As shown in connection with fig. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an air conditioner 1. The air conditioner 1 is provided with a groove 10 on the side surface. The air conditioner 1 includes: a carrier 20 and a drive section 30. The carrier 20 is located within the recess 10 and has an illumination area 201. The driving part 30 is fixedly arranged and connected with the carrier 20, and the driving part 30 is used for driving the carrier 20 to rotate so as to realize the rotation of the illumination area 201, so that the rotated illumination area 201 and the groove 10 are mutually matched to switch between the light of the illumination area 201 shielded by the groove 10 and the light of the illumination area 201 exposed by the groove 10.
In the above embodiment, the groove 10 is formed on the side of the air conditioner 1 to form the lamp box with the light shielding function, the driving part 30 is disposed in the lamp box formed by the groove 10 to drive the illumination area 201 disposed on the carrier 20 to rotate, so that the illumination area 201 is matched with the groove 10 in the rotating process, the state that the light of the illumination area 201 is fully exposed or at least part of the light is shielded by the groove 10 is presented, the illumination angle and the illumination brightness of the illumination of the air conditioner 1 are adjusted, the visual experience of the user is improved, and the illumination effect can meet the requirement of the user on illumination.
Alternatively, as shown in connection with fig. 2, the driving part 30 includes a motor 301. The output end of the motor 301 is connected to the carrier 20 for driving the carrier 20 to rotate. By arranging the motor 301, the automatic driving carrier 20 is realized, and the structure is simple and more intelligent.
Wherein the motor 301 is coaxially connected to the carrier 20, such that the motor 301 drives the carrier 20 to rotate about the axis.
Optionally, the carrier 20 has a receiving space, and is provided with a through hole 202.
Optionally, the motor 301 is disposed inside the accommodating space, the input end of the motor 301 extends out of the through hole 202 to be connected with the air conditioner 1, and the output end of the motor 301 is connected with the carrier 20. The input end of the motor 301 is used for receiving a start or stop signal sent by the air conditioner 1.
Optionally, the motor 301 is disposed inside the recess 10 and outside the accommodating space, and an output end of the motor 301 extends into the through hole 202 to be connected with the carrier 20, and an input end of the motor 301 is connected with the air conditioner 1.
Alternatively, the air conditioner 1 is internally provided with a receiving chamber, the groove 10 is provided with a through hole, and the receiving chamber and the groove 10 are communicated through the through hole. The motor 301 is disposed in the accommodating cavity, and an output end of the motor 301 sequentially extends into the through hole and the through hole 202 and is connected with the carrier 20.
In the above embodiment, the setting position of the motor 301 is not unique, and the position of the motor 301 can be flexibly determined according to the needs of the user. The motor 301 may be disposed inside the recess 10 or may be disposed outside the recess 10. In the case where the motor 301 is disposed inside the recess 10, there are two arrangement modes: one is that the motor 301 is disposed in the accommodating space of the carrier 20; one is that the motor 301 is disposed outside the accommodating space of the carrier 20. Both of these modes can facilitate the disassembly of the motor 301, thereby performing maintenance or cleaning of the motor 301. In the case that the motor 301 is disposed outside the recess 10, the motor 301 is disposed in the accommodating cavity inside the air conditioner 1, so that the motor 301 can be hidden inside the air conditioner 1, and the aesthetic feeling of the appearance of the air conditioner 1 is improved.
Alternatively, the number of motors 301 is two to ensure the stability of the driving section 30 driving the carrier 20.
Optionally, as shown in connection with fig. 4, the driving part 30 further comprises a fixing member 302 and a rotation shaft 303. One end of the fixing member 302 is fixedly connected to the carrier 20. One end of the rotation shaft 303 is connected to the output end of the motor 301, and the other end is clamped to the other end of the fixing member 302. In this way, the motor 301 is connected to the carrier 20 via the rotation shaft 303 and the fixing member 302, so that the connection can be made more stable, thereby improving the effect of driving the carrier 20.
Alternatively, in the case where the number of the motors 301 is two, the number of the fixing members 302 and the rotation shafts 303 is also two, respectively, and are provided corresponding to the motors 301, respectively.
Alternatively, the driving part 30 includes a linear actuator. The linear actuator is arranged in the groove 10, and the driving end of the linear actuator is connected with the carrier 20. The carrier 20 can be rotated about the second direction with the linear actuator moving in the first direction; alternatively, the carrier 20 can be rotated about the first direction in the event that the linear actuator moves in the second direction. By providing the driving part 30 including the linear actuator, the positioning is accurate, which is more advantageous for adjusting and controlling the position of the carrier 20, and at the same time, since the linear actuator has fewer parts to be contacted when moving, the movement noise can be reduced, and the overall efficiency can be improved.
Alternatively, the carrier 20 is prismatic or cylindrical in structure and has a receiving space. More specifically, the carrier 20 has a triangular prism structure, and the illumination area 201 is disposed on one side of the triangular prism.
Alternatively, as shown in connection with fig. 2, the driving part 30 drives the carrier 20 to rotate about the axis of the first direction.
In the above-described embodiment, in the case where the drive 30 drives the carrier 20 to rotate about the axis of the first direction, the angle of the illumination region 201 is adjusted to the second direction.
Alternatively, as shown in connection with fig. 3, the driving part 30 drives the carrier 20 to rotate about the axis of the second direction.
In the above-described embodiment, in the case where the drive 30 drives the carrier 20 to rotate about the axis of the second direction, the angle of the illumination region 201 is adjusted to the first direction.
Illustratively, in the case where the driving section 30 includes the motors 301, and the number of the motors 301 is two, the two motors 301 are provided at both end points in the first direction, respectively. Three edges of the triangular prism are parallel to the first direction. In this way, the triangular prism is driven to rotate about the axis of the first direction by the two motors 301 to adjust the illumination angle of the illumination region 201 to achieve the second direction. For example, with the angle at which the illumination area 201 of the triangular prism is fully exposed as the initial illumination angle, in the case where the motor 301 drives the triangular prism to rotate clockwise by 60 ° about the axis of the first direction, part of the light of the illumination area 201 is shielded by the groove 10, and at this time, the brightness of the light of the illumination area 201 is reduced due to the partial shielding, and the angle between the corresponding surface of the illumination area 201 and the top surface or the bottom surface of the groove 10 is 30 °, so as to achieve adjustment of the angle of the illumination area 201.
Illustratively, in the case where the driving section 30 includes the motors 301, and the number of the motors 301 is two, the two motors 301 are respectively provided at both end points in the second direction. Three edges of the triangular prism are parallel to the second direction. In this way, the triangular prism is driven to rotate about the axis of the second direction by the two motors 301 to adjust the illumination angle of the illumination region 201 to achieve the first direction. For example, with the angle at which the illumination area 201 of the triangular prism is fully exposed as the initial illumination angle, in the case where the motor 301 drives the triangular prism to rotate clockwise by 60 ° about the axis of the second direction, part of the light of the illumination area 201 is shielded by the groove 10, and at this time, the brightness of the light of the illumination area 201 is reduced due to the partial shielding, and the angle between the corresponding surface of the illumination area 201 and the two sides of the groove 10 near the opening of the groove 10 is 30 °, so that the angle of the illumination area 201 is adjusted.
Illustratively, in the case where the driving part 30 includes a linear actuator, if three edges of the triangular prism are parallel to the second direction, the linear actuator is disposed to move in the first direction, so that the illumination region 201 of the triangular prism rotates around the second direction. If three edges of the triangular prism are parallel to the first direction, the linear actuator is disposed to move in the second direction, causing the illumination area 201 of the triangular prism to rotate about the first direction.
In the above embodiment, the driving portion 30 can drive the carrier 20 to rotate around the axis of the first direction or the second direction, so that the driving manner is more flexible and changeable, which is more beneficial to meeting the requirement of the user on illumination.
Optionally, as shown in connection with fig. 4, the illumination area 201 comprises an illumination 2011 and a wire 2012. The illumination unit 2011 emits illumination light. The wire 2012 is connected to the illumination unit 2011, and the illumination unit 2011 is turned on or off by turning on or off the wire 2012.
Optionally, the lighting part 2011 includes LED lamps of a plurality of colors. By individually turning on or combining on the LED lamps of the plurality of colors, it is realized that the illumination part 2011 presents different colors.
Illustratively, the plurality of differently colored LED lamps includes red, green, and blue lamps. The red light, the green light and the blue light can be independently turned on, any two combinations are turned on, or three combinations are turned on. By realizing that the illumination part 2011 presents different colors, colors and atmosphere are added for the illumination space, and the experience of a user is improved.
Alternatively, as shown in connection with fig. 4, in the case where the driving part 30 includes the rotation shaft 303, the wire 2012 is wound around the rotation shaft 303. During the process of driving the carrier 20 by the driving part 30, the wire 2012 is discharged or retracted one turn, so that the wire 2012 is always wound around the rotation shaft 303. In this way, the situation that the excessive wires 2012 are intertwined to cause the wires 2012 to be knotted can be avoided.
Optionally, the air conditioner 1 further includes: an illumination sensor and a controller. The illumination sensor is used to monitor the intensity of illumination in the environment. The signal input end of the controller is electrically connected with the illumination sensor to receive the illumination intensity in the environment monitored by the illumination sensor, and the control output end of the controller is connected with the driving part and is used for controlling the driving part 30 to drive the carrier 20 to rotate according to the illumination intensity in the environment monitored by the illumination sensor.
In the above embodiment, the driving part 30 adjusts the angle of driving the carrier 20 by the illumination intensity in the environment monitored by the illumination sensor, so as to reduce the light intensity of the illumination area 201 in the case of large illumination intensity in the environment, and shield part or all of the light of the illumination area 201 by the groove 10, so as to avoid the direct light to the eyes of the user. The light intensity of the illumination area 201 is supplemented under the condition of smaller illumination intensity in the environment, and part or all of the light of the illumination area 201 is exposed, so that sufficient illumination light is provided for a user, and the illumination effect can meet the requirement of the user on illumination.
Optionally, the controller controlling the driving part 30 to drive the carrier 20 to rotate according to the illumination intensity in the environment monitored by the illumination sensor includes: based on the initial illumination angle of the illumination area 201, which initial illumination angle exposes the entire light of the illumination area 201. In the case that the illumination intensity is greater than the first preset illumination intensity, the controller controls the driving part 30 to drive the carrier 20 to rotate by the first preset angle. In the case that the illumination intensity is less than or equal to the first preset illumination intensity and the illumination intensity is greater than the second preset illumination intensity, the controller controls the driving part 30 to drive the carrier 20 to rotate by the second preset angle. In the case that the illumination intensity is less than or equal to the second preset illumination intensity, the controller controls the driving part 30 to drive the carrier 20 to rotate by a third preset angle.
The first preset angle is larger than the second preset angle, and the second preset angle is larger than the third preset angle.
Alternatively, in the case where the illumination area 201 includes the illumination portion 2011 and the wire 2012, a signal output terminal of the controller is connected to the wire 2012, and the on or off of the wire 2012 is controlled by the controller to realize the on or off of the illumination portion 2011.
Alternatively, based on the initial illumination angle of the illumination area 201, in a case where the controller controls the driving part 30 to drive the carrier 20 to rotate by an angle greater than or equal to 60 °, the controller controls the wire 2012 to be turned off to achieve the turning off of the illumination part 2011. Thus, energy saving and consumption reduction can be realized.
Optionally, the air conditioner 1 further includes a cover. The cover is used to open or close the recess 10.
Alternatively, the lighting function of the air conditioner 1 is achieved by opening or closing the cover. For example, when the illumination unit 2011 of the air conditioner 1 is turned on, the cover is opened to realize the illumination function of the air conditioner 1. When the illumination portion 2011 of the air conditioner 1 is turned off, the cover is closed to improve the aesthetic sense of the appearance of the air conditioner 1.
Alternatively, the state of the air conditioner 1 is indicated by opening or closing of the cover. For example, in the case where the air conditioner 1 is in the closed state, the cover is closed to indicate the closed state of the air conditioner 1. In the case where the air conditioner 1 is in the on state, the cover is opened to indicate the on state of the air conditioner 1. Through the cover body state, a user intuitively knows the state of the air conditioner 1.
