Referring to fig. 1, a roller brush 10 according to some embodiments of the present application includes a roller 11 and a first protruding member 13. The roller body 11 includes opposite first and second ends 111, 113 in the length direction X. The first protruding member 13 is disposed at the second end 113 of the roller body 11, and extends from the second end 113 of the roller body 11 in a direction away from the first end 111 of the roller body 11, the first protruding member 13 is spaced from a long axis MM1 of the roller body 11, and the long axis MM1 extends from the first end 111 of the roller body 11 to the second end 113 of the roller body 11. The first protruding member 13 is spaced from the long axis MM1 of the roller body 11, specifically, the extending direction of the first protruding member 13 is spaced from the extending direction of the long axis MM1 of the roller body 11.
In some embodiments, the length direction X of the roll body may be the direction from the first end 111 of the roll body 11 to the second end 113 of the roll body 11; or the direction of the second end 113 of the roller 11 to the first end 111 of the roller 11. The roller body 11 is rotatable relative to the surface to be cleaned. In the case of a rotation of the roller body 11 relative to the surface to be cleaned, the first projection 13 rotates together with the roller body 11 relative to the surface to be cleaned. However, to ensure that the first protruding member 13 is capable of agitating the contaminants at the second end 113 of the roller body 11, the first protruding member 13 needs to be spaced apart from the central axis of the roller body 11, whereby, in this application, the long axis MM1 may be the central axis of the roller body 11, in other words, the long axis MM1 may coincide with the central axis of the roller body 11.
In certain embodiments, the first protrusion 13 is one or more. Wherein the one or more first protrusions 13 are each spaced from the long axis MM1 of the roller body 11, whereby the one or more first protrusions 13 are each capable of agitating dirt at the second end 113 of the roller body 11 in case the roller body 11 rotates with respect to the surface to be cleaned, thereby securing the cleaning effect of the roller brush 10. In some embodiments, the first projection 13 can be attached to the second end 113 of the roller body 11 by a non-removable connection such as welding or adhesive. In other embodiments, the first projecting member 13 may be removably attached to the second end 113 of the roller body 11 by a snap fit or threaded connection. In still other embodiments, the first projection 13 can be integrally formed with the roller body 11 and positioned at the second end 113 of the roller body 11.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the roller brush 10 may further include a cleaning member 15, where the cleaning member 15 is disposed on the peripheral wall 115 of the roller 11, and the cleaning member 15 is configured to clean dirt from the surface to be cleaned and direct the dirt to the second end 113 of the roller 11.
Specifically, in some embodiments, in the case that the roller 11 rotates relative to the surface to be cleaned, the cleaning member 15 can rotate together with the roller 11 relative to the surface to be cleaned, so as to clean the dirt on the surface to be cleaned. Wherein the surface to be cleaned can be a surface to be cleaned in a building; alternatively, the surface to be cleaned may be a surface of another object to be cleaned, such as a wall surface or a bed surface.
In some embodiments, the cleaning member 15 may include a flexible glue brush 151. The flexible rubber brush 151 not only can meet the cleaning requirement of the rolling brush 10 on the surface to be cleaned, but also can prevent the rubber brush 151 or the surface to be cleaned from being damaged due to the rigid contact between the rubber brush 151 and the surface to be cleaned, thereby ensuring the working stability of the rolling brush 10. In other embodiments, the cleaning member 15 can include a plurality of bristles 153, each bristle 153 including opposite first and second ends 1531, 1533, the first ends 1531 of the bristles 153 being connected with the peripheral wall 115 of the roller body 11. Wherein the second ends 1533 of the bristles 153 are closer to the second end 113 of the roller body 11 than the first ends 1531 of the bristles 153, i.e., the second ends 1533 of the bristles 153 are inclined toward the second end 113 of the roller body 11 with respect to the long axis MM1 of the roller body 11, thereby facilitating the guiding of the dirt to the second end 113 of the roller body 11 when the roller brush 10 cleans the dirt, and also reducing the residence time of the dirt on the roller brush 10, and improving the cleaning efficiency of the roller brush 10. The material of the bristles 153 includes, but is not limited to, nylon or PPT. In still other embodiments, the cleaning member 15 may include a brush 151 and bristles 153, the brush 151 being spaced from the bristles 153.
In some embodiments, in the case that the cleaning member 15 includes the rubber brush 151, the cleaning member 15 may be non-detachably mounted on the peripheral wall 115 of the roller body 11 by means of adhesion, welding or interference fit, so as to prevent the cleaning member 15 from falling off when the roller body 11 rotates relative to the surface to be cleaned, and improve the working stability of the rolling brush 10; or the cleaning member 15 can be detachably mounted on the peripheral wall 115 of the roller body 11 by clamping or screwing, etc., so that the cleaning member 15 can be conveniently detached for replacement when damaged. In the case where the cleaning member 15 includes bristles 153, the cleaning member 15 may be mounted to the peripheral wall 115 of the roller body 11 in a tufted manner.
In the roller brush 10 of the present embodiment, the second end 113 of the roller body 11 is provided with the first protruding member 13 extending from the second end 113 of the roller body 11 in a direction away from the first end 111 of the roller body 11, and the first protruding member 13 is spaced from the long axis MM1 of the roller body 11, so that the first protruding member 13 can stir the dirt at the second end 113 of the roller body 11, prevent the dirt from continuously accumulating, and ensure the collecting effect of the dirt absorbing device (not shown in the figure) on the dirt, thereby improving the cleaning capability of the roller brush 10.
The roll brush 10 is further explained below with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the first projection 13 is tapered in a direction in which the first end 111 of the roller 11 is directed toward the second end 113 of the roller 11.
Specifically, if the size of the first protruding member 13 is unchanged or the size of the first protruding member 13 is gradually increased along the direction from the first end 111 of the roller body 11 to the second end 113 of the roller body 11, if there is a winding such as hair or string in the dirt, the winding is easily wound on the outer peripheral wall of the first protruding member 13 and is difficult to fall off by itself, so that the winding is more difficult to be collected by the dirt suction device (not shown), and the cleaning effect of the cleaning apparatus 1000 (shown in fig. 8) is further affected. In this application, along the direction from the first end 111 of the roller 11 to the second end 113 of the roller 11, the size of the first protruding member 13 gradually decreases, that is, the outer peripheral wall of the first protruding member 13 is inclined with respect to the central axis of the first protruding member 13, so that when the first protruding member 13 agitates the dirt, the hair or the string and other windings in the dirt are difficult to be wound on the inclined outer peripheral wall of the first protruding member 13, or when the windings are wound on the inclined outer peripheral wall of the first protruding member 13, the windings can also be automatically dropped under the guiding action of the inclined outer peripheral wall of the first protruding member 13, thereby ensuring that the dirt can be collected by the dirt absorbing device and improving the cleaning effect of the cleaning device 1000. It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the first protruding member 13 is at least one of a truncated cone-shaped protrusion, a conical protrusion, and a stepped protrusion. For example, in the case where the first projection 13 is a conical projection, the bottom of the conical projection is located at the second end 113 of the roller body 11 and the top (tip) of the conical projection is opposite the inside (shown in fig. 5) of the second end 23 of the housing 10.
In some embodiments, the first protruding member 13 is disposed on the end surface 1131 of the second end 113 of the roller body 11, i.e., the first protruding member 13 extends from the end surface 1131 of the second end 113 of the roller body 11 in a direction away from the first end 111 of the roller body 11. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, where the first protrusions 13 are plural, the first protrusions 13 are uniformly distributed around the long axis MM 1. Therefore, when the roller 11 rotates relative to the surface to be cleaned, the first protruding member 13 agitates the dirt more orderly, so that the phenomenon that the hair or the twine such as the twine in the dirt is more firmly wound on the second end 113 of the roller 11 when the first protruding member 13 agitates the dirt is avoided, and the cleaning effect of the rolling brush 10 is ensured. Specifically, the plurality of first protruding members 13 are uniformly distributed around the long axis MM1, that is, the distances between the plurality of first protruding members 13 and the long axis MM1 are the same, and the distances between two adjacent first protruding members 13 are the same.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in other embodiments, where there are a plurality of first protrusions 13, the plurality of first protrusions 13 are unevenly distributed about the long axis MM 1. Thus, in the case where the roller body 11 rotates relative to the surface to be cleaned, the agitating area of the first projection 13 for the dirt is larger, so that the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning apparatus 1000 (shown in fig. 8) for the dirt can be improved. Specifically, the plurality of first protrusions 13 are unevenly distributed about the long axis MM1, i.e., at least two of the plurality of first protrusions 13 are different in distance from the long axis MM 1. For example, in the case where the first protruding pieces 13 include two, the distances between the two first protruding pieces 13 and the long axis MM1 are different. It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, where there are three or more first protrusions 13, the non-uniform distribution of the plurality of first protrusions 13 about the long axis MM1 may be: the distances between at least two first protruding pieces 13 of the plurality of first protruding pieces 13 and the long axis MM1 are different; and/or, the distance between two adjacent first projections 13 is different in the circumferential direction of the roller body 11. For example, in the case where the first protruding pieces 13 include three, the distances between at least two first protruding pieces 13 of the three first protruding pieces 13 and the long axis MM1 are different. For another example, in the case where the first projecting members 13 include three, the distances between adjacent two first projecting members 13 are different in the circumferential direction of the roller body 11. For another example, in the case where the first projections 13 include three, the distances between at least two first projections 13 of the three first projections 13 and the long axis MM1 are different, and the distances between adjacent two first projections 13 are also different in the circumferential direction of the roller body 11.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in still other embodiments, where the first protrusions 13 are plural, the first protrusions 13 are uniformly or unevenly distributed around the long axis MM1 at the second end 113 of the roller 11 and are located on one side of the short axis AA1 of the roller 11, and the short axis AA1 is perpendicular to the long axis MM1. Specifically, referring to FIG. 4, in some embodiments, the minor axis AA1 can divide the end surface 1131 of the second end 113 of the roller body 11 into a first side and a second side. The first plurality of projections 13 are each located on either the first side or the second side.
In some embodiments, a portion of the cleaning members 15 can extend beyond the second end 113 of the roller body 11 to form the first projecting member 13. Specifically, in some embodiments, where the cleaning member 15 includes a flexible glue brush 151, a portion of the cleaning member 15 is mounted to the peripheral wall 115 of the roller body 11 and another portion extends to the second end 113 of the roller body 11 and is located outside of the roller body 11. In this case, the portion of the cleaning member 15 extending beyond the second end 113 of the roller body 11 can form the first protrusion 13 to agitate the dirt located at the second end 113 of the roller body 11, preventing accumulation of the dirt. It should be noted that, in the case where a part of the structure of the cleaning member 15 protrudes out of the second end 113 of the roller body 11 to form the first protruding member 13, the first protruding member 13 is located outside the end surface 1131 of the second end 113 of the roller body 11.
In some embodiments, where a portion of the structure of the cleaning member 15 extends beyond the second end 113 of the roller body 11 to form the first projecting member 13, the size of the portion of the structure of the cleaning member 15 extending beyond the second end 113 of the roller body 11 may be gradually reduced in a direction in which the first end 111 of the roller body 11 is directed toward the second end 113 of the roller body 11, i.e., the cross-sectional size of the portion of the structure of the cleaning member 15 mounted on the peripheral wall 115 of the roller body 11 may be larger than the cross-sectional size of the portion of the structure of the cleaning member 15 extending beyond the second end 113 of the roller body 11. For example, the cross-sectional shape of the portion of the cleaning member 15 that is mounted on the peripheral wall 115 of the roll body 11 and the cross-sectional shape of the portion of the cleaning member 15 that extends beyond the second end 113 of the roll body 11 may be rectangular, and the cross-sectional size of the portion of the cleaning member 15 that is mounted on the peripheral wall 115 of the roll body 11 may be larger than the cross-sectional size of the portion of the cleaning member 15 that extends beyond the second end 113 of the roll body 11. It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the portion of the cleaning member 15 extending beyond the second end 113 of the roller body 11 may also be at least one of a truncated cone-shaped protrusion, a conical protrusion, and a stepped protrusion.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the portion of the cleaning member 15 that is mounted to the peripheral wall 115 of the roller body 11 may be the same size as the portion of the cleaning member 15 that extends beyond the second end 113 of the roller body 11.
In some embodiments, the first end 111 of the roller 11 is configured to be rotatably coupled to one end of the housing 20 of the roller brush device, and the second end 113 of the roller 11 is configured to be suspended. When the rolling brush 10 rotates, the garbage on the surface to be cleaned is driven to the accommodating cavity 21, and some hairs in the garbage can be wound on the rolling brush 10. In this way, the second end 113 of the roller body 11 is suspended, and hair can move from the first end 111 of the roller body 11 to the second end 113 of the roller body 11, and is separated from the roller brush 10 at the second end 113 of the roller body 11, so that the effect of preventing the hair from winding the roller brush 10 is achieved.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the roller brush 10 includes a blocking member 101, where the blocking member 101 is disposed at a first end 111 of the roller body 11 for blocking hair from being wound between an end of the first end 111 of the roller body 11 and the housing 20 of the roller brush device. The blocking member 101 may serve to block hair from being entangled between the end of the first end 111 of the roller body 11 and the housing 20, and even prevent hair from entering a position where the roller brush 10 is rotatably coupled with the housing 20, thereby preventing the roller brush 10 from being limited in rotation function.
In some embodiments, the roller brush 10 includes a first cleaning member that is mounted to the outer peripheral wall 115 of the roller body 11 and a second cleaning member that is a glue brush 151. The second cleaning member is mounted on the outer circumferential wall 115 of the roller body 11 and is spaced apart from the first cleaning member, the second cleaning member includes a plurality of bristles 153, the second cleaning member includes opposite first ends (i.e., first ends 1531 of the bristles) and second ends (i.e., second ends 1533 of the bristles), the first ends of the second cleaning member are connected with the outer circumferential wall 115 of the roller body 11, the second ends of the second cleaning member are spaced apart from the outer circumferential wall 115 of the roller body 11, and the second ends of the second cleaning member are closer to the first cleaning member than the first ends of the second cleaning member. Therefore, when the rolling brush 10 rotates to clean dirt, the winding matters such as hair in the dirt are difficult to sink into the gap between the first cleaning piece and the second cleaning piece, so that the winding matters are prevented from winding on the roller body 11, the cleaning performance of the rolling brush 10 is improved, and the normal operation of the cleaning equipment is ensured.
In some embodiments, the second cleaning element is inclined from the first end toward the second end 113 of the roller 11, such that the second cleaning element guides the hair or garbage on the roller 10 to move from the first end 111 toward the second end 113 of the roller 11 when the roller 10 rotates, and the hair can be separated from the roller at the second end 113 of the roller 11.
In some embodiments, the second end 113 of the roller 11 is suspended, the roller brush 10 includes a blocking member 101, the blocking member 101 is disposed at the first end 111 of the roller 11, and the second cleaning member is gradually inclined from the first end to the second end in a direction approaching the second end 113 of the roller 11. Thus, when the rolling brush 10 rotates to clean the surface to be cleaned, some hair is often wound on the rolling brush 10, some hair is wound on the first end 111 of the roller body 11, even hair may be wound between the end of the first end 111 of the roller body 11 and the housing 20, and even hair enters a position where the rolling brush 10 is rotatably connected with the housing 20, so that the rolling brush 10 is limited in rotation function. In order to prevent hair from being entangled in the first end 113 of the roller body 11, the stopper 101 is provided at the first end 111 of the roller body 11, and has an effect of preventing hair from being entangled in the first end 111 of the roller body 11, thereby preventing hair from moving between the end of the first end 111 of the roller body 11 and the housing 20, or from moving to a position where the roller brush 10 is rotatably coupled to the housing 20. When the hair is wound on the roller brush 10, the second cleaning member gradually inclines towards the direction close to the second end 113 of the roller body 11 from the first end to the second end, and the second cleaning member guides the hair from the first end 111 to the second end 113 of the roller body 11, so that the hair is separated from the roller brush 10 at the second end 113 of the roller body 11, and the anti-winding effect of the roller brush 10 is realized. It will be appreciated that structures are provided from the first end 111 to the second end 113 of the roller body 11 to limit hair entanglement, thereby enabling hair detachment from the second end 113 of the roller body 11, and generally providing a better anti-entanglement effect for the roller brush.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a rolling brush device 100 according to an embodiment of the present application includes a housing 20 and a rolling brush 10 according to any of the above embodiments. The roll brush 10 is mounted to the housing 20.
In some embodiments, the suction port of the dirt suction device (not shown) is closer to the second end 113 of the roller body 11 than the first end 111 of the roller body 11, thereby facilitating the collection of dirt guided by the cleaning member 15 to the second end 113 of the roller body 11 and improving the dirt collection efficiency of the dirt suction device. In addition, in the rolling brush device 100 according to the embodiment of the present application, the second end 113 of the roller body 11 is provided with the first protruding member 13 extending from the second end 113 of the roller body 11 in a direction away from the first end 111 of the roller body 11, and the first protruding member 13 is spaced from the long axis MM1 of the roller body 11, so that the first protruding member 13 can stir the dirt on the second end 113 of the roller body 11, prevent the dirt from continuously accumulating, ensure the dirt collecting effect of the dirt absorbing device, and thereby improve the cleaning capability of the rolling brush device 100.
In some embodiments, the housing 20 is provided with a receiving cavity 21, the receiving cavity 21 being provided with a suction opening 29 for communicating with the suction device. The first end 111 of the roller 11 is rotatably connected to one end of the housing 20 of the roller brush device 100, and the second end 113 of the roller 11 is suspended and extends to the dust suction opening 29. So configured, hair can be sucked by the suction opening 29 to be collected in the waste bin of the cleaning device 1000 as it moves from the first end 111 of the roller body 11 to the second end 113 of the roller body 11 and as the second end 113 of the roller body 11 is disengaged. It will be appreciated that the second end 113 of the roller 11 extends to the suction opening 29, and that the second end 223 of the roller 11 may be disposed adjacent to the suction opening 29, that the second end 113 of the roller 11 may be disposed closer to the suction opening 29 than the first end 111 of the roller 11, that the second end 113 of the roller 11 may be opposite the suction opening 29, and that the second end 113 of the roller 11 may be within a predetermined distance from the suction opening 29, the predetermined distance being less than 2cm. The explanation range of the extension of the second end 113 of the roller 11 to the dust collection opening 29 in the present application may be enough to implement the technical problem of the present application, and the definition of the extension of the second end 113 of the roller 11 to the dust collection opening 29 is not limited to the above examples.
In some embodiments, the roll brush device 100 may further include a bracket 30, the bracket 30 being coupled to the first end 111 of the roller body 11. Specifically, the housing 20 may be provided with a receiving cavity 21. The roller brush 10 can be detachably or non-detachably mounted to the housing 20 via the bracket 30 and is located in the housing cavity 21, and the roller brush 10 can rotate relative to the bracket 30 within the housing cavity 21. It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the bracket 30 may be mounted to the housing 20 by a detachable connection manner such as a clamping connection or a threaded connection; or the bracket 30 may be mounted to the housing 20 by non-detachable connection such as welding or bonding.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, a rolling brush device 100 according to another embodiment of the present application includes a housing 20 and a rolling brush 10. The housing 20 is provided with a receiving cavity 21. The roller brush 10 is mounted to the housing 20 and is positioned within the receiving cavity 21, and the housing 20 includes opposite first and second ends 22, 23 in the length direction Y. One end of the roll brush 10 is mounted to the first end 22 of the housing 20, and the other end of the roll brush 10 is spaced apart from the inside of the second end 23 of the housing 20 (the side of the second end 23 of the housing 20 facing the roll brush 10). The second protruding member 24 is provided inside the second end 23 of the housing 20, the second protruding member 24 being located in the space between the roller brush 10 and the second end 23 of the housing 20.
In some embodiments, the length direction Y of the housing 20 may be the direction from the first end 22 of the housing 20 to the second end 23 of the housing 20; or the direction of the second end 23 of the housing 20 to the first end 22 of the housing 20. The second protrusions 24 are one or more. Wherein, one or more second protruding members 24 are disposed inside the second end 23 of the housing 20 and located in the interval between the rolling brush 10 and the second end 23 of the housing 20, so that when the roller body 11 rotates relative to the surface to be cleaned, the second protruding members 24 can agitate the dirt located at the second end 113 of the roller body 11, preventing the dirt from accumulating at the second end 113 of the roller body 11, thereby ensuring the cleaning effect of the rolling brush device 100. In some embodiments, the second projection 24 may be non-removably attached to the inside of the second end 23 of the housing 20 by welding or adhesive, etc. In other embodiments, the second projection 24 may be removably attached to the inside of the second end 23 of the housing 20 by a snap fit or threaded connection. In still other embodiments, the second projection 24 may be integrally formed with the housing 20 and located in the space between the roller brush 10 and the second end 23 of the housing 20.
In the rolling brush device 100 of the present embodiment, one end of the rolling brush 10 is mounted at the first end 22 of the housing 20, the other end of the rolling brush 10 is spaced from the inner side of the second end 23 of the housing 20, and the second protruding member 24 is disposed on the inner side of the second end 23 of the housing 20, so that the second protruding member 24 can stir the dirt at the second end 113 of the roller body 11, prevent the dirt from continuously accumulating, and ensure the collecting effect of the dirt absorbing device (not shown in the figure) on the dirt, thereby ensuring the cleaning effect of the rolling brush device 100.
In some embodiments, the rolling brush 10 in the rolling brush device 100 of the present embodiment may also be the rolling brush 10 of any of the above embodiments. Specifically, the roller brush 10 may include a roller body 11 and a first protruding member 13, wherein the first protruding member 13 is disposed at the second end 113 of the roller body 11 and extends from the second end 113 of the roller body 11 in a direction away from the first end 111 of the roller body 11, the first protruding member 13 is spaced from a long axis MM1 of the roller body 11, and the long axis MM1 extends in a direction from the first end 111 of the roller body 11 to the second end 113 of the roller body 11. Thus, the first and second protrusions 13 and 24 are each located in the interval between the roller brush 10 and the second end 23 of the housing 20, and both agitate the dirt, thereby further preventing the accumulation of the dirt.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7, in some embodiments, an arc-shaped groove 25 is formed on the inner side of the second end 23 of the housing 20, and the groove 25 is recessed from the second end 23 of the housing 20 toward a side away from the roller brush 10.
If a linear groove is formed on the inner side of the second end 23 of the housing 20, that is, the bottom of the groove is linear (for example, in the case that the cross section of the groove is square, the bottom wall of the groove is linear), there are corners of the groove, and when the dirt enters the groove, the dirt may be blocked by the corners and difficult to be collected by the dirt suction device, thereby resulting in poor cleaning effect of the rolling brush device 100. In this application, however, the second end 23 of the housing 20 is provided with an arcuate recess 25 on the inside, i.e. the bottom wall of the recess 25 is arcuate. Thus, compared with the bottom wall of the groove 25 being linear, the dirt can be quickly collected by the dirt suction device along the arc direction, so that on one hand, the cleaning effect of the cleaning device 1000 (shown in fig. 8) can be ensured; on the other hand, the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning apparatus 1000 can be improved.
In certain embodiments, the second projection 24 includes a top portion 241 distal from the inside of the second end 23 of the housing 20, the top portion 241 being convexly curved in shape. Specifically, in some embodiments, the top 241 of the second protrusion 24 is curved protruding toward the direction of the roll brush 10. On the one hand, it is thereby possible to reduce or even prevent the entanglement of the second projection 24 with the hair or string, etc. in the dirt, so that the dirt collecting effect of the dirt suction device (not shown) is ensured; on the other hand, the direction from the first end 111 of the roller body 11 to the second end 113 of the roller body 11 can be ensured, and the length of the second protruding member 24 can be longer than the length of the groove 25, so that the distance between the second protruding member 24 and the dirty dirt is reduced, and the stirring effect of the second protruding member 24 on the dirty dirt is improved.
In some embodiments, the second projection 24 is sheet-like, and the second projection 24 extends from a medial middle of the second end 23 of the housing 20 to a medial outer edge of the second end 23 of the housing 20. It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the second projection 24 may also be frustoconical or cylindrical, etc., without limitation.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in some embodiments, the housing 20 includes a first side wall 26, a second side wall 27 and a third side wall 28 connected to the first end 22 of the housing 20 and the second end 23 of the housing 20, the first side wall 26 and the second side wall 27 are opposite, the third side wall 28 connects the first side wall 26 and the second side wall 27, the housing 20 is provided with a dust suction opening 29, the dust suction opening 29 is located on the second side wall 27 and/or the third side wall 28, the dust suction opening 29 is used for passing dirt cleaned by the roller brush 10, and the second protruding member 24 is closer to the first side wall 26 than the dust suction opening 29.
Specifically, the second protruding member 24 is closer to the first sidewall 26 than the dust suction opening 29, so that the distance between the second protruding member 24 and the dust suction opening 29 is further than the second protruding member 24 is closer to the second sidewall 27 than the dust suction opening 29, that is, the space between the second protruding member 24 and the dust suction opening 29 is larger, so that the dirt is easier to scatter when the second protruding member 24 agitates the dirt accumulated at the second end 113 of the roller body 11, and the dirt can be prevented from being blocked by other structures again, so that the dirt collecting effect of the dirt collecting device on the dirt is improved, and the cleaning capability of the cleaning apparatus 1000 (shown in fig. 8) is improved. It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the second projection 24 may also be disposed anywhere between the first sidewall 26 and the second sidewall 27.
In some embodiments, the housing 20 may include a cover 201 and a base 203, where the cover 201 is covered on the base 203 to form the accommodating cavity 21 together. The dust suction opening 29 may be provided on the base 203. In some embodiments, the second projection 24 may be disposed on the cover 201 at the second end 23 of the housing 20. Specifically, the second protruding member 24 is disposed on a side of the cover 201 facing the roller brush 10, and in a case where the cover 201 is covered on the base 203, the second protruding member 24 can agitate the dirt at the second end 113 of the roller 11, so as to prevent the dirt from being accumulated continuously. In other embodiments, the second projection 24 may also be disposed on the base 203 and located at the second end 23 of the housing 20. Specifically, the second protruding member 24 is disposed on a side of the base 203 facing the roller brush 10, and in a case where the cover 201 is covered on the base 203, the second protruding member 24 can agitate the dirt at the second end 113 of the roller 11, so as to prevent the dirt from being accumulated continuously. In still other embodiments, the second projection 24 may also be provided on the cover 201 and/or the base 203 at the second end 23 of the housing 20. Specifically, the cover 201 and the base 203 are both provided with the second protruding member 24 on a side facing the roller brush 10, and in the case that the cover 201 is covered on the base 203, the second protruding member 24 can agitate the dirt at the second end 113 of the roller 11, so as to prevent the dirt from being accumulated continuously.
Referring to fig. 5 and 8, a cleaning apparatus 1000 according to an embodiment of the present application includes a rolling brush device 100 according to any of the above embodiments.
In certain embodiments, the cleaning device 1000 may comprise a hand-held cleaning device 1000, such as, for example, a sweeper, scrubber, cleaner, etc., without limitation.
In the cleaning apparatus 1000 of this embodiment, the second end 113 of the roller body 11 is provided with the first protruding member 13 extending from the second end 113 of the roller body 11 toward the direction away from the first end 111 of the roller body 11, and the first protruding member 13 is spaced from the long axis MM1 of the roller body 11, thereby, the first protruding member 13 can stir the dirt at the second end 113 of the roller body 11, prevent the dirt from continuously accumulating, and ensure the collecting effect of the dirt absorbing device (not shown) on the dirt, thereby improving the cleaning capability of the cleaning apparatus 1000.
In addition, if one end of the rolling brush 10 is mounted to the first end 22 of the housing 20, the other end of the rolling brush 10 is spaced apart from the inner side of the second end 23 of the housing 20, and the second protrusion 24 is provided on the inner side of the second end 23 of the housing 20, thereby, the first protrusion 13 and the second protrusion 24 are both located in the space between the rolling brush 10 and the second end 23 of the housing 20, and both can agitate the dirt, thereby further preventing the accumulation of the dirt.
