One end of the connecting piece extends out of the first limiting channel 120 from the first introducing end 121, and then bends towards the second horizontal direction, so that the connecting piece can extend into the assembling space 110, and the bending part of the connecting piece at the first introducing end 121 is limited by the first introducing end 121 in the first horizontal direction.
Referring to fig. 3 in combination, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the protection seat 100 under a first view angle.
The first buckle 161 includes a first connecting arm 1611 and a first buckle plate 1612, wherein the bottom end of the first buckle plate 1612 is connected with the first partition 150 through the first connecting arm 1611, and the first buckle plate 1612, the first partition 150 and the first connecting arm 1611 enclose a first limiting channel 120. After the connecting piece is vertically embedded into the first limiting channel 120 downwards, the first connecting arm 1611 vertically supports the connecting piece upwards, that is, the stop limit of the first connecting piece in the vertically downward direction is realized.
And, a first protruding portion 1613 is protruding on a side of the top end of the first fastening plate 1612 near the first partition 150, and the first protruding portion 1613 is used for stopping the connector from vertically withdrawing from the first limiting channel 120 upwards. It can be seen that, after the connecting piece is embedded in the first limiting channel 120, the first connecting arm 1611 and the first protruding portion 1613 implement limiting of the connecting piece in the vertical direction.
Therefore, when the connecting member is engaged with the first limiting channel 120 and extends into the assembling space 110, the connecting member is limited by the first fastening component 160 in both the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, so that the connecting member is stably and reliably installed.
In this embodiment, considering that if the enclosed space of the first limiting channel 120 is too long, the heat dissipation of the connecting piece will be affected, two first buckles 161 and the first partition 150 that are disposed at intervals are adopted to enclose the discontinuous first limiting channel 120, so as to improve the heat dissipation effect of the connecting piece. In other embodiments, the first buckle assembly 160 may also be an integral structure, and may enclose a continuous first limiting channel 120 with the first partition 150 according to practical applications.
The first fastening component 160 is provided with a second fastening 170 protruding from a side of the second horizontal direction facing away from the first partition 150, and the second fastening 170 and the first fastening component 160 enclose a second limiting channel 130.
In this embodiment, the second buckle 170 is convexly disposed on one of the two first buckles 161 away from the first introducing end 121, and the second buckle 170 and the first buckle 161 enclose the second limiting channel 130. In the case that the connection member is fixed in the second limiting channel 130, both sides of the connection member in the second horizontal direction are limited by the second buckle 170 and the corresponding first buckle 161, and the connection member is separated from the connection member fixed in the first limiting channel 120 by the insulation of the first buckle 161 therebetween.
And, after the one end of the connecting piece extends out of the second limiting channel 130 from the second introducing end 131, the connecting piece is bent towards the second horizontal direction, and can extend into the assembling space 110, and the bent part of the connecting piece at the second introducing end 131 is limited by the second introducing end 131 in the first horizontal direction.
Similarly, the second buckle 170 includes a second connecting arm 171 and a second buckle plate 172, the bottom end of the second buckle plate 172 is connected to the first buckle assembly 160 through the second connecting arm 171, and the second buckle plate 172, the first buckle assembly 160 and the second connecting arm 171 enclose a second limiting channel 130.
The second buckle 170 is opened upwards, and the connecting piece is vertically upwards supported by the second connecting arm 171 after being vertically downwards embedded into the second limiting channel 130 from the opening of the second buckle 170. And, a second protrusion 173 is convexly disposed on a side of the top end of the second buckle plate 172, which is close to the first buckle assembly 160, and the second protrusion 173 is used for stopping the connecting piece from vertically and upwardly exiting the second limiting channel 130.
It can be seen that after the connecting piece is embedded in the second limiting channel 130, the connecting piece is limited by the stop in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, i.e. the connecting piece can be reliably fixed in the second limiting channel 130. And, the connecting piece and the connecting piece embedded in the first limiting channel 120 are arranged at intervals in the second horizontal direction, and the part extending into the assembly space 110 is arranged at intervals in the first horizontal direction, namely, the first limiting channel 120 and the second limiting channel 130 realize effective insulation separation of the two connecting pieces.
The protection seat 100 is vertically provided with a second partition plate 190 and a third partition plate 195, the second partition plate 190 and the third partition plate 195 are arranged at intervals and opposite to each other in the second horizontal direction, the second buckle 170 and the third partition plate 195 are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the second partition plate 190 in the second horizontal direction, and the second partition plate 190 and the third partition plate 195 enclose a third limiting channel 140.
The third limiting passage 140 defined between the second and third partitions 190 and 195 is closer to the assembly space 110 than the first and second limiting passages 120 and 130 in the second horizontal direction, and the third and first introduction ends 141 and 121 are respectively located at opposite sides of the second introduction end 131 in the first horizontal direction.
Therefore, after the connecting member is fixed to the third limiting passage 140, and one end of the connecting member is extended into the assembly space 110 from the third introduction end 141, the connecting member and the connecting member fixed in the second limiting passage 130 are spaced apart in the second horizontal direction, and the portions of the two connecting members extending into the assembly space 110 are spaced apart in the first horizontal direction. Thus, the second and third spacing channels 130, 140 achieve an effective insulating separation of two corresponding fixed connectors.
In addition, in this embodiment, in order to improve the structural strength, the protection seat 100 is further provided with a plurality of transverse ribs and longitudinal ribs.

In practical application, the buckles 1965 protruding from the first side plate 196 and the second side plate 197 respectively hang in the two clamping grooves 221 provided on the two matching plates 220 respectively, so as to realize detachable connection of the protection cover 200 and the protection seat 100, in which case, the cover plate 210 of the protection cover 200 covers the assembly space 110 of the protection seat 100.
In order to facilitate the detachment of the protection cover 200 and the protection seat 100, in this embodiment, a buckling bevel board 230 is disposed at one end of the matching board 220 away from the cover board 210, the plane of the buckling bevel board 230 forms an included angle with the vertical direction, and the buckling bevel board 230 is used for forcing the matching board 220 to deform so as to disengage the clamping groove 221 from the protection seat 100.
When the protective cover 200 needs to be detached from the protective seat 100, an operator can bend the handle inclined plate 230 to bend the matching plate 220 towards a direction away from the first side plate 196 or the second side plate 197, so as to drive the corresponding clamping groove 221 to gradually withdraw from the buckle 1965, thereby separating the protective cover 200 from the protective seat 100.
In addition, the protection cover 200 further includes a protection partition 240, where the protection partition 240 is vertically disposed on the same side of the cover plate 210 where the matching plate 220 is vertically disposed, and the protection partition 240 is used to extend into the assembly space 110 under the condition that the clamping groove 221 disposed on the matching plate 220 is matched with the protection seat 100, so as to separate the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the high-voltage plug-in unit.
In this embodiment, three connection rows are required to be connected to two high-voltage plug-ins, and the three connection rows are sequentially arranged at intervals in the first horizontal direction to form two gaps. Therefore, in this embodiment, the number of the protective partitions 240 is two, two protective partitions 240 are disposed between two mating boards 220 at intervals, and two protective partitions 240 are respectively embedded into two gaps formed by three connection rows, so as to realize insulation separation of adjacent connection rows.
Referring to fig. 5 in combination, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of the protection seat 100 under the second view angle.
The protection seat 100 is provided with a mounting hole 199, and the protection seat 100 is fixed with the outside through the mounting hole 199.
