The bottle packing box is of a cuboid-shaped and wooden structure and comprises a bottom plate 1, a top plate 2, 4 rectangular side plates 30 and four rectangular bottle body baffles 6. Referring to fig. 1, the inner surfaces of the bottom panel 1, top panel 2 and side panels 30 are shown facing the viewer.
The bottle packing box adopts a cuboid and wooden structure, and is elegant and elegant when being used for packing wine.
The four side plates 30 include: two long side plates 31 having a longer left-right width and two short side plates 32 having a shorter left-right width. The bottle packing box is characterized in that a bottom plate 1, a top plate 2 and 4 rectangular side plates 30 are connected through the traditional carpenter mortise and tenon structure of the walk-horse pin, and when the bottle packing box is used for packing wine, the long history of product technology or brands can be revealed.
In fig. 2, the exposed face 51 of the stud pin 5 is provided with a conspicuous marking appearance color. The outer surface of the top plate 2 is provided with a handle 21. The handle 21 is a pair of attached elastic bands. Its two ends are fixed and the middle part can be pulled up. By adopting the structure, the bottle packaging box is convenient to carry, does not need to be additionally arranged in a handbag, and reduces excessive packaging and resource waste.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, two concave long side plate sliding grooves 31a are provided on the inner wall of the long side plate 31, a lining groove 31b is provided between the two long side plate sliding grooves 31a, and a flexible lining 7 is embedded in the lining groove 31 b. The inner wall of the short side plate 31 is provided with a concave short side plate chute 32a.
Referring to fig. 4, the body baffle 6 is erected with its two erected sides respectively located in the slide grooves of the adjacent side plates 30. Specifically: one vertical side of each bottle body baffle is submerged into one long side plate chute 31a, and the other vertical side is submerged into the short side plate chute 32a of the adjacent short side plate 32. The four body baffles 6 are divided into two pairs. Each pair of body baffles 6 shares a short side plate chute 32a with an included angle of 120 degrees.
The bottle body baffle 6 can be elastically bent. Specifically, the body baffle 6 is a polypropylene (PP) plate having a thickness of 5mm, and the flexible liner 7 is a Polyurethane (PU) foam plate having a thickness of 5mm.
In this bottle packing carton, the body card of bottle can prevent that the bottle from rocking between four body baffles 6 and two flexible inside linings 7, improves the packing steadiness, reduces the collision damage of bottle.
Referring to fig. 4, four body baffles 6 and the middle part of the long side plate 31 form a regular hexagonal accommodating space.

referring to fig. 5, a first body positioning groove 6a with an arc-shaped cross section and passing through from top to bottom is provided on the inner side of the body positioning plate 6' for abutting against the bottle.
