a carrier for mounting on a fixed component independent of the electronic device, the carrier comprising a first magnetic attraction;
the terminal device comprises a shell and a second magnetic attraction piece, wherein the shell is provided with a containing cavity, and the second magnetic attraction piece is contained in the containing cavity and is used for being magnetically attracted with the first magnetic attraction piece so as to enable the terminal device to be attracted and fixed on the bearing frame;
the bearing frame further comprises a bearing plate, and the first magnetic attraction piece forms the bearing plate or is arranged on the bearing plate;
the bearing plate comprises at least two plate bodies arranged at intervals, wherein the first magnetic attraction pieces are formed on the plate bodies, or at least one of the plate bodies is provided with the first magnetic attraction pieces, or part of the plate bodies are formed by the first magnetic attraction pieces, and at least one of the other part of the plate bodies is provided with the first magnetic attraction pieces.

The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the housing comprises a first plate, the second magnetic attraction member is disposed on a side of the first plate facing the accommodating cavity, and the first magnetic attraction member and the second magnetic attraction member are magnetically attracted to enable the first plate to be fixedly attracted to the carrier plate.

The electronic device of claim 2, wherein the first plate body is provided with a plurality of through holes communicated with the accommodating cavity, and the through holes are used for a cable to pass through; when the first plate body is fixed on the bearing plate in an adsorption mode, the through holes are formed in the area between at least two adjacent plate main bodies.

one of the first magnetic attraction piece and the second magnetic attraction piece is a magnet, the other one is a metal piece capable of being attracted by the magnet, and the magnetizing surface of the magnet faces to the metal piece.
8. The electronic device of claim 2 or 3, wherein the carrier further comprises a mounting plate coupled to the carrier plate, the mounting plate for mounting to the mounting member;
the fixed plate and the bearing plate are arranged at an included angle alpha, so that the bearing plate is horizontally arranged after the fixed plate is arranged on the fixed part.
9. The electronic device of claim 8, wherein the housing further comprises a second plate coupled to the first plate;
