In other examples, the center of gravity of the case 20 may be located away from the open side of the housing 10 by the rotational axis of the case 20 when the case 20 is in the closed position, e.g., the open side of the housing 10 is the front side, and the center of gravity of the case 20 is located on the rear side of the rotational axis of the case 20, thereby allowing the case 20 to have a tendency to rotate rearward when the brush head 30 is not placed in the case 20, while preventing reverse rotation of the case 20 due to the rear side of the housing 10 restricting movement of the case 20, thereby ensuring that the case 20 is stable in the closed position, preventing dust or sewage from entering the case 20, and facilitating cleaning.
When the brush head 30 is placed in the storage case 20, the center of gravity of the storage case 20 with the brush head 30 is close to the open side of the housing 10 with respect to the rotation axis of the storage case 20, for example, the center of gravity of the storage case 20 with the brush head 30 is located on the front side of the rotation axis of the storage case 20, so that the storage case 20 with the brush head 30 can be rotated from the closed position to the open position under the self-weight, the reliability of rotation is ensured, the opening 201 can be moved to the outside of the installation cavity 101, and the user can conveniently take and put the brush head 30.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in some examples, the storage box 20 has a driven portion 203, and when the driven portion 203 is driven, the driven portion 203 drives the storage box 20 to rotate, so that the storage box 20 can rotate from an open position to a closed position, and further, the storage box 20 with the brush head 30 is enabled to enter the housing 10, dirt such as dust or sewage can be prevented from entering the storage box 20, storage and protection effects on the brush head 30 are achieved, cleaning is facilitated, maintenance period is shortened, and user experience is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, in some examples, the housing 10 further has a brush rod storage cavity 103, where the brush rod storage cavity 103 is used to receive a brush rod, and when the brush rod is placed in the brush rod storage cavity 103, the brush rod may cooperate with the driven portion 203 to drive the storage box 20 to rotate from the open position to the closed position, specifically, after the brush rod contacts the driven portion 203, the user may drive the brush rod to move downward, the brush rod moves downward to drive the driven portion 203 to move downward, and of course, the brush rod may also drive the driven portion 203 to move downward under the action of gravity, so that the driven portion 203 drives the whole storage box 20 to rotate toward the closed position, thereby storing the brush head 30, and the storage box 20 in the closed position may save space.
In some examples, during a user's extraction of a brush bar from the brush bar storage cavity 103, the storage case 20 may be rotated toward an open position as the brush bar moves upward, making the brush head storage case 100 convenient to use, improving the user's use experience.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, in some examples, the storage box 20 has a storage part 21, the storage part 21 is used for storing the brush head 30, the storage box 20 further has a shielding part 22, the shielding part 22 is located at one side (front side as shown in fig. 3) of the storage part 21 away from the housing 10, and a part of the shielding part 22 protrudes out of the upper end of the storage part 21, when the storage box 20 is in the closed position, the shielding part 22 can shield the opening 101 of the housing 10, prevent sewage, dust and other dirt from entering the interior of the housing 10, so that the storage effect of the storage box 20 on the brush head 30 is improved, the aesthetic property of the brush head storage box 100 is improved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
As shown in fig. 6, in some examples, a first limiting member 31 is disposed in the housing 10, and when the storage case 20 rotates from the closed position to the open position, the storage case 20 may abut against the first limiting member 31 to limit the rotation of the storage case 20, that is, to prevent the storage case 20 from excessively rotating to the outside of the housing 10 (the front portion as shown in fig. 2), thereby preventing the storage case 20 from being separated from the housing 10 due to an excessively large relative rotation angle, and improving the stability of the storage case 20 in the open position.
As shown in fig. 6, in some examples, the first stopper 31 is arranged to protrude toward the opening (forward as shown in fig. 3) on the rear wall surface of the housing 10, and may form a stopper plate so that the rear side of the lower portion of the first stopper 31 abuts against the stopper plate when the first stopper plate 31 is moved to the open position, achieving a stopper effect on the storage case 20 in the open position.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, in some examples, the outer surface of the side (the rear side as shown in fig. 4) of the storage box 20 near the first limiting member 31 is an arc surface, the lower side surface of the first limiting member 31 forms an arc surface, the arc surface can be matched with the arc surface, the limiting effect is improved, and meanwhile, the contact area between the first limiting member 31 and the storage box 20 can be improved, so that the storage box 20 can bear more brush heads 30 or have larger mass at the opening position, and the reliability of the brush head storage box 100 is improved.
As shown in fig. 6, in some examples, the inner wall of the housing 10 faces to one side of the opening 101 (the front side as shown in fig. 6) and may further be provided with a second reinforcing rib 311, the second reinforcing rib 311 is disposed above the first limiting member 31 and extends in the vertical direction (the up-down direction as shown in fig. 6), and the lower end of the second reinforcing rib 311 is connected with the first limiting member 31, thereby improving the structural strength of the first limiting member 31, improving the service life of the first limiting member 31, and avoiding interference between the second reinforcing rib 311 and the rotation of the storage box 20; the number of the second reinforcing ribs 311 can be one, so that the processing is convenient, the cost is low, the number of the second reinforcing ribs 311 can also be multiple, and the second reinforcing ribs 311 are arranged at intervals along the left-right direction, so that the stress is uniform, and the structural strength of the first limiting part 31 is further improved.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, in some examples, an outer wall surface of the storage portion 21 may abut against the first stopper 31 to restrict rotation of the storage box 20; of course, the first limiting member 31 may be disposed on the inner bottom wall of the housing 10, and the shielding portion 22 may abut against the first limiting member 31 to limit the rotation of the storage box 20; in addition, when the storage portion 21 abuts against one of the first stoppers 31, the shielding portion 22 may abut against the other first stopper 31, thereby improving the effect of restricting the rotation of the storage case 20 and improving the stability of the storage case 20 in the open position.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, in some examples, the second limiting member 32 is disposed in the housing 10, when the storage box 20 rotates from the open position to the closed position, the storage box 20 may abut against the second limiting member 32 to limit the rotation of the brush head 30, so that the storage box 20 is prevented from excessively rotating toward the inside (the rear portion as shown in fig. 2) of the housing 10, and further, the storage box 20 is prevented from being blocked into the housing 10, so that the storage box 20 can normally rotate between the closed position and the open position, and the reliability of the brush head storage box 100 is improved.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, in some examples, the storage box 20 has a shielding portion 22, and a side (a front side as shown in fig. 6) of the housing 10 having the opening 101 has an inwardly recessed groove, which is the second limiting member 32, and the shielding portion 21 is matched with the groove to limit the rotation of the storage box 20, specifically, when the storage box 20 moves to the closed position, an edge of the rear side of the shielding portion 22 can abut against a bottom wall of the groove, and then the groove can limit the storage box 20 to rotate backwards, so that the limitation on the rotation of the storage box 20 is realized, and the brush head storage box 100 can be tightly sealed, thereby improving the delicacy of a product and improving the use experience of a user.
As shown in fig. 8, in some examples, the housing 10 further has a fixing portion 104, where the fixing portion 104 may be connected with a wall surface to hang the housing 10 on the wall surface, so that not only space can be saved and occupied area can be reduced, but also the brush head storage box 100 can be set at a higher position, so that a user is prevented from bending down in the process of using the brush head storage box 100, and the use experience of the user is improved; meanwhile, the case 10 is prevented from being fallen down due to the inertia of the case 20 during the rotation of the case 20.
It should be noted that, the fixing portion 104 may be located at the rear side of the housing 10, may also be located at the left side of the housing 10 or located at the right side of the housing 10, when the fixing portion 104 is located at the rear side of the housing 10, the brush rod is convenient for a user to operate to connect the brush head 30, when the fixing portion 104 is located at the left side or the right side of the housing 10, the storage box 20 may rotate on a plane parallel to the wall surface, which is favorable for saving the usage space of the brush head storage box 100, and meanwhile, the fixing effect of the housing 10 on the wall surface may be enhanced, so as to prevent the housing 10 from toppling over during the rotation of the storage box 20.
In some examples, the fixing portion 104 may be a hook or a slot, and the casing 10 is fixed on the wall by a clamping manner, and the clamping manner is convenient to operate, good in stability and convenient to detach; of course, the fixing portion 104 and the wall surface can be connected and matched through the glue board, which is beneficial to improving the fixing effect of the brush head storage box 100 and the wall surface.

Claims (17)

1. A brush head storage case, comprising:
a housing, one side of which is opened to form an opening;
the storage box is used for storing the brush head, and one end of the storage box is provided with an opening for the brush head to enter and exit; the storage box is rotatably arranged in the shell, so that the storage box has an open position and a closed position, and when the storage box is in the closed position, the opening of the storage box is positioned in the shell; removing at least a portion of the case from the opening when the case is in the open position, such that the opening of the case is open;
the storage box is connected with the shell in a matched mode through a rotating shaft and a shaft hole, at least one of the storage box and the shell is provided with a deformation portion, the rotating shaft or the shaft hole is formed in the deformation portion, the deformation portion is configured to be deformed when the rotating shaft is relatively close to the shaft hole, and the deformation portion can be reset when the rotating shaft corresponds to the shaft hole.
2. The brush head storage case according to claim 1, wherein a connecting member is provided between the case and the storage case, a part of the connecting member is fixedly connected to the case, and the other part of the connecting member is arranged at a distance from the case to form the deformation portion.
3. The brush head housing case according to claim 2, wherein the connecting member includes a connecting body and the deformation portion, and the deformation portion is bent toward a side closer to the storage case with respect to the connecting body in an axial direction of the rotating shaft.
4. A brush head receiving box according to claim 3, wherein the connecting body is fixedly connected to a portion of the housing adjacent the opening, and the deformation portion is located on a side of the connecting body remote from the opening.
5. A brush head receiving box according to claim 3, wherein the connecting body is fixedly connected to the housing by a reinforcing rib.
6. The brush head receptacle of claim 2, wherein the connector is integrally formed with the housing.
7. The brush head storage box according to claim 1, wherein a connecting piece is arranged between the shell and the storage box, one part of the connecting piece is fixedly connected with the storage box, and the other part of the connecting piece is arranged at intervals with the storage box to form the deformation part.
8. The brush head receiving case of claim 7, wherein a portion of the deformation is exposed to the housing when the case is in the open position.
9. The brush head receptacle of claim 7, wherein the connector is integrally formed with the storage case.
10. The brush head housing case according to any one of claims 2 to 9, wherein the number of the connection members is two, and the two connection members are spaced apart on both sides of the storage case in the axial direction of the rotation shaft.
11. The brush head housing box according to any one of claims 2 to 9, wherein a side of the shaft hole adjacent to the opening has a guide groove adapted to guide the installation of the shaft, the guide groove being in communication with the shaft hole; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
one end of the rotating shaft, which is close to the shaft hole, is provided with a guiding inclined plane which is suitable for guiding the installation of the rotating shaft.
12. The brush head housing case according to any one of claims 1-9, wherein the case is rotatable from the closed position to the open position under its own weight.
13. The brush head housing case according to claim 12, wherein the rotational axis of the case is offset to a side away from the opening with respect to the center of gravity of the case.
14. The brush head housing case of any of claims 1-9, wherein the case is in a closed position when the brush head is not disposed in the case; when the brush head is placed in the storage box, the storage box can rotate from the closed position to the open position under the action of gravity of the brush head.
15. The brush head storage case of claim 14, wherein in the closed position, when the brush head is not disposed in the case, a center of gravity of the case is located in a same vertical plane as a rotational axis of the case, or the center of gravity of the case is remote from the opening with respect to the rotational axis of the case;
when the brush head is placed in the storage box, the brush head enables the center of gravity of the brush head and the storage box to be close to the opening relative to the rotation axis of the storage box.
16. The brush head case of any of claims 1-9, 13, 15, wherein the case has a driven portion configured to rotate the case from the open position to the closed position when driven.
17. The brush head storage case of claim 16, wherein the housing further has a brush bar storage cavity for receiving a brush bar, the brush bar being engageable with the driven portion when disposed within the brush bar storage cavity to drive the storage case to rotate from the open position to the closed position.
