Detailed Description
The utility model is further described in connection with the following detailed description, in order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement of the purpose and the effect of the utility model easy to understand.
The utility model finds that in surgical operation, a tissue specimen taken down in the operation is required to be dissected in time frequently, in most cases, a doctor can put the tissue specimen taken down on a tray, after dissecting by the doctor, the tissue specimen is sent to an operating room gate to check the condition of the operation of a family member of a patient in time and briefly describe the condition of the operation in time, and finally the tissue specimen is sent to a pathology department for analysis.
In the process that a doctor sends a tissue specimen to the gate of an operating room, the resected tissue specimen is exposed to the normal-temperature external environment for a long time to degrade components such as RNA and protein in the tissue, and the qualitative and quantitative properties of certain molecules of the tissue specimen are changed, so that scientific research measurement results and clinical conclusions are confused, and the tissue specimen is dissected in the external environment, so that the risk of disease spreading such as respiratory tract transmission with air as a medium is easily caused.
In addition, the resected tissue requires a doctor to manually measure the size and weight, increasing the workload of the doctor; the tissue is in a supervision blank period from taking out to sending inspection, and data are missing; the patient needs to fully communicate face to face with the doctor and the family members of the patient, which leads to the increase of risks of various adverse factors.
In view of this, referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a front perspective view of a specimen dissection box according to a first embodiment of the present application; fig. 2 is a schematic perspective view of a specimen dissection box according to a first embodiment of the present application. The applicant provides a specimen dissection box comprising a box structure 10, a remote interaction device 20, and a specimen measurement assembly 30.
The remote interaction device 20 is configured to transmit the first information to an external communication device for connection, and/or is configured to receive the second information sent by the external communication device. The first information comprises video information and/or audio information, and the second information comprises video information and/or audio information; the remote interaction device 20 is located inside the box structure 10, the specimen measurement assembly 30 further comprises a first camera device 35, the first camera device 35 is connected with the inner wall of the box structure 10, and a camera of the first camera device 35 faces the specimen measurement assembly 30 to collect specimen information on the specimen measurement assembly 30 and transmit the specimen information to the remote interaction device 20.
In the above-mentioned scheme, after obtaining the tissue specimen through the operation, the doctor can place the specimen on the specimen measuring assembly 30 inside the box structure 10, and then communicate with the family members of the patient outside the operation room through the remote interaction device 20; the first image pickup device 35 can pick up the tissue specimen in real time, so that family members of the patient can know the illness state conveniently. Therefore, doctors do not need to take the tissue specimen to the gate of the operating room, the risk of spreading diseases such as respiratory tract transmission by taking air as a medium is avoided, and the problem of difficult analysis caused by tissue degradation due to long-time exposure of the tissue specimen at normal temperature and high temperature is also avoided.
In some embodiments, a perspective window 11 may be provided in the sidewall of the case structure 10 for facilitating the medical staff to view the status of the tissue specimen. Transparent glass 101 can be used as transparent window 11, and transparent glass 101 has a certain hardness to prevent breakage.

The recess 132 is in close contact with a protrusion 133 on the case structure 10, and the opening and closing door 13 is engaged with the case structure 10 and slidably connected. By the engagement of the groove portion 132 with the projection portion 133, the sealing property of the door closure can be improved. When the door is required to be opened, a medical staff can slide the door body structure 131 in a direction to open the opening part of the box body structure, and then send the tissue specimen to the specimen measuring assembly 30 in the box body structure 10 through the opening part. When the door needs to be closed, the medical staff can slide the door body structure 131 in the other direction, so that the door body structure 131 closes the opening part.
In other embodiments, the door 13 may include a door body structure 131, a hinge 134, a groove 132, and a protrusion 133.
