The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative and intended to explain the present utility model and should not be construed as limiting the utility model.
A safety warning board according to an embodiment of the present utility model is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 2.
As shown in fig. 1, the safety warning board according to the embodiment of the utility model comprises a plug rod 1 and a supporting rod 2, wherein a first end of the plug rod 1 is inserted into the ground, and a second end of the plug rod 1 is provided with a signboard 3. The number of the supporting rods 2 is multiple and the supporting rods 2 are distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the inserted rod 1, the first ends of the supporting rods 2 are adjacent to the inserted rod 1 and hinged to the inserted rod 1, and the second ends of the supporting rods 2 are far away from the inserted rod 1 and detachably connected with the ground.
According to the safety warning board provided by the embodiment of the utility model, the arrangement mode of the plurality of support rods 2 helps the inserted link 1, so that the stability and the windproof performance of the inserted link 1 are enhanced, and in addition, the connection point between the safety warning board and the ground is increased by connecting the plurality of support rods 2 with the ground, so that the firmness of connection between the safety warning board and the ground is enhanced, and therefore, the depth of the inserted link 1 inserted into the ground can be properly reduced, and the inserted link 1 is conveniently inserted and pulled out in the ground. In addition, the support rod 2 is detachable relative to the ground, so that the installation device of the safety warning board is replaced, the arrangement quantity of the safety warning board in a construction operation area is reduced, and the waste of materials is reduced. In addition, the safety warning board in the embodiment does not need to be supported by stones, so that the appearance attractiveness of the safety warning board is improved.
It will be appreciated that the insert rod 1 in this embodiment has fewer parts to be inserted into the ground, thereby reducing the waste of material of the insert rod 1.
Specifically, the plurality of struts 2 are equally spaced in the circumferential direction of the plunger 1.
Specifically, the number of struts 2 is three.
Specifically, the insert rod 1 is inserted into the ground to a depth of 10 to 20cm.
Specifically, the inserted link 1 is vertically arranged, the bottom end of the inserted link 1 is inserted underground, and the signboard 3 is arranged at the top end of the inserted link 1.
For ease of understanding, arrow a in fig. 1 shows the up-down/vertical direction of the safety warning sign.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the strut 2 includes a sub-rod 21, a sleeve 22, and a first locking member 23, the first end of the sub-rod 21 being adjacent to the plunger 1 and hinged to the plunger 1. The sleeve 22 and the sub-rod 21 are coaxial, and the second end of the sub-rod 21 is slidably fitted into the sleeve 22 by any orifice of the sleeve 22, and the end of the sleeve 22 facing away from the plunger 21 is detachably connected to the ground. A first locking member 23 is located between the sub-rod 21 and the sleeve 22, the first locking member 23 being connected to the sub-rod 21 and the sleeve 22, respectively, the first locking member 23 being used to lock and unlock the sub-rod 21 and the sleeve 22.
Therefore, when the first locking piece 23 unlocks the sub-rod 21 and the sleeve 22, the sub-rod 21 and the sleeve 22 can slide relatively, so that the length of the support rod 2 is adjusted, the support rod 2 is convenient to adapt to mountain environments with different terrains, and connection between the support rod 2 and the ground is facilitated. In addition, in this embodiment, the sub-rod 21 may drive the sleeve 22 to rotate relative to the insert rod 1, and this rotation realizes the exchange of the support rod 2 at the ground installation position, so that the support rod 2 can conveniently select a suitable installation site, thereby ensuring the overall stability and reliability of the safety warning board.
It will be appreciated that when the first locking member 23 locks the sub-rod 21 and the sleeve 22, the first locking member 23 limits the relative sliding movement of the sub-rod 21 and the sleeve 22, and the length of the strut 2 is determined thereby.
Specifically, the sliding range of the sub-rod 21 relative to the sleeve 22 is 0-30cm.
Specifically, the rotation range of the sub-lever 21 with respect to the plunger 1 is 0 to 90 °.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the first locking member 23 includes a first bolt 231, the sub-rod 21 is provided with a plurality of first locking holes spaced apart in a length direction thereof, a circumferential wall of the sleeve 22 is provided with a second locking hole coaxial with and communicating with any one of the first locking holes, at least one of the first locking hole and the second locking hole is a screw hole, and the first bolt 231 is fitted into the second locking hole and the first locking hole.
