In the water inlet and outlet device provided in this embodiment, the housing 16 of the water inlet and outlet adjusting assembly 1 is in a cuboid-like structure, and the upper part is a plane, and both sides and the lower part are arranged in a curved surface shape.
It should be noted that, the housing 16 of the water inlet and outlet adjusting assembly 1 may have various forms, including cuboid, cube, ellipsoid, etc., and in this embodiment, the housing 16 of the water inlet and outlet adjusting assembly 1 is designed into a cuboid-like form, so that the water inlet and outlet adjusting assembly can be held by an operator, and the two sides and the lower part are curved surfaces, so that the anti-slip performance of the water inlet and outlet adjusting assembly 1 can be increased, and the holding comfort level is increased.
In the water inlet and outlet device provided in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, a joint is provided at a joint of the water inlet and outlet adjusting assembly 1 and the cleaning pipeline 4, the joint has a connecting piece 17, an internal thread is provided in the connecting piece 17, and the connecting piece 17 is connected with the cleaning pipeline 4 through threads.
It should be noted that, the joint of the water inlet and outlet adjusting assembly 1 and the cleaning pipeline 4 may be connected by a connecting piece 17, or may be directly connected or other detachable connection modes.

In the electronic soft cystoscope system provided in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the images of the skin, urethra and bladder interior are transmitted to the television and computer screen by using the lens body 5 and signal connection lines to detect gynecological and urinary system diseases, the size of the lens body 5 is generally 3.1 mm to 5 mm, and a high-definition image is formed through the bladder inner wall. The image may show internal bladder abnormalities such as a tumor, polyp, dropped implant, etc. Meanwhile, a fourth channel is provided on the operation handle 6, and can be used as an instrument channel or a suction channel, and a doctor can use tools such as an electric cutter, scissors and the like to perform operations such as excision and the like on abnormal tissues inside the patient through the fourth channel.
The scope 5 includes a hose through which a physician can inject water or saline to keep the inside of the tube moist and a miniature camera. This helps to improve clarity and to make the appearance easier to identify, in this embodiment a brine bottle 9 is provided on the inlet conduit 2 of the inlet conduit for storage of the flushing liquid.
The drainage pipeline 3 is also a hose and is connected to the top cover of the negative pressure bottle 7, the negative pressure bottle 7 is also provided with a negative pressure connecting pipe 8, and the negative pressure connecting pipe 8 can be connected to a hospital negative pressure pipeline or other negative pressure equipment.
When a doctor needs to inject liquid, the inflow control switch 14 on the inflow control assembly 1 is pressed down, and physiological saline or/and water flows into the inflow pipe 2 of the inflow pipe from the saline bottle 9 and then sequentially passes through the second channel 12, the first through hole 1412, the first liquid channel 1411, the first channel 11 and the cleaning pipe 4 to enter the bladder. When a doctor needs to discharge liquid, the water inlet regulating switch 14 is loosened, the water outlet regulating switch 15 is pressed, under the action of negative pressure, the liquid sequentially passes through the first channel 11, the second liquid channel 1511, the second through hole 1512 and the third channel 13 through the cleaning pipeline 4 after entering the endoscope body 5 from the bladder, and then enters the negative pressure bottle 7 from the drainage pipeline 3 to be collected, and more information can be provided for the doctor by collecting and observing the liquid in the bladder so as to help the doctor to make accurate diagnosis.

Claims (10)

1. A water inlet and outlet device, comprising:
the electronic soft cystoscope comprises a water inlet and outlet adjusting component (1), wherein a first channel (11) is formed at one end of the water inlet and outlet adjusting component (1), and the first channel (11) is used for being connected with a cleaning pipeline (4) of the electronic soft cystoscope;
a second channel (12) located at the upper part of the first channel (11) and not intersecting with the first channel (11), the second channel (12) being used for communicating with a water inlet pipeline (2);
a third channel (13) located at the upper part of the first channel (11) and not intersecting with the first channel (11) and the second channel (12), wherein the third channel (13) is used for communicating with a drainage pipeline (3);
a water inlet regulating switch (14) which is arranged on the water inlet and outlet regulating assembly (1), wherein the water inlet regulating switch (14) is used for controlling the cutting-off or opening of the second channel (12) and the first channel (11) by pressing;
the water outlet regulating switch (15) is arranged on the water inlet and outlet regulating assembly (1), and the water outlet regulating switch (15) is used for controlling the cutting-off or opening of the third channel (13) and the first channel (11) by pressing.

The water inlet and outlet device according to claim 1, characterized in that the water inlet regulating switch (14) comprises a first valve body (141), the first valve body (141) being reciprocally slidable within the water inlet and outlet regulating assembly (1), the sliding track of which comprises a first start end and a first end;
a first liquid channel (1411) is formed in the first valve body (141), the first liquid channel (1411) is communicated with the first channel (11), a first through hole (1412) is formed in the first valve body (141), and the first through hole (1412) is vertically communicated with the first liquid channel (1411);
when the first valve body (141) is at the first starting end, the first through hole (1412) is not communicated with the second channel (12), the water inlet regulating switch (14) is in a closed state, when the first valve body (141) is at the first ending end, the first through hole (1412) is communicated with the second channel (12), and the water inlet regulating switch (14) is in an open state.
3. The water inlet and outlet device according to claim 2, wherein a first elastic device (142) is connected to the first valve body (141), and the first elastic device (142) has an elastic force for driving the first valve body (141) to slide toward the first starting end.
4. The water inlet and outlet device according to claim 2, characterized in that the first valve body (141) is provided with a plurality of sealing rings (143).

The water inlet and outlet device according to claim 1, characterized in that the water outlet regulating switch (15) comprises a second valve body (151), the second valve body (151) can slide reciprocally in the water inlet and outlet regulating assembly (1), the sliding track of which comprises a second starting end and a second ending end;
a second liquid channel (1511) is arranged in the second valve body (151), the second liquid channel (1511) is communicated with the first channel (11), a second through hole (1512) is formed in the second valve body (151), and the second through hole (1512) is vertically communicated with the second liquid channel (1511);
when the second valve body (151) is at the second starting end, the second through hole (1512) is not communicated with the third channel (13), the water outlet regulating switch (15) is in a closed state, when the second valve body (151) is at the second ending end, the second through hole (1512) is communicated with the third channel (13), and the water outlet regulating switch (15) is in an open state.
6. The water inlet and outlet device according to claim 5, wherein a second elastic device (152) is connected to the second valve body (151), and the second elastic device (152) has an elastic force for driving the second valve body (151) to slide toward the second starting end.

The water inlet and outlet device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the water inlet and outlet adjusting assembly (1) comprises a housing (16), the housing (16) has at least one plane thereon, and the water inlet adjusting switch (14) and the water outlet adjusting switch (15) are arranged in parallel on the same plane of the housing (16).
8. The water inlet and outlet device according to claim 7, wherein the housing (16) of the water inlet and outlet adjusting assembly (1) is in a cuboid-like structure, the upper part is planar, and both sides and the lower part are arranged in a curved shape.

The water inlet and outlet device according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that a joint is arranged at the joint of the water inlet and outlet adjusting assembly (1) and the cleaning pipeline (4), the joint is provided with a connecting piece (17), an internal thread is arranged in the connecting piece (17), and the connecting piece (17) is connected with the cleaning pipeline (4) through threads.
