It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present disclosure and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other.
As shown in conjunction with fig. 1 and 2, the disclosed embodiments provide a rotating spool set for an air conditioner filter screen for being disposed on a filter screen holder of an air conditioner, the filter screen holder having a first filter screen mounting portion 11 and a second filter screen mounting portion 12, the rotating spool set including: a first reel 30 for rotating the first screen mounting portion 11, the first reel 30 being provided with a first mounting structure 31 on the surface thereof in the axial direction; a second reel 40 rotatably provided to the second screen mounting portion 12, the second reel 40 being provided with a second mounting structure 41 on its axial surface; the two sides of the filter screen are respectively used for being clamped on the first mounting structure 31 and the second mounting structure 41; the screen is pre-wound on the first reel 30 or the second reel 40, and the length of the pre-winding is greater than or equal to the path distance of the screen movement.
Adopt the embodiment of the disclosure to provide a rotate spool group for air conditioner filter screen, connect the first side of filter screen on the first mounting structure of first spool, the second side of filter screen is connected on the first mounting structure of first spool. Like this, the filter screen can twine on the spool through the mode of winding up, can make filter screen both sides atress more even, prevent that filter screen both sides from local deformation, avoid appearing filter screen stacking scheduling problem. In addition, the first scroll and the second scroll are respectively and rotatably arranged at the corresponding first filter screen mounting part and the second filter screen mounting part, and the filter screen can smoothly move between the two scroll through the rotation of the first scroll and/or the second scroll; on this basis, the filter screen is pre-wound on the first reel or the second reel, and the length of the pre-winding is greater than or equal to the path distance of the filter screen, so that the filter screen of the pre-winding portion can play a role of filtering even in the case of cleaning the filter screen.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the rotating scroll set is used to be disposed at both ends of the screen holder of the air conditioner, and both scrolls of the rotating scroll set are used to mount the screen, so that the first and second scrolls 30 and 40 can constitute a rotating structure. Wherein the first reel 30 and the second reel 40 are each of a round bar structure, so that the filter screen can be moved in various ways in case that the filter screen is mounted on the first reel 30 and the second reel 40. Alternatively, the second reel 40 is driven to rotate by the driving rotation of the first reel 30. Alternatively, the first reel 30 is driven to rotate by the driving rotation of the second reel 40. Alternatively, the active rotation is synchronized by the first reel 30 and the second reel 40.
Since the screen is pre-wound on the first reel 30 or the second reel 40, and the length of the pre-winding is greater than or equal to the path distance of the screen movement. Thus, to prevent the screen support from interfering with screen movement, in some embodiments, the circumferential surface of the first spool 30 has a set spacing from the first screen mount 11; the second spool 40 has a set spacing between its circumferential surface and the second screen mounting portion 12. In this way, it is ensured that the screen on the first reel 30 or the second reel 40 does not come into contact with the first screen mounting portion 11 or the second screen mounting portion 12, so that the screen can be smoothly moved.
Alternatively, the first screen mounting portion 11 and the second screen mounting portion 12 are both arc-shaped groove structures, and since the first reel 30 and the second reel 40 are both round bar structures, the mounting form of the first reel 30 in the first screen mounting portion 11 is the same as the mounting form of the second reel 40 in the second screen mounting portion 12. Here, taking the example that the first reel 30 is mounted in the first filter screen mounting portion 11, two ends of the first reel 30 are respectively connected to two ends of the arc-shaped slot body, and a specific set interval is provided between the outer surface of the first reel 30 and the inner wall of the arc-shaped slot body, and the path distance of the set interval at least needs to meet the thickness of the stacked filter screen after the filter screen is pre-wound. In this way, it is ensured that the screen on the first reel 30 or the second reel 40 does not come into contact with the first screen mounting portion 11 or the second screen mounting portion 12, so that the screen can be smoothly moved.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, taking the driving rotation of the second reel 40 to drive the first reel 30 to rotate in a driven manner as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first side edge of the filter screen is clamped on the first mounting structure 31, and the filter screen is partially pre-wound along the outer circumference of the first reel 30. Alternatively, the first mounting structure 31 includes a first slot 311 formed on the surface of the first reel 30 and a first clamping bar 312 disposed in the first slot 311, and the first side of the filter screen is clamped in the first slot 311 by the first clamping bar 312.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first bar-shaped groove 311 is a through groove formed along an axial surface of the first reel 30 thereof, and a length of the first clamping bar 312 matches a length of the first bar-shaped groove 311. In the case of installing the filter screen, the side edge of the filter screen is placed into the first strip-shaped groove 311, and then the first clamping strip 312 is placed into the first strip-shaped groove 311, so that the filter screen can be clamped and fixed in the first strip-shaped groove 311. In the case of detaching the filter screen, the first clamping bar 312 is simply snapped into the first bar-shaped groove 311.
Alternatively, the first mounting structure 31 may include adhesive portions, and the sides of the screen may be directly secured to the axial surface of a spool 30 by adhesive.
As shown in connection with fig. 3 and 4, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the second reel 40 is provided with a second mounting structure 41 on a surface thereof in an axial direction, and optionally, the second mounting structure 41 includes a second bar-shaped groove 411 opened on a surface of the second reel 40 and a second clamping bar 412 provided in the second bar-shaped groove 411, and the second side edge of the filter screen is clamped in the second bar-shaped groove 411 by the second clamping bar 412. Alternatively, or in addition, the second mounting structure 41 also includes an adhesive portion. Here, the form of the filter screen mounted on the second mounting structure 41 is the same as the form of the filter screen mounted on the first mounting structure 31, and a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
In the above embodiment, one side of the filter screen is fixed by clamping, and the other side of the filter screen may also be fixed by bonding.
As shown in connection with fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the first spool 30 includes: a first shaft 32 having a hollow through cavity at least partially in an axial middle portion thereof; a first shaft sleeve 33, one end of which is inserted and fixed to a first end of the first shaft lever 32, and the other end of which is rotatably connected to a first end of the first screen mounting portion 11; the elastic reset component 34 has one end inserted and fixed at the second end of the first shaft lever 32, and the other end is fixedly connected to the second end of the first filter screen mounting portion 11.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the axial middle portion of the first shaft 32 is at least partially hollow, so that the elastic restoring component 34 can extend into the hollow through cavity. Here, a first bar-shaped groove 311 is opened at the surface of the first shaft 32. Wherein, both ends of the first bar-shaped groove 311 are plugged by the first shaft sleeve 33 and the elastic reset component 34.
In the disclosed embodiment, the first spool 30 is driven to rotate and the second spool 40 is driven to rotate. Wherein the first reel 30 comprises a first shaft 32 and a first bushing 33 and an elastic return assembly 34 arranged at both ends. The first shaft sleeve 33 is rotatably connected to the first end of the first screen mounting portion 11 for rotation of the first shaft 32. The elastic reset component 34 is fixedly connected to the second end of the first filter screen mounting portion 11, and is used for resetting and rotating the first shaft lever 32. For example, when the second reel 40 rotates, the filter screen will move along with it, the first reel 30 will also rotate along with it, and after the filter screen is cleaned, the second reel 40 rotates reversely, and at this time, the first reel 30 resets through the elastic reset component 34, so that the filter screen can be restored to the original position.
In the above embodiment, the first reel 30 performs the winding-up operation of the filter screen by the elastic reset assembly 34, and the second reel 40 performs the unwinding operation of the filter screen.
In order to facilitate the rolling action of the screen by the resilient return assembly 34, as shown in connection with fig. 5, in some embodiments the resilient return assembly 34 includes: the connecting seat 341 is inserted into the second end of the first shaft lever 32, and a jack 342 is arranged in the middle of the connecting seat 341; one end of the pin shaft 343 extends into the hollow through cavity of the first shaft lever 32 through the insertion hole 342, and the other end of the pin shaft 343 is fixedly connected to the second end of the first filter screen mounting part 11; the torsion spring 344 is sleeved on the pin shaft 343, one end of the torsion spring is fixedly connected with the connecting seat 341, and the other end of the torsion spring is fixedly connected with the end part of the pin shaft 343, which is positioned in the hollow through cavity.
In the disclosed embodiment, the elastic restoring assembly 34 includes a connection seat 341, a pin 343, and a torsion spring 344. Because the axial middle part of the first shaft lever 32 is a hollow through cavity, after the connecting seat 341 is inserted and fixed, the pin shaft 343 can extend into the hollow through cavity through the insertion hole 342, the torsion spring 344 is sleeved on the pin shaft 343, one end of the torsion spring 344 is fixedly connected with the connecting seat 341, and the other end of the torsion spring 344 is fixedly connected with the end part of the hollow through cavity, which is located by the pin shaft 343.
Under the condition that the second reel 40 drives the first reel 30 to rotate, the first shaft lever 32 drives the connection seat 341 in the elastic reset component 34 to rotate, so that the connection seat 341 rotates on the pin shaft 343, and since one end of the torsion spring 344 is fixedly connected to the connection seat 341 and the other end of the torsion spring 344 is fixedly connected to the pin shaft 343, the connection seat 341 rotates relative to the pin shaft 343, and the torsion spring 344 is deformed in torsion and elasticity to generate elasticity; in the case of the reverse rotation of the second reel 40, the first shaft 32 is forced to rotate back to the original position by the elastic force of the torsion spring 344.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the axial length of the pin 343 is greater than the axial length of the torsion spring 344, where the pin 343 is located at the end of the hollow through cavity and has a fixing slot 347, and the other end of the torsion spring 344 is fixedly connected to the fixing slot 347.
In the practice of the present disclosure, the length of the torsion spring 344 or the spacing between coils of the torsion spring 344 may be varied depending on the torque or rotational force required by the first shaft 32. Here, a first end of the torsion spring 344 is fixed to the connection seat 341, and a second end of the torsion spring 344 is fixed to the pin 343. Wherein, a fixing slot 347 is opened at the end of the pin 343, and the axial end of the torsion spring 344 is inserted and fixed in the fixing slot 347. For example, the torsion spring 344 is provided with a steel wire at the end, and the steel wire is fixedly inserted into the fixing groove 347. When the first shaft 32 is counter-rotated about the center of the torsion spring 344, a torque or rotational force will be generated at both ends of the torsion spring 344.
As shown in connection with fig. 5, in some embodiments, the pin 343 is provided with a connection slot 345 on the side of the connection seat 341, and the elastic restoring assembly 34 further includes: a fixing plate 346 having one end inserted into the connection groove 345 and the other end fixedly coupled to the second end of the first screen mounting portion 11.
In the implementation of the present disclosure, in order to facilitate fixing the pin 343, a connection slot 345 is provided on the pin 343, and the slot is a square slot. Thus, when the fixing plate 346 is inserted into the connection slot 345, the rotation between the fixing plate 346 and the pin 343 can be prevented. Wherein one side of the fixing plate 346 at the second end of the first screen mounting part 11 is provided at the fixing hole, and the fixing plate 346 is fixed at the second end of the first screen mounting part 11 by passing a screw through the fixing hole.
As shown in connection with fig. 3, in some embodiments, the second spool 40 includes: a second shaft 42; one end of the transmission piece 43 is inserted and fixed at the first end of the second shaft 42, and the other end of the transmission piece is used for being connected with the driving end of the second filter screen mounting part 12; the second sleeve 44 has one end inserted and fixed to the second end of the second shaft 42 and the other end rotatably connected to the rotating end of the second screen mounting portion 12.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the second shaft 42 is a solid rod, and the second bar-shaped groove 411 is formed on the surface of the second shaft 42. Wherein, both ends of the second slot 411 are blocked by the second sleeve 44 and the transmission member 43. And the second shaft sleeve 44 and the transmission member 43 can be fixed to both ends of the second shaft 42 by screw connection.
In the disclosed embodiment, the second spool 40 is actively rotating. The second reel 40 includes a second shaft 42, a second sleeve 44 and a transmission member 43 disposed at both ends. The second hub 44 is rotatably coupled to the rotatable end of the second screen mounting portion 12 for rotation of the second axle 42. The transmission member 43 is configured to be connected to the driving end of the second screen mounting portion 12, and is configured to actively rotate the second shaft 42.
