The sound insulation door with long service life according to claim 8, wherein the frame body is provided with a containing groove, the inner walls of the two sides of the containing groove are provided with sliding ways, the outer walls of the two sides of the hard PVC component (8) are provided with sliding blocks, the hard PVC component (8) is arranged in the containing groove, and the sliding blocks are arranged in the sliding ways.
