In this embodiment, the base 120 and the lamp housing 110 are made of PC (polycarbonate material), and the contact surfaces of the base 120 and the lamp housing 110 are fixed by ultrasonic welding in consideration of the requirement for increasing the stability of the tube body 100.
When the conventional substrate 210 is mounted on the base 120, it is often fixed by screws, but when this method is adopted, not only the mounting holes of the substrate 210 need to be aligned with the screw holes, but also additional tools need to be adopted to rotate and fix the screws, so that the overall mounting is troublesome and the efficiency is low.
In order to solve the problem, referring to fig. 2 to 6, the positioning piece 140 for limiting the movement of the substrate 210 and the limiting piece 150 for preventing the substrate 210 from separating from the supporting piece 130 are disposed on the base 120, and the positioning piece 140 and the limiting piece 150 are matched to fix the substrate 210 at a preset position.
The number of the supporting members 130 is plural, and the supporting members are disposed on the inner sidewall of the base 120 and extend along the circumference thereof for carrying two edges of the substrate 210. In order to make the stress of the substrate 210 more uniform, the supporting members 130 are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the base 120 and are symmetrically arranged at two edges.
Further, the limiting member 150 is disposed above the supporting member 130, and the limiting member 150 cooperates with the supporting member 130 to clamp the substrate 210. In the present embodiment, the base 120 has opposite inner sides 121 and outer sides 122, and two adjacent stoppers 150 are alternately arranged on the inner sides 121 and the outer sides 122. In this embodiment, the base plate 210 is a multi-segment structure arranged along the circumferential direction of the pipe body 100, and the end portion of each segment of base plate 210 is provided with a chamfer 211 that is convenient to be matched with the limiting member 150, so that the contact area with the limiting member 150 is reduced, the top of the limiting member 150 is convenient to press down to the clamping position, and further, the top of the limiting member 150 is provided with a guiding inclined plane that is convenient to press down for guiding. In the present application, the end portions of two adjacent substrates 210 are clamped between the same limiting member 150 and the supporting member 130. Of course, in order to further prevent the substrate 210 from coming out, a stopper 150 is also provided at the middle position of each stage of the substrate 210. The substrate 210 in the present application may be sequentially loaded into the base 120, or may be spliced into a whole and then matched with the positioning member 140, and then pressed down from the top of the limiting member 150 to a clamping position, where the latter makes the installation more convenient.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the base plate 210 is provided with a positioning hole 212 that cooperates with the positioning member 140, the positioning member 140 is provided with a limiting portion 141 that carries the base plate 210, and the number of the positioning members 140 is plural and is uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the pipe body 100 so as to cooperate with each segment of the base plate 210. In order to avoid tilting of the substrate 210, the height of the limiting portion 141 is the same as the height of the supporting member 130. Preferably, the positioning hole 212 is disposed at a middle position in the width direction of the substrate 210.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, the annular tube lamp 10 further includes a driving box 300 mounted on the inner side (refer to X direction in fig. 6 specifically) of the tube 100, the driving box 300 includes a box body 310 and a box cover 320, and a driving power supply (shown in the figure) electrically connected to the LED light bar 200 is disposed in the box body 310. Wherein the case body 310 and the case cover 320 are connected by a snap fit. Because the driving box 300 is integrally positioned at the inner side of the pipe body 100, the appearance is attractive, and no additional space is occupied. In this embodiment, the box body 310 and the base 120 are integrally formed, and the connection part of the box body 310 and the base 120 is provided with two avoidance openings 330 for facilitating the wire penetration, and the number of the avoidance openings 330 is two and distributed on two sides of the length direction of the box body 310, so that the wiring is more convenient.

Claims (10)
1. The annular tube lamp comprises an annular tube body and an LED lamp strip fixed in the tube body, wherein the LED lamp strip comprises a substrate and LED lamp beads arranged on the substrate, the tube body comprises a base and a lampshade which are of semicircular tube structures, and the base is provided with a supporting piece for bearing the substrate.
2. The annular tube lamp of claim 1 wherein the support is disposed on an inner sidewall of the base and extends circumferentially therealong for carrying two edges of the base plate.
3. The annular tube lamp of claim 2 wherein the stop member is disposed above the support member, the stop member and the support member cooperatively clamping the substrate.
4. The annular tube lamp of claim 3 wherein the base has opposite inner and outer sides with adjacent stops alternating between the inner and outer sides.
5. The annular tube lamp of claim 1 wherein the base plate is of a multi-segment structure circumferentially arranged along the tube body, and the ends of each segment of base plate are provided with chamfers for facilitating engagement with the limiting members.
6. The annular tube lamp of claim 1 wherein the base plate is provided with a locating hole that mates with the locating piece, and wherein the locating piece is provided with a stop that carries the base plate.
7. The annular tube lamp of claim 6 wherein the height of the stop is the same as the height of the support.
8. The annular tube lamp of claim 1 comprising a drive box mounted inside the tube body, the drive box comprising a box body and a box cover, a drive power supply electrically connected to the LED light bar being disposed in the box body.
9. The annular tube lamp of claim 8 wherein the cartridge is integrally formed with the base.
10. The annular tube lamp of claim 9 wherein the junction of the box and the base is provided with a relief port for facilitating threading of the lead.
