The fourth buffer plate 5 is provided with a fourth pressing line 511 extending along the width direction, a pair of fourth clamping grooves 512 and a third limiting notch 513, the fourth clamping grooves 512 are arranged along the width direction, the fourth clamping grooves 512 are arranged at two ends of the third limiting notch 513 along the width direction and are communicated with the third limiting notch 513, and the fourth buffer plate 5 is provided with a second limiting hole 514 at a position adjacent to the fifth buffer plate 6.
The fifth buffer plate 6 is provided with a fifth pressing line 611 extending along the length direction, two ends in the width direction are provided with a pair of fifth clamping grooves 612, and the junction of the fifth buffer plate 6 and the fourth buffer plate 5 and the junction of the fifth buffer plate 6 and the sixth buffer plate 7 are provided with a second connecting pressing line 8 extending along the width direction.
The sixth buffer plate 7 is provided with a sixth pressing line 711 extending along the width direction, and a pair of sixth clamping grooves 712 and a fourth limiting gap 713 are arranged at the end of the length direction along the width direction, and the sixth clamping grooves 712 are arranged at two ends of the fourth limiting gap 713 along the width direction and are communicated with the fourth limiting gap 713.
The width direction in this embodiment refers to the width direction of the cut-to-be-cut sheet of the buffer paper card, and the length direction refers to the length direction of the cut-to-be-cut sheet of the buffer paper card.
In one embodiment, the fourth clamping groove 512 and the sixth clamping groove 712 are axially symmetrically arranged in the width direction, and the third limiting notch 513 and the fourth limiting notch 713 are axially symmetrically arranged in the width direction.
The fourth clamping groove 512 and the sixth clamping groove 712 are respectively used for clamping with the fifth clamping groove 612.
Further, the fifth buffer plate 6 is provided at both ends in the width direction with two support side plates 64 protruding to the sixth buffer plate 7 side in the length direction, and the two support side plates 64 are axially symmetrically arranged in the length direction. The fifth buffer board 6 is provided with two fifth press lines 611 and two seventh press lines 613 arranged in the width direction, and the fifth buffer board 6 is divided into a second front board 61, a second rear board 62, a second bottom board 63 and a supporting side board 64 by the two fifth press lines 611 and the two seventh press lines 613. Wherein, two pairs of fifth clamping grooves 612 on the fifth buffer plate 6 are respectively positioned on the second front plate 61 and the second rear plate 62.
The sixth buffer board 7 is provided with two sixth pressing lines 711 arranged along the length direction, the sixth buffer board 7 is divided into a fourth inner side board 71, a fourth top board 72 and a fourth outer side board 73 by the two sixth pressing lines 711, and a sixth clamping groove 712 and a fourth limiting notch 713 on the sixth buffer board 7 are all located on the fourth inner side board 71.
Wherein the two support side plates 64 are respectively located at one side of the second front plate 61 and the second rear plate 62 near the sixth buffer plate 7, and are axially symmetrically arranged in the length direction.
The fourth press line 511, the fifth press line 611, the sixth press line 711 and the seventh press line 613 are all positive fold lines.
Further, the second bottom plate 63 includes a fourth protrusion 631 axially symmetrically disposed in the length direction, the fourth protrusion 631 is adjacent to the second limiting hole 514 and connected to the third outer side plate 53, and the fifth press line 611 is separated from the adjacent second connection press line 8 by the fourth protrusion 631.
Wherein, two support side plates 64 are connected with the second front plate 61 and the second rear plate 62 respectively, the second front plate 61 is disconnected with the fourth buffer plate 5, the fourth convex portion 631 and the sixth buffer plate 7 respectively, the second rear plate 62 is disconnected with the fourth buffer plate 5, the fourth convex portion 631 and the sixth buffer plate 7 respectively, and each support side plate 64 is also disconnected with the fourth buffer plate 5, the fourth convex portion 631 and the sixth buffer plate 7 respectively, thereby facilitating folding of each buffer plate.
The fourth clamping groove 512 and the sixth clamping groove 712 are located on the extension line of the fifth pressing line 611, and are perpendicular to the fourth pressing line 511 or the sixth pressing line 711, so that the fourth buffer plate 5 and the sixth buffer plate 7 after being folded can be respectively clamped on the fifth clamping groove 612 of the folded second front plate 61 and the second rear plate 62 through the fourth clamping groove 512 and the sixth clamping groove 712.

Referring to fig. 10 to 18, the second buffer paper card 200 includes a third buffer wall 2001, a fourth buffer wall 2002 and a fifth buffer wall 2003 having a hollow structure. The left side of the second buffer paper card 200 is provided with a second limiting hole 514, the second limiting hole 514 can be used as an opening for inserting the end of the lamp into the second buffer paper card 200, the third limiting notch 513 and the fourth limiting notch 713 can enable the inner cavities of the third buffer wall 2001, the fourth buffer wall 2002 and the fifth buffer wall 2003 to be mutually communicated, an accommodating space matched with the end of the lamp is formed inside the second buffer paper card 200, and the end of the lamp can be accommodated inside the second buffer paper card 200. The second buffer paper card 200 has good supporting and buffering performances, and thus the lamp can be well protected. And, the second buffer paper card 200 can directly butt the inner wall of the packing box, need not to increase extra cushioning members around and in the middle of the packing box to support the packing box for the packing material use amount is little, the cost is lower, and the cushioning and the supportability of packing have been strengthened, the stability of product transportation is improved.

When the lamp 300 is packaged, the first buffer paper card 100 and the second buffer paper card 200 are used for packaging two ends of the lamp 300 respectively, then the first buffer paper card 100 and the second buffer paper card 200 are placed into the box 400 along with the lamp 300, the first buffer paper card 100 and the second buffer paper card 200 can be directly abutted against the upper and lower inner walls and the surrounding inner walls of the packing box, good supporting and buffering performances can be provided, extra buffering pieces are not needed to be added in the surrounding and the middle of the box 400 for supporting the packing box, the using amount of packaging materials is small, the cost is low, the buffering performance and the supporting performance of the package are enhanced, and the stability of product transportation is improved.

the third buffer plate (3) is provided with a third pressing line (311) extending along the width direction, the end part of the length direction is provided with a pair of third clamping grooves (312) and a second limiting notch (313) which are arranged along the width direction, the second limiting notch (313) is positioned between the pair of third clamping grooves (312), and the third buffer plate (3) is provided with a first limiting hole (314) at a position adjacent to the second buffer plate (2).
