Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more apparent, the following detailed description of exemplary embodiments of the present application is given with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application and not exhaustive of all the embodiments. It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.
As shown in fig. 1-4, in order to solve the above problems, in this embodiment of the present application, a lock mechanism for a server chassis cover is provided, including a chassis main body, a chassis cover 1, a lock assembly 2, and a locked bracket 3, where a reserved pit 4 is provided on the chassis cover 1, the lock assembly 2 is fixedly installed in the reserved pit 4 by a screw, the locked bracket 3 is riveted on the chassis main body, and the locked bracket 3 is located under the lock assembly 2, and the chassis main body and the chassis cover 1 are connected with the locked bracket 3 by the lock assembly 2 to implement assembly;
the lock assembly 2 comprises a handle support 21, a handle 22 and a lock hook 23, wherein the handle support 21 is a U-shaped groove shell, the handle support 21 is fixedly arranged in the reserved pit 4 through a screw, the handle 22 is of a plate-shaped structure, the front end of the handle 22 is hinged in a groove of the handle support 21 through a first rotating shaft 24, the rear end of the handle 22 is provided with a tail notch, the upper part of the lock hook 23 is hinged in the tail notch of the handle 22 through a second rotating shaft 25, the lower part of the lock hook 23 is provided with a bent clamping hook 231, and the upper end of the lock hook 23 is provided with an unlocking plate 232;
the locked bracket 3 comprises a top locking plate 31 and a plurality of fixing plates 32, the top locking plate 31 is fixedly connected with the plurality of fixing plates 32, a bayonet 33 corresponding to the clamping hook 231 is arranged on the top locking plate 31, the hook end of the clamping hook 231 is positioned outside the bayonet 33 in the state of no external force, and the plurality of fixing plates 32 are fixedly connected with the case body.
The first rotating shaft 24 and the second rotating shaft 25 are both provided with self-restoring torsion springs.
The first rotating shaft 24 and the second rotating shaft 25 are both single-side optical shafts with internal threads, the optical shafts penetrate through the openings of the lock hook and the handle at the same time, one end of each optical shaft is a flange surface, the internal threads at the other end of each optical shaft are driven into screws, and therefore the lock hook can only rotate around the optical shaft, and the optical shaft cannot be separated from the whole mechanism.
The rear end of the handle 22 is provided with a limiting extension plate 26, a gap for the latch hook 23 to rotate backwards is reserved between the limiting extension plate 26 and the latch hook 23, and the maximum angle of the gap for the latch hook 23 to rotate is 45 degrees, so that excessive rotation of the latch hook 23 is avoided.
The unlocking plate 232 at the upper end of the locking hook 23 is of a plate structure which extends backwards and is spread on the limiting extension plate.
The front end in the groove of the handle bracket 21 is provided with a limit table 27 corresponding to the end part of the handle 22, so that the handle 22 is prevented from rotating excessively.
The using method comprises the following steps:
before the case main body and the case cover are assembled, the server case cover locking mechanism is connected and installed according to the structural relation, the clamping hook 231 at the lower part of the locking hook 23 is positioned right above the bayonet 33 of the locked bracket 3, the whole structure is shown in fig. 4, the server is placed in the case main body, the case cover 1 and the case main body are assembled by only pressing the handle 22 to enable the handle 22 to rotate downwards around the first rotating shaft 24, after the clamping hook 231 at the lower part of the locking hook 23 butts against the edge of the bayonet 23, the clamping hook 231 rotates backwards around the second rotating shaft 25 under the action of resistance until the clamping hook 231 enters the bayonet 23, the initial state is restored under the action of the self-restoring torsion spring on the second rotating shaft 25, and the clamping hook 231 hooks the edge of the bayonet 23 as shown in fig. 1, so that the locking assembly of the case main body and the case cover 1 is realized;
when the case cover 1 needs to be opened, the fingers extend into the gaps at the rear ends of the reserved pits 4, and the unlocking plate 232 is pulled upwards to enable the locking hooks 23 to rotate backwards, so that the locking hooks 23 are separated from the bayonets 33, and the case cover 1 is easily opened as shown in fig. 4.
