Referring to fig. 1, a main body 10 of the food processing machine includes a housing 1, a switch 3, a key 4, a switch link 5, a motor 6, a power line, a mounting cover 7, and a safety switch 91 in the related art. The switch 3 and the safety switch 91 are mounted to the mounting cover 7. There are two switches 3 and keys 4. The two keys 4 may be integrally constructed or may be split. One switch 3 and one key 4 correspond to high-speed rotation of the motor 6, and the other switch 3 and key 4 correspond to low-speed rotation of the motor 6.
Referring to fig. 2 and 1, the above-mentioned host operates as follows: the switch link 5 is lifted to trigger the safety switch 91 to close and electrically communicate with the motor 6, in which case one of the keys 4 is pressed to press the corresponding switch 3 to close, the switch 3, the motor 6, the safety switch 91 and the power supply form a path, and the motor 6 rotates at different rotational speeds (e.g. high or low gear).
The technical staff discovers that the cooking machine comprises a safety switch, and the corresponding installation structure is required to be arranged for the safety switch, the safety switch is assembled in the installation structure, wiring and the like are required for the safety switch, so that the structure of the host machine is complex, parts are more, and the installation of the parts is complex.
To solve the above-described problems, embodiments of the present application disclose a host 10. The relevant structure of the host 10 is described below in conjunction with the relevant drawings.
Referring to fig. 3, 7 and 8 in combination with fig. 4, 5 and 6, the host 10 includes a housing 1, a movable member 2, a switch 3, a key 4, a switch link 5, a motor 6 and a mounting cover 7. The motor 6 is located inside the housing 1. The switch link 5 is movably arranged relative to the housing 1. The movable arrangement means that the switch link 5 is movable relative to the housing 1, for example, in the present embodiment, upward or downward relative to the housing 1 in the vertical direction. The switch link 5 and the motor 6 may both be located within the housing 1. The mounting cover 7 is assembled to the housing 1. The movable member 2 is provided with a contact portion 29 against which the switch link 5 abuts. The contact portion 29 may be integrally formed with the movable member 2, or may be assembled to the movable member 2 by welding or the like. The movable member 2 is movably assembled to the mounting cover 7, and in the embodiment of the present application, the movable assembly means that a part of the movable member 2 can move relative to the mounting cover 7, as will be described in detail later. One function of the movable member 2 in the present application is to drive the switch 3 from the initial position to the key 4 to the trigger position, and the structure is not limited, in the embodiment of the present application, the key 4 and the switch 3 are two, so that the movable member 2 includes two cantilevers 21, each cantilever 21 includes a fixed end 211 and a movable end 212, and only the movable ends 212 of the two cantilevers 21 are connected. Of course, in the case where there is only one switch 3 and key 4, the movable member 2 may have only one cantilever 21 or other structure, and the switch 3 may be mounted.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5 and comparing with fig. 6, the switch 3 is assembled to the movable member 2, and may be assembled in any structure, so that the switch 3 and the movable member 2 may be integrally moved. In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, each cantilever 21 is provided with a mounting portion 210, and the switch 3 is mounted to the mounting portion 210.
Referring to fig. 9, the switches 3 are disposed corresponding to the keys 4 such that pressing the keys 4 causes the corresponding switches 3 to be closed. Referring to fig. 10 and 6, the switch 3 is further connected to the motor 6 and the power line 8, and in the drawing, the switch 3 is connected to the motor 6 through a first wire 31 and to the power line 8 through a second wire 32. How the second wire 32 is connected to the power cord 8 is implemented in various ways, for example, a first connector is provided on the housing 1, the second wire 32 is connected to the first connector, a second connector is connected to the power cord 8, and the switch 3 is connected to the power cord 8 through plugging of the first connector and the second connector. Of course, in some embodiments, the power cord 8 may be directly fixedly connected to the switch 3 instead of being plugged through the first connector and the second connector as described above.
Referring to fig. 7, 8 and 9, the process of closing the switch 3 of the host 10 is described as follows:
after the host 10 is placed on the bowl cover 30, the abutting portion 302 of the bowl cover 30 abuts against the switch connecting rod 5 to enable the switch connecting rod 5 to be stressed, so that the movable piece 2 drives the switch 3 to move from the initial position to the key 4 until the switch 3 reaches the trigger position under the condition that the switch connecting rod 5 is forced to push the movable piece 2. The moving means of the movable member 2 will be described later, and fig. 7 illustrates that the vertical displacement of the movable member 2 is H, and the vertical displacement of the switch 3 is H. The triggering position is spaced from the key 4 by a distance g, which is shown in fig. 9. In this case, the key 4 is pressed, and the key 4 triggers the switch to close so that the motor 6 is in communication with the power supply. The relation among the keys 4, the switches 3 and the motor 6 is shown in fig. 10, one of the keys 4 is pressed, the corresponding switch 3 is closed, the motor 6 works, and as described above, the two switches 3 correspond to the high gear and the low gear respectively. The motor 6 can be operated in either a high gear or a low gear by pressing the corresponding key 4.
As the switch 3 is mounted on the movable member 2, the switch connecting rod 5 pushes the movable member 2, the movable member 2 drives the switch 3 to move from the initial position to the key 4 until the switch 3 reaches the trigger position, and then, the key 4 triggers the switch 3 to be closed so as to enable the motor 6 to be communicated with the power supply under the condition of being pressed down, thereby, the safe starting of the host can be realized on the premise of reducing the safety switch, and the host omits the safety switch because the host has no safety switch, the parts of the host are reduced, the cost can be saved, the mounting structure for mounting the safety switch is not needed, the mounting of the safety switch, the wiring of the safety switch is not needed, and the like are not needed, and the parts of the host are simple to mount.
Referring to fig. 7 in combination with fig. 4, 5, 6, 8 and 9, the host 10 includes a mounting cover 7 assembled to the housing 1, and of course, the assembly may be direct, integral, or indirect via an intermediate member. The fixed end 211 of the movable member 2 is fixed to the mounting cover 7, thereby to constitute a lever. The fixing end 211 may be fixed by a fixing member, or may be welded, riveted, or fastened by a snap structure, not limited to the embodiment described below. The movable part 2 rotates around the fixed end 211 when the movable part 212 is pushed by a force (the force is from the switch link 5).
In this way, the lever is formed by the movable member 2, so that the structure of the movable member 2 is simpler and more labor-saving, in addition, the movable member 2 can be mounted by only fixing the fixing end 211 to the mounting cover 7, the mounting of parts is simple, the structure of the host 10 is also simple, and the movement of the movable member 2 and the switch 3 to the key 4 is easier to realize.
Referring to fig. 7, in the case where the movable member 2 constitutes a lever, the vertical displacement of the switch 3 from the initial position to the trigger position is h. The movable member 2 has a maximum vertical displacement H of the movable end 212 when pushed. The distance between the switch and the fixed end is L0, and the distance between the movable end and the fixed end is L1, wherein h=L0×H/L1.
According to the above arrangement, the maximum vertical displacement H of the movable end 212 pushed by the switch connecting rod 5 can be determined according to the displacement distance requirement of the switch 3 and the specific size of the movable member 2, so that the height of the switch connecting rod pushed can be adjusted according to H, when the movable members with different sizes are selected and different trigger distance requirements are required to be met, the value of H can be determined through h=l0×h/L1, and therefore the height of the switch connecting rod 5 pushed can be adjusted, so that the switch can reach the trigger position, and the universal applicability is achieved.
In the above embodiment, the fixed end 211 of the movable member 2 is fixed, and only the movable end 212 is movable (may be considered as a part of movement), but as an alternative to this embodiment, the skilled person will understand that the movable member 2 and the switch 3 may be movable in the vertical direction as a whole, and the foregoing object may be achieved, but the overall movement needs to be designed to ensure stability during movement (for example, if the stability is not ensured, the movable member will be high on one side and low on one side), so that the overall movement mode will make the structure of the movable member 2 and the food processor complex, be inconvenient for the layout of related parts, and also make the structure of the host 10 complex, compared with the foregoing part movement mode.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, the movable member 2 is integrally formed with the mounting cover 7 to fix the fixing end 211 to the mounting cover 7. For example, the movable member 2 and the mounting cover 7 may be formed by plastic injection molding.
As described above, the movable member 2 and the mounting cover 7 are integrally formed, the movable member 2 and the mounting cover 7 are easily fixed, the manufacture is easier, and the number of parts of the host 10 is small.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, the movable member 2 includes an elastic section 213, the elastic section 213 is connected to the fixed end 211, and in the movable member 2, the elastic section 213 has the thinnest thickness.
As the elastic section 213 is connected to the fixed end 211, and in the movable element 2, the thickness of the elastic section 213 is the thinnest, so that the elasticity of the elastic section 213 is better, the movable element 2 is more convenient to drive the switch 3 to move towards the key 4, and at the same time, the movable element 2 and the switch 3 are more easy to reset integrally under the condition that the switch connecting rod 5 is not stressed.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6 in combination with fig. 3, the switch 3 and the key 4 are two, and the movable member 2 includes two cantilevers 21. One ends of the two cantilevers 21 are connected to form the movable end 212, and the other ends are fixed ends 211. Each of the cantilevers 21 is mounted with one of the switches 3.
As set forth above, the movable member 2 includes two cantilevers 21, and the two cantilevers 21 have the fixed ends 211 and constitute the movable ends 212, respectively, so that the movable member 2 can drive the two switches 3 to reach the triggering positions at the same time, and the structure is simple and reliable. In addition, the area between the cantilevers 21 may be used to lay out other components, such as springs 92 and diodes 93 for resetting the keys 4, etc.
With continued reference to fig. 4, 5 and 6, the two cantilevers 21 are symmetrically arranged and the two switches 3 are symmetrically arranged, and the symmetry axes L of the two cantilevers 21 pass through the center of the movable end 212.
As the switch 3 and the cantilever 21 are symmetrically arranged, when the movable piece 2 is pushed, the two cantilevers 21 are driven to generate the same vertical displacement, so that the distances of the upward displacements of the two switches symmetrically arranged on the two cantilevers 21 are the same, the trigger position is ensured to be reached at the same time, and the reliability is improved. In addition, the symmetry axes of the two cantilevers 21 pass through the center of the movable end 212, and the switch 3 is correspondingly arranged with the keys 4, so that the keys 4 are symmetrically arranged, and therefore, for consumers, the keys 4 are more conveniently pressed respectively, the hand feeling of pressing each key 4 is consistent or different, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, the movable member 2 includes a mounting portion 210 for mounting the switch 3. The length between the mounting portion 210 and the fixed end 211 is D, and the length of the cantilever 21 is D, 2/5.ltoreq.d/d.ltoreq.3/5.
As the D/D is more than or equal to 2/5 and less than or equal to 3/5, the switch 3 is positioned in the middle of the cantilever 21, the stability of the switch 3 is good, the hand feeling of pressing each key 4 is consistent or the difference is small, and the user experience is improved.
In the above embodiment, the switch link 5 and the movable member 2 are provided independently. As an alternative, the switch link 5 and the movable member 2 are integrally formed.
As described above, the switch link 5 and the movable member 2 are integrally formed, and the number of parts of the main body 10 is small.
In some embodiments, the distance between the triggering position and the key 4 is g,0 < g.ltoreq.0.5 mm, for example, 0.1mm, 0.15mm, 0.18mm, 0.2mm, 0.23mm, 0.25mm, 0.28mm, 0.3mm, 0.33mm, 0.35mm, 0.38mm, 0.4mm, 0.43mm, 0.45mm, 0.48mm or 0.5mm.
As the above arrangement is that g is more than 0 and less than or equal to 0.5mm, after the movable piece 2 is jacked up by the switch connecting rod 5, the switch 3 can be closed only by pressing the key 4, so that safety is ensured, the situation that the switch 3 cannot be closed after the key 4 is pressed due to overlarge distance can be avoided, and the reliability of the host 10 is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, 8 and 9, embodiments of the present application disclose a food processor. The food processor includes any of the foregoing main machine 10, a mixing bowl 20, a bowl cover 30, and a mixing blade assembly 40. The mixing blade assembly 40 is positioned within the mixing bowl 20. The bowl cover 30 is covered with the stirring bowl 20, and the bowl cover 30 comprises a communication hole 301 and an abutting part 302 for pushing the switch connecting rod 5. The main machine 10 is arranged on the bowl cover 30, and the motor 6 is connected with the rotating shaft 401 of the stirring blade assembly 40 through the communication hole 301. A stirring blade assembly 40 is illustrated, however, the structure and number of the stirring blade assemblies 40 are determined according to the functions that the food processor can perform, and will not be described again.
