An adjusting assembly according to claim 2, wherein the fixing base is provided with a plurality of locking grooves at intervals along the first direction, the movable base is provided with a mounting hole, the locking piece is movably arranged in the mounting hole in a penetrating manner, and the locking piece can pass through the mounting hole and be arranged in the locking grooves.

An adjustment assembly according to claim 3, wherein the locking member is slidably disposed through the mounting hole, and a return member is disposed between the movable seat and the locking member, the return member being configured to provide an elastic force for urging the locking member to move in a direction approaching the fixed seat.
5. An adjustment assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein said movable mount includes a mounting plate and a sleeve; one side of the mounting plate is used for mounting the luminous body, the sleeve is arranged on the other side of the mounting plate, and the sleeve is slidably sleeved on the fixing seat.
6. An adjustment assembly according to claim 5, wherein a side of the mounting plate adjacent the mounting base is provided with a guide member extending in the first direction, the mounting base is provided with a guide hole extending in the first direction, and the guide member is slidably disposed in the guide hole.
7. The adjusting assembly according to claim 5, wherein the fixed seat is provided with a limit groove extending along the first direction, the movable seat is connected with a limit block arranged in the limit groove in a sliding manner, and one end of the limit groove, which is close to the mounting plate, is provided with a limit part; the limiting block can be propped against the limiting part and is used for preventing the fixed seat from being separated from the movable seat.

An adjustment assembly according to any one of claims 1-7, characterized in that the adjustment assembly further comprises an elastic member; the elastic piece is arranged between the fixed seat and the movable seat and is used for providing elastic force for driving the movable seat to move away from the fixed seat.
9. An adjustment assembly as recited in claim 8, wherein said mounting base is provided with a locating hole extending in said first direction; one end of the elastic piece is arranged in the positioning hole, and the other end of the elastic piece is connected with the movable seat.
10. A light fixture, comprising:
the lamp shell, the reflecting cup and the luminous body are arranged in the lamp shell; and
the adjustment assembly of any one of claims 1-9, wherein the fixed seat is disposed in the lamp housing, and the light emitter is disposed on the movable seat; the adjusting component is used for adjusting the position of the illuminant relative to the reflecting cup so that the luminous center of the illuminant is positioned at the focal point of the reflecting cup.
