Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
The first aspect of the present application provides an electronic device, where the electronic device includes a display module, the display module includes a frame component 100 and a display screen, and the frame component 100 is disposed on a periphery of the display screen. The bezel assembly 100 is applied to a display module, and the electronic device may be a television, an interactive tablet, a display, etc. Generally, the electronic device includes a rear housing, and the frame 110 and the display screen are fixedly connected to the rear housing. In addition, electronic devices are often equipped with speakers for convenience in running multimedia, conducting video conferences, and the like.
As shown in fig. 1-3, in some embodiments, bezel assembly 100 includes a bezel 110, a first magnetic attraction 120, and a first cover 130.
The frame 110 is provided with a first sound outlet hole 110a, and the size of the first sound outlet hole 110a is generally consistent with that of the speaker, so that the speaker is arranged in the first sound outlet hole 110a when the speaker is arranged in the frame 110, that is, the speaker can be arranged in the frame 110, and the first sound outlet hole 110a can also be used as a mounting hole of the speaker. Of course, the speaker may be disposed on the rear case, and the sound conduction effect can be ensured only by aligning the diaphragm of the speaker with the first sound outlet 110 a.
The first magnetic attraction component 120 is disposed on the frame 110, specifically, a surface of the frame 110 facing away from the first covering component 130 may be provided with a mounting groove 110e, and the first magnetic attraction component 120 may be specifically disposed in the mounting groove 110 e. The first covering member 130 is magnetically connected to the first magnetic member 120, and the first magnetic member 120 may be a permanent magnet, so that in order to ensure the magnetic effect of the first magnetic member 120, the number of the first magnetic members 120 may be multiple, for example, the first magnetic member 120 in fig. 2 has multiple elongated shapes. The first covering member 130 is made of a magnetically attractable material, so that the first covering member 130 can be magnetically attracted to the first magnetic attraction member 120 directly, for example, the first covering member 130 is formed by stamping an electrolytic lead-zinc-plated steel plate, and the electrolytic lead-zinc-plated steel plate can be attracted to a permanent magnet and has good corrosion resistance.
The first covering member 130 is attached to the frame 110, and the first covering member 130 covers the first sound outlet hole 110a, so that the first covering member 130 can protect the speaker, and the first covering member 130 can also play a decorative role. In order to facilitate the sound emission of the speaker, the first cover 130 is provided with a plurality of second sound emission holes corresponding to the first sound emission holes 110 a. The number of speakers may be different for different models of electronic devices, and thus the number of second sound outlet holes on the first cover 130 may also be changed accordingly. Thus, for different models of electronic devices, different models of first cover 130 may be assembled.
It should be noted that the number of the first sound outlet holes 110a may be one or more, and the number of the second sound outlet holes may be one or more. Generally, the size of the single second sound outlet hole is smaller than that of the single first sound outlet hole 110 a. For example, the first cover 130 may be processed to form a mesh structure, which has both a protective effect and a sound effect, and has a better visual effect. Of course, the surface of the first cover 130 may be printed with different patterns or sprayed with different colors, thereby achieving different visual effects.
In summary, the frame 110 of the embodiment of the present application connects the first covering element 130 through the magnetic attraction manner, so that the first covering element 130 can be assembled or replaced conveniently and rapidly, thereby changing the appearance of the frame assembly 100, and further, the requirement of customizing the intelligent interaction panel appearance of the customer can be met through the manner of replacing the first covering element 130.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, a surface of the bezel 110 facing the first cover 130 is provided with a first groove 110b, and the first cover 130 is disposed in the first groove 110b. The first groove 110b can limit the first covering element 130, so that the first covering element 130 is prevented from sliding relative to the frame 110, and the first covering element 130 is difficult to fall off due to touching. It should be noted that the cover may cover substantially the entire bezel.
In some embodiments, the surface of the first cover 130 facing away from the bezel 110 is flush with the surface of the bezel 110 facing the first cover 130, which may make the bezel assembly 100 more contoured and difficult to apply force to the first cover 130. The size of the gap between the outer periphery of the first cover 130 and the sidewall of the first groove 110b is 0.1mm-0.2mm, such as 0.1mm, 0.13mm, 0.17mm, 0.2mm, etc., thereby making the first cover 130 difficult to pry out by a human hand or a conventional tool, further improving the stability of the connection of the first cover 130 to the bezel 110.
Of course, the frame 110 may have a plurality of covers, and in some embodiments, the frame assembly 100 further includes a second magnetic attraction member 140 and a second cover member 150, where the second magnetic attraction member 140 is disposed on the frame 110, and the second magnetic attraction member 140 is spaced from the first magnetic attraction member 120. The second cover 150 is magnetically connected to the second magnetic attraction member 140, and the second cover 150 and the first cover 130 are disposed at different positions of the frame 110. The second magnetic attraction pieces 140 may be permanent magnets, and in order to ensure the magnetic attraction effect of the second magnetic attraction pieces 140, the number of the second magnetic attraction pieces 140 may be plural, for example, the second magnetic attraction pieces 140 having a circular shape and an elongated shape in fig. 2. It is understood that the frame assembly 100 may further include a third magnetic attraction member 152 and a third cover member, where the second magnetic attraction member 140 is disposed on the frame 110, and the third cover member is magnetically attracted to the third magnetic attraction member 152.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, the bottom wall of the first groove 110b is provided with a second groove 110c, the second cover 150 is disposed in the second groove 110c, and the second groove 110c can limit the second cover 150, so that the second cover 150 is prevented from sliding relative to the frame 110, and the second cover 150 is difficult to fall off due to touching. The surface of the second cover 150 facing away from the bezel 110 is flush with the surface of the first cover 130 facing away from the bezel 110, which may make the bezel assembly 100 more neat in appearance and difficult to apply force to the second cover 150. The first covering piece 130 is provided with an opening, and the second covering piece 150 is arranged in the opening, so that the second covering piece 150 is embedded in the first covering piece 130, and the first covering piece 130 can be spliced with the second covering piece 150 as much as possible to form a whole.
Preferably, the gap between the outer periphery of the second cover 150 and the sidewall of the second groove 110c is 0.1mm to 0.2mm in size, such as 0.1mm, 0.13mm, 0.17mm, 0.2mm, etc., thereby making it difficult for the second cover 150 to be pried out by a human hand or a conventional tool, further improving the stability of the connection of the second cover 150 to the rim 110.
When the first cover 130 needs to be disassembled, the gap between the first cover 130 and the wall of the first groove 110b is small, and the first cover 130 and the first magnetic attraction piece 120 are tightly attracted by magnetic force, so that the first cover 130 cannot be taken out by a human hand or a conventional tool. Therefore, as shown in fig. 4, the disassembly needs to be completed by means of the strong magnet jig 200, the strong magnet jig 200 is close to the first cover 130, and the magnetic force of the strong magnet jig 200 needs to be greater than the magnetic force of the first magnetic attraction piece 120, so that the first cover 130 can be sucked out to realize the disassembly. When the first cover 130 needs to be mounted, the first cover 130 is directly placed in the first groove 110b. Similarly, when the second covering member 150 needs to be disassembled, the strong magnet jig 200 is close to the second covering member 150, and the magnetic force of the strong magnet jig 200 needs to be greater than that of the second magnetic attraction member 140, so that the second covering member 150 can be sucked out to realize the disassembly. When the second cover 150 needs to be mounted, the second cover 150 may be directly placed in the second groove 110 c.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, in some embodiments, the second cover 150 includes a plastic panel 151 and a third magnetic attraction member 152, and the plastic panel 151 is easy to be formed and can be easily processed into a desired shape. The third magnetic attraction piece 152 is magnetically attracted to the second magnetic attraction piece 140, for example, the third magnetic attraction piece 152 may be a iron piece, or the third magnetic attraction piece 152 may be a permanent magnet. The third magnetic component 152 is disposed on the plastic panel 151, for example, the third magnetic component 152 may be adhered to the plastic panel 151.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the frame assembly 100 further includes a camera 160, the camera 160 is disposed on the frame 110, and the camera 160 is spaced apart from the first magnetic attraction member 120 and the second magnetic attraction member 140. The second covering element 150 further includes a light transmitting element 153 disposed on the plastic panel 151, where the light transmitting element 153 is disposed corresponding to the camera 160, and the plastic panel 151 has a light hole corresponding to the light transmitting element 153.
As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, a pen slot 151a is provided on the plastic panel 151, and the pen slot 151a can be used to accommodate a stylus. The stylus can be clamped with the pen slot 151a, so that the stylus can be stably accommodated in the pen slot 151 a. Further, the stylus may be provided with a fourth magnetic attraction member, which may be an iron sheet or a permanent magnet, and the fourth magnetic attraction member and the second magnetic attraction member 140 magnetically attract each other, so that the stylus may be more stably accommodated in the stylus slot 151 a. It will be appreciated that when the stylus is removed from the slot 151a, a force is applied to the plastic panel 151 and separated from the frame 110, so that the magnetic attraction between the second magnetic attraction member 140 and the third magnetic attraction member 152 can be properly increased to ensure the stability of the plastic panel 151.
As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the bottom wall of the second groove 110c is provided with a third groove 110d, the second magnetic attraction member 140 is disposed in the third groove 110d, and the second magnetic attraction member 140 may be closer to the third magnetic attraction member 152 or attached to the third magnetic attraction member 152, so as to increase the magnetic attraction force between the second magnetic attraction member 140 and the third magnetic attraction member 152.
