本实用新型属于一种烟灰缸，特别是一种清洁烟灰缸。
公知的烟灰缸结构，是在烟灰缸上加装一个固定的蜂窝状上盖，烟灰可直接从蜂窝处弹入烟灰缸里，但还有不足，一是弹入的烟灰仍还有部分滞留在蜂窝上盖的表面，影响卫生环境和美观；二是使用者不慎将烟灰缸倾斜时，容易使弹入在烟灰缸里的烟灰洒落出来。
本实用新型的目的在于克服公知技术之不足而提供一种清洁效果好的清洁烟灰缸。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
本实用新型的圆形缸体带有与其成为一体的上半盖，在不带盖的对应的圆形缸体的半圆中部内壁上均布装有三个支撑柱，通过三个支撑柱用螺钉在圆形缸体的半圆内固定安装烟灰板，再通过上半盖上开有的孔和对应烟灰板上开有的孔装入带有弹簧和刮板的旋转轴，其旋转轴穿过烟灰板的轴端还装有卡子，缸体的底部再装有可拆卸的底板。
将本实用新型的旋转轴的下部位制成花键轴。
在本实用新型的刮板上开有能与旋转轴上的花键轴连为一体的花键孔。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作进一步的详述：
圆形缸体1上带有与其成为一体的上半盖8，在缸体另一半不带上盖的半圆中部的内壁上均布三个支撑柱3，缸体不带上盖的半圆内装有烟灰板10，其与三个支撑柱通过螺钉2固定。另外，在上半盖和与其对应的烟灰板上都开有一孔，通过上半盖的孔装入带有弹簧7和刮板6的旋转轴9，旋转轴下部制为花键轴，与其对应的刮板上开有花键孔，这样可使旋转轴的花键轴与刮板连为一体。上述旋转轴穿出烟灰板上的孔后再装有可防止旋转轴窜出烟灰板的卡子5，在缸体的底部还装有可拆卸的底板4。
使用本实用新型时，向上提起旋转轴到一定位置后，旋转轴的花键轴与刮板上花键孔连为一体，转动旋转轴带动刮板清洁烟灰板上的烟灰，为了达到干净、彻底地清洁效果，可以反复多次顺时针或者逆时针转动旋转轴。清洁后再按下旋转轴恢复到原位。由于此时旋转轴与刮板接触部分是光轴，因此，误转动旋转轴或者旋转轴受到外界扰动也不会使刮板产生转动。再者装入旋转轴上的弹簧的作用是将刮板进一步压紧烟灰板，更进一步达到清洁烟灰的效果。当缸体内积存的烟灰到一定量时，可随时卸下底板将烟灰清掉。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是：
使用本实用新型烟灰不会滞留在表面，即不影响卫生环境也达到美观的效果。当使用者不慎倾斜本实用新型时，烟灰不易洒落出来。另外，本实用新型也不需要频繁清洗，只需转动旋转轴便可随时清除表面烟灰，当烟灰积存一定量后可一次性处理掉。

1、一种清洁烟灰缸，是由缸体、旋转轴、刮板、弹簧、卡子、烟灰板、支撑柱、底板组成，其特征是：圆形缸体带有与其成为一体的上半盖，在不带盖的对应的圆形缸体的半圆中部内壁上均布装有三个支撑柱，通过三个支撑柱用螺钉在圆形缸体的半圆内固定安装烟灰板，再通过上半盖上开有的孔和对应烟灰板上开有的孔装入带有弹簧和刮板的旋转轴，其旋转轴穿过烟灰板的轴端还装有卡子，缸体的底部再装有可拆卸的底板。
2、根据权利要求1所述的清洁烟灰缸，其特征是：将旋转轴的下部位制成花键轴。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的清洁烟灰缸，其特征是：在刮板上开有能与旋转轴上的花键轴连为一体的花键孔。
