The positive electrode conductive contact 121, the negative electrode conductive contact 122 and the probe needle contact 123 are arranged in a straight shape in the width direction of the cartridge 10, so that the space in the width direction of the cartridge 10 can be effectively utilized; the positive electrode conductive needle 24, the negative electrode conductive needle 25 and the detection needle 26 are arranged in a straight shape in the width direction of the host 20, so that the space in the width direction of the host 20 can be effectively utilized.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the cartridge 10 and the host 20 may each be of cylindrical configuration, oval configuration, polygonal configuration, etc.
As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, in some embodiments, the main housing 21 includes an outer housing 211 and an inner housing 212, the battery, the main circuit board 22, the positive electrode conductive pins 24, the negative electrode conductive pins 25 and the probe pins 26 are all mounted on the inner housing 212, and the display screen 23 is mounted on the main circuit board 22; the inner case 212 has an inner case observation hole 2121 corresponding to the display screen 23 to observe the display screen 23, the outer case 211 has an outer case observation hole 2111 corresponding to the inner case observation hole 2121, and the outer case 211 has a lens 27 to cover the outer case observation hole 2111.
The outer case 211 is a cylindrical case, and the inner case 212 is a mounting base for the battery, the main circuit board 22, the positive electrode conductive pins 24, the negative electrode conductive pins 25, and the probe pins 26. After the battery, the main circuit board 22, the positive electrode conductive pins 24, the negative electrode conductive pins 25, and the probe pins 26 are mounted on the inner case 212, all the components are mounted as a unit inside the outer case 211.
The display screen 23 has a rectangular parallelepiped structure, and the inner casing observation hole 2121 and the outer casing observation hole 2111 are rectangular holes.
The housing 211 is provided with a lens mounting groove 2115 for fitting the lens 27, and the housing observation hole 2111 is provided on the groove bottom wall of the lens mounting groove 2115, and the lens 27 is mounted in the lens mounting groove 2115 so as to cover the housing observation hole 2111.
It is to be appreciated that the lens 27 can be adhesively secured within the lens mounting groove 2115 and the lens 27 can be interference secured within the lens mounting groove 2115.
Optionally, both the lens 27 and the lens mounting groove 2115 are kidney-shaped. In other embodiments, both the lens 27 and the lens mounting groove 2115 can be rectangular.
The lens 27 is made of a translucent or transparent material, such as glass or plastic.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the battery, the host circuit board 22, the positive electrode conductive needle 24, the negative electrode conductive needle 25 and the detection needle 26 can be installed in the housing 211 as a component, so that the assembly is more convenient.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, some of the battery, the host circuit board 22, the positive conductive pin 24, the negative conductive pin 25, and the probe pin 26 may be mounted to the inner housing 212 and some to the outer housing 211.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the main housing 21 is a single housing and is a split structure to facilitate the installation of the battery, the main circuit board 22, the positive conductive pins 24, the negative conductive pins 25, the probe pins 26, and the like.
In some embodiments, the inner housing 212 is snap-fit within the outer housing 211.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 6, two sides of the inner wall of the outer shell 211 are provided with clamping grooves 2112, and two sides of the outer wall of the inner shell 212 are provided with second clamping parts 2122; when the inner housing 212 is mounted into the outer housing 211, the second clamping portion 2122 is clamped in the clamping groove 2112 to fix the inner housing 212 in the outer housing 211.
Wherein the inner housing 212 is mounted in the outer housing 211 and then sunk into the outer housing 211 so that the outer housing 211 and the inner housing 212 enclose the slots 2113.
By adopting the technical scheme, the inner shell 212 is convenient to disassemble and assemble in the outer shell 211, so that the components on the inner shell 212 are convenient to overhaul and replace.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the inner shell 212 may be secured within the outer shell 211 by screws, and the inner shell 212 may also be secured within the outer shell 211 by interference.
In some embodiments, a charging socket 29 is further provided on the main housing 21, and the charging socket 29 is electrically connected to the main circuit board 22 to charge the battery through the charging socket 29.
The main housing 21 includes an outer housing 211 and an inner housing 212, and the charging jack 29 is fixed to the inner housing 212.
The position of the charging socket 29 is not limited, and the charging socket 29 may be located at the bottom of the inner case 212, or the charging socket 29 may be located at the side of the inner case 212.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when battery electric quantity is lower, can charge through charging socket 29 to the battery in the mainframe housing 21, need not to dismantle and change the battery repeatedly, not only can reduce cost, avoid the dismouting repeatedly and damage other parts of mainframe 20 moreover.
As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, in some embodiments, the cartridge 10 further includes a magnetic member at the insertion end of the cartridge case 11, the main case 21 has a slot 2113 into which the cartridge 10 is inserted, and a magnet 28 for magnetically fixing the cartridge 10 in the main case 21 is mounted at the bottom of the slot 2113.
The magnetic member is a member that can be attracted by a magnet, such as an iron sheet, a magnet, or the like.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, after cartridge 10 cartridge is inserted in slot 2113 of host computer 20, hold the magnetic part through magnet 28 to with cartridge 10 magnetism fixed in slot 2113 of host computer 20, only need overcome magnet 28 magnetic force when changing cartridge 10 with cartridge 10 follow in slot 2113 of host computer 20 pull out can, design like this, make cartridge 10 change comparatively convenient.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the cartridge 10 is snap-fitted into the slot 2113 of the host 20 when the cartridge 10 is mounted to the host 20.
In some embodiments, the slot 2113 is a bar slot, and the slots 2113 are respectively provided with magnets 28 at bottoms of both ends in a length direction thereof, and the positive electrode conductive needle 24, the negative electrode conductive needle 25 and the probe needle 26 are all positioned between the magnets 28 at both ends of the slot 2113.
The cartridge 10 is of a flat configuration, and the length of the slot 2113 is the same as the length of the cartridge circuit board 12.
Alternatively, the slots 2113 are each provided with a magnet 28 at both ends in the longitudinal direction thereof. In other embodiments, the slot 2113 is provided with two or more magnets 28 at each end in the longitudinal direction thereof.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the magnets 28 at the two ends of the slot 2113 not only can ensure the uniformity of the magnetic attraction force applied to the cartridge 10, but also can increase the magnetic attraction force to improve the stability of the cartridge 10 in the slot 2113 of the host 20.
In some embodiments, the magnetic element is an iron sheet 14, the iron sheet 14 comprises a flat plate section 141 and an annular plate section 142 connected to the peripheral side of the flat plate section 141, and the flat plate section 141 is provided with avoiding holes 1411 for avoiding the positive electrode conductive needle 24, the negative electrode conductive needle 25 and the detection needle 26; the iron sheet 14 is fastened and fixed to the cartridge case 11 through the annular plate segment 142.
Specifically, the first clamping portions 111 are disposed on two sides of the cartridge case 11, the clamping holes 1421 are disposed on two sides of the annular plate section 142, and when the iron sheet 14 is covered on the plug end of the cartridge case 11, the first clamping portions 111 enter the clamping holes 1421, so as to fix the iron sheet 14 on the cartridge case 11.
The cartridge circuit board 12 is disposed at the plugging end of the cartridge case 11, and the cartridge circuit board 12 is disposed at a side of the flat plate section 141 facing away from the host 20.
Optionally, the relief hole 1411 is provided with one and in-line hole. In other embodiments, the relief holes 1411 are provided with three and all circular holes.
By adopting the technical scheme, the installation of the magnetic piece on the cartridge case 11 is facilitated.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the iron sheet 14 includes only a flat plate segment 141, the iron sheet 14 may be embedded or fixed at the insertion end of the cartridge case 11 by a screw, the flat plate segment 141 may be one and provided with the avoiding hole 1411, or the flat plate segment 141 may be two and respectively arranged corresponding to the magnet 28.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the magnetic member may be a magnet.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, in some embodiments, a slot bottom of the slot 2113 has a magnet mounting slot 2123, and the magnet 28 is mounted within the magnet mounting slot 2123.
Alternatively, the magnet 28 is a cylindrical magnet and correspondingly, the magnet mounting groove 2123 is a cylindrical groove. In other embodiments, the magnets 28 may be annular magnets and the magnet mounting slots 2123 are annular slots, respectively.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the stability of the magnet 28 is ensured after the magnet 28 is mounted in the magnet mounting groove 2123.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the magnet 28 is a ring magnet, and the slot bottom of the slot 2113 is provided with a fixing post for the magnet 28 to fit around.
As shown in fig. 7, in some embodiments, the inner housing 212 is provided with a key 2124, and correspondingly, the host circuit board 22 is provided with a micro switch 221. After the cartridge 10 is mounted on the host 20, the micro switch 221 is pressed by the key 2124 to realize circuit conduction.
Wherein, the housing 211 is provided with a first perforation 2114 through which the key 2124 passes, the lens 27 is provided with a second perforation 271 through which the key 2124 passes, and the first perforation 2114 and the second perforation 271 are matched with the key 2124 and are coaxially arranged.
