Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment, the wire harness fixing device 100 further includes a plurality of connection posts 40, where the plurality of connection posts 40 are disposed on the first pipe clamp 10 for connecting and fixing with a vehicle body, and fixing the wire harness fixing device to the vehicle body.
In one embodiment, the first tube clamp 10, the second tube clamp 20 and the third tube clamp 30 are all plastic pieces and are integrally injection molded.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, the cavity diameter of the first accommodating cavity 111 is equal to the cavity diameter of the second accommodating cavity 112. It should be noted that, the cavity diameter of the first accommodating cavity 111 may be smaller than the cavity diameter of the second accommodating cavity 112, or the cavity diameter of the first accommodating cavity 111 may be larger than the cavity diameter of the second accommodating cavity 112, and the specific number may be set according to the actual use requirement, which will not be described herein.
To sum up, the wire harness fixing device 100 claimed in the application contains the wire harness respectively through the first accommodation cavity 111 and the second accommodation cavity 112 formed by mutually matching and surrounding the first pipe clamp 10, the second pipe clamp 20 and the third pipe clamp 30, so that the wire harness can be simultaneously fixed and separately clamped into the corresponding first accommodation cavity 111 and the second accommodation cavity 112, and thus, the type and the number of the wire harness clamped by the wire harness fixing device 100 can be better distinguished, the practicability is improved, the wire harness fixing device 100 does not need to be assembled before the wire harness is assembled, the operation is simple and convenient, and the cost is reduced.

Claims (10)

1. The wire harness fixing device is applied to an automobile and is used for fixing a wire harness, and is characterized in that the wire harness fixing device (100) comprises a first pipe clamp (10), a second pipe clamp (20) and a third pipe clamp (30), and the first pipe clamp (10) and the third pipe clamp (30) are movably connected to two ends of the second pipe clamp (20);
the second pipe clamp (20) can be covered on the first pipe clamp (10) and is connected with the first pipe clamp (10) in a matched mode, so that a first accommodating cavity (111) can be formed between the first pipe clamp (10) and the second pipe clamp (20) in a surrounding mode, and a wire harness can pass through the first accommodating cavity; the third pipe clamp (30) can be covered on the second pipe clamp (20) and is connected with the second pipe clamp (20) in a matched mode, so that the third pipe clamp (30) and the second pipe clamp (20) can be surrounded and a second accommodating cavity (112) is formed between the third pipe clamp and the second pipe clamp for a wire harness to pass through.

The wire harness fixing device according to claim 1, wherein a first groove (101) is formed in the first pipe clamp (10), a second groove (102) is formed in the second pipe clamp (20), the second groove (102) is arranged corresponding to the first groove (101), and the second groove (102) can be communicated with the corresponding first groove (101) and is formed into the first accommodating cavity (111);
and/or, a third groove (103) is further formed in the second pipe clamp (20), a fourth groove (104) is formed in the third pipe clamp (30), the fourth groove (104) is correspondingly arranged with the third groove (103), and the fourth groove (104) can be communicated with the corresponding third groove (103) and is formed into the second accommodating cavity (112).

The wire harness fixing device according to claim 1, wherein a first clamping portion (105) is formed on the first pipe clamp (10), a first clamping fitting portion (106) is formed on the second pipe clamp (20), and the first clamping portion (105) is in clamping fit with the first clamping fitting portion (106) so as to limit the second pipe clamp (20) to the first pipe clamp (10);
and/or, a second clamping portion (107) is further formed on the second pipe clamp (20), a second clamping matching portion (108) is formed on the third pipe clamp (30), and the second clamping portion (107) is in clamping matching with the second clamping matching portion (108) so as to limit the third pipe clamp (30) to the second pipe clamp (20).

The wire harness fixing device according to claim 1, wherein a first limit portion (201) is formed on the first pipe clamp (10), a first limit fitting portion (202) is formed on the second pipe clamp (20), and the first limit portion (201) is in concave-convex fit with the first limit fitting portion (202) so as to enable the second pipe clamp (20) to be assembled and positioned with the first pipe clamp (10);
and/or, a second limiting part (203) is further formed on the second pipe clamp (20), a second limiting matching part (204) is formed on the third pipe clamp (30), and the second limiting part (203) is in concave-convex matching with the second limiting matching part (204), so that the third pipe clamp (30) and the second pipe clamp (20) are assembled and positioned.
5. The wire harness fixing device according to claim 1, wherein a first blocking rib (1111) is formed on a cavity wall of the first accommodating cavity (111) and is used for being in clamping fit with a corrugated pipe sleeved on the wire harness so as to limit the wire harness;
and/or, a second retaining rib (1112) is further formed on the cavity wall of the second accommodating cavity (112) and is used for being matched with a corrugated pipe sleeved on the wire harness in a clamping manner so as to limit the wire harness.

The wire harness fixing device according to claim 1, wherein a first connection portion (205) is formed on the first pipe clamp (10), a first connection fitting portion (206) is formed on the second pipe clamp (20), and the first connection portion (205) is integrally connected with the first connection fitting portion (206) so that the second pipe clamp (20) is rotatably connected to the first pipe clamp (10).

The wire harness fixing device according to claim 1, wherein a second connection portion (207) is formed on the second pipe clamp (20), a second connection fitting portion (208) is formed on the third pipe clamp (30), and the second connection portion (207) is integrally connected to the second connection fitting portion (208) so that the third pipe clamp (30) is rotatably connected to the second pipe clamp (20).

The wire harness fixing device according to claim 1, wherein the wire harness fixing device (100) further comprises a plurality of connection posts (40), the plurality of connection posts (40) being provided on the first pipe clamp (10) for connection fixation with a vehicle body, and the wire harness fixing device (100) being fixed to the vehicle body.
9. The wire harness fixing device according to claim 1, wherein the first tube clamp (10), the second tube clamp (20) and the third tube clamp (30) are all provided as plastic pieces, and are integrally injection-molded.
10. The wire harness fixing device according to claim 1, wherein a cavity diameter of the first accommodation cavity (111) is equal to a cavity diameter of the second accommodation cavity (112).
