That is, the waterproof sealing material 113 may be made of a material such as foamed rubber, epoxy resin, acrylate resin, and polychlorinated ester. In this way, the elastic base material is regularly dispensed according to the shape of the dispensing slot by the dispenser, so that the elastic base material fills the whole groove 1111 and gaps are prevented from being formed in the groove 1111.
When assembling, firstly, the elastic base material is regularly dispensed in the first shell 111 according to the shape of the dispensing groove through the dispensing needle 200 of the dispensing machine, then, the waterproof sealing piece 113 formed after dispensing is aligned with the waterproof sealing groove 1121 on the second shell 112 and clamped into the waterproof sealing groove 1121, and finally, the first shell 111 and the second shell 112 are locked and connected through the screw 150.
It can be appreciated that, since the waterproof sealing member 113 is made of an elastic material, the surface of the waterproof sealing member 113 is soft and has a certain elasticity, so that the waterproof sealing member 113 can be compressed under a certain pressure environment (the first shell 111 and the second shell 112 are connected by adopting a connection mode of locking the screw 150), at this time, at least part of the waterproof sealing member 113 can enter the waterproof sealing groove 1121 and can completely fill the whole waterproof sealing groove 1121 so as to fill or seal the gap existing in the waterproof sealing groove 1121, so that the inner cavity formed by combining the first shell 111 and the second shell 112 is completely sealed, and water cannot enter the waterproof shell 110, thereby solving the problem that the connection tightness of the waterproof shell 110 is unreliable.
It should be emphasized that the waterproof sealing member 113 is formed by dispensing, that is, the waterproof sealing member 113 adopts a dispensing integrated forming structure, on one hand, the waterproof sealing member 113 can be directly connected to the groove 1111 of the first housing 111, on the other hand, the groove 1111 can be fully covered with the waterproof sealing member 113, and the sealing reliability of the connection between the waterproof sealing member 113 and the first housing 111 is ensured.
Of course, a certain gap may be reserved between the waterproof sealing member 113 and the inner walls of the left and right sides of the groove 1111.
Of course, according to actual needs, the waterproof sealing member 113 may be formed and then connected to the groove 1111 of the first housing 111, provided that the waterproof sealing member 113 is fully distributed in the groove 1111, and the sealing reliability of the connection between the waterproof sealing member 113 and the first housing 111 is ensured.
In this embodiment, the waterproof sealing member 113 is preferably formed integrally with the groove 1111 by dispensing an elastic substrate.
In some embodiments, the end of the waterproof seal 113 remote from the groove 1111 is provided with an elastic protrusion that fits into the waterproof seal groove 1121 such that the elastic protrusion fills the waterproof seal groove 1121 when the first and second housings 111 and 112 are connected.
The elastic bulge is formed during the final step of the dispenser, and protrudes in a direction away from the groove 1111, so that the waterproof sealing member 113 is conveniently filled with the waterproof sealing groove 1121 under the pressure. Because the waterproof sealing member 113 has a softer surface and a certain elasticity, the waterproof sealing member 113 can be compressed downwards under a certain pressure environment (namely, when the screw 150 locks the first shell 111, the second shell 112 and the circuit board), wherein a part of the waterproof sealing member 113 (elastic protruding part) can enter the waterproof sealing groove 1121 and can completely fill the waterproof sealing groove 1121, so that the inner cavity formed by the first shell 111 and the second shell 112 is completely sealed, and water cannot enter the waterproof shell 110.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7 and 8 together, the end of the waterproof sealing member 113 away from the groove 1111 is a spherical end 1131, the spherical end 1131 has a guiding spherical surface 11311, and the guiding spherical surface 11311 is used to clamp the spherical end 1131 into the area where the waterproof sealing grooves 1121 are located and fill at least two waterproof sealing grooves 1121 when the first housing 111 and the second housing 112 are connected.
