Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, an embodiment of the present utility model provides a vehicle-mounted bracket, which includes a bracket seat 1, wherein one end of the bracket seat 1 is provided with a connecting portion 13, and the other end of the bracket seat 1 is provided with a first accommodating groove 11 and a second accommodating groove 12; the first magnetic piece 2 is movably arranged in the first accommodating groove 11, and the first magnetic piece 2 can move in the depth direction in the first accommodating groove 11; the second magnetic piece 3, the second magnetic piece 3 is fixedly arranged in the second accommodating groove 12; the resetting mechanism is arranged in the first accommodating groove 11 and is used for resetting the first magnetic piece 2; the cover plate 6 is covered on the first accommodating groove 11 and the second accommodating groove 12.
In this embodiment, the vehicle-mounted bracket at least includes a connecting portion 13, a first magnetic member 2, a second magnetic member 3, a first accommodating groove 11 and a second accommodating groove 12 for accommodating the first magnetic member 2 and the second magnetic member 3, a reset mechanism for resetting the first magnetic member 2, and a cover plate 6 covering the first accommodating groove 11 and the second accommodating groove 12, wherein one end of the connecting portion 13 away from the first accommodating groove 11 is used for being fixed on a vehicle or a corresponding accessory, when a user needs to use the electronic device, the bracket seat 1 can be fixed at a fixable position through the connecting portion 13, so as to facilitate the operation of the electronic device, the electronic device can be placed on the cover plate 6, the first accommodating groove 11 and the second accommodating groove 12 under the cover plate 6 can accommodate the first magnetic member 2 and the second magnetic member 3, the first magnetic member 2 has a movable space in the first accommodating groove 11 along the depth direction, the second magnetic member 3 has no movable space in the second accommodating groove 12, and the second accommodating groove 12 is close to the edge of the bracket seat 1. The movable space can ensure that the first magnetic part 2 moves to the side close to the electronic equipment when receiving the magnetic attraction force of the electronic equipment, thereby enhancing the attraction force. Through the strong magnetic attraction formed by the first magnetic part 2 and the second magnetic part 3, the electronic equipment on the cover plate 6 can be attracted stably, so that the electronic equipment does not fall off. In this embodiment, the support seat 1 can be placed vertically, and the first accommodating groove 11 is arranged upwards, so that the movable space is vertical or has a certain inclination angle relative to the vertical, and the first magnetic part 2 can reset to one side, far away from the electronic equipment, of the movable space by utilizing self gravity when the magnetic attraction acting force is smaller, so that the magnetic attraction acting force is weakened rapidly. In order to place the support seat 1 at more angles and ensure that the first magnetic part 2 can be reset, a reset mechanism is additionally arranged, when the electronic equipment is separated, the electronic equipment is firstly separated from the second magnetic part 3, the first magnetic part 2 is affected by the acting force of the reset mechanism to gradually move to one side far away from the electronic equipment in an active space, and when the first magnetic part 2 cannot continuously move, the electronic equipment is separated from the first magnetic part 2, and at the moment, the first magnetic part 2 is reset. In the whole separation process, the electronic equipment and the vehicle-mounted support can be separated only by ensuring that the separation acting force is larger than the magnetic attraction acting force of the electronic equipment and the second magnetic piece 3, so that the electronic equipment is adsorbed by the large magnetic force, and the labor-saving effect is ensured when the electronic equipment is separated.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the reset mechanism is an elastic member 4, one end of the elastic member 4 is connected to the bottom of the first accommodating groove 11, the other end of the elastic member is connected to the first magnetic member 2, and when the first magnetic member 2 moves away from the bottom of the first accommodating groove 11 under the action of an external force, the elastic member 4 is in a stretched state.
In the present embodiment, when the first magnetic member 2 is not magnetically attracted to the electronic device, the elastic member 4 is in an initial state, and no force is applied to the first magnetic member 2 and is balanced with the first magnetic member 2. In the initial state, a certain distance is reserved between the first magnetic piece 2 connected with the other end of the elastic piece 4 and the cover plate 6; when the first magnetic element 2 magnetically attracts the electronic device, the first magnetic element 2 moves in a direction close to the cover plate 6 under the influence of the magnetic attraction force of the electronic device, so as to attract the electronic device, and since one end of the elastic element 4 is connected to the bottom of the first accommodating groove 11, the elastic element 4 is stretched, and at this time, the elastic element 4 is in a stretched state, and a larger elastic restoring force is accumulated. When the user takes off the electronic equipment, the magnetic attraction force of the first magnetic part 2 and the electronic equipment becomes weak, and at the moment, the elastic restoring force of the elastic part 4 is larger than the magnetic attraction force, so that the other end of the elastic part 4 can pull back the first magnetic part 2, thereby resetting the first magnetic part 2, and in the resetting process, the magnetic attraction force of the first magnetic part 2 and the electronic equipment becomes further weak due to the fact that the first magnetic part 2 moves in the direction away from the electronic equipment, so that the user can conveniently take the mobile phone without spending larger force.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the reset mechanism is a third magnetic member 5, the third magnetic member 5 is disposed at the bottom of the first accommodating groove 11, and the third magnetic member 5 magnetically attracts the first magnetic member 2.
In this embodiment, the elastic member 4 may be replaced by a non-elastic member, such as the third magnetic member 5, where the third magnetic member 5 is mainly used to attract the first magnetic member 2. When the first magnetic part 2 attracts the electronic equipment magnetically, the attraction force between the first magnetic part 2 and the electronic equipment is larger than the attraction force between the first magnetic part 2 and the third magnetic part 5, so that the first magnetic part 2 is attracted to one side close to the electronic equipment, when the electronic equipment is taken away, the attraction force between the electronic equipment and the first magnetic part 2 is weakened, when the attraction force between the first magnetic part 2 and the third magnetic part 5 is larger than the attraction force between the electronic equipment and the first magnetic part 2, the first magnetic part 2 moves to one side far away from the electronic equipment under the action of the third magnetic part 5, and the attraction force between the first magnetic part 2 and the electronic equipment is further weakened, so that a user can take a mobile phone conveniently without spending large force.
Further, one end of the first magnetic member 2 magnetically attracts the magnet of the electronic device, and the other end magnetically attracts the third magnetic member 5. Assuming that the magnetic pole of the magnet of the electronic device is N, the magnetic pole face of the first magnetic element 2 close to the electronic device is S, the magnetic pole face of the first magnetic element 2 close to the third magnetic element 5 is N, and the magnetic pole of the third magnetic element 5 is S.
In an embodiment, the magnetic attraction force between the third magnetic member 5 and the first magnetic member 2 is smaller than the magnetic attraction force between the first magnetic member 2 and the object magnetically attracted on the bracket base 1.
In this embodiment, when the first magnetic element 2 does not generate the magnetic attraction electronic device, the first magnetic element 2 is at the initial position and has a certain distance from the cover plate 6; when the first magnetic member 2 magnetically attracts the object (i.e., the electronic device) on the stand 1, if the magnetic attraction force between the third magnetic member 5 and the first magnetic member 2 is greater than the magnetic attraction force between the first magnetic member 2 and the object magnetically attracted on the stand 1, the first magnetic member 2 may not move in the direction of the cover plate 6 or the moving distance may be insufficient due to the small force of moving toward the cover plate 6. Therefore, the magnetic attraction force between the third magnetic piece 5 and the first magnetic piece 2 is smaller than the magnetic attraction force between the first magnetic piece 2 and the object attracted on the bracket seat 1.
In an embodiment, a buffer pad is provided between the first magnetic member 2 and the cover plate 6, and/or a buffer pad is provided between the first magnetic member 2 and the bottom of the first accommodating groove 11.
In this embodiment, when the electronic device is placed on the stand 1, the first magnetic member 2 is moved in the movable space toward the side close to the electronic device by the magnetic attraction force of the electronic device until the cover plate 6 is abutted, if the magnetic attraction force is large, the first magnetic member 2 will impact the cover plate 6, and the service life of the two will be affected for a long time, so that the buffer pad is added between the two to buffer the impact force, thereby playing a role of protection. Similarly, when the electronic device is separated, the first magnetic part 2 moves towards the bottom of the first accommodating groove 11, and if the speed is high, the first magnetic part also impacts the bottom of the first accommodating groove 11, and the service lives of the first magnetic part and the second magnetic part are also affected for a long time, so that a buffer pad can be added between the first magnetic part and the second magnetic part to buffer impact force, and the protection effect is achieved. The material of the buffer pad is preferably a material that does not affect the magnetic attraction force between the first magnetic member 2 and the electronic device.
In addition, when the elastic member 4 is disposed between the first magnetic member 2 and the bottom of the first accommodating groove 11, the elastic member 4 itself has a buffering function, so that no buffer pad may be disposed therebetween. When the third magnetic element 5 is disposed between the first magnetic element 2 and the bottom of the first accommodating groove 11, a buffer pad may be disposed between the first magnetic element 2 and the third magnetic element 5 to protect the two.
The cushion pad can be arranged on one of the two parts needing to be buffered, and the cushion pad can be arranged on the contact surfaces of the two parts at the same time.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the first magnetic member 2 is an annular magnetic member, and the first accommodating groove 11 is an annular accommodating groove; or,
the first magnetic parts 2 are arranged in a plurality, and the first accommodating grooves 11 are correspondingly arranged in a plurality and are annularly distributed on the bracket seat 1 at intervals.
In this embodiment, the first magnetic member 2 is provided with an annular magnetic member, so that the electronic devices placed in the annular range can be magnetically attracted, the first magnetic member 2 can be utilized to a greater extent, and the corresponding first accommodating groove 11 also needs to be provided with an annular shape for accommodating the first magnetic member 2; alternatively, in order to save the first magnetic members 2, a plurality of small first magnetic members 2 may be provided, and a plurality of corresponding first accommodating grooves 11 are also required to be provided for accommodating the first magnetic members 2, and are distributed on the bracket base 1 at annular intervals, for example, uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction of the bracket base 1.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the second magnetic member 3 is an annular magnetic member, and the second accommodating groove 12 is an annular accommodating groove; or,
the second magnetic parts 3 are provided in plurality, and the second accommodating grooves 12 are correspondingly provided in plurality and are annularly distributed on the bracket seat 1 at intervals.
In this embodiment, the second magnetic member 3 is provided with an annular magnetic member, so that the electronic devices placed in the annular range can be magnetically attracted, the second magnetic member 3 can be utilized to a greater extent, and the second accommodating groove 12 is also required to be provided with an annular shape for accommodating the second magnetic member 3 correspondingly; alternatively, in order to save the second magnetic members 3, a plurality of small second magnetic members 3 may be provided, and a plurality of corresponding second accommodating grooves 12 are also required to be provided for accommodating the second magnetic members 3, and are distributed on the bracket base 1 at annular intervals, for example, uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction of the bracket base 1. Therefore, the double-ring magnetic attraction structure is formed on the support seat 1, the outer ring is the second magnetic part 3 which is not movable, the inner ring is the first magnetic part 2 which is movable, and the effects of stably adsorbing the electronic equipment and conveniently taking the electronic equipment by a user are achieved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the second accommodating groove 12 is close to the edge of the bracket seat 1 relative to the first accommodating groove 11.
In this embodiment, when the user picks up the object placed on the stand 1, the user mostly pulls out the object from the outside, that is, breaks the edge of the object with one side by using a finger, so a magnetic member (that is, the second magnetic member 3) with small magnetic force and still capable of adsorbing the object needs to be disposed in the groove near the edge, so that the user can separate the object from the outside without consuming a large force.
In an embodiment, the magnetic force of the second magnetic member 3 is smaller than the magnetic force of the first magnetic member 2.
In this embodiment, the magnetic force of the second magnetic member 3 is smaller than that of the first magnetic member 2, so as to facilitate the user to separate the electronic device with smaller separation force.
In addition, in combination with the fact that the second accommodating groove 12 is close to the edge of the bracket seat 1 relative to the first accommodating groove 11, an additional benefit that the magnetic force of the second magnetic part 3 is smaller than that of the first magnetic part 2 is that when a user takes the electronic equipment, the electronic equipment can be taken by a slightly tilted gesture, at the moment, the magnetic force of the second magnetic part 3 is weaker, the user firstly separates the second magnetic part 3 when taking the electronic equipment, the electronic equipment and the cover plate 6 form an included angle, the magnetic force of the first magnetic part 2 is stronger, and the elastic part 4 or the third magnetic part 5 is arranged at the bottom of the first magnetic part 2 to pull the first magnetic part 2 in the opposite direction, so that the electronic equipment can be attracted strongly by the arrangement, but the electronic equipment is easy to take. The way to realize that the magnetic force of the second magnetic member 3 is smaller than the magnetic force of the first magnetic member 2 may be: the second magnetic element 3 is designed smaller or fewer in number than the first magnetic element 2.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the magnetic pole of the first magnetic member 2 facing the cover plate 6 is opposite to the magnetic pole of the second magnetic member 3 facing the cover plate 6, and the magnetic pole of the first magnetic member 2 facing away from the cover plate 6 is opposite to the magnetic pole of the second magnetic member 3 facing away from the cover plate 6.
In this embodiment, the first magnetic member 2 and the second magnetic member 3 are opposite to the magnetic poles facing the cover plate 6, and the first magnetic member 2 and the second magnetic member 3 are opposite to the magnetic poles facing away from the cover plate 6. Specifically, assuming that the magnetic pole surface of the first magnetic element 2 facing the cover plate 6 is N, the magnetic pole surface of the second magnetic element 3 facing the cover plate 6 is S, the magnetic pole surface of the first magnetic element 2 facing away from the cover plate 6 is S, and the magnetic pole surface of the second magnetic element 3 facing away from the cover plate 6 is N; alternatively, assuming that the magnetic pole face of the first magnetic element 2 facing the cover plate 6 is S, the magnetic pole face of the second magnetic element 3 facing the cover plate 6 is N, and the magnetic pole face of the first magnetic element 2 facing away from the cover plate 6 is N, the magnetic pole face of the second magnetic element 3 facing away from the cover plate 6 is S. The advantage of this is that when the first magnetic part 2 is attracted to the side close to the electronic device, a strong magnetic attraction can be formed with the second magnetic part 3, so that a more stable attraction effect is achieved.
While the utility model has been described with reference to certain preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and substitutions of equivalents may be made and equivalents will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the utility model.
