The table 200 is a flat plate, and is disposed at an upper end of the stand 100, and is used for carrying a to-be-assembled member for a worker to perform an assembly operation on the to-be-assembled member. As shown in fig. 2, the stand 100 is a frame structure formed by splicing a plurality of aluminum alloy sections or steel materials, and is specifically formed by splicing a plurality of support legs 110 vertically arranged in a height direction (Y direction in the drawing), beams 120 horizontally arranged in an X direction perpendicular to each other, and beams 130 horizontally arranged in a Z direction. The hanging frame 400 is disposed above the rack 100 at intervals, and is connected to the rack 100 through the rack 300, and an operation space 11 penetrating the workbench in the Z direction is formed between the hanging frame 400 and the rack 100. The electric tool 500 is hung on the hanging rack 400 through a cable 800 and is hung in the operation space 11 for a worker to assemble the assembly.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the rack 300 may also be a frame structure formed by splicing aluminum alloy sections or steel materials, and is approximately shaped like a door, and is formed by splicing two upright posts 310 vertically arranged along the Z direction and a cross beam 320 along the Y direction. Preferably, in order to form a better support for the hanger 400, the rack 300 has two racks 300 spaced apart in the X direction and fixedly connected to opposite ends of the rack 100 in the X direction, respectively. The hanger 400 is disposed along the X direction, and two pairs of ends thereof are respectively connected to the cross members 320 of one shelf 300.
It will be appreciated that the rack 100 and the rack 300 are not limited to the above frame structure, the rack 300 may be a plate structure, the rack 100 may be a box structure formed by splicing a plurality of metal plates, and the frame structure is adopted to reduce weight and save cost.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the table top 200 is movably coupled to the gantry 100 and is controllably movable up and down relative to the gantry 100 under the control of a drive mechanism 600. Illustratively, the transmission mechanism 600 may be a structure of a lifting screw, and a stroke of lifting the table top 200 on the lifting screw is ±450mm to 900mm, so that the table top 200 can be lifted up and down by 450mm to 900mm with respect to the table top 100, so that a worker can adjust the height of the table top 200 according to the height of the worker or according to the height dimension of the assembly to be assembled, thereby facilitating the assembly work.
More preferably, the upper side of the table top 200 is rotatably provided with a turntable 700, the turntable 700 being rotatable about its own central axis with respect to the table top 200, such that the piece to be assembled can be placed on the turntable 700, the piece to be assembled is jointly carried by the table top 200 and the turntable 700, and the piece to be assembled can be rotated about the central axis of the turntable 700 together with the turntable 700.
In this way, the operator only needs to perform the assembly operation on the to-be-assembled piece on one side of the turntable 700 in the Z direction (i.e. on one side of the operation space 11 in the Z direction), and does not need to perform the assembly operation on different parts of the turntable 700 in a stepping manner. And two electric tools 500 which are arranged at intervals in the Z direction can be hung above the turntable 700, so that two stations are arranged on two opposite sides of the turntable 700 in the Z direction, two workers can perform cooperative assembly operation on the two stations on two opposite sides of the turntable 700 in the Z direction respectively, the operation intensity of the workers can be greatly reduced, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
Further, in the embodiment shown in the drawings, the number of the turntables 700 is two, and the two turntables 700 are arranged at intervals in the X direction, so that the workbench has four stations, and correspondingly, two electric tools 500 can be hung above each turntable 700, so that four workers can simultaneously perform cooperative assembly operations at the four stations on two sides in the Z direction.
Still further, referring to fig. 3, the cable 800 for connecting the electric tool 500 may be wound on a winding wheel 900, and the winding wheel 900 may rotate around its central axis, so that the electric tool 500 may be lifted relative to the turntable 700 along with winding and unwinding of the cable 800, so that a worker may hold the electric tool 500 to wind and unwind the cable 800 according to the assembly height, so as to assemble different parts of the assembly, thereby avoiding winding and knotting of the cable 800 of the electric tool 500 due to too long length dragging on the ground, and avoiding tripping of the worker due to too long length of the cable 800, thereby improving the cleanliness of field operation and ensuring safety of the field operation.
It should be understood that the number of the turntables 700 is not limited, and may be one, two, or more, and the turntables 700 are arranged at intervals along the X direction, and accordingly, one or two electric tools 500 may be hung above each turntable 700, which is not limited herein.
It is further understood that the electric tool 500 may be a multifunctional electric tool 500, which has multiple functions of screwing, disassembling, clamping parts, etc., or may be an electric tool 500 adapted to multiple tool heads with different purposes, for example, a screwdriver adapted to assemble screws with different specifications, a cross-shaped screwdriver or a straight screwdriver, etc., and may be replaced according to needs.
In order to avoid the cable 800 connected to the electric tool 500 being exposed and being disordered, as shown in fig. 1, the hanger 400 is provided with a wire groove 401, and the cable 800 connected to the electric tool 500 is embedded in the wire groove 401, so that the cable 800 is not exposed to the workbench, and the workbench is more neat.
In addition, the electric tool 500 may be an electric tool 500 with multiple power gear positions, and the switch between different power gear positions may be performed by a switch disposed on the electric tool 500, or the switch may be disposed on a workbench, in this case, a plurality of gear shift slots 402 may be disposed on the hanger 400, and a switch with a corresponding gear position is disposed in each gear shift slot 402, and the switch in different gear shift slots 402 may be capable of switching the electric tool 500 to different power gear positions, so that the switch may reduce the influence of dust and humid air in air on the switch, thereby prolonging the service life of the workbench.
Because some of the components to be assembled require the installation of hoses or cables 800, in one embodiment, the outside of the rack 100 is provided with a plurality of cabinet panels, which form a closed cabinet 1000 at the end of the rack 100, the cabinet 1000 being located below the table 200 for holding the hoses, cables 800, and other materials.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the table 200 may be an upper side covering the entire rack 100, with a plurality of panels disposed on the bottom and sides of the rack 100, i.e., with the panels covering the space between the bottom adjacent beams 120 and the side adjacent legs 110, thereby forming a closed locker 1000 below the table 200; the table 200 may also be a partial area covering the upper side of the rack 100, the area of the upper side of the rack 100 not covered by the table 200 being provided with cabinet panels, and cabinet panels being provided on the bottom and sides of the rack 100 to form a closed locker 1000 at the end of the rack 100. For example, as shown in the embodiment of the figure, the table 200 covers the middle area of the upper side of the stand 100, the areas of the upper side of the stand 100 at both ends in the X direction are not covered by the table 200, and the cabinet panels cover the areas of the upper side of the stand 100 at both ends in the X direction and cover the gaps between the adjacent beams 120 at the bottom surfaces of both ends of the stand 100 and the adjacent legs 110 at the sides, so that two closed lockers 1000 are formed at opposite ends of the stand 100 in the X direction, and each locker 1000 is located obliquely below the table 200 for a worker located at a station where one turntable 700 is located.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, a plurality of wire through holes 1001 are formed on a cabinet plate disposed on the top surface of the storage cabinet 1000, and each wire through hole 1001 communicates with the interior of the storage cabinet 1000 and the operation space 11 located outside the storage cabinet 1000, so that a hose or a cable 800 stored in the storage cabinet 1000 can be conveniently pulled out through the wire through holes 1001, so that a worker can conveniently cut the hose or the cable 800, and thus the hose or the cable 800 is mounted on a piece to be assembled.
More preferably, the table 200 is also fixedly provided with a scale (not shown in the figure), and the scale can be arranged on one side of the turntable 700 along the Z direction, and can also be arranged on two opposite sides of the turntable 700 along the Z direction, and the scale is used for measuring the length of the hose or cable 800 from the storage cabinet 1000, so that a worker can conveniently measure the length of the hose or cable 800, and can cut the hose or cable 800 with a required length according to the requirement, so that the worker does not need to search for the scale additionally.
As a further improvement, the table top 200 is provided with a garbage collection opening penetrating through the upper side and the lower side of the table top 200, and the lower side of the table top 200 is fixedly provided with a garbage collection box 1100, and the garbage collection opening is communicated with the garbage collection box 1100. More preferably, a cover plate 1200 which can slide relative to the table 200 or can be turned relative to the table 200 is further arranged at the garbage collection opening, so that the cover plate 1200 can be covered to seal the garbage collection opening when garbage is not required to be recovered, and thus dust in the garbage collection box 1100 is prevented from being blown out of the garbage collection box 1100 by wind.
In this way, the garbage generated by the staff in the process of assembling the parts to be assembled can be directly recovered into the garbage collection box 1100 fixed on the lower side of the table board 200, so that garbage recovery is facilitated, the garbage collection box 1100 is not required to be additionally searched, and the cleanliness of the field working environment is ensured.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, in order to facilitate the storage of some small parts or hardware, a bin 1300 is further disposed on a cabinet plate at the upper end of the storage box, where the bin 1300 has a plurality of slots separated from each other. Therefore, the parts or hardware of different types can be classified and stored in different material tanks, so that the staff can conveniently take the parts or hardware for use.
In one embodiment, the table 200 is further provided with a code scanning gun 1400, and each code scanning gun 1400 is correspondingly connected to a computer, so that a worker can conveniently scan codes and report the to-be-assembled piece before assembling.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the rack 300 is further provided with a display module 1500, and the display module 1500 is connected to the rack 300 through a connecting arm 1600 and is communicatively connected to a computer, so that a worker can check the progress of the assembly operation in real time through the display module 1500, thereby ensuring the smooth progress of the assembly operation. In the embodiment shown in the figure, two display modules 1500 are respectively disposed on two racks 300, and two display modules 1500 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the workbench in the Z direction, so that stations on two sides of the workbench in the Z direction respectively use one display module 1500.
It should be noted that, the display modules 1500 are not limited to two, and two display modules 1500 may be disposed on each rack 300, the display modules 1500 on each rack 300 are disposed on two opposite sides of the workbench in the Z direction,
as one of the improvements, the connection arm 1600 is rotatably connected to the shelf 300 in a hinged manner, and the display module 1500 is also rotatably connected to the connection arm 1600 in a hinged manner, so that the display module 1500 can be adjusted to a proper angle as required, so as to facilitate the operator to watch the display module 1500.
In addition, since various tools, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, etc., of various types are required in the assembly process, they are generally stacked on the workbench, or classified by a simple classifying basket, the searching is very inconvenient, and the whole workbench is disordered and the cleaning is very troublesome. As a further improvement, a tool hanging plate 1700 is further provided on a side of the rack 300 facing the operation space 11, and the tool hanging plate 1700 is provided with a plurality of tool mounting holes 1701 for hanging tools, or a plurality of hooks for hanging tools are provided on the tool hanging plate 1700, so that a worker can hang the tools on the tool hanging plate 1700 when not using a certain tool, or when the assembly operation is finished, so that the worker can take the tools conveniently at the next time.
Therefore, the combined workbench 10 provided by the application integrates various tools on the workbench, so that the workbench is integrated with various functions, and workers can take the required tools at any time when assembling operation is performed by using the combined workbench 10, so that assembling operation can be easily completed, and assembling efficiency is improved.
Finally, it should be noted that, in order to simplify the description, all possible combinations of the features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the features, the description should be considered as the scope of the description.
The above examples only represent a few embodiments of the present application, which are described in more detail and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the claims. It should be noted that it would be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements could be made without departing from the spirit of the present application, which would be within the scope of the present application.
