In some alternative arrangements, the height of the second central post 34 may also be greater than the depth of the via 23, such that the head of the first threaded fastener 4 is pressed against the end face of the second central post 34, in which arrangement the second fixing post 3 and the second PCBA board 2 are secured by a snap-fit connection.
The through hole 31 of the second fixing post 3 may include a first through hole 322 penetrating the first center post 32 up and down, and a second through hole 341 penetrating the second center post 34 up and down, and the first through hole 322 and the second through hole 341 penetrating to constitute the through hole 31. The aperture of the second through hole 341 may be equal to or slightly smaller than the aperture of the first through hole 322, and the depth of the second through hole 341 may be smaller than the depth of the first through hole 322, i.e., the height of the second center pillar 34 may be smaller than the height of the first center pillar 32. The height of the first center post 32 can be determined according to the depth of the accommodating cavity 11 of the pre-buried box 1.

1. A PCBA board securing assembly, comprising:
the embedded box is provided with a containing cavity and a threaded hole arranged at the bottom of the containing cavity, the threaded hole is communicated with the containing cavity, and a first fixing column capable of being used for installing a first PCBA board is vertically arranged and fixed at the bottom of the containing cavity;
the second PCBA board is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is provided with an upper surface and a lower surface which are oppositely arranged, and a through hole is formed through the upper surface and the lower surface;
the second fixing column is independent of the embedded box, is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is positioned between the cavity bottom and the second PCBA board, and is provided with a through hole penetrating along the axis direction; the method comprises the steps of,
and the first threaded fastener is matched with the through hole and the shaft hole, and is in threaded fit with the threaded hole.

The PCBA board securing assembly as recited in claim 1, wherein the second securing post includes a first center post and at least one cantilever-like clip disposed on an outer wall surface of the first center post, the through hole extending through the first center post, the first center post being located between the cavity bottom and the second PCBA board, the clip being in clip connection with the second PCBA board.

The PCBA board securing assembly as recited in claim 2, wherein the buckle includes a connection portion, a first clamping portion and a second clamping portion, one end of the first clamping portion being connected to the outer wall surface, the other end of the first clamping portion being connected to a lower end of the connection portion, the second clamping portion being connected to an upper end of the connection portion, the first clamping portion being in abutment with or having a gap from the lower surface of the second PCBA board, the second clamping portion clamping the upper surface of the second PCBA board above.
4. A PCBA board securing assembly as recited in claim 3, wherein each of the second securing posts includes two of the clips spaced apart in a circumferential direction about an axis of the second securing post, wherein one of the clip's connection portions is directly opposite a first side surface of the second PCBA board and the other clip's connection portion is directly opposite a second side surface of the second PCBA board, the first side surface and the second side surface both being located between the upper surface and the lower surface, the first side surface and the second side surface being connected and disposed at an included angle.
5. A PCBA board securing assembly according to claim 3, wherein the second securing post includes at least three of the clips, each of the clips being spaced apart in a circumferential direction about an axis of the second securing post, the second PCBA board being provided with at least one clip aperture extending through the upper and lower surfaces, the connecting portion of at least one of the clips passing through the clip aperture corresponding thereto.
6. The PCBA board securing assembly of claim 2, wherein the second securing post further comprises a second center post, the second center post being located above the first center post, the through hole extending through the second center post, the second center post forming a shaft hole fit with the through hole.
7. The PCBA board securing assembly of claim 6, wherein the first and second center posts are coaxial and the junction of the two forms a step surface that abuts a lower surface of the second PCBA board.
8. The PCBA plate fixation assembly of claim 1, wherein the first threaded fastener is clearance fit with both the via and the through hole, a head of the first threaded fastener abutting an upper surface of the second PCBA plate; or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,
the head of the first threaded fastener is abutted with the embedded box, and the first threaded fastener is tightly matched with the through hole.
9. The PCBA board securing assembly of claim 1, further comprising a retaining ring secured to the cavity bottom and surrounding the threaded hole, the retaining ring and the threaded hole being coaxial, the retaining ring wrapping the bottom of the second securing post.
