in which the locking member 4 is coupled with the mounting member 3. Through the cooperation of the limiting sliding groove 81 and the limiting sliding bar 82, not only can the radial limiting of the locking piece 4 and the mounting piece 3 be realized, but also the axial movement of the mounting piece 3 relative to the locking piece 4 can be guided, so that the reliability of locking the tool head 2 is further improved.
In this embodiment, specifically, the limiting sliding grooves 81 are all disposed on the inner peripheral surface of the locking member 4 at intervals along the circumferential direction, and the limiting sliding grooves 81 are four, and the limiting sliding strips 82 are convexly disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the first end of the mounting member 3 at intervals along the circumferential direction and are in one-to-one correspondence with the limiting sliding grooves 81.
