The integrated kitchen range is a combined kitchen range integrating multiple functions of a range hood, a gas kitchen range, a sterilizing cabinet, a storage cabinet and the like, and has the advantages of simple installation, strong integrity, good fume exhausting effect and the like. The integrated kitchen is under the negative pressure effect that the lower fan produced at the during operation inhaled oil smoke, after the aircraft nose fuselage wind channel, carries out the separation of air current and fluid through the fan, and fluid is in the oil box of oil leak hole whereabouts bottom behind the bellows bottom assembly. The oil box is movably inserted into a mounting cavity arranged at the bottom of the integrated kitchen, when the oil box in the integrated kitchen is about to overflow, a user needs to clean the oil box, the oil box is pulled out of the mounting cavity to clean the oil box, and then the oil box is inserted back into the mounting cavity again, but the existing oil box is relatively loose when inserted into the mounting cavity, and under the influence of vibration generated during the operation of the integrated kitchen, the oil box is easy to gradually slide out of the mounting cavity, so that the hidden danger of oil stain leakage occurs.
In view of the above, an embodiment of the first aspect of the present utility model provides an integrated stove, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of the integrated stove according to an embodiment of the present utility model, fig. 2 is an enlarged schematic view of a region a in fig. 1, and fig. 3 is an exploded schematic view of the oil box assembly in fig. 1, wherein, for making the drawing more concise, the integrated stove body in fig. 1 only shows a part of the structure. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the integrated cooker of the present embodiment includes: the oil cartridge 100, the support 200, and the connection structure 300.
The oil box 100 is provided with an oil collecting cavity 110 and an oil inlet 120 communicated with the oil collecting cavity 110, the oil collecting cavity 110 is used for storing oil stains, the oil inlet 120 is positioned on the upper surface of the oil box 100, when the oil box 100 is used for an integrated kitchen range, the oil box 100 is arranged at the bottom of the integrated kitchen range, and the oil stains can enter the oil collecting cavity 110 through the oil inlet 120 and can be stored. The support 200 is connected to the integrated cooker body 1000 for supporting the oil box 100, and the oil box 100 is movably disposed on the upper surface of the support 200. The connection structure 300 includes a first connector 310 and a second connector 320, where the first connector 310 and the second connector 320 can be fixed by plugging, one of the first connector 310 and the second connector 320 is connected to the oil box 100, and the other is connected to the support 200. The oil box 100 can move towards the inserting direction (the direction that the oil box 100 stretches into the mounting cavity) so that the first connecting piece 310 and the second connecting piece 320 are inserted, wherein the first connecting piece 310 is of an elastic structure, and when the oil box 100 moves along the inserting direction, the first connecting piece 310 can be extruded by the second connecting piece 320 to deform, so that the first connecting piece 310 and the second connecting piece 320 are mutually abutted under the action of elastic force. Thereby realize locking the oil box 100 on support piece 200 to improve the steadiness of installing on the integrated kitchen of oil box 100, prevent that oil box 100 from because of the vibration that the work of integrated kitchen produced, and drop with the integrated kitchen body, thereby avoid appearing the greasy dirt leakage because of oil box 100 turns on one's side.
Specifically, the integrated cooker body 1000 has a case having a mounting cavity, and an oil box mounting hole communicating with the mounting cavity. The oil box mounting hole is located at a side of the case, and the supporting member 200 is connected to the oil box mounting hole of the sidewall by means of screw connection or welding, and at least partially protrudes into the mounting cavity for supporting the oil box 100. Preferably, the support 200 is disposed within the mounting cavity to make the integrated cooktop more aesthetically pleasing. The first connecting piece 310 is an elastic structure, for example, the first connecting piece 310 includes two opposite elastic pieces (e.g., two first abutting portions 311 in fig. 3), and one ends of the two elastic pieces are connected to each other, and the other ends of the two elastic pieces are in a cantilever shape, so that the first connecting piece 310 is in a clip structure (e.g., fig. 3). Taking the first connecting piece 310 installed on the supporting piece 200 and the second connecting piece 320 installed on the oil box 100 as an example, in the installation process of the oil box 100, the oil box 100 stretches into the installation cavity from the oil box installation hole, the oil box 100 slides along the upper surface of the supporting piece 200 towards the inserting direction, and after the oil box 100 is installed in place, the second connecting piece 320 is inserted between two elastic sheets of the first connecting piece 310 (as shown in fig. 2), so that the oil box 100 is locked on the supporting piece 200, and the stability of the oil box 100 is improved. In addition, the oil cartridge 100 and the support 200 are inserted through the first connector 310 and the second connector 320 as other components. Therefore, according to the usage requirement, the oil box 100 can be made of a corrosion-resistant material, and the first connecting piece 310 and the second connecting piece 320 are made of a friction-resistant material, so that the material selection requirement of the oil box is reduced, and the manufacturing cost is reduced. In addition, direct friction of the oil box 100 can be avoided to reduce abrasion of the oil box 100 and improve the service life of the oil box 100.
It should be noted that, the connection of the first connector 310 to the supporting member 200 and the connection of the second connector 320 to the oil box 100 should not be construed as the only limitation of the present embodiment, the first connector 310 may also be connected to the oil box 100, and the second connector 320 may also be connected to the supporting member 200, so long as the first connector 310 and the second connector 320 can cooperate with each other to realize locking of the oil box 100 to the supporting member 200.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments, the first connecting piece 310 includes two first abutting portions 311 disposed opposite to each other, and at least one of the first abutting portions 311 is of an elastic structure, so that the first connecting piece 310 can be deformed under force. The first abutting portion 311 includes a first clamping portion 3112 and a first guiding portion 3113, the first connector 310 further includes a connecting arm 312, one ends of the two first abutting portions 311 are connected by the connecting arm 312, and the other ends are cantilever-shaped (as shown in fig. 3). Thus, the first abutting portion 311 is elastically deformable when a force is applied to an end of the first abutting portion 311 provided in an elastic structure, which end is away from the connecting arm 312. The two first guide portions 3113 are connected to one end of the first abutting portion 311 facing away from the connecting arm 312, define a first guide opening 3114 facing the oil cartridge mounting hole, and gradually decrease in distance between the two first guide portions 3113 in a direction from the first guide portions 3113 to the first clamping portion 3112, i.e., in a direction in which the second connector 320 is inserted into the first connector 310. For example, when the first connector 310 is connected to the support 200, the second connector 320 is connected to the oil cartridge 100. The distance between the two first guide portions 3113 gradually decreases in the insertion direction, thereby forming a horn-shaped first guide opening 3114. The second connector 320 has a plug portion 321, and the thickness of the end of the plug portion 321 facing the plug direction is smaller than the opening size of one end of the first guide opening 3114 facing the extraction direction (opposite to the plug direction, i.e., the direction in which the cartridge 100 is extracted from the mounting chamber, and the same is true in no particular case), so that the plug portion 321 can be inserted into the first guide opening 3114. In addition, the minimum distance between the two first abutting portions 311 is smaller than the maximum thickness of the plugging portion 321. Thus, after the plugging portion 321 is inserted between the two first abutting portions 311, the two first abutting portions 311 can abut against the surface of the plugging portion 321, so that the second locking member and the first connecting member 310 are locked.
Specifically, during the installation of the oil container 100, the oil container 100 is inserted into the container body from the oil container installation hole and slid along the upper surface of the support 200, so that the second connector 320 is inserted into the first guide opening 3114 and abuts against the inner wall of the first guide opening 3114. Since the distance between the two first guide portions 3113 in the insertion direction gradually decreases, that is, at least one of the two surfaces of the two first guide portions 3113 facing each other is an inclined surface. Therefore, when the insertion portion 321 presses the inner wall of the first guide opening 3114, the two first abutting portions 311 can receive force components that deviate from each other, so that the first abutting portions 311 provided in the elastic structure are deformed by force, and the two first abutting portions 311 are automatically opened. Correspondingly, when the second connecting piece 320 applies force to the first abutting portions 311, the two first abutting portions 311 apply pressure to the second connecting piece 320 under the elastic action, so that the second connecting piece 320 is clamped between the two first abutting portions 311, and the oil box 100 is locked on the supporting piece 200, thereby improving the stability of the oil box 100 and avoiding oil leakage.
In addition, the two first abutting portions 311 of the first connecting piece 310 may be both elastic structures, and thus, the two first abutting portions 311 may be made of the same material, so that the processing of the first connecting piece 310 is simpler. For example, the first connector 310 is formed by injection molding or by a bending process from a single plate material to improve the processing efficiency.
Further, it is also understood that the first connector 310 is located within the mounting cavity, which is difficult for a user to observe when the cartridge 100 is mounted. In this embodiment, the first guide opening 3114 of the first connector 310 is configured into a horn shape, which is more beneficial for the plugging portion 321 to extend between the two first abutting portions 311, so that the oil box 100 in this embodiment is more convenient to install.
Referring to fig. 3, on the basis of the above-described embodiment, the support 200 has a mounting groove 210 penetrating in the vertical direction, the mounting groove 210 having a notch 211 facing away from the plugging direction, i.e., the notch 211 faces the cartridge mounting hole, so that the second connector 320 can protrude from the notch 211 into the mounting groove 210 toward the plugging direction. The first connector 310 is connected to the lower surface of the support 200 and located at a side edge of the mounting groove 210 facing away from the slot 211, and the second connector 320 is located at the lower surface of the oil box 100, and the second connector 320 can extend from the slot 211 into the mounting groove 210 along the plugging direction to be plugged with the first connector 310. Specifically, the second connector 320 is connected to the lower surface of the oil box 100, and the plugging portion 321 of the second connector 320 has a gap with the lower surface of the oil box 100, so that one of the first abutting portions 311 can be inserted into the gap, and the two first abutting portions 311 can be respectively clamped at two sides of the plugging portion 321, so as to achieve locking between the second connector 320 and the first connector 310. In addition, since the mounting groove 210 penetrates the support 200 in the vertical direction, the second connector 320 can penetrate the mounting groove 210 in the vertical direction when the oil cartridge 100 is mounted, so that the lower surface of the oil cartridge 100 is attached to the upper surface of the support 200, thereby improving the stability of the oil cartridge 100. Wherein, the mounting groove 210 can be formed by punching, and the lower surface of the support member 200 is turned during the punching process to be connected with the first connector 310, so that the structure of the support member 200 is simpler.
Referring to fig. 3, on the basis of the above embodiment, the mounting groove 210 has two groove walls 212 disposed opposite to each other, the groove walls extend along the plugging direction, and two side surfaces perpendicular to the plugging direction of the second connector 320 can slidably abut against the groove walls 212 of the mounting groove 210, so that the second connector 320 moves toward the first guide opening 3114. Specifically, in the horizontal direction, the dimension of the second connector 320 perpendicular to the plugging direction is adapted to the distance between the two groove walls 212 of the mounting groove 210, so that the side surface of the second connector 320 can slidably abut against the groove walls 212 of the mounting groove 210, so that the groove walls 212 of the mounting groove 210 play a guiding role in the movement of the second connector 320, so that the second connector 320 is aligned with the first guiding opening 3114, thereby facilitating the installation of the oil cartridge 100.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of an integrated cooker according to another embodiment of the present utility model, fig. 5 is an enlarged schematic view of a region B of fig. 4, and fig. 6 is an exploded schematic view of the oil box assembly of fig. 4, wherein, for making the drawing more concise, the integrated cooker body of fig. 4 only shows a partial structure, in some embodiments, the first connector 310 includes two second abutting portions 313 and a protrusion 314, the second abutting portions 313 are provided, at least one of the second abutting portions 313 is an elastic structure, and an inner surface of the at least one second abutting portion 313 is an elastic structure is provided with a protrusion, that is, surfaces of the two second abutting portions 313 facing each other. The two first abutting portions 311 are respectively located at two sides of the supporting piece 200 perpendicular to the plugging direction. Correspondingly, at least one second abutment 313 has a recess 322. The two second abutting portions 313 are respectively connected to the outer walls of the oil box 100 perpendicular to the plugging direction, and the oil box 100 can be clamped between the two second abutting portions 313, so that the protruding portions 314 are plugged into the grooves 322, and movement of the oil box 100 is limited, so that the oil box 100 is locked on the supporting piece 200. Alternatively, portions of both side walls of the oil container 100 perpendicular to the plugging direction are respectively configured to form the second connection member 320 (as shown in fig. 5 and 6), that is, a portion of the oil container 100 serves as the second connection member 320.
Specifically, during the installation process, the oil box 100 is extended from the oil box installation hole into the installation cavity, and the oil box 100 is caught between the two second abutting portions 313. When the oil container 100 abuts against the boss 314, the second abutting portion 313 provided in an elastic structure is deformed by the pressing of the oil container 100. After the protrusion 314 moves to the position corresponding to the groove 322, the protrusion 314 moves toward the groove 322 under the elastic force of the second abutting portion 313 to be clamped into the groove 322, so as to lock the oil box 100, thereby improving the stability of the oil box 100. When the oil box 100 needs to be taken out, the oil box 100 can be pulled out of the mounting cavity only by applying force to the oil box 100 in the pulling-out direction, no extra operation step is needed, and the operation is simple and the use is convenient. Specifically, the surface of the protrusion 314 is a smooth connection surface, such as a sphere, a slope, or an arc surface, so that the protrusion 314 can be separated from the groove 322 when the oil cartridge 100 is subjected to a force in the extraction direction. And when the protruding portion 314 is configured as a spherical surface, during the sliding process of the second connector 320 relative to the first connector 310, the spherical surface can reduce friction between the first connector 310 and the second connector 320, so as to reduce wear of the first connector 310 and the second connector 320, so as to improve the service life of the oil box assembly of the embodiment.
It should be noted that, both the two second abutting portions 313 of the first connecting piece 310 may be configured as an elastic structure, and therefore, both the two second abutting portions 313 may be provided with a protruding portion, as shown in fig. 4. However, the provision of the protruding portion 314 on the surfaces of the two second abutting portions 313 facing each other is not to be construed as limiting the present embodiment only, and any one of the second abutting portions 313 may be provided with the protruding portion 314 as long as the locking of the oil container 100 can be achieved. In contrast, the provision of grooves 322 on both sides of the oil cartridge 100 in fig. 4 should not be construed as the only limitation of the present embodiment.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the second abutting portion 313 includes a second clamping portion 3131 and a second guiding portion 3132, the second guiding portion 3132 is connected to a side of the second clamping portion 3131 facing away from the plugging direction, and along a direction from the second guiding portion 3132 to the second clamping portion 3131, a distance between the two second guiding portions 3132 is gradually reduced, so that a horn-shaped second guiding opening is formed between the two second guiding portions 3132, thereby facilitating the insertion of the oil cartridge 100 between the two second abutting portions 313, and improving convenience of the oil cartridge assembly of the present embodiment.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of an integrated cooker according to another embodiment of the present utility model, fig. 8 is an enlarged schematic view of a region C of fig. 7, and fig. 9 is an exploded schematic view of an oil box assembly of fig. 7. In order to make the drawing more concise, in fig. 7, the integrated stove body only shows a part of the structure, in some embodiments, the first connector 310 includes two third abutting portions 315 disposed opposite to each other, at least one third abutting portion 315 is configured as an elastic structure, at least an outer surface of the third abutting portion 315 of the elastic structure has a limiting portion, that is, a surface of the third abutting portion 315 facing away from the other third abutting portion 315 is provided with a limiting portion 3151 (as shown in fig. 9), the limiting portion 3151 has two limiting surfaces 3152, and a distance between the two limiting surfaces 3152 gradually decreases along a direction in which the two third abutting portions 315 face away from each other, that is, the limiting portion 3151 is in a convex cone shape. For example, the first connector 310 is connected to the oil box 100, and in the plugging direction, a distance between the first limiting surface 3152 of the limiting portion 3151 on one third abutting portion 315 and the other third abutting portion 315 gradually increases, and a distance between the second limiting surface 3152 and the other third abutting portion 315 gradually decreases. When the two third abutting portions 315 are both elastic structures, and the surfaces of the two third abutting portions 315 facing away from each other are both provided with the limiting portions 3151, four limiting surfaces 3152 of the two limiting portions 3151 form an approximately diamond-shaped structure (as shown in fig. 9). The second connector 320 further has a socket 323, and the two third abutting portions 315 can be inserted into the socket 323, and the limiting surface 3152 can abut against the edge of the socket 323 to limit the movement of the first connector 310.
Specifically, when the hole edge at one end of the insertion hole 323 abuts against the first limiting surface 3152 of the limiting portion 3151 during the insertion of the third abutting portion 315 into the insertion hole 323 when the oil cartridge 100 is mounted, the two third abutting portions 315 are pressed by the hole edge of the insertion hole 323 to approach each other, so that the vertex of the limiting portion 3151 can pass through the insertion hole 323 in the insertion direction. After the vertex of the limiting portion 3151 passes through the inserting hole, the third abutting portion 315 is reset under the action of the elastic force, and the hole edge at the other end of the inserting hole 323 abuts against the second limiting surface 3152, so as to limit the second connector 320 between the oil box 100 and the limiting portion 3151, so that the oil box 100 is locked on the supporting member 200, and stability of the oil box 100 is improved.
When the oil cartridge 100 is withdrawn, the second limiting surface 3152 is pressed by the hole edge of the insertion hole 323 to make the two third abutting portions 315 approach each other, so that the limiting portion 3151 passes through the insertion hole 323 in the withdrawal direction, thereby releasing the limitation of the second connector 320 on the first connector 310 to separate the first connector 310 from the second connector 320.
In some embodiments, the limiting portion 3151 is formed by bending a part of the structure of the third abutting portion 315, so as to simplify the processing process of the first connecting piece 310, save processing materials, and reduce processing cost. Similarly, in some embodiments, the first connector 310 is connected to the outer surface of the oil box 100 facing the plugging direction, and the portion of the support member 200 is bent upwards to form the second connector 320.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the support 200 includes a mounting part 240, a third guide part 230, and a support part 220, the mounting part 240 being for connection with the integrated cooker body 1000, one end of the third guide part 230 being mounted to the mounting part 240, the other end being connected to the support part 220, the support part 220 being for supporting the oil pan 100. The upper surface of the third guide 230 is disposed obliquely upward in the plugging direction, i.e., the supporting portion 220 is located above the mounting portion 240. Therefore, when the oil box installation hole is designed, the size of the oil box installation hole in the vertical direction can be larger than the size of the oil box 100 in the vertical direction. Specifically, the upper edge of the mounting portion 240 is flush with the lower edge of the cartridge mounting hole when assembled. The oil box 100 is conveniently inserted into the installation cavity, and the third guiding portion 230 is required to be provided, so that the upper surface of the supporting portion 220 is located above the lower edge of the oil box installation hole, so that a clamping space is formed between the upper surface of the supporting portion 220 and the upper edge of the oil box installation hole, the size of the clamping space is adapted to the size of the oil box 100 in the vertical direction, so that the oil box 100 is clamped between the upper edge of the oil box installation hole and the lower edge of the supporting portion 220, and the stability of the oil box 100 is improved.
Referring to fig. 1, the oil cartridge assembly further includes a barrier 400, the barrier 400 including a shielding portion 410 and a push-pull portion 420, the shielding portion 410 being connected to a side of the oil cartridge 100. When the oil pan 100 is mounted in the mounting cavity, the shielding portion 410 abuts against the outer surface of the integrated kitchen body 1000 and covers the oil pan mounting hole. On the one hand, the shielding portion 410 can limit the maximum distance that the oil box 100 can move towards the plugging direction, so as to avoid structural damage caused by severe collision of the first connector 310 and the second connector 320. On the other hand, the shielding part 410 shields the mounting hole of the oil box, prevents dust from entering the mounting cavity, and can also enable the appearance of the integrated kitchen range to be more attractive. The push-pull part 420 is connected to the shielding part 410, and one end of the push-pull part 420, which is away from the shielding part 410, is turned upwards or downwards, and forms a handheld space with the shielding part 410, when the oil box 100 is pulled out, the hand of a user can extend into the handheld space, so that the push-pull part 420 is conveniently gripped, and the oil box 100 is conveniently pulled out.
Referring to fig. 1, the integrated range of the second aspect embodiment includes an integrated range body 1000 and an oil box assembly of the first aspect embodiment. The integrated cooker body 1000 has a mounting cavity and an oil box mounting hole communicated with the mounting cavity, and the support member 200 in the oil box assembly is connected to the oil box mounting hole and extends into the mounting cavity at least partially for supporting the oil box 100. The oil cartridge 100 is drawably disposed within the mounting cavity. Specifically, one of the first connecting piece 310 and the second connecting piece 320 is connected to the oil box 100, and the other is connected to the supporting piece 200, and because the first connecting piece 310 is of an elastic structure, the second connecting piece 320 and the first connecting piece 310 can be mutually abutted tightly under the elastic action of the first connecting piece 310, so that the oil box 100 is locked on the supporting piece 200, thereby improving the firmness of the oil box 100, and preventing the oil box 100 from sliding out during the use process of the integrated kitchen range, so as to avoid oil stain leakage. When the oil box 100 is required to be extracted, only a force facing the extraction direction is required to be applied to the oil box 100, and the oil box is convenient and quick to use.
It should be noted that, because the integrated stove adopts all the technical schemes of the oil box assembly in the above embodiments, the integrated stove has at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes in the above embodiments, and will not be described herein.
The embodiments of the present utility model have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present utility model is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of one of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present utility model.
