a valve frame is arranged in an air inlet of the shell (1), holes are formed in the valve frame at intervals for the rotating shafts (21) to pass through, and one rotating shaft (21) is slightly longer than the other rotating shafts (21) and is connected with a valve control device.

a group of upright posts are respectively arranged on the other two frames of the fixed frame (3), a rib plate is arranged between the two opposite edges of the fixed frame and corresponds to the upright posts to form a shifter (31), when the valve (2) is opened, the valve (2) drives the valve linkage mechanism (23) and the pushing plate (22) connected with the valve linkage mechanism (23) to squeeze towards the shifter (31), and the shifter (31) further squeezes the fixed frame (3) to enable the fixed frame (3) to move towards the filter screen fastening device (32), so that the filter screen is clamped;
the filter screen fastening device (32) is of a screen frame structure with the same size as the fixing frame (3);
the filter screen fastening device (32) is in structural linkage with the fixing frame (3) through a sleeve (321) provided with a spring, and an elastic accommodating space is formed between the filter screen fastening device and the sleeve for installation and storage of the filter screen.
