The food processor, namely a device capable of carrying out corresponding treatment on food, comprises a wall breaking machine, a soymilk machine, a juicer and the like. At present, a cutter head assembly for stirring in a food processor in the current industry is generally arranged in a fixed manner. Meanwhile, the cutter head component is positioned at the bottom end of the stirring cup. Therefore, when the cutterhead assembly in the food processor is cleaned, the cutterhead assembly can only extend into the stirring cup from the top end opening of the stirring cup for cleaning. At this time, it is difficult to clean the cutterhead assembly due to the deeper depth of the stirring cup.
Therefore, based on the above-mentioned consideration, in order to solve the problem that the cutterhead assembly in the food processor in the current industry is difficult to clean, the present utility model proposes a new cutterhead assembly. This blade disc subassembly innovatively will be through setting up slidable mounting to lock and unblock to the blade disc subassembly of installing on the cup, and then realize the comparatively portable dismantlement of blade disc subassembly on the cup and connect, so that the blade disc subassembly can dismantle and come to wash alone and improve its abluent convenience.
In addition, the cup holder assembly provided by the utility model is applied to a stirring cup, and the stirring cup can be further applied to a wall breaking machine, a soymilk machine, a juicer and the like, so long as the food processor can process food by a stirring knife.
Next, a specific structure of the cup holder assembly according to the present utility model will be explained and illustrated with reference to fig. 1 to 5, and in an embodiment of the present utility model, the cup holder assembly 10 according to the present utility model includes a cup holder 11, a cutter head assembly 13 and a locking assembly 15. The cup seat 11 is of a cylindrical structure with at least one end provided with an opening; the cutter head assembly 13 is arranged on the inner side of the cup seat 11; the locking assembly 15 includes a fixing member 151, and the fixing member 151 is provided at one of the cup holder 11 and the cutter head assembly 13 and is slidably coupled to or decoupled from the other of the cup holder 11 and the cutter head assembly 13 to lock or unlock the cutter head assembly 13 with respect to the cup holder 11.
The cup holder 11 may be used to provide a mounting location for mounting the cutterhead assembly 13. Meanwhile, the cup holder 11 may be further used to be coupled to the lower end of the cup body 30 of the stirring cup 100, so that the food positioned in the stirring cup 100 can be crushed by the cutter head assembly 13 mounted on the cup holder 11 after being placed in the stirring cup 100. Wherein, the cup seat 11 is a cylindrical structure with at least one end arranged in an opening. That is, the cup holder 11 may have a cylindrical structure with only one end provided with an opening, or may have a cylindrical structure with both opposite ends provided with openings. Wherein, when the stirring cup 100 is in a normal use and installation state and only one end of the cup seat 11 is in an opening arrangement, the upper end of the cup seat 11 is in an opening arrangement and is connected with the lower end of the cup body 30 of the stirring cup 100 through the upper end with the opening; when the cup seat 11 is provided with openings at two opposite ends, the upper end and the lower end of the cup seat 11 can be provided with openings, at this time, the upper end of the cup seat 11 can be connected to the lower end of the cup body 30 of the stirring cup 100, and the lower end of the cup seat 11 can be filled by the cutter disc assembly 13 or other objects. In addition, the cup holder 11 can have a circular structure so that the shape is regular, thereby being beneficial to improving the convenience of processing and forming the cup holder. Meanwhile, the cup holder 11 can be matched with the rotation track of the stirring blade 134 in the cutter head assembly 13, so that the compactness of distribution between the cup holder and the cutter head assembly is improved, and the whole volume of the cup holder assembly 10 is reduced. Of course, the present utility model is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the cup holder 11 may have a directional structure or other shape structure.
The cutterhead assembly 13, as the name implies, includes a stirring blade 134 to facilitate the attachment of the cup holder 11 to the cup body 30 of the stirring cup 100. The cutter head assembly 13 can crush the objects in the stirring cup 100, so that the cooking function of the food cooking machine is realized.
The locking assembly 15 is used for locking or unlocking the cutter head assembly 13, so that the cutter head assembly 13 can be detachably arranged on the cup seat 11. The fixing piece 151 in the locking assembly 15 may be disposed on the cup seat 11, or may be disposed on the cutterhead assembly 13, so as to ensure that the locking assembly can be connected with or separated from the cup seat 11 or the cutterhead assembly 13 after sliding, so as to lock or unlock the cutterhead assembly 13. The fixing member 151 and the cup holder 11 or the cutterhead assembly 13 may be connected by a snap connection as described below, or may be connected by a plug connection, which is not limited in this application.
When the cup holder assembly 10 of the technical scheme of the utility model is applied to the stirring cup 100, the locking assembly 15 is arranged, so that the cutter head assembly 13 arranged on the cup holder 11 can be locked or unlocked through the fixing piece 151 in the sliding locking assembly 15, and further the detachable installation of the cutter head assembly 13 on the cup holder 11 is realized. Therefore, when the cutterhead assembly 13 needs to be cleaned, the cutterhead assembly 13 can be detached from the cup holder 11 to be directly cleaned. At this time, the cleaning process is not hindered by the cup body 30 of the stirring cup 100, thereby facilitating the cleaning of the cutterhead assembly 13. In addition, all parts of the cutterhead assembly 13 can be cleaned more comprehensively, so that the cleaning effect on the cutterhead assembly 13 is improved. In addition, the fixing piece 151 in the locking assembly 15 is also slidably arranged, so that the cutter head assembly 13 can be mounted or dismounted on the cup seat 11 through the portable operation of sliding locking or unlocking, thereby being beneficial to improving the convenience of dismounting the cutter head assembly 13.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8 in combination, in an embodiment of the present utility model, the fixing member 151 is slidably disposed on the cup holder 11 and is slidably engaged with and disengaged from the cutterhead assembly 13; the cup holder 11 is provided with a stop part 111, and when the fixing piece 151 slides to be clamped with the cutterhead assembly 13, the fixing piece 151 and the stop part 111 are matched to clamp and fix the cutterhead assembly 13.
In this embodiment, the fixing member 151 is slidably disposed on the cup holder 11, on the one hand, the cup holder 11 has a relatively large volume, and the setting position is conveniently given, so that the convenience of setting the fixing member 151 is improved. On the other hand, the cup holder 11 is located at the outer side, so that the user can conveniently perform corresponding operation on the cup holder, and the convenience in assembling and disassembling the cutterhead assembly 13 on the cup holder 11 is further improved. Further, the fixing piece 151 is slid to be clamped with the cutter disc assembly 13 and matched with the stop part 111 on the cup seat 11 to lock the cutter disc assembly 13 on the cup seat 11. So that the clamping structure between the fixing piece 151 and the cutterhead assembly 13 can be very simple, thereby being beneficial to improving the convenience of setting the cutterhead assembly 13. The fixing member 151 and the stopper 111 may be clamped on both sides of the cutterhead assembly 13 in the vertical direction as described below, or may be clamped on both sides of the cutterhead assembly 13 in the horizontal direction, so that the fixing member 151 may be clamped and fixed to the cutterhead assembly 13 in cooperation with the stopper 111 when being slid to be clamped to the cutterhead assembly 13. The stopper 111 may be formed by a projection protruding from the inner wall surface of the cup holder 11, or may be formed directly from the wall surface of the cup holder 11 itself, so that the cutter head assembly 13 can be prevented from being abutted. In other embodiments, when the stopper 111 is not provided in the cup holder 11, the cutter head assembly 13 may be provided with a locking groove. At this time, the fixing piece 151 can slide to be clamped in the clamping groove, so as to lock the cutterhead assembly 13 on the cup holder 11.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in an embodiment of the present utility model, the cup holder assembly 10 is defined to have an up-down direction, and both the upper and lower ends of the cup holder 11 are opened; the stopper 111 is disposed near the opening of the upper end of the cup holder 11, the fixing member 151 is disposed near the opening of the lower end of the cup holder 11, and the sliding direction and the up-down direction of the fixing member 151 are disposed at an included angle.
In the present embodiment, the vertical direction of the cup holder assembly 10 refers to the vertical direction defined by the normal use state of the stirring cup 100 when the cup holder assembly 10 is mounted on the lower end of the cup body 30 of the stirring cup 100. At this time, both ends all set up to the opening about cup 11, can make the structure of cup 11 simpler on the one hand to be favorable to improving the convenience to cup 11 machine-shaping. On the other hand, more importantly, the cutter head assembly 13 may be mounted in the cup holder 11 through the opening at the lower end of the cup holder 11, the abutment and limitation may be performed by the stop portion 111 in the upper end of the cup holder 11, and then the fixing member 151 may be slid to be engaged with the cutter head assembly 13, and the cutter head assembly 13 may be clamped and fixed in cooperation with the stop portion 111. In the process of disassembly, after the fixing piece 151 is slid to be far away from the cutter head assembly 13, the cutter head assembly 13 can be taken out from the opening of the lower end of the cup holder 11. Therefore, at this time, the cutter head assembly 13 is not affected by the cup body 30 at the upper end of the cup seat 11, and the cutter head assembly 13 is directly assembled and disassembled from the opening at the lower end of the cup seat 11, so that convenience in assembling and disassembling the cutter head assembly 13 is further improved. In addition, the stop part 111 at the upper end and the fixing part 151 at the lower end can be clamped at two sides of the cutter head assembly 13 in the up-down direction at this time, so that the gravity of the cutter head assembly 13 is overcome better to lock the cutter head assembly 13, and the stability of mounting the cutter head assembly 13 on the cup seat 11 is improved. In addition, the sliding direction of the fixing member 151 and the up-down direction form an included angle, which means that the sliding direction of the fixing member 151 may be along the horizontal direction, or may be along the oblique direction (forming an included angle with both the horizontal direction and the vertical direction). In addition, it should be noted that, in other embodiments, the stop portion 111 and the fixing member 151 may be disposed on two sides of the cup holder 11 in the horizontal direction. In addition, when the cup holder 11 is provided with only the upper end thereof being opened, the cutter head assembly 13 may be attached to or detached from the opening of the upper end of the cup holder 11. However, in this case, since the upper end of the cup holder 11 is required to be connected to the cup body 30, when the cutter head assembly 13 is detached, the cup holder 11 and the cup body 30 need to be detached, and then the cutter head assembly 13 is detached from the cup holder 11.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5 in combination, in an embodiment of the present utility model, the locking assembly 15 further includes an elastic member 156, where the elastic member 156 is configured to drive the fixing member 151 to slide to be engaged with the cutterhead assembly 13; alternatively, the elastic member 156 is configured to drive the fixing member 151 to slide to be separated from the cutterhead assembly 13, and the locking assembly 15 further includes a limiting member 157, where the limiting member 157 is configured to limit the fixing member 151, so that the fixing member 151 is limited in a state of being clamped to the cutterhead assembly 13.
In this embodiment, the elastic member 156 can provide power to automatically drive the elastic member 156 to slide to be clamped with the cutterhead assembly 13 or slide to be separated from the cutterhead assembly 13, so that convenience in assembling and disassembling the cutterhead assembly 13 is further improved. The elastic member 156 may be configured to drive the fixing member 151 to slide to be clamped with the cutterhead assembly 13, so that the fixing member 151 can be stably maintained in the state after sliding to be clamped with the cutterhead assembly 13 due to the elastic force of the elastic member 156, thereby improving the stability of the installation of the cutterhead assembly 13 on the cup holder 11. Of course, the elastic member 156 may be used to drive the fixing member 151 to slide to separate from the cutterhead assembly 13, but the fixing member 151 needs to be matched with the limiting member 157 for use at this time, so that the fixing member 151 cannot be kept in a state of being clamped to the cutterhead assembly 13 due to the action of the elastic member 156. At this time, after the limiting member 157 releases the limitation of the fixing member 151, the fixing member 151 can be automatically and timely separated from the cutter head assembly 13 under the action of the elastic member 156, thereby being beneficial to improving the convenience of disassembling the cutter head assembly 13 on the cup seat 11. In addition, the elastic member 156 may be a spring, so that it has better elasticity to better drive the fixing member 151 to slide. At the same time, this arrangement also allows the elastic member 156 to be more conveniently available from the market. Of course, the elastic member 156 may be a metal elastic sheet or a plastic elastic sheet.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5 in combination, in an embodiment of the present utility model, the elastic member 156 is configured to drive the fixing member 151 to slide to be separated from the cutterhead assembly 13, defining the cup assembly 10 to have an up-down direction, and at least an upper end of the cup 11 is provided with an opening; the sliding direction and the up-down direction of the fixing piece 151 are arranged at an included angle, and the upper side wall surface of the fixing piece 151 is provided with a limit hole 152; the limiting member 157 is slidably disposed on the cup seat 11, and can slide into the limiting hole 152 under the action of gravity, so as to limit and fix the fixing member 151.
In the present embodiment, the stopper 157 is slidably disposed above the fixing member 151, and the upper sidewall surface of the fixing member 151 is correspondingly provided with the stopper hole 152. Therefore, when the stirring cup 100 is placed forward (i.e. in a normal placement state), the limiting member 157 can slide partially into the limiting hole 152 under the action of gravity, so that the fixing member 151 cannot slide continuously and is limited. When the stirring cup 100 is placed upside down, the limiting member 157 can slide out of the limiting hole 152 under the action of gravity, so that the fixing member 151 can automatically slide and unlock under the action of the elastic member 156. Therefore, the limiting piece 157 is arranged in a sliding manner along the up-down direction, so that the limiting and unlocking processes of the limiting piece 157 on the fixing piece 151 are very simple, and the convenience of dismounting the cutterhead assembly 13 is improved. Moreover, the structure of the stopper 157 can be very simple at this time, thereby contributing to improvement of convenience in setting thereof. In addition, when the stirring cup 100 is placed forward, the limiting piece 157 can be always inserted into the limiting hole 152 under the action of gravity, so that the stability of locking the cutter head assembly 13 by the locking assembly 15 is improved. In addition, in other embodiments, the limiting member 157 may also be a clamping member, so as to achieve clamping limitation by the clamping fixture 151.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7 in combination, in an embodiment of the utility model, the fixing member 151 slides along the circumferential direction of the cup holder 11, and the elastic member 156 extends along the circumferential direction of the cup holder 11; the outer side wall surface of the cutterhead assembly 13 is convexly provided with an abutting block 131, and the fixing piece 151 can slide to be clamped with or separated from the abutting block 131.
In this embodiment, the fixing member 151 is configured to slide along the circumferential direction of the cup holder 11, and the elastic member 156 is configured to extend along the circumferential direction of the cup holder 11, so that the fixing member 151 and the elastic member 156 can be disposed on the cup holder 11 more compactly, thereby being beneficial to reducing the overall volume of the cup holder assembly 10. Meanwhile, the space for accommodating the cutter head assembly 13 on the cup seat 11 is not greatly occupied, so that convenience in mounting the cutter head assembly 13 in the limited space on the cup seat 11 is improved on the basis of the slidable fixing piece 151 and the elastic piece 156.
