Referring to fig. 10, the rotating member 82 is rotatably connected with the valve housing 81 around a first axis, and the rotating member 82 includes a rotating member 821, a water passing seat 822 and a movable ceramic tile 823, which are sequentially connected in a rotation-stopping manner along the first axis, so that the rotating member 82, the water passing seat 822 and the movable ceramic tile 823 are connected in a rotation-stopping manner, and the rotation-stopping manner can be a clamping manner, a rotation-stopping grafting manner, a screwing manner or the like.
The rotating member 821 is an operation end, the outer wall of the rotating member 821 can be provided with threads so as to be in threaded connection with the knob, the operation is convenient, and the inner wall of the rotating member 821 is provided with two stopping positions 8211, wherein the two stopping positions 8211 are distributed along the first axis. The water passing seat 822 is provided with a water passing ring channel 8221, the water passing ring channel 8221 is communicated with the water inlet end of the switching valve 8, and the water passing ring channel 8221 is annular, so that the water passing ring channel 8221 can be communicated with the water inlet end of the switching valve 8 no matter how much the water passing seat 822 rotates. The middle part of the water passing seat 822 is provided with a first switching hole 8222, a water passing circular channel 8221 is arranged around the first switching hole 8222, a movable ceramic plate 823 is provided with a second switching hole 8231 corresponding to the first switching hole 8222, the first switching hole 8232 is communicated with the second switching hole 8231 to form a water dividing hole 891, the water dividing hole 891 is used for communicating the water inlet end and the water outlet end of the switching valve 8, and when the rotating piece 821 rotates, the water dividing hole 891 also rotates, so that the communicating relation between the water dividing hole 891 and the water outlet end of each switching valve 8 is switched, namely, the communicating relation between the water inlet end of each switching valve 8 and the water outlet end of each switching valve 8 is changed.
The switching valve 8 further comprises an intermediate seat 88, a first groove is formed in the intermediate seat 88 along the first axis, a notch of the first groove faces the water outlet end of the switching valve 8, two ends of the intermediate seat 88 are respectively suitable for being abutted against the rotating member 821 and the water passing seat 822, the periphery of the sealing member 84 is clamped together with the water passing seat 822 by the intermediate seat 88, and therefore the sealing member 84 is installed and fixed, and after installation is completed, the surface of the sealing member 84 facing the groove bottom of the first groove encloses with the first groove to form a negative pressure cavity 892.
The seal 84 has a large middle thickness and a small edge thickness to allow the edge to easily deform under hydraulic force so that the seal 84 more easily opens the fourth aperture 842. Referring to fig. 11, the edge of the sealing member 84 is provided with a third hole 841, the third hole 841 is used for communicating the water passing ring 8221 and the negative pressure chamber 892, and the third hole 841 is a micro hole. A fourth hole 842 is provided in the middle of the sealing member 84, and the fourth hole 842 is used for communicating the negative pressure chamber 892 with the water diversion hole 891.
The pressing piece 85 is abutted against the ratchet piece 86 and is suitable for sliding relative to the rotating piece 82 to drive the ratchet piece 86 to rotate, the ratchet piece 86 is suitable for switching the position of the ratchet during rotation and is stopped at the stopping position 8211 under the action of the reset piece 87, and the structure is a ball-point pen structure in the prior art and will not be repeated.
The switching shaft 83 is adapted to slide and rest in a first position blocking the fourth hole 842 and a second position opening the fourth hole 842;
the return member 87 is configured to provide a return force to the switching shaft 83 to slide the switching shaft 83 toward the first position, and in this embodiment, both ends of the return member 87 along the first axis abut against the intermediate seat 88 and the switching shaft 83, respectively.
The ratchet member 86 abuts against the switching shaft 83, so that the ratchet member 86 can push the switching shaft 83 to slide when pushed by the pressing member 85 to slide, or the switching shaft 83 can push the ratchet member 86 and the pressing member 85 to return when the switching shaft 83 is returned by the returning member 87.
When the pressing member 85 is pressed, the switching shaft 83 pushes the ratchet member 86 under the action of the reset member 87, so that the ratchet member 86 stably rests at a rest position 8211 near the water outlet end of the switching valve 8, and at this time, the water inlet end of the switching valve 8, the water passing channel 8221, the third hole 841 and the negative pressure cavity 892 are sequentially communicated, and both ends of the sealing member 84 are respectively subjected to the hydraulic force in the water passing channel 8221 and the hydraulic force in the negative pressure cavity 892, and because the stress area of the sealing member 84 in the negative pressure cavity 892 is larger than the stress area of the sealing member 84 in the water passing channel 8221, the sealing member 84 moves or deforms toward the water dividing hole 891 under the hydraulic force to seal the hole edge of the water dividing hole 891, so that the water outlet end of the switching valve 8 does not flow out, and deforms in this embodiment.
When the pressing piece 85 is pressed, the switching shaft 83 pushes the ratchet piece 86 under the action of the reset piece 87, so that the ratchet piece 86 stably stops at a stop position 8211 far away from the water outlet end of the switching valve 8, the switching shaft 83 stops at the second position, at this time, the water inlet end of the switching valve 8, the water passing loop 8221, the third hole 841, the negative pressure cavity 892, the fourth hole 842 and the water dividing hole 891 are sequentially communicated, the negative pressure cavity 892 and the water dividing hole 891 are depressurized, at this time, the action of the water force in the negative pressure cavity 892 on the sealing piece 84 is smaller, the sealing piece 84 is larger by the water force in the water passing loop 8221, so that the sealing piece 84 moves or deforms in a direction far away from the water dividing hole 891 under the water force to open the water dividing hole 891, in this embodiment, the deformation of the sealing piece 84 is lifted, so that the water inlet end of the switching valve 8 is directly communicated with the water dividing hole 891 after passing through the water passing loop 8221, and the water passing amount is increased in a pilot way, and the method is simple and convenient.
The water outlet device can realize the effects of temperature adjustment, water outlet adjustment and different water outlet mode switching by providing the water outlet inner core 1 with the proper temperature valve 7 and the proper switching valve 8, and has more various functions.
The water outlet device can close the switching valve 8 to outlet water through a button every time. The next time of use only needs to be pressed and opened again, water can be discharged from the gear after the last time of use, the use is more convenient, the water passing amount is increased in a pilot mode, and the method is simple and convenient; in addition, the switching valve 8 also has a function of rotating switching, and the water outlet sequence adjustment can be adjusted in a rotating mode after the switching valve 8 is closed, and when the water outlet sequence adjustment is adjusted to a desired water outlet gear, the switching valve is opened again, so that the gear water outlet without use can be avoided. It should be appreciated that in other embodiments, in which a thermostatic valve is not used, but only the ordinary temperature valve 7 is used, the length of the cold water inlet channel 13 is longer than that of the hot water inlet channel 14, so that the situation that the hot water inlet channel 14 is too long to cause the whole water outlet inner core 1 to be hot and easily scald a user can be prevented. While the positions of the cold water port 111 and the hot water port 112 are not limited to the ordinary temperature valve 7.
