Detailed Description
It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and technical features in the embodiments may be combined with each other, and the detailed description in the specific embodiments should be interpreted as an explanation of the gist of the present application and should not be construed as undue limitation to the present application.
Embodiments of the present application provide a lid assembly for fitting to a cooking body. Referring to fig. 1 to 12, the cap assembly includes: a face cover 1, a connector 2 and a glass panel 3. Wherein the connecting piece 2 is connected with the face cover 1. The glass panel 3 is mounted on the connector 2, and the connector 2 is used for limiting the glass panel 3 to be far away from the face cover 1 along the arrangement direction of the face cover 1 and the glass panel 3.
According to the cover assembly, the connecting piece 2 is adopted between the face cover 1 and the glass panel 3 to serve as a connecting medium, so that effective connection between the glass panel 3 and the face cover 1 is indirectly achieved, the adhesive bonding mode adopted between the face cover 1 and the glass panel 3 in the related technology is avoided, the production time required by adhesive bonding and solidification is saved, and the production assembly efficiency of the cover assembly is improved.
For example, referring to fig. 2, the connector 2 includes a base 21, a first limiting portion 22 and a second limiting portion 23. The first spacing portion 22 is connected in the base 21 towards one side of glass panel 3, and the spacing portion 22 of first spacing portion restriction glass panel 3 is kept away from face lid 1 along the range direction of face lid 1 and glass panel 3, and the spacing portion 23 of second is connected in the base 21 one side that deviates from glass panel 3, and the spacing portion 23 of second is connected with face lid 1.
In this embodiment, the fixing of the base 21 and the cover 1 is ensured by the connection of the second limiting portion 23 and the cover 1, and further, the movement of the glass panel 3 away from the cover 1 along the arrangement direction of the cover 1 and the glass panel 3 is limited by the first limiting portion 22, so as to fix the base 21 and the glass panel 3. I.e. the mounting of the glass panel 3 on the face cover 1 is achieved by means of the connecting piece 2. The glass panel 3 can be held relatively stably by the base 21 and the first stopper 22.
In an embodiment, the connecting piece 2 includes a first limiting portion 22 and a second limiting portion 23, and the connecting piece 2 may not include the base 21, and the first limiting portion 22 and the second limiting portion 23 are connected.
The material of the connector 2 is not limited.
In one embodiment, the material of the connecting member 2 may be a metal material with a good ductility. Illustratively, in some embodiments, the connector 2 is made of a copper alloy material. In other embodiments, the connecting member 2 is made of aluminum alloy.
In one embodiment, the material of the connecting member 2 is a non-metal material.
It will be appreciated that the manufacturing process of the connector 2 is not limited, and in some embodiments, the connector 2 may be manufactured by welding or bonding the base 21, the first limiting portion 22, and the second limiting portion 23, respectively. In other embodiments, the connecting member 2 may be manufactured by integrally forming a sheet metal member, that is, bending the sheet metal member to form the base 21, the first limiting portion 22, and the second limiting portion 23.
Since the connecting member 2 may be made of metal, the base 21, the first limiting portion 22, and the second limiting portion 23 may be formed by a sheet metal process. Compared with the cutting processing technology, the sheet metal technology has the advantages of high speed, high precision, high adaptability, thin cutting seam, small heat affected zone (small deformation), good quality of the cutting end face, no cutting noise, the performance of forming a welding seam area after the sheet metal part is welded is close to that of a base metal, and the like. Therefore, the sheet metal process has simple manufacturing process, light weight of raw materials, metal material saving, production cost reduction and production cost saving. The metal plate is bent to cover the first limiting part 22 around the glass panel 3, so that metal raw materials with different colors can be selected according to actual requirements, and the appearance attractiveness of the cover assembly is improved while the connection reliability of the connecting piece 2 and the panel cover 1 and the glass panel 3 is improved.
The method of bending the connecting member 2 is not limited, and in some embodiments, the connecting member 2 is processed by in-mold bending, that is, the connecting member 2 is completely pressed into the female die by using the punching core, so that no gap is left between the female die and the connecting member 2 and the punching core. The machine tool control system then continues to lift the punching force against the connecting piece 2, eventually causing the connecting piece 2 to assume the contours of the punching core and the female die. The rebound problem of the connecting piece 2 after bending can be thoroughly eliminated by the mode. In other embodiments, the connector 2 is manufactured using a floating bending operation or using a swing arm flap bending operation.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the glass panel 3 has an abutment surface 31 surrounding the glass panel 3, the abutment surface 31 is spaced from the bottom surface of the glass panel 3 by a predetermined distance, the predetermined distance gradually increases from outside to inside, and the first limiting portion 22 abuts against the abutment surface 31.
It should be noted that the direction pointing toward the geometric center of the face cover 1 is the direction "in", and the direction departing from the geometric center of the face cover 1 is the direction "out".
In such a structural form, since the preset distance gradually increases from outside to inside, and the first limiting portion 22 abuts against the abutment surface 31, the first limiting portion 22 forms an inward inclined angle with the base 21, thereby preventing the glass panel 3 from being separated from the connector 2, and improving the reliability of the connection between the glass panel 3 and the base 21. Furthermore, since the abutting surface 31 surrounds the periphery of the glass panel 3, the abutting of the first limiting portion 22 and the abutting surface 31 can limit the glass panel 3 from being away from the cover 1, so that the structure of the first limiting portion 22 can be simplified and the material can be saved.
