1. because the gas oven is provided with the tobacco pill box for placing the tobacco pill at the position close to the combustion tube, the tobacco pill box is provided with the cigarette igniting hole which enables flame sprayed out of the combustion tube to enter the tobacco pill box so as to ignite the tobacco pill. Thus, upon ignition of the pellets, insufficient combustion occurs within the pellet box to form a substantial amount of smoke, i.e., smoke that when combusted from conventional fuel imparts a smoky flavor to the food. These fumes spread within the oven cavity, eventually filling the entire oven cavity, and subjecting the food to fumigation.
Therefore, the food can be smoked while being baked, and the user experience is greatly improved.
2. The distance L between the side wall of the cigarette lighting hole of the cigarette box and the nozzle of the combustion tube for spraying flame to the cigarette lighting hole is 30mm-60mm, so that the flame sprayed by the combustion tube can enter the cigarette box through the cigarette lighting hole and ignite the cigarette.
3. The ignition hole has an air inlet function when flame is introduced. Meanwhile, the tobacco pill box can also introduce air through additionally arranging an air inlet hole so as to meet the air inflow required by the combustion of the tobacco pills.
Wherein the total air inlet area S1 of the smoke ignition holes is more than or equal to 77mm 2 To ensure that the flame can enter the capsule and quickly ignite the pellets.
The total air inlet area of the tobacco pill box is not too large, otherwise, the tobacco pill burns too fast, resulting in the reduction of the efficiency of producing the tobacco, so that the total air inlet area of the tobacco pill box is S2 less than or equal to 192.5mm in order to lead the tobacco pill to be insufficiently burnt to form a large amount of smoke 2
4. The cigarette pill box is arranged in the smoking chamber, the side wall of the smoking chamber close to the combustion tube is provided with a through hole corresponding to the cigarette igniting hole, and the cigarette igniting hole and the through hole are at least partially overlapped when producing cigarettes, so that flame sprayed out of the combustion tube can sequentially pass through the through hole and the cigarette igniting hole to contact with the cigarette pill and ignite the cigarette pill.
Smoke formed by insufficient combustion in the pellet box is discharged into the inner cavity of the oven through a smoke outlet arranged in the smoke chamber and is diffused in the inner cavity of the oven.
5. The relative adjusting structure for adjusting the overlapping area of the spot smoke holes and the through holes is arranged between the smoke pill box and the base, so that the overlapping area of the spot smoke holes and the through holes can be adjusted as required, and the smoke yield of the smoke pill box is further controlled, so that the food smoking degree is controlled, and when smoking meets the requirements, the spot smoke holes can be completely closed, namely, the overlapping area of the spot smoke holes and the through holes is 0, and smoking is stopped.
6. The overlapping area of the smoke holes and the through holes can be adjusted by adopting a drawing structure, and the overlapping area of the smoke holes and the through holes can also be adjusted by adopting a rotating structure so as to meet the use requirements of different clients.

8. The cigarette pill box is placed the cigarette pill position, and the chamber upside is placed to the cigarette pill is open structure promptly, and the roof that corresponds extends and forms the smog export with between the opposite side lateral wall of opposite side from one of them side above open structure, and this smog export's design is favorable to forming and presses down oxygen structure, guarantees that the cigarette pill is insufficiently burnt and forms smog.
9. The flame generated by the combustion of the combustion tube heats the food on the baking oven, and the heat rises, the combustion tube is communicated with the inner cavity of the baking oven, so that a part of heat generated by the combustion of the combustion tube conveys hot air upwards through thermal convection, namely the upper part of the inner cavity of the baking oven, the temperature of the central area of the upper part of the inner cavity of the baking oven is highest, the air inlet of the fan is opposite to the central area of the upper part of the baking oven, the hot air in the central area of the upper part of the baking oven is sucked into the thermal circulation air channel through the circulating fan, and the hot air flows along the thermal circulation air channel and finally blows back to the side area of the inner cavity of the baking oven.
Because the inner air outlet faces to the upper part of the baking railing and is close to the baking railing area, hot air blown out from the inner air outlet can blow to the upper part of the baking railing so as to heat food on the baking railing.
And because the hot air blown out from the inner air outlet and the hot air in the central area above the baking railing form convection, the temperature distribution in the inner cavity of the baking oven is more uniform, thereby improving the effect of baking food.
Because the tobacco pill box is correspondingly arranged below the inner air outlet, the smoke generated by blowing the tobacco pill box by hot air blown out of the inner air outlet flows in the inner cavity of the oven, and thus, the smoke can quickly fill the inner cavity of the oven, and foods are fully smoked.
These features and advantages of the present utility model will be disclosed in detail in the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present embodiment provides a gas oven, which includes a base 2, an upper cover 1, and an oven cavity provided between the base 2 and the upper cover 1. The base 2 is provided with a combustion tube 22, and the bottom of the inner cavity of the oven is provided with a baking rack 24 above the combustion tube 22. A hinge is usually provided between the upper cover 1 and the base 2, and the oven cavity is closed or opened by the upper cover 1 to put in or take out the food to be roasted. The front side of the top of the base is provided with a control panel 26 and is provided with control components such as a valve for controlling the combustion tube.
In order to make the gas oven have the smoking function, the base 2 is provided with a smoking component 3 near the combustion tube 22, the smoking component 3 comprises a smoking chamber 32 and a smoking pill box 31 arranged in the smoking chamber, and smoking pills 33 are arranged in the smoking pill box 31. The pellet box 31 is provided with ignition holes 311 for allowing flames ejected from the combustion tube 22 to enter the pellet box 31 to ignite the pellets 33. Thus, the flame generated by the burner tube can ignite the pellets while the food is being baked. After ignition of the pellets, they are insufficiently combusted in the pellet box to form a large amount of smoke, i.e., smoke which gives the food a smoky flavor when the conventional fuel is combusted. And, these fumes spread throughout the oven cavity, eventually filling the entire oven cavity, subjecting the food to fumigation. Therefore, the food can be smoked while being baked, and the user experience is greatly improved.
It will be appreciated that reasonable control of the distance between the ignition holes and the burner tube nozzles is required to ensure that the flame emitted from the burner tube can enter the capsule through the ignition holes and ignite the capsules. As shown in FIG. 10, the distance L between the side wall of the cigarette pellet box provided with the ignition hole and the nozzle of the combustion tube for spraying flame to the ignition hole is preferably between 30mm and 60 mm. For example 35mm, 45mm, 50mm. The flame sprayed by the combustion tube is difficult to ignite the smoke pellets, and the flame sprayed by the combustion tube is too small in distance, so that the smoke pellets can be quickly combusted, and the smoke generation is not facilitated.
It will be appreciated that the shape of the pellet box is not necessarily limited, and the side walls of the pellet box are the outer side walls of the closed pellet box, for example rectangular pellet boxes, having upper and lower, front and rear, left and right side walls.
The pellet box may be provided on the side of the burner tube, and the burner tube 22 may be provided with a lateral flame outlet through which flame is emitted laterally to ignite the pellets 33 in order to cause the burner tube to ignite the pellets while being heated. Correspondingly, the embodiment designs a rectangular tobacco pill box, and the length direction of the rectangular tobacco pill box extends along the front-back direction of the gas oven.
The volume of the inner cavity of the gas oven is much larger than that of a common air fryer and oven, and is generally more than 250000mm 3 Currently, foods are baked mainly by flame and heat of combustion of a combustion tube. In order to make the flame and heat distribution uniform, at least two groups of combustion tubes are arranged in parallel along the left-right direction of the base, and each group of combustion tubes extends along the front-back direction. For example, three sets of burner tubes are provided, at left, middle and right positions, respectively. Correspondingly, the cigarette pellet box 31 is designed to be provided with a cigarette lighting hole 311 near the length side wall of the combustion tube 22.
In this embodiment, two smoking assemblies 3 are provided, one on each side of the oven cavity, corresponding to the two (sets of) burner tubes on the left and right sides.
It will be appreciated that the ignition holes 311 have their own air intake function while introducing flames. The total air inlet area S1 of the smoke ignition holes is more than or equal to 77mm 2 I.e., the area where the open flame directly contacts the pellets, to ensure that the flame can enter the pellet box and quickly ignite the pellets.
Of course, the pellet box can be additionally provided with an air inlet hole so as to introduce air and meet the air inflow required by pellet combustion. In particular, it may be provided on either side of the capsule, for example on the opposite side wall of the lighting aperture 311.
The oxygen-suppressing structure of the smoking chamber and the smoking pill box is mainly used for making the smoking pill insufficiently burn to form a large amount of smoke. The oxygen-suppressing structure is mainly used for setting the total air inlet area of the tobacco pill box. In order to ensure that the tobacco pellets are insufficiently combusted to form a large amount of smoke, the total air inlet area of the tobacco pellet box is S2-192.5 mm 2 . When no air inlet is arranged, S1 is S2, that is, the product S2 is more than or equal to 77mm 2 S2 is less than or equal to 192.5mm 2 . When the air inlet is arranged, S2 is the total air inlet area after the air inlet and the cigarette lighting hole are combined. And other air inlet structures are arranged similarly.
In order to make the flame sprayed by the combustion tube pass through the smoking chamber and the smoking hole and then contact with the smoking pill, and ignite the smoking pill. As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the sidewall of the smoking chamber is correspondingly provided with a through hole 321, the ignition hole 311 and the through hole 321 are at least partially overlapped when producing smoke, and the height of the ignition hole is substantially consistent with that of the transverse fire outlet, so that the flame sprayed from the transverse fire outlet can sequentially pass through the through hole and the ignition hole to contact with the tobacco pellets and ignite the tobacco pellets.
It will be appreciated that the chamber 32 is provided with a smoke outlet 322 through which smoke formed by insufficient burning of the pellets in the pellet box is discharged into and diffuses within the oven cavity.
The pellet box may be removed from the chamber and the pellets placed into the pellet box. Of course, rather than providing a smoke chamber, the pill box may be provided directly.
As shown in fig. 5, taking a rectangular shape as an example, the portion of the pellet box where the pellet is placed, i.e., the upper side of the pellet placement chamber 313 is of an open structure. Correspondingly, the smoking chamber 32 in this embodiment is also rectangular, and the smoking chamber 32 is provided with a bottom wall, a first side wall, a second side wall and a top wall 323, wherein the first side wall is close to the combustion tube, the second side wall is lower than the first side wall and lower than the height of the pellet box, and the top wall extends from the top end of the first side wall to the direction of the second side wall, so that a smoke outlet 322 is formed between the second side wall and the top wall. The pellets are discharged directly from the opening after production, and then discharged through a smoke outlet to the smoking chamber 32, into the oven cavity, and spread therein.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the gas oven may be further provided with a relative adjusting structure for adjusting the relative positions of the nozzle holes 311 and the through holes 321. In particular by relative movement of the pellet box 31 and the chamber 32. The overlapping area of the cigarette lighting holes and the through holes can be adjusted according to the needs, and then the smoke yield of the cigarette pill box is controlled, so that the smoking degree of food is controlled, and when smoking meets the needs, the cigarette lighting holes can be completely closed, namely, the overlapping area of the cigarette lighting holes and the through holes is 0, and the smoking is stopped.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in this embodiment, the cross sections of the smoking chamber 32 and the pill box 31 may be rectangular by drawing adjustment, so that the pill box cannot rotate relative to the smoking chamber, but the pill box may be drawn relative to the smoking chamber to form a drawer-like structure to adjust the axial position of the pill box 31 relative to the smoking chamber 32. Specifically, the relative adjusting structure comprises a drawing channel arranged in the smoking chamber and a drawing part arranged in the smoking box, the through hole 321 is arranged on the side wall of the drawing channel, the cigarette lighting hole 311 is arranged on the side wall of the drawing part, and the drawing part is pulled along the drawing channel to adjust the relative positions of the cigarette lighting hole and the through hole.
Example two
As another embodiment of the relative adjustment structure, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the cross sections of the smoking chamber 32 and the smoking pellet box 31 may be circular by adopting the rotary adjustment, so that the smoking pellet box can rotate relative to the smoking chamber, and the circumferential positions of the smoking pellet box 31 and the smoking chamber 32 are adjusted by rotating the smoking pellet box 31. Specifically, the relative adjusting structure comprises a rotating channel arranged in the smoking chamber and a rotating part arranged in the smoking box, the through hole 321 is arranged on the side wall of the rotating channel, the cigarette lighting hole 311 is arranged on the side wall of the rotating part, and the rotating part rotates along the rotating channel to adjust the relative positions of the cigarette lighting hole and the through hole.
It will be appreciated that the above-described rotary adjustment structure does not affect the drawing of the pellet box relative to the smoking chamber.
For ease of adjustment, the relative adjustment structure also includes a control portion 312, similar to a handle or knob, that controls the pellet box to perform a pulling or rotating action. The control panel 26 is provided with a front opening 261 corresponding to the position of the pellet box, the front portion of the pellet box 31 passes through the front opening 261, and the control portion 312 is located at the front side of the front opening. Therefore, the operation can be performed on the front side of the oven, and the operation habit of a user is met.
The structure is also convenient for putting the tobacco pills into the tobacco pill box, namely, the control part is pulled, the tobacco pill box is pulled out of the smoking chamber, and meanwhile, the tobacco pill box is taken out from the front side opening, so that the tobacco pills can be put into the tobacco pill box. After the pellets are placed, the pellet box is pushed into the smoking chamber.
The inner side of the control panel is communicated with the inner cavity of the oven, and vent holes 262 can be formed in the left side wall and the right side wall of the control panel, so that air can be ensured to enter the inner cavity of the oven, and a combustion tube and a smoke pill are provided for combustion.
Example III
In the prior art, because flames are concentrated at the bottom of the baking oven, generated heat is concentrated at the bottoms of the baking oven and food, and part of heat generated by combustion of the combustion tube is used for conveying hot air upwards through thermal convection, the temperature of a central area, close to the upper cover, above the baking oven is higher, but the heat of a side surface area of an inner cavity of the baking oven is relatively less, so that the food on the baking oven is unevenly heated, the effect of baking the food is poor, and the use experience of a user is influenced.
To convect the hot air inside the oven cavity to increase temperature uniformity. As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 11 to 14, in this embodiment, the gas oven is further provided with a circulation fan 12 and a thermal circulation duct 13, and the circulation fan 12 sucks the hot air in the middle region of the oven cavity into the thermal circulation duct 13 and blows the hot air back to the side region of the oven cavity along the thermal circulation duct. The hot air continues to flow upwards and in the middle area after being blown out of the side area, and forms convection with the air in the inner cavity of the oven, so that the temperature distribution in the inner cavity of the oven is more uniform, the effect of baking food is improved, and the user experience is improved.
In this embodiment, the thermal circulation air duct 13 includes a top air duct 131 disposed at the top of the upper cover and a side air duct 132 disposed at the side of the upper cover, and the upper end of the side air duct is communicated with the end of the top air duct.
The circulating fan 12 is usually a centrifugal fan, and comprises a motor 122 and centrifugal blades 121, a fan air inlet 133 communicated with a top air duct 131 is arranged in the central area of the top of the upper cover, the circulating fan 12 is arranged above the fan air inlet, and an inner air outlet 134 is arranged on the side face of the side air duct 132 corresponding to the upper cover.
The flame produced by the combustion of the burner tube heats the food on the grill and the heat rises, the burner tube is in communication with the oven cavity, so that a portion of the heat energy from the burner tube also transfers the hot air upward, i.e., into the oven cavity, by thermal convection, with the highest temperature in the central area of the upper portion of the oven cavity near the top of the upper lid and a lower temperature in the side areas. Therefore, the fan air inlet 133 and the circulating fan 12 are correspondingly arranged in the central area of the top of the upper cover and correspondingly arranged right above the central area above the baking railing, so that hot air with higher temperature in the middle area of the inner cavity of the oven is sucked into the thermal circulation air duct.
Considering that some heat is transferred through the heat cycle, the hot air blown out from the heat cycle air duct 13 must be blown out laterally, not directly down to the bottom area of the upper cover, or else the hot air cannot be sent into the heat cycle air duct. Therefore, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, in this embodiment, two side air channels 132 are simultaneously provided, and the two side air channels 132 are symmetrically provided on two lateral sides of the upper cover, the top air channel 131 extends from the central area of the top of the upper cover to two lateral sides, two ends of the top air channel are respectively communicated with the two side air channels, and hot air is blown back to the oven cavity from the inner air outlet through the side air channels on the left and right sides of the upper cover. So that hot air blown out from the inner air outlet 134 of the side air duct does not affect the hot air suction of the central area into the heat circulation air duct. And the hot air forms two internal heat circulation in the inner cavity of the oven under the action of the circulating fan and the heat circulation air duct, so that the temperature in the inner cavity of the oven is more uniform.
In order to realize rapid diffusion of smoke by means of hot air blown out of the inner air outlet, the smoke pill box is correspondingly arranged below the inner air outlet, so that the smoke generated by blowing the smoke pill box by the hot air blown out of the inner air outlet flows in the inner cavity of the oven. As shown in fig. 4, the smoke is discharged from the smoke outlet to move upwards, and the inner air outlet is just above the smoke outlet, so that the air flow sprayed out of the inner air outlet just can drive the smoke to flow, and the inner cavity can be quickly filled under the stirring of the air flow, so that the food is fully smoked.
An air inlet filter screen can be arranged at the air inlet of the fan to avoid food scraps and the like from being sucked into the thermal circulation air channel. The air inlet filter screen can adopt a concentric ring net structure.
Generally, the inner air outlet 134 may be disposed on any side of the upper cover, including any one or more of front, rear, and lateral sides. In this embodiment, two side air channels 132 are corresponding to two inner air outlets 134, which are correspondingly disposed on the two side air channels, and the inner air outlets 134 are close to the bottom of the oven cavity and towards the area above the baking oven and close to the baking oven. Thus, the hot air is blown out from the inner air outlet and then is blown out from the upper part of the baking railing, and the food on the baking railing is heated.
Further, the lowest point of the inner air outlet 134 is higher than the highest point of the grill 24, and the height of the inner air outlet is lower than 2cm. Therefore, the hot air can be blown through the food placed on the baking railing after being transversely blown out, and the food is ensured to be heated uniformly. If the height of the oven is higher than that of the baking railing, the hot air continuously flows upwards in the middle area of the inner cavity of the oven after being blown out transversely and reenters the heat circulation air duct, so that food cannot be heated effectively.
Further, the width of the side air duct 132 is increased from top to bottom, the upper portion is in an isosceles trapezoid structure, and the lower portion is in a rectangular structure, and since the inner air outlet 134 is arranged at the lower portion of the side air duct 132, the inner air outlet is provided with a plurality of inner air outlet holes, and the inner air outlet extends along the front-back direction (the width direction of the side air duct) of the side face of the upper cover and is provided with at least one row of inner air outlet holes along the extending direction thereof. Therefore, the hot air blown out from the inner air outlet can be uniformly distributed in the front-back direction of the inner cavity of the oven, and the hot air blown to the food on the baking railing is also uniform.
The top duct may be designed to be greater in height than the side ducts. So that the pressure is increased when the hot air passes through the top air duct to the side air ducts, and a faster speed is obtained when the hot air is blown out through the inner air outlet, so that the air circulation is more uniform.
In addition, the rear side wall of the inner cavity of the upper cover is also provided with an air outlet 14. Of course, it may be provided at other locations, such as the top. When the burner tube burns, the hot air rises and a portion is exhausted from the outlet to balance a temperature (i.e., a preferred baking temperature) within the oven cavity.
Further, a heat radiation plate 23 is arranged between the combustion tube 22 and the grill 24. After the burning tube is ignited, a part of heat energy is transferred to the heat radiation plate, and after the heat radiation plate is heated, the heat energy is transferred to the baking railing through heat radiation to heat food.
In order to form the thermal circulation duct 13 on the upper cover, the upper cover 1 includes an upper cover case 11, the upper cover case 11 includes an inner case 111 and an outer case 112, and an interlayer 113 is provided between the inner case 111 and the outer case 112. The above-mentioned thermal circulation air duct 13 and the installation circulation fan 12 are formed in the interlayer 113, and specifically, air duct baffles may be disposed on two side walls of the thermal circulation air duct 13, and the two sides of the height of the air duct baffles are correspondingly connected with the inner casing 111 and the outer casing 112. Meanwhile, the sandwich structure also has a heat insulation effect, so that heat in the inner cavity is prevented from being rapidly dissipated to the outside.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, in order to reduce noise, the lateral sides of the top air duct 131, that is, the lateral sides 1314 are rectangular structures, the center lines of the lateral sides of the top air duct are staggered a certain distance in the front-rear direction, and the front and rear side walls of the middle 1311 of the top air duct are provided with logarithmic spiral lines 1312 corresponding to the positions of the circulating fans. The connection position of the logarithmic spiral 1312 and the two lateral sides of the top air duct is provided with a volute tongue 1313. The design of the logarithmic spiral and the volute tongue can reduce the air turbulence in the top air channel, thereby reducing noise.
It will be appreciated that the magnitude of the optimal helix angle may be determined experimentally.
It will be appreciated that other curves, such as archimedes' spiral, may be used for the front and rear sidewalls of the top tunnel middle 1311 corresponding to the position of the circulating fan.
As shown in fig. 4 and 11, the front of the upper cover is provided with a handle 15 to facilitate opening and closing of the upper cover. Baffle assemblies 4 are arranged on two lateral sides of the top of the base. The base 2 is provided with a box body 21, a gas bottle 25 is arranged in the inner cavity of the box body and is connected with a combustion tube through a gas pipe, the combustion tube is supplied with gas, and a box door 27 is arranged at the front side. This may facilitate outdoor use without natural gas. The bottom of the case is provided with rollers 28 to facilitate movement of the entire gas oven.
With reference to a common hinge structure, the hinge includes a lower hinge fixed to the base, an upper hinge fixed to the upper cover, and a pin shaft connecting the upper hinge and the lower hinge.
It can be appreciated that in order to realize the buffering of the upper cover in the cover opening and closing process, a hinge spring can be further arranged between the upper cover and the base, and the self gravity of the upper cover is larger than the torsion of the hinge spring. Specifically, the hinge spring is sleeved on the pin shaft, and two ends of the hinge spring are provided with supporting feet which are correspondingly connected with the upper hinge and the lower hinge. In the cover closing process, the gravity of the upper cover plays a positive role, the upper cover rotates downwards to be closed, the torsion of the hinge spring plays a buffering role, and in the cover opening process, the gravity of the upper cover is overcome by hands, the torsion of the hinge spring plays a positive role, and the upper cover is opened up and down in an auxiliary mode. In the closing process, the gravity of the upper cover is larger than the torsion of the hinge spring, so that the upper cover can smoothly reach the closing position, the impact force generated by a sudden box cover is avoided, and the use experience is good; therefore, the torsion of the hinge spring and the self weight of the upper cover are combined to realize buffering, and the device is opened and used without an excessive locking mechanism, so that the operation is concise and the experience is good.
